Be careful !, They advertise one price and after making the food, they charge you another price. Ask for the price before you order. They scam artists. The boneless half chick is served as a few fillets, far from what a half chicken should be. I Won’t go back and I should’ve known better when I saw the type of operation they run and the people it attracts. Junk food covered in sauce for uneducated consumers

Rice and chicken gave diarrhoea they didn’t maintain food properly, poor food hygeine. Ate it straight after receiving it, they must have left it out too long / reheated it poorly or not cooked chicken enough

Excellent food.There was a que in front.But they do their best to serve asap.Affordable and best quality.I tried half chicken wrap.So good.Highly recommend

THIS PLACE NEEDS AN INSPECTION FROM THE AUTHORITIES! My family friends and l were big fans of the lebanese grill up until recently where we had a very disturbing incident. I had a visitor from out of town and obviously recommended that we have some of their delicious takeaway which we did went home and as were were enjoying our meal my friend pointed out what appeared to be a cockroach 🪳 in her plate. This was very disappointing as l have been a loyal customer and there is clearly a serious problem with the hygiene standards. I'm obviously not going back and neither are my friends and family, please do something about this situation!

Best half grilled chiken i ever eaten. Service is too BAD U need to wait 20-30 min for your portion,outside standing... com on guys is there NOWAY to improbe this???? I cant belive u are the only single.place in london i taste this tasty chiken and u are stuck with ONE SHOP. Maybe u need to think about inproving your service??? Opening other branches? Always excellent never and a bad meal. I visit this place on average 2 to 3 times a month. The Lamb sharawma is the best I ever tasted sadly its only available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays

just like the best ever BUT guys I keep asking for lamb and u keep giving me chicken - also I keep over paying but it’s fine because it food SLAPS but pls give me lamb next time xx

10/10 for food taste, never had a problem with the flavour &taste. Generally speaking, quick efficient service. This time they gave me the wrong order and then I had to come back (as they don't do delivery), and wait another 15 minutes for another one, when I was told it would be ready as soon as I got there to swap. Check your order before you leave, the one time I was the one to collect the order and forgot to check! 😔

This place was a go to. But since they become popular service and food quality has gone down. I noticed everyone checks their takeaway before taking food as this place is used to misplacing orders or some orders are missing oncr you get home. They also pretend to take phone orders but really they do not take it and just say come down, once you go there they do not have a clue about your order and start making it while you stand in the cold. They have done this with many customers now

the food here is sublime. It’s the best Lebanese food here in London. It explains why there’s always a queue at the door. However they need to sort out their cust service. There’s no orderly queue and people just yell out their orders hoping it’s been noted & food takes a while to come out and it’s a game of luck if ur order is correct. This needs to be sorted out, surely u can’t run a serious business like its a food cart

Food taste great but need to fix up on customer service. You make a phone order to collect and when you get there it either isn't done or they say they didn't get the order, which is a let down.

A few days ago I placed an order on the phone for collection and I was told to come in 20 mins and my order will be ready. I went to collect my food and the guy said I don't know what you're talking about. I clearly said you told me my food will be ready in 20 mins so where's my order? He said I don't know about any order. At this point I was very disappointed and I gave him my order again and the guy was being very RUDE! I waited another 1/2 n hour for my food. Secondly he said to me cash only and I asked him you didn't say that before or its not stated in his shop. When i took my food home the food was freezing cold, wasn't fresh and cost too much. A very overrated place big queues outside waiting at least 1/2 n hr. Would definitely not recommend this place at all! Big waste of time! Over priced! DO NOT GO HERE EVEN BY MISTAKE!!!

Very delicious and halal food A meal per person is around £10.

Good food and very filling however they need a better way to order and give food. The ordering is literally done by someone by the door taking orders. The queue is a mess and just a big group of people squeezing through each other. A simple ticket number system would do the trick. They only accept cash sadly. Parking is hard and there's nowhere to sit and eat. If they simply allowed you to order online and used a ticket system to collect, it'd resolve the queue. A card machine would be great. The food otherwise was lovely and filling and as expected of a place like this... The atmosphere, people and type of customers, perhaps not so much.

The food is not tasty. Even the Shawarma is not worth it. The food gets cold very quickly, the food is very dry and not juicy. Their chilly sauce is very sweet like sugar. Really a waste of money and time.

Numerous time walking pass by this kebab place, always a long queue. So today we decide to try. Firstly it is cash only. £7 for a chicken wrap, the chicken is very tender, you can taste the flame in the wrap, and the garnish put inside the wrap also tastes very good. All in all a good wrap, but I don't think it is exceptional. I would happily come back again though.

Twice visited London and if I will go again I will go to eat there.

