Great place to go. Food is awesome! Location is perfect, parking ok (quiet time), service is outstanding!!! Ate battered squeeds, salt and pepper ribbs, pork belly, so good, prawn toast (small and had not sauce, but great), beef with Chinese mushrooms and bamboo, all really good, ah! and special fried rice, not bad. Will recommend and defo go back!!! Thanks

It's very bad. From the taste, to the portion, to the service attitude, there is no one who doesn't like it... There are very few restaurants that can do these three things so poorly... It's hard to rate

Don’t bother! You get better tasting food & portion sizes from takeout places such as Oriental style in Heston. Seems like they placed most of their capital into the aesthetics of the place as food lacked everything possible from flavour to texture. The price of what you pay for definitely doesn’t add up. Overpriced. Been twice in my life, never again.

Tonight I had the most appalling dinner experience of my entire life and in the UK!!!! I was with a group of investors all from African countries including myself even if I have very light skin tone. I have to say this like it happened. We were four and as the other 2 colleagues sat down, the older chinese lady waitress showed visible discontent for the amount of time taken to place the orders which was really 5 mins then left our table upset without saying anything. Then comes this Chinese waiter guy immediately as if to speed things up, and who to Brits standards was plain Rude to my colleagues. He kept urging us to order. When asked about the wine selection, he kept mentioning that she had to order the bottle as if ordering a wine glass never existed before. My colleague asked to remove the chicken from the rice for more eggs as she does not eat chicken, but the owner/waiter obsessed about the effort that it will take them to do this, plus the fact that it will cost her more, and that the portion will stay the same, despite my colleague repeatedly explaining that this is what she wants no matter the cost. This conversation went on for a solid 5mins. //Somehow, the complex and rocket science information did not sink in a typical Chinese brain I guess and my colleague just gave up as he kept insisting//. Then back is the Chinese lady, who abruptly announces that there was a charge of £40/table or £10/person when one of the ladies decided not to place any food order but would have drinks. This was never shared with us before sitting down. This is written no where. When one of us challenged it, she tried to show us a small print on the menu which do not reflect at all the sudden made up rule. I felt more than uncomfortable. They made us feel unwanted, and made it so difficult for us to place orders. I felt sorry for my colleagues for being treated so poorly and unfairly. I was shocked. I was appalled. I had no words. We decided to cancel the orders and leave. I realised that no matter the discrimination I possibly have faced before was nothing in comparison to what black people face and here especially by the Chinese people in the UK who think of themselves as superior to African people. I say this factually as I was treated differently when I went to this exact same restaurant the night before and on my own. Trying to order a meal tonight was excruciatingly painful. Shame on you! Look at yourself in the mirror and let me remind you that you are immigrants too, not white, working shifts and serving people. If you cannot intergrate properly into the UKs culture, have manners, learn simple English, and can't handle multicoloured customers, go back to your beautiful China!! Also the portions are tiny, you are served in a small plate so you don't realise that the portions are smaller, and the price is too expensive for what you get. When my food arrived the previous day, I thought that i ordered the wrong meal or that they gave me a lunch menu or kid's meal. All in all don't waste your time or money there.

Bad service and lack of respect for customers. We were having a meal and the annoying woman kept telling my son NOT TO MAKE NOISE and NOT TO TOUCH ANYTHING. We had to constantly stop eating and talk to our children. But what can we do when children under 3 years old want to run and play? And that woman was rude, unpleasant, and didn't like my son walking around. And that continuously repeated 7-8 times. And our meal was ruined. It's a shame that they live in a country where children come first. I live nearby and I will definitely tell my friends, colleagues, and relatives NOT TO COME HERE.

One of my favourites Chinese restaurants. Their service is pretty fast which I like and the food is great !

I went here because I really wanted to eat while staying at a hotel near the airport. Must order more than 10 pounds per person The atmosphere is nice and the food comes out quickly. The fried rice and soup are okay. Maybe it's because it was my first time in the UK and I was alone, but they weren't very friendly.

The satay prawn skewers only had 1 prawn on each , none of the boxes were full , for the price there charging I expect more than that £77 for a take away !

Noodles are fine but Dim Sum are terrible. All dim sum are from frozen food from supermarket. Dont waste your money.

Great big place near the airport. Good if you stop or have a work event in the area. The place is fine, but the food was a bit bland and surely not the cheapest (possibly I'm a bit spoiled from my locals takeaway) and the interior a bit basic and outdated.

Lovely food, handy location and a wonderful waiter. Highly recommend the chicken and yellow bean sauce and the beef in black bean. The decor is outdated and the carpet / toilets have definitely seen better days. A lovely relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy your meal and not feel rushed. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

I don't think it's worth trying again. The food is regular, and nothing really stands out. Many dishes taste the same, and the service is ordinary. They also ask for a down payment, but the final price doesn't feel right for what you've had.

