Libertine Burger in Warwick

I ordered through just eat and recieved the incorrect order. The receipt on the outside of the bag was different to the inside. I ordered a chicken burger and recieved a beef burger. Other than not liking beef the burger was raw and pink Inside which is of putting and the burger was a little too greasy. The fries that came were plane so were just average fries considering the price you pay. If the order was correct. It's still quite pricey. Make sure you to also take picture of the actual food in detail when your order is delivered wrong.

Nice burger. However the bacon is very salty. I haven't had a milkshake in years, it was incredibly sweet. But this may just be what is expected by modern diners. Would go back but would avoid both bacon and milkshake.

I recently visited Libertine Burger with my daughter, and it was a delightful experience. We both indulged in their specialties: I had the beef special burger, while my daughter opted for the chicken burger. The food was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the buffalo wings—they were absolutely fantastic. The retro computer game-themed table where we sat made us feel like we had momentarily traveled back in time. Had heard great things about this place from my kids but was really disappointed. Firstly, we were left waiting for 20 min in an empty diner, which, for the prices they are charging, is very annoying. I ordered a chicken burger, and it was tough and dry. My wife ordered a beef burger, but the patty was pretty much raw in the middle and had one spot that was over salted. My wife wasn't asked how she wanted her burger cooked, so raw seems to be the default. Kids said they enjoyed theirs, so I didn't complain (which I now regret) because it was a special treat for us all, and it didn't want to ruin their meal by moaning. The only thing that was OK was the biscoff milkshakes. Fries were ok but not mind-blowing. Also charging £2.50 for a can of coke is quite frankly extortion. Will NOT be going back. My advice is to go to McDonald's. At least your food will be cooked properly.

Best burgers in the UK by a long shot, had an amazing two burgers there yesterday, also tried the corn dog, pretty decent too! There's a reason they're at the UK burger awards! By far my favourite burger joint, the burgers are always tasty as hell.

I have had burgers from here in the past and we (my family) really love it. But I ordered it for collection and went to pick up yesterday (order confirmation code: SFGS). It seemed quite busy as it was quarter to eight in the evening. When I got home, the kids burger was good. But we got two vegan burgers which were both undercooked (we have had these from this place several times in the past and it was never this bad, this was terrible!). We are really disappointed by this experience!

They have a glass panel that allows you to see into the kitchen... We sat down and watched 8 of the kitchen staff chasing a chicken around the kitchen for 45 minutes whilst the Benny Hill theme song played over the speakers.. eventually they caught the chicken and served it to us as an over-priced, sub-standard burger. I don't know how it takes 8 staff 45 minutes to cook a burger, or how Libertine Burger feels it is acceptable or good value for money to make their customers wait that long for their food and charge them such a high price for the privilege! This is the 3rd time I have paid their extortionate prices and been left feeling hard done by. I doubt I will be returning any time soon and feel it is probably cheaper and easier to make the journey to Coventry for a Five Guys which never disappoints and is always hot, tasty, a good portion size, and a short wait time. You also don't have to wait to be seated and sit watching angry deliveroo guys in their helmets repeatedly asking why the food is taking so long to be prepared

We use this place at least once or twice a week as a treat, the food is always exceptional and very tasty, and the staff are very friendly and helpful nothing is to much for them

It use to have the best hamburguer in Leamigton but today it was really disappointing, just check the picture Not only the burger was really small, but also if you compare the meat with the old pictures... What a downgrade... I ordered the libertine #6 which apparently should have crispy beacon and I would swear that it was a sausage cut at half Also I asked for mustard for the fries and they told me that there was not mustard available (the burger had mustard) The food was not bad, I ate them as I was starving, but paying £22 for this McDonald's quality is s robbery, just go to McDonald's The fries was as always (nice and good)

After being left sat waiting for too long in an empty diner, we were eventually served. Food arrived and x1 of the burger buns was frozen. Sent back and a fresh burger(ish) was brought out after the other one had finished eating. The original sides were not replaced as well which meant they were then cold. Whilst they deducted the burger off the bill they should’ve thought about the sides as well. So many staff yet so few customers amazing how this happened really! Overall disappointing experience. Food was not at all worth price.

