Lazeza in Harrow

Met up with a good friend here for a best friend’s catch up and much needed supportive heart to heart- it was the perfect informal spot as half way between our homes, very near the station. The staff are absolutely fabulous with lovely service. They made us feel very comfortable to stay and chat with no pressure to leave. The food was very good. We had the mixed hot and cold mixed meze combinations and was perfect for us as one a meat eater and one a vegetarian. Generous portions and delicious. Thank you guys for giving us a lovely evening. The Baileys and Tia Maria was the perfect finishing touch. We’ll be back!

Had my usual favourite of lamb shish but meat was unusually fatty and didn’t enjoy it at all. My daughter had same dish which I had recommended beforehand and hers was not much better. Very disappointing. Raised it with the waiter who blamed their supplier. I was buying from the restaurant, not the supplier! Despite being a regular am now thinking of going elsewhere. Rest of the food was okay.

You'll never leave hungry! Really good food and they serve HUGE portions! Spacious restaurant, family+kids friendly, can easily cater for large parties. Happy Diners all around, thank you!

Wow. From the welcome as we arrived, seating and being looked after we could not fault. A evening out we fancied Mediterranean and this restaurant fits the bill exactly. A shared hot starter, a mixed grill and some great Turkish Beer worked for me. I didn't leave hungry but wanting to visit again. A great price for 2 people. I would heartily recommend. The walk is a perfect end as you can't park close by to an excellent evening. I'll be back.

We visited here for my husband’s birthday and had a fantastic meal. The service was brilliant and we were really well looked after, they even did a birthday baklava with candles.

Had a really good meal at this restaurant, the food was amazing and there was a large selection to choose from to cater for our large party of varying ages! the staff were friendly and helpful and most of all patient! We went there for a family celebration and had a lovely meal. I ordered the chicken sote and it was amazing! We also ordered a selection of the mixed hot and cold startes and the mixed grill for the table and would highly recommend the Iskender which my partner ordered. The prices are reasonable and the service is 10/10. Look forward to going back here again soon!

The food here is amazing and we treat ourselves to a home delivery. when the food arrives it is hot and tastes amazing.

I don't normally write reviews but this restaurant has become our regular lunchtime venue. The service is excellent. The waiters are friendly and attentive. The food choice is superb - my personal favourite is the lamb chops or the spaghetti. The food is delicious. The wine is excellent quality and value. Overall this restaurant provides a consistently high dining experience.

Amazing customer service, delicious food - what more can you ask for! My husband ordered the prawns - they were perfectly cooked by the chef. They have the best chips - especially when you ask for them well done. We normally have to adjust our order for the kids and they get it right all the time! The arrabbiata pasta is my favourite dish!! Just the right amount of heat!! I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends and have regular takeaways!!

This is an amalgamation of several visits, the restaurant is bright and airy with plenty of space between tables (bit of a thing for me). The menu is pretty extensive including some good vegetarian offerings. Child and disabled friendly, waiters are attentive without being intrusive and they also managed to remember that I particularly enjoy Turkish coffee. At the last visit we were celebrating one of our party's birthday and they very kindly served a complimentary plate of sweetmeats. The bill is always reasonable. Overall a very enjoyable place to eat, well wort a visit.

We went for the lunch special. We had two mezzes, aubergine and hummus, both delicious, surprised at large size of portions, with lovely fresh bread. I then had a lamb sote and my friend the chicken - absolutely delicious and again really generous portions. Service was efficient, toilet very clean, atmosphere relaxed. Dinner a little more expensive but still good value. Lunch at £8.85 a real bargain.

We found this place by chance on a Sunday evening. The staff were polite and friendly, the service was excellent and the food was exceptional! We both ordered Sirloin steak and expected the usual 8oz....we were served with what seemed to be 16oz steaks with accompaniments. Everything was cooked to perfection! With the meal we ordered the best red wine on the list and our bill for 2 people was £44.95!If you are local or in the area, don’t miss Lokma!

Had an early dinner in this restaurant to celebrate my birthday. As usual, can't fault it: impeccable service, the attention to detail is outstanding and food is delicious! After mentioning the special occasion that brought me to Lokma restaurant, the server (Arun) brought my dessert with a lighted candle and sang "Happy birthday!" along with the Chefs. Wonderful staff, great food and an amazing experience!!! Thank you!

i went for the first time here with my sister and a very good friend of us to have dinner although i am living in Harrow for more than 2 years!From the beginning we were gritted in a very friendly manner and had the chance to choose the table. Everything proves good taste, we had natural flowers in a small vase and candles that was lighted straight away by our host once we were seated. Our host/waitress prepared our drinks, nice cocktail for my sister, recommended the rose wine for me, gave all the explanations regarding the food, very professional and friendly in the same time, very attentive during our dinner, always present and covering all tables in restaurant. He offered us tap water with lemon for free and without asking, a nice gesture that unfortunately is not done nowadays at restaurant. The food was amazing, fresh and delicious, everything balances. And there are so many choices that is hard to decide! We had a starter and main and unfortunately it was not possible to finish all, although we took our time and our host was very patient. The portions are enough and for the next time we will know to take a main and leave room for dessert... Again, by the end of our meal, we have been offer for free three pieces of traditional and authentic baklava, decorated with cream and chocolate, a delight for our palatines.... Amazing environment, good portion and delicious food, 5 star service. Compliments to the chef and thank you Arun for making our visit special. We will definitely coming back!