The food is average, however when you pay it’s already included 10% tip. They don’t tell you unless you mention it because the card machine will still ask for more tip. Some of their food is misleading. For example you order something stuff mushroom yet it doesn’t state it has shrimp what if you’re allergic? Staff here don’t smile? Overprice and the portions are too small. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all!! Avoid at all cost!

Went for a take away …greeted by firstly a lady who pointed to where to go for takeaway ….no good evening or welcome . Young gentleman took order “what do you want?” As if I was in the way His attitude was very abrupt . Food came quick ..price was £25.50 For sweet n sour prawns prawn crackers ….far too expensive for the smallest portion ..I won’t be going back & truly hope you won’t either

Over price and no legitimate receipt. I order 2 dishes and a chilli oil with my food. The bill came in total charge with no itemises. When asked for the proper receipt, they did not have any. They wrote the receipt for me when I persisted. Chilli oil costs £2 ! I was also charged for 10% service charge. The staffs was not nice either. They were rude and were not pleasant! It was a shame I did not read the review before. Might have to report to the tax man …

I wish I could give zero stars to this restaurant. If you want to be treated with some serious disrespect, non tasty food, worst service, then please absolutely visit this place. The owner will tell you right away on the face that she doesn’t need good reviews. She will tell you that there is a minimum that you will have to meet to even at this eatery. If you don’t meet the minimum, she will automatically charge you 10 pounds.

After came some man and started shauted, he started even shaking and he was in my filled ready to fight. I'm in shock about costomer service. Good experience. Just lunch... Be careful.

My recent visit to this restaurant left me quite disappointed. I had fond memories from my initial visit with colleagues, but this time, the experience was far from satisfying. It's evident that the nearby airport may have affected their business, but that's no excuse for unprofessional service and terrible hospitality. I decided to bring my family and my brother, who flew in from another country, to share what I thought was a memorable dining experience. Unfortunately, it was anything but that. The service was subpar, and the staff's attitude left much to be desired. We felt ignored and neglected throughout our meal, which was disheartening given the significance of the occasion. It's unfortunate when an establishment fails to meet expectations, especially when you've had a positive experience there in the past. I hope the restaurant can take this feedback as an opportunity to improve. With a more customer-centric approach and a focus on delivering quality service, they have the potential to regain the trust and patronage of diners. I'd love to see this place return to the standard I had once appreciated.

This is a great Chinese restaurant located nearby to Heathrow terminal 3. The restaurant is lovely and the service and the food were very good. The staff were also very friendly.

Americans should avoid this - expensive menu for the quality and portions provided. Doesn’t hold a candle to the quality and value in Asian cuisine we’re used to in the states.

When selecting a place for dinner I was turned off by the low rating. Nevertheless, I though I give it a try and I was not disappointed. This is not a high end place. This is where you get good, hearty, Chinese food that isn’t much Westernised. I experienced the service as efficient and friendly to neutral. Would I come back? Yes!

I spent almost £175 and the service is appalling. The waiter inquired if he could pick up the empty plates while my husband and my mom still eating. I said ok, he suddenly took everything, just left a bowl of rice which my mom and dad felt unhappy. If I could put zero on customer service I will. Food is average. The atmosphere is pretty dull. I would say I wouldn’t go back to the restaurant.

Ordered via Uber eats. Was delivered super quick. That's the only positive. I ordered the mixed roasties with rice. £19 is a lot to spend on this but I thought it'll be worth it for the roasties meat which used to be delicious. The box came with 4 slices of each roasties - BBQ pork, roast duck and roast chicken. The roast duck which used to be really good, is now literally skin and bones, and very salty. Very disappointing. All 4 pieces was as pictured, skin with a tiny sliver of meat and bony. The roast chicken was more like duck (I wouldn't have it again) and the BBQ pork was ok albeit a bit hard and dry. Overall, disappointed and won't be repeating this order.

This used to be our go-to Chinese restaurant whenever we felt like eating Chinese and we’d drive 30 miles from Surrey to this place many times in the past. But sadly this will be our last. The dim sums we ordered were particular bad: chicken feet were dried and skins have shrunk, and the pork ribs were just small lump of pork and hardly any ribs in them but mostly it tasted off. When I mentioned it to the waitress afterwards, rather than apologizing she said we should have told them first so they could replace with fresh ones. Finally when we asked for a couple of takeaway boxes she charged 40p per box in the bill. These boxes are not even plastic ones with proper lids but those aluminum ones with paper lid. Knowing that the leftover food contained lots of liquid the boxes were not ideal.