The food tasted great, lovely staff. me and my boyfriend ordered the 002 chicken burger and it tasted great HOWEVER in the past few hours we’ve both been unwell so we think the chicken wasn’t cooked properly as that’s the only thing we’ve eaten today and we both have been feeling sick and had the runs.

Tasty burgers, there’s no denying that. The burgers are small though. And the £3 premium you pay for the piggy fries (£7) over the house fries (£3.95) for a little cheese sauce and bacon bits is a damn cheek. The fries are also small btw. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re into paying a lot for a little 🙃

Looked good, great reviews, and easy to get to. The food was very good. Well worth the cost. BBQ sauce is supreme. As was the milkshake. Wait to get your food on this visit, my first was poor. 22 minutes. Restaurant had 6 people when I arrived. Ordered at the machine, it's not very clear what you do then. I wanted to eat inside. Staff member seemed new or just in a bit of a daze. Overall, though. Great food.

Food was excellent as always, appreciate you offering gluten-free options. The gluten-free burger buns are nice and I've never been able to get gluten-free halloumi fries anywhere until I spotted them here this week. Been to this one and their Rugby one several times. Ordered takeaway using the touchscreen, really easy to use, whilst waiting for the food played some games on the table with built in arcade machine. If you go here you've got to get a milkshake.

Called in to the restaurant to place the order, this was easily done using the screens. The meals didn't take long to arrive and the server at the door was really lovely and friendly. Meals were hot and fresh, everyone loved their choice of burgers, fries and thick shakes. Will recommend and definitely visit again. Customer service has been A*

Please do not rely on the accessible information online. It is NOT wheelchair accessible and does not have a disabled toilet. The solution offered is not effective or dignified. Went to Libertine Burger with my partner who is a wheelchair user. On Google, it states clearly that there is a wheelchair accessible entrance and wheelchair toilet. We couldn't even get in. They offer a ramp however it is too steep to be used. And there is no wheelchair toilet. They need to change their information because it was a very disappointing and degrading experience for someone in a wheelchair. Even though the staff offered the solution of a ramp, there was clearly a lack of empathy or understanding around the impact this has on someone with a disability.

I love a burger and was pleased to make my first visit Libertine Burger. A great choice of burgers and fries. Burger was delicious and was loaded with bacon, cheese, sauce, lettuce, and frazzles! Oreo milkshake was very good too. Great to be able to see into the kitchen. Service very good. I will return!

This place is amazing! I really like this place, and for me it serves probably the best burgers I have ever eaten. It's not only the burgers, but the fries and some other sides, as well. I would really recommend all the chicken burgers and the ranch fries. It, also, serves, quite an interesting collection of beers and it offers takeaway and delivery services.

Burgers are spot on, absolutely delicious, a little expensive but good quality food. I did not, however, enjoy the mac and cheese bites as they lacked flavour, and you have the sauce to complement it. Service was very good efficient.

First time visiting at their new location. Much better and bigger than the old location that used to be across the road. Great to see they still serve great food and have great service. Fries were absolutely amazing, light and fluffy. Burger was great too. Currently they have a peanut butter and jelly shake on the specials menu. It was the perfect balance of sweet and salty and honestly tasted incredible. Shame they no longer have the corndog on the menu though.

Best burger I've ever had. I've even hit most of the highly rated London burger joints but none of them have beaten Libertine. Could they be more adventurous with their toppings? Yes, there is more out there than just bacon. Are their topped fries underwhelming? Yeah a little. But I can't give them less than 5 stars cos they get burgers so right!

Had a burger from this place at the Arctic monkeys gig, burger so small it looked like a slider. Over priced at £14.50 for the burger and £8 for a handful of dirty fries too. Tasted nice enough, just very poor value.

Food was good, the burgers are well cooked and filling, and the fries and sides were all decent quality too. The dirty fries were very expensive for what you get, in fact the bill of £50 for the three of us for lunch did seem quite a lot for what it was. Service wise, we went at lunchtime on a Thursday, so hardly peak time. Service was fairly good, though we did have to wait a long time for the bill (which is a pet peeve of mine). The availability of Switch consoles and arcade machines to play (not to mention the artistic hat tip to Mario Kart) and the mostly excellent music played made it a great environment to eat in. It is a little pricey for what it is, but I'd most likely go back again in the future.