Popped in on a Monday evening. Not very busy as you may expect and so was served quickly. Had a mixed grill which was around £14, which was reasonable value for money. It is convenient as it is very close to Harrow on the Hill station and we popped in on the way home after a couple of beers in town. Generally good experience.

Luton Airport is a nightmare. Completely chaotic with building work and no means of finding your way our taxi had to drive out to the roundabout and try again to find the terminal. To get form arrival to a coach involved a lengthy walk alongside a barrier followed by the same walk back inside the barrier to get to a point a few yards from where we had started. Check-in was long winded and departure and return involved lack of indication of gate until the last minute with a long rush with luggage, which had to be carried up or down two fights of steps as well as the access to the plane. Suitable exercise regime for Olympic hopefuls, but less so for older passengers Take-off greatly delayed out and return.

We booked this P&O; Norway Cruise to see the Fjords, on the Arcadia as we had cruised on this particular ship before in 2015 and really enjoyed it, Firstly the standards have dropped! Dress Code has been relaxed to far, Far to much queuing at meal times as they have set times in the Meridian Restaurant one sitting at 18.30 second sitting 20.30, Cabins are looking tired, The Captains Cocktail Party at 20.00hrs was a fiasco! queuing once again right through the Belvedere Restaurant whilst people not wishing to attended were trying to get their evening meal, had a job to get a drink once inside. The Arcadia like many our cruise liners has an array of shops for you to browse round whilst on the days at sea, however these were closed for half of the cruise for a refit. we were only informed once we arrived in our cabins, The cruises was to see the Norway Fjords however we sailed up the Fjords mainly very early hours of the morning or at main evening meal times so missed a lot of it, we did get up early one morning to see the Fjords at 04.30 up on deck not many people up there! The food was very good plenty of variety and food all day so you never went hungry! the service in all the restaurants was excellent also the drinks are reasonably priced and service at the bars was very good entertainment was also good We had 4 stops on our cruise 3 were very good however the final stop which stays in your mind was Haugesund it was a disaster! as for ending the cruise on a high that was a big big low!! On our way back to Southampton they decided to paint the roof outside of the Lido deck there was 4 painters using a very strong smelling paint which wafted into the lido area it was so strong it made your eyes water and got to the back of your throat this was at 11.45 coming up to lunch time however we did complain about this and got it stopped. On the last day at sea we were informed that our docking berth had been changed to a different location and P&O; had arranged for our cars to be relocated to this particular berth however it was a hell of a walk with our luggage in the heat Not a good way to end a mixed feeling Cruise.

Went yesterday....Had high expectations as the meat options are not cheap.. one dish I go for is normally quite nice, lamb chops are cooked lovely and the Gorgonzola sauce is amazing, I went for a different option this time and was disappointed...the mixed grill was dry, it should have had some chicken wings in the mix. Shame the menu has no grilled chicken option, the burger was horrendous. Nothing compared to two buns just up the road! If you want burgers go to two buns!

Great decor for Valentine’s Day made a sudden booking for an early evening booking. Great food but note there is wine in my most sauces but the steaks are good value. I had Italian pasta dish freshy made no issue but would say the service wasn’t too great but the starters took it too a four start restaurant. Casual to formal restaurant great for most occasions sadly the current massive parking issues at St Ann’s shopping centre car park ruined this prefect evening as it took 40mins to leave the carpark due to the Harrow one way system and local road works. Top tip don’t pay for parking until you double check as we paid and the car park was free due to massive car park queues. Oh almost forgot after our meal went across the road the yellow fronted connivence shop to pick up drinks for trip home but sadly the Afghan shopkeeper doesn’t retail offers as stated on drinks didn’t remember to remind the shop keeper to honour the offers; so aside from that you on to a winner with this place.

The food is good, I ordered a steak with peppercorn sauce and some dolmiades. The steak was nice, probably a bit to much sauce, but well cooked with a nice fresh side salad. The Dolmiades (Vine leafs filled with rice) were very nice and also came with salad. I couldn't see not was offered a dessert menu and although service was ok during most of my stay, at the end, the waiter seemed angry, insisting that service wasn't included yet not giving me a chance to add it while paying with card.

