Little Miss Piggies in Brighton and Hove

We were in Brighton fir the weekend room only, we found this on the 1st day & ate breakfast there everyday we were there, the food was good quality & perfectly cooked too, theres a great selection too. The owner Stefan is very friendly & has a word with everyone. When we next go to Brighton we WILL return to Miss Piggys. Well done team 👏

Breakfast cooked to order was hot and fresh and of really good quality and value for money, delicious. Stefan was lovely so chatty and funny and helped us relocate after bad experience with hotel, would definately return when we next visit brighton

No one could sit where they wanted They have a stuffed cuddly pig in the window but then when a child goes in they are not allowed to sit on the window table incase more than 2 people come in and then made us feel uncomfortable when my son picked up the stuffed cuddly toy. The window and the cuddly toy was thick with black mould! The tables were all crammed in so no space to move. Didn't feel welcome and it was clear they just wanted rid of any children in there! Defo wouldn't go back! Food was very good I must say! And reasonably priced

We went for breakfast here on valentines day, what a treat! The breakfast was very nice, everything was top quality and cooked fresh to order. Stephan was lovely, very entertaining and funny. The coffee was banging too. We will definitely be visiting again next time we visit Brighton.

This beautiful little cafe is in a great location. The cuisine is absolutely good quality with local products. The owner, Stephane, is an exceptional person and very attentive to his customers. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. I recommend it 100%. I can't wait to introduce people around me to this superb little café during my next visit to Brighton.

A great fry up at a reasonable price, but pretentious either. The staff are really friendly as well, it all makes for a good relaxed breakfast in the weekend.

I don’t know where to begin. The very act of writing this review makes me want to dry heave. My friend and I came into the establishment hoping to get a tasty breakfast as we were traveling through Brighton. All I can say is we left nauseous, scared, unsettle, and heavily disturbed. The waiter — who was also the cook — was completely off…. laughing at us, pretending to forget our food, lingering by our table, involving other customers in his bullying. His entire demeanour was incredibly off putting. I can’t tell if the nausea started because of his company or because of the raw eggs he served us. After ordering over easy eggs he shows up with a wet plate with wet, watering eggs — keep in mind this is all happening as he slying giggles and sways. we ate one egg — afraid he would ridicule and berate us if we didn’t. After the first egg I thought I was going to vomit…also the nerve endings in my teeth began to kill. we left immediately. It’s been 12 hours since this meal and i’ve been struggling all day. I am shaky, nauseous, and uncomfortable.

weird and unsettling experience. i would never go back here. it made me feel ill the whole day and i left brighton right after with a (literal) bad taste it my mouth. go to starbucks (which is what he rudely told us when i asked if there was wifi).

Ce petit café bien situé et l’endroit génial pour petit-déjeuner, bruncher ou déjeuner. Des plats simples et fait avec amour en cuisine semi-ouverte, bonne ambiance, tarif raisonnables, je recommande. (De là béchamel dans le croque-monsieur et cela aurait été parfait 🙂)

Amazing breakfast. The host was really nice to us. Flat whites were great and both croque Monsieur and sandwich were delicious.

Honestly went there initially because of the fun name, but the breakfast was fantastic! The bacon was especially delicious... thick, meaty and perfectly cooked. I had an iced coffee and it was spot on as well. Service was fast and friendly. Also note, while neither myself or my girlfriend spoke French, the server spoke it fluently to other customers, so that may be of some benefit to you. The seating was tight, but not overly cramped. I would return if i was in the area again.

Tiny cafe but managed to get a table inside.Staff were very friendly. Ordered 2 full English which were cooked to order and tasted nice. Freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious, as was the coffee. Highly recommend.

Had breakfast here today, for a friends big birthday, and it could not have been a better start to the day. The food was amazing, not a morsel left on the 4 plates. The owner, Stefan was charming, warm and so welcoming. Highly recommend visiting this wonderful little gem if you're in Brighton. 5 stars out of 5.

Stopped at a this cafe for a quick drink while we waited for family to arrive. Was kindly (sarcastic) informed that they also sell food as it’s a cafe. Made to feel unwelcome as a result of the comment. As I openly spoke about his comment he did give us the 2 drinks free of charge. I still informed him I would not leave a good review. A cafe is there to serve food or drinks. Most cafes would be thankful for the business especially after Covid. Due to this 1 experience it has put us off a revisit., which is a shame as the food did look good.