Been here a couple of times as there is no other nearby. It is monstrously expensive for what it is. I had a shredded pork fried noodle, which was OK, but a pretty small portion, and a serving of beef with ginger and onions which was average, and a large Diet Coke. That little lot came to £40. The Diet Coke alone was £6.50. This is insane pricing by any metric and no wonder what is a large restaurant is almost always empty.

Some Dim Sum items were off. The lady owner told us we should have immediately notify the waiter where he on his own farily busy with only two table to serve plus those dim sums were delivered at very last. Watch out for Dim Sum.

I used to have dim sum here many years ago, and it was decent. However, I went recently and it’s really deteriorated. Dim sum is pre frozen from a packet. Lacks the freshness you would expect from a restaurant. As others said, it’s not kids friendly.

This place used to be buzzing with people till a few years back. It was hard to get a table. Last night I booked a table for two no problem, went in and was virtually empty apart from 4/5 tables. Guess I should have noticed immediately something had changed. On to the food, portions are tiny. Spring rolls … tasteless, wontons pretty much empty. One shrimp on a skewer. Mains same story, barely enough meat in a dish and sides of egg fried rice and noodles minuscule in portion size, plus the prices they charge are more than anything I have seen in China Town in London. The restaurant has not had a penny spent on it in years. On approach we even thought it was close had I not booked the night before. The chairs are terrible to sit on. Anyway, last time I’ve been in here. Shame, this was such a good place for a meal till not that long ago really

Food was really tasty but not worth the price. What they don't tell you is what are you paying for, and that you have 10% tip on top of the drinks and then 10% on top of the food. When asking for the itemised bill they showed me a piece of paper with chinese writing. They started being so rude to our kids as soon as we ask why the bill was so much. Not very nice service, not a lot of food for what you pay but I must say it was tasty. Cheeky of them for the 20% tip and no itemised bill was provided.

Such a lovely surprise to find such a high quality restaurant close to our airport hotel. The menu is interesting and varied, and ingredients must be fresh given the selection of seasonal vegetables that were available. Every dish we ordered was as good as we've had in restaurants we've visited in many countries. Service was attentive, professional and friendly and prices are good. Perhaps a greater choice of wine by the glass might add to the experience, but what was available was perfectly drinkable. The decor included a beautiful vintage car that must be someone's pride and joy. I would happily return. In fact it makes the airport area an interesting alternative to staying closer downtown. Transport is good to and from several Heathrow area tube stations so I could imagine making Heathrow your base for exploring central London but eating locally in the evening.

I was not going to go to this place as there was bad reviews. Me & my husband decided to go. I don't understand why people have put bad reviews as when me & my husband was there, we was greeted straight away, very friendly staff, & very attentive. The food was not too quick or too late. All the food was very nice & authentic. Me & my husband would go again. My advice to people reading this, give this place a go, it was very nice, very authentic, very clean & tidy & the food was delicious.

If you wish to receive terrible service, over paying for a meal, receive small portions, eat poor to average food quality and taste, greeted and served by the worse, laziest unhelpful members of staff - then this is the best place in London to visit. The place is empty most of the time and suspect many customers have abandoned them over the years. I promise you i will have saved you a minimum £100 for two, but please visit at your own risk.

I ate at the London Hong Kong yesterday evening with my young son. There very few covers in the restaurant, but the atmosphere was still good. We ordered one starter, and a quarter crispy duck. This was followed by honey roast duck, mandarin fillet steak, pak choi and a boiled rice. The food was excellent and the service was good. I live locally, so I wondered why I didn’t eat here more often. When I received the bill, I remembered. It was £117, which I considered to be an excessive amount for two people with no alcohol outside of Mayfair. If the restaurant had more competitively priced food, I think it would be full every night of the week.

I would rate this restaurant zero star. The customer service was very poor and unfriendly by the owner. The price is very expensive for the small portion. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant and I certainly wouldn't go back there again.

Zero star for this restaurant. I went there for the first time with my family on our way back home for dinner. It was my mistake that i only read a couple of first good reviews and did not see the negative reviews!! The food was sub-standard but they charged like a five-star restaurant. Portions were also small. Customer service was poor as well. It gave me the impression that this restaurant is not professionally managed. I will not go there again.

People like Don who are calling this place authentic food from China have clearly never, ever lived or been to non-tourist areas of China. There's a few good Sichuanese dishes on the menu, but nothing special. There's better in West Drayton especially for the prices. Despite this, think some of the negative reviews are ridiculous like taking away one star because it is not Halal? This is Chinese food not a pakistani curry house... Dont force your halal food nonsense onto others please there's only a few places left some of us can seek refuge...