If you’re brought up on Iceland and McDonald’s I’m sure you’ll agree with the majority reviews but if you’ve been exposed to real fresh food or know how to cook this place should be last on your list. Avoid. PS Service, location and decor are great hence the 2 stars.

Prices are a bit high compared to others, but the location and inside environment of the burger shop will give you a pleasant experience.

The interior and vibe was great. Mario themed toilets were cool. Nintendo switch for kids and game tables all looked fun. Plenty of waiters around to take your order too who were really friendly. Food was really nice, but I don’t think it was worth £52 though. Burger was good, although it was really greasy. Tater tots were the best I’ve ever had. Dirty fries in my opinion aren’t worth the price with a small portion. Place is good and food was nice, just a bit pricey.

Good veg food but for me only one problem chicken is not Halal

It's a hit with the kids because they have nice burgers and Nintendo screens on the wall. We were coming once or twice a week for a few years, from a few weeks after it opened years ago on the opposite side of Warwick Street. Just here again today after about 9 months and I can't believe they STILL haven't changed the music?!! Eventually that's what drove me crazy! I mean, it's my era and some of the tracks are ok but c'mon, there's only so many times you can listen to the dirge songs of britpop, blur, Verve etc. and generally depressing repetitive 90s northern rock pop! Please change it!

SLOW. First time I've been here and I had to wait 30 minutes for a takeaway burger and fries on a relatively quiet weekday evening. Sorry - that's far too long for such a simple order. The food was okay. Unfortunately the bottom of the bun was soggy because they put all the sauce and salad underneath the patty. The fried pickles were good though. I'm grateful that they have good vegan options. The service was pleasant. The price is acceptable if you eat in I think, but I wouldn't call it good value. For takeaway, it's poor value. I would try it again if I ate in, but wouldn't recommend takeaway or delivery.

Normally have a great experience. Tonight the order was wrong, paid for piggy fries and got cheese fries. No sauce for the halloumi fries. Mistakes happen, no fret on that part. Called to say the order was wrong and the person on the phone was just like I'm sorry and then it was bye. No money back considering it's cheaper fries as well and terrible service tonight. Normally a regular, but won't be ordering for a while. Update: no response to a regular customer is very disappointing

Whenever I find myself in Leamington, there's one place I can't resist visiting - this incredible burger place called Libertine Burger. They offer a variety of burgers, vegan, mac n cheese, chicken and beef burgers, and all are so delicious that I often find myself struggling to choose just one. Luckily, I've discovered a cheat - I simply order one of each of the chicken and beef! And don't forget to grab a side of fries - they're fantastic. The food is always amazing, but it's not just the burgers that keep me coming back. The atmosphere is great, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. And now that they've expanded to a larger location, it's even better than before. If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend checking it out. I've tried several of their dry-aged beef burgers and buttermilk-fried chicken burgers, and they're all top-notch. And when it comes to fries, the dirty fries are my absolute favorite - they're topped with American cheese sauce, bacon bits, and dirty mayo, and they're out of this world. One thing I like to do is double up on my beef burger by adding an extra piece of buttermilk-fried chicken breast. Trust me, it's worth it. So if you're a burger lover like me, do yourself a favor and check out Libertine Burger in Leamington. You won't be disappointed!

Wow where do I start this is a very small chain with very big ambitions and rightly so this is probably one of the finest burger restaurants I have had the pleasure to visit forget Five Guys forget all those other wanerbe buger restaurants this is the real deal. From the moment you walk and a greetings with a lively fresh ambulance from the PlayStations on the wall to entertainer the kids and stop them out and stop them asking when the food going to be here whens the food is going to be here.... to the food being served on metal platters this has a very re-up beat and vibrant atmosphere the staff a well presented knowledgeable and eager to help a nice twist is B hope to see your food being prepared through the large glass window into the food prep area. This is an absolute winning combination this restaurant should go global the food is to die for from the choice of fries that are always super hot to the absolutely delicious burgers that are made on site from freshly ground beef this is what a burger joint should look like well done to one and all who work here. you have a winning formula keep up the great work. best regards Paul and Nicola