We were in here today I had piggies Sandwich which was sausage and egg and bacon on ciabatta bread warmed my partner had Bacon Sandwich on Ciabatta as well top quality food coffee's were nice and very impressed with price and owner was friendly and staff friendly so we're be back thanks for the best food for long time Sarah and Kevin

Great little cafe run quite efficiently by owner/staff. Had 2 full English breakfast both days of our visit. The sausage was thick juicy and delicious and everything else was very good too. Could've been hotter but I do like my food piping hot and my hubby doesn't like egg so took it off the order first day but they don't give substitutions, even extra mushrooms would be good, he left it on the next day and I had it. It is tiny but wait if you can its lovely and fair value.

Fun and quirky cafe. Owner was very accommodating as there were 6 of us with suitcases but he was happy for us to pile in. Very quick service and all 6 breakfasts were perfect. Great poached eggs, teas and coffees all round...owner kept us entertained. Highly recommended.

I wanted to love this place, but I wasn't impressed with the portion size of the vegan breakfast. Especially compared to the meat breakfast of the same price that had bacon and eggs, as well as everything else. Also not impressed by the lack of a customer toilet. They allowed me to use to staff toilet, but there was some signs warning customers to "leave it as they find it" which didn't feel welcoming. I didn't see why it wasn't open to customers, particularly as they will let you use it if you ask. The service was quick though and the ambience was charming. Gold coffee too.

Nice little find this place the owner is a really friendly chap the waitress is lovely the food which is why you would be here is really good we had 2 full English 2 cups of tea nice quality hot tea proper bacon nice eggs nice farmhouse sausage the usual suspects but better quality than most and cooked really nice not greasy red hot and the whole place is clean and tidy you really should walk up kemptown if your in Brighton there's loads of little gems like this but this is the best for breakfast cheers guys see you soon

Had a really nice brunch, best place in Kemp Town :-) Few places, but you can stay waiting on the front of the restaurant, sitting there until a table gets free inside. Full english breakfast and many options much lighter than any other places in Brighton :-)

Lovely welcoming service but let down by the food. Coffee not great quality, the muffins under our eggs benedict were a bit grey.

We had breakfast here yesterday and it was very nice the staff were great and the cafe is cute looking. The food was nice and fairly priced but if you can’t have dairy milk for any reason you are unfairly charged £1 for the pleasure. Most places charge unfairly for oat milk and almond milk but never £1 and I’ve never seen anywhere but this place charge anything, let alone £1 for soya milk. Feels a bit wrong to rip people off for having a milk intolerance. The food was great! Coffee was okay but could have been better. Staff were super nice. Would go again.

My Wife and I Came across this little gem of a cafe, Little Miss Piggies during a long weekend in Brighton-1st, 2nd & 3rd July 2023. I highly recommend the Full English Breakfast and my wife, the Eggs Royale. We visited all three mornings and would like to thank Stephanie and his team for looking after us. Great ambience, highly recommend and will definitely visit again when we are next in Brighton.

Went to this place twice in 2 days! IMO Best breakfast in Brighton! I had the veggie breakfast and honestly the veggie sausage was the best I’ve EVER had (& I’m a meat eater) from a local butcher apparently- waitress said they’re always asked about them! Hubby loved his big full English. Day 2 had the eggs Benedict which again was great. Lovely little quiet place (get there early to get a table) would highly recommend

Lovely little cafe with a 'Piggy' theme. Good menu choices with (vegan options also available) Extensive menu offerings from full English or pick n mix your breakfast to just croissant or toast, eggs benedict and more. Everything is cooked fresh to order using local produce and quick service all served with a French flair. The cafe owner who is French is always cheerful and welcoming. We made it our regular breakfast cafe as compared to many on St James's street it has a friendly atmosphere and very good value too. Cafe opens at 0830 until about 1500.

