Ordered via Just Eat at 10.20pm. At 11.35pm our food had still not been assigned to a driver so cancelled. Cancelled the order to order elsewhere only to be charged the full amount. You shouldn't be on food apps if you can't deliver. Very poor service and will never order from you again!

I started to buying food here 2weeks ago I kept on coming back because this is the best kebab I have ever tasted and the chips are nice there to I tried the kebab in Goodmayes big regret that kebab was awful when I tried this one this one is much better very good it’s further away from me here but it’s worth it I will keep on coming back here very friendly service 👍🏻

Just getting round to reviewing and five stars as the portions are always good and meat quality is decent too. Deffo not the brown play-dough on a stick which you’ll see at a lot of kebab places (avoid these - my tip), always friendly service. Thanks.

Best doner kebab in Ilford for the past 20years!

Doner Kebab arrived cold and under cooked, salad was brown and old looking! The chilli sauce pot had an oil slick on top and smelt disgusting, this place has really gone downhill. Certainly won't be back and won't recommend anymore.

This shops prices are cheap I always get large or small chips also friendly service prices are so worth it am not gonna lie

This number has just rang me asking me what mobile phone I use and offering me 30% off a new mobile phone!! I asked if they'd ring me bk as they'd woke me up and before I could finish speaking the African guy hung up on me!!

Literally when I say my family has been crying since the shop as opened in a few weeks, im not joking. Literally the best. We have tried a few other places but honestly for us nothing comes close.

An absolute surprise. Great delivery service as evidenced by the fresh hot chips. Kebabs were excellent. Great chilli sauce and fresh salad. I will make these chaps my regular from now on. Best local chicken shish . Well done

Food was nice but ordered at about 6:15 and didn't get the food till 8pm so make sure you ask the restauraunt before hand if they are busy or not. Got given a free bottle of fizz and a large kebab instead of a small which was nice but would or preferred money back lol! But other than that good food X

No hay lujos simplemente genial kebabs cada vez. Si alguien no le gusta este kebab deben ser de otro planeta que sinceramente no puedo conseguir mejor kofte doner shish kebabs, todo perfecto. Aunque el tepe chili me gusta caliente, pero es una locura caliente. Todavía tengo un poco. Entrega puntual que siempre caliente. No vas a encontrar un mejor kebab ni siquiera en el norte de Londres, olvídate de essex

The kebabs was brilliant and the chilli sauces like no other fab! The chips wasn't great. It was soggy and wet. Would still buy from them as most if the time it's all good

I have used this takeaway for years on a regular basis, placed an order this evening and have received a phone call saying they have cancelled our order because they are busy , terrible customer service they have lost a good customer will not be using again

Do not order! Late with food, food quality was rubbish and they were rude on the phone when I was reporting missing food items!

Delivery over an hour late! When it did arrive half the order was missing and we had a slimy undercooked chicken kebab! When I called to say things were missing he asked "are you sure?" We order every week from here & this is just disgusting! This isn't the 1st or 2nd time either it's about the 4th! Never again will I give them my money!

As always perfect. The best kebab around without a doubt and lovely staff.