Driving down the A2 on the Old Kent Road late on a Sat night looking for something highly rated and open on Google Maps restaurants list, we found this place with a 4.5 and nearly 2000 reviews, which is rare, so had to try it... the comments were going on about the half chicken and chips, and they were right crispy flavoursome boneless chicken on a bed of super crispy chips, and nice sauce and salad, this place fits the reputation... the lamb cubes wrap was okay, average, and its an interesting area with fights breaking out at the Hispanic place further up, and a group of friendly yardies crowding the grill, it was very busy with big line of people waiting to order but service was quick, as soon as I ordered my food had come out in around 5mins. So it is a well known busy place, and recommend it if your nearby.

I have been here at least 6 times now. This time the food was not all that. Food was cold I literally walked 1 min to my car to eat. Usually the food is good.

I always order the boneless chicken thighs with spicy rice and chips, absolutely love this place!! Food is delicious all the time! Staff are always friendly and smiley.

The best charcoal grilled chicken in London, order the half boneless chicken with half spicy rice and chips, with chilli and garlic sauce. Patience is required and ensure you call and order 15 minutes before you arrive and mention that it is a phone order over the counter. CASH ONLY!

Unfortunately, i had a bad experience overall. We went on sat lunchtime, yes it was slightly busy, however this does not make it an excuse for bad service nor taste quality of food. The food which I ate almost immediately due to no eat in spaces, was already cold, chips stale, I asked for alot of sauce which he gave me only a little and not enough chicken for a large. I don't understand being so tight with the sauce, when your business is thriving I honestly don't get it. And lastly, making it inconvenient for customers to make it cash only which is ridiculous cos we all know full and well what's happening here. I have had better Lebanese food local foe example gourmet 2.

Perfectttt really perfect every thing is perfect .I have an hour's drive to this shop because they are the best and you can't find such delicious half chickens anywhere in London. Wow, it's amazing.

Very drastic experience. I bought food and when reached home opened the boxes and food was very smelly and stale. Rice were too sticky and bad smell can be felt. When I called to make a complaint staff didn’t listen to it and hanged the phone up. I tried four times but they didn’t listen to me only told me to bring the food back to their shop. Very bad customer service and unhygienic stale food. Council should visit this business seal it as they are selling stale food to people. I will never visit this restaurant again. I wish I could give zero star or minus marks to them.

Grilled chicken is well seasoned and so is the spicy rice. It comes with that smoky bbq taste from the grill. They could’ve put a bit more salad in my box and I didn’t think the chilli and garlic sauces were flavoursome which was a shame as a good sauce would have elevated this meal. Overall it is good value for money and worth it if you can’t be bothered to cook. Queues can be long and there is no set system so make sure you make yourself known to the guys serving. Thank god I had my own chilli sauce at home. It saved the day!

No dine in, only takeaway but one of the delicious chicken I’ve ever had, ordered half chicken and spicy rice with salad and sauces, it was full of flavour and tender. Highly recommend it.

This place does amazing grilled chicken on a charcoal grill. You get intense smokey flavours and they also do shawarma (only on weekends) and fish too. They also falafel if you don't want meat not tried it so can't comment on it. Don't bother calling and ordering as they will start cooking your order when you arrive (unless it is not busy which is never). Highly recommend it. Take out only.

Affordable and huge portions. Get the falafel, you don’t need the chips. Sometimes hard to order bc I’m not sure what’s being asked (it can be loud outside) so I just nod and smile and feel dumb and get a rlly good meal out of it! Love this place.

A real gem of a place for grilled chicken and other meat - you don't get better than this. Prices are also extremely good, so they offer amazing value for money and excellence all round. The constant queue of customers outside speaks for itself. I have been here many many times before and not once have I been disappointed. They don't accept cash! And it's not even mentioned anywhere. I get to know about it after standing in a queue for 10 mins! I mean it's 2023!

Food is always great here and the service is always great! Never had any problems and always the go to spot when it gets to the Kate eating hours. Would like just a little more chips and or rice.

Throughout my visits, a recurring pattern of unsatisfactory service has become distinct. The three individuals who are consistently ALWAYS been in the shop for the last 10 years have consistently demonstrated a lack of un professionalism. Their interactions with customers have been, lack of enthusiasm and a failure. Effective queue management, which contributes to a disorganized and frustrating customer experience. I am compelled to give a service rating of zero to this takeaway place, reflecting a lack of attention to customer satisfaction. I am unable recommend this venue.

Had some amazing chicken and Rice

Ordered a lamb kebab and it took a significant amount of time to arrive, despite other customers receiving their orders very quickly. Not sure why, as the place wasn't that busy early in the evening. Kebab was a good size, albeit lacking some flavour. The lamb was tender but didn't have much flavour.

No queue system way too many people push in. There are too many weird people you'll find around doing all sorts.