We came here midday, and asked if we could get a table outside. The owner said absolutely & we sat down. After 20 minutes, I thought they had forgotten us (the table is slightly out of view from the front) so I went inside to grab a couple menus. The owner stopped me from doing so and told me to go outside. Fine. We sit for a bit more and he brings the menus. We wait for another 15 minutes, turns out he was smoking a cigarette with a friend so we thought he would come get our order after that. Instead he went inside and we waited for another 20 minutes. We eventually left since we were sitting there for almost an hour and still didn't get to order anything. Don't recommend, owner is rude and made us feel uncomfortable.

Good eggs in every sense of the word!

The price is slightly higher than a Wetherspoons but the quality and value is ten times better. Well worth the money...

Poached eggs had unpleasantly undercooked whites and my two eggs arrived crammed on one slice of toast so the egg / toast ratio was completely wrong. I ordered a side of grilled tomato and got half a tomato for 95p. Flat whites were the least good we have had in Brighton. The Mons Cafe and Social Board are nearby and both excellent - go there instead.

Drinks were fine and friendly service, alas that’s all the positives. We had scrambled egg on toast - which was sloppy with tasteless brown bread. Plus avocado on toast - literally sliced avocado on unbuttered bread. Was asked whether wanted butter after it was served...

Loved the exterior and also the name plus the pigs in the window seats! Tried for a breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. Staff really nice and friendly, reasonable prices, nice little cafe in the heart of Kemptown.

Es un lugar pequeñito. Suele estar muy concurrido y resulta difícil coger mesa. Tienen una pequeña terraza fuera en la que es muy difícil coger mesa si hace sol.Tienen una gran variedad de desayunos aunque personalmente no son de los mejores que he comido en Reino Unido. El servicio atiende rápido y la ventaja es que tienen un horario bastante amplio. Cuando fui el baño estaba cerrado por avería y no se podia usar, cosa un poco molesta. El precio es un poco alto en relación con la cantidad-calidad.

Saw reviews before our visit to Brighton and knew we had to try out Little Miss Piggies 🐷🐷Wasn't disappointed! Food was lovely..organic eggs and the best butchers sausages to die for! Stefan was amazing, great chat, lovely host and wish we could take him back to Bournemouth with us...what a hoot!!! Definitely a visit for the food and the conversation. Thanks Stefan....legend! 😊

I visited this branch using one of their vouchers where we got two mains for £12. Despite not booking and it being the christmas season they squeezed us in. Service was very good and despite all tables being full everyone was attended to. The food and drink orders were prompt and good service was provided throughout. The staff were experienced and managed the tables very well. Will certainly visit again.

My partner and I have visited this place a few times when we come to Brighton, and each time we have enjoyed our meals. Last visit, I had chicken with cheese and bacon, and fries. The portion was big enough to fill me to full! Their fries are quite unique. Haven't found any like them anywhere else. One tiny complaint...the vinegar bottles are impossible to control. Some traditional shaker ones would be much better. This is another restaurant that packs in the punters, with cosy little tables in every available nook and cranny. But we have never found that a bad thing. The staff are very attentive, and always ask you if you are enjoying your meal. A great place. :-)

l'endroit et sympa avec une déco joyeuse et le service est bien, seul problème... la nourriture ce qui dans un resto compte aussi! Mon plat était tout juste réchauffé (et pas assez) au micro onde, celui de ma femme sans intérêt, les vins pas top . Dommage car l’équipe en salle est enthousiaste et on souhaite pouvoir leur donner une meilleure appréciation.

My wife and I visited this restaurant on a Sunday Afternoon as we have we have done so before with my stepson and his friend and whilst it was busy there appeared to be an abundance of staff that were on hand to get you to buy more drinks there were not enough to get our food out. We waited for nearly 45 mins for our main meal and with two 8yr olds that's hard going. When the food did arrive tho it was lovely but we shall think twice before deciding to eat here on a Sunday afternoon again.

The restaurant was clean but nothing particularly special about the decor.

Just finished eating breakfast here this morning and what a lovely time I had. The atmosphere is peaceful. The service was incredible and the food was really nice. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Upon hearing that the lady behind the counter was also making the drinks and the food all on her own made me appreciate her and enjoy the food more, given she isn't actually a chef, she did an incredible job. Just would like to say thank you and hope it's not too busy for you.