We enjoyed the food while we were there. The only thing was long waiting for the food. However, it worth waiting as the food was fresh and nice.

I used to come to Harrow regularly to eat nearly 30 years ago and there was little choice of good quality food then. Unfortunately not a lot has changed and the area is rough so after walking around in the freezing cold I was happy to find this Mediterranean restaurant about 2 minutes walk from the station. The menu is suspiciously large with pasta, pizza, fish and grill dishes so I was wondering how good it could be. I went for a mixed grill which had plenty of tasty meat served with plain rice and salad. There was a lot of meat but not a stupidly large portion and it was all high quality including a lamb chop, chicken, spicy minced meat and some steak. At £14 it was one of the most expensive main courses but good value. Service was efficient and attentive and the place was reasonably comfortable if a bit spartan and the music was a little loud. The range of hot and non alcoholic drinks could be better but all in all what I had was excellent quality and value.

Warm environment, fantastic service, amazing portions, delicious flavours, good value! We had the classic burger and the penne gorgonzola, and we will surely go back to enjoy the rest of the menu. For a quiet Tuesday evening with my partner, it was just right - comfy and no fuss. Go and enjoy! Thank you very much Lazeza.

A friend and I passed this restaurant whilst working in the area and decided to stop in - we weren't disappointed. Excellent service and a great menu. The kebabs they serve for the mains are some of the best we have had - something that's not on the menus where we come from. We were so impressed that when another colleagues birthday came around we booked a table and brought a load of us here for the evening. On that occasion there were plenty of smiles all round - even the added touch of a birthday dessert.

Went with friends. I had the burger and chips, but the burger was very fatty and tasted like it was frozen beforehand (you know....THAT taste!) I asked what kind of rice it was (on the 'sides' part of the menu), but the waiter didn't know!!! I asked for mustard as a condiment, but they didn't have any! Surely someone could've nipped over to Tesco's to get some for a customer!!.....hmm.

Mi familia y yo fuimos a este restaurante recientemente para el cumpleaños de mi hijo. Eligió el lugar. Todos nos encontramos después de un día de trabajo en alrededor de las 7 pm. No estaba demasiado ocupado, ya que era un día de semana. El 5 de nosotros pedimos a la parrilla (4 encontrados grill y 1 de pollo a la parrilla) y mi hija pidió la Moussaka. Las raciones son bastante grandes y se sirve caliente. Sin embargo, mi carne a la brasa La mezcla era un poco duro y bastante seco. Mi hija dice Moussaka estaba bien. Todos bebimos agua mineral con gas y sin gas.

It's a decent place and normally come here for lunch with colleagues. Was a little unimpressed when I called up to make a reservation and place some orders in advance and the lady who answered the phone said 'I can't take your order'. 'Why' I asked...confused. She said they were busy (if she can answer the phone then I really don't accept that excuse!). Food always seem fresh and the portion size is decent. They really could do with some more veggie options, I think there is like three on their menu. Note to management - veggie lasagne/mousakka would make a great addition to your menu!

Mediterranean food place. An old favourite of our family's we mainly go there for the sirloin steak (its hard to get halal authentic sirloin) as its the best available in the area- easily beats SteakOut etc round the corner. The decor is nice, the staff are accommodating with large party's and we've enjoyed it every time we've been there, other members of the family have had other dishes on the menu e.g chicken shish, fish and chips, beef burger and overall they have enjoyed it.

It's such a lovely restaurant. So romantic & intimate. We visited here for Valentine'sDay & had a reservation. The venue is clean, the food was lovely & very filling. For 2 starters, 2 mains & 4 alcoholic drinks our bill came to £57.00. We'll definitely be back here!!

Had dinner here this evening 12/11/16. Grilled steak and veg excellent. Medium and done exactly as ordered. Waiter and Waitress were very good and very efficient. Will be back (Steak very reasonable price ).

Harrow n'est pas une grande ville de la banlieue de Londres et l'on n'y vient pas pour des motifs touristiques mais il y a un grand nombre de restaurant et de pubs excellents.Parmi eux j'ai découvert LAZEZA qui est, à la base, un restaurant méditerranéen.J'y ai déjeuné d'un Fish and Chips délicieux. Si vous passez par là, allez y !

I've been here many times but my most recent visit was in August. As always we were made very welcome, given a choice of tables and staff were attentive without being intrusive. Pasta, mixed grill and pizza were all ordered by our group and none of us were disappointed, good portion size and excellent quality and surprisingly not expensive. The waiting staff are always very friendly with children and go out of their way to accommodate food allergies etc. It was my birthday and the waiter was very kind and gave me his sincere best wishes. This restaurant is always clean and tidy and the WCs are immaculate. The restaurant will seem very quiet early evening but soon gets busy! Can't recommend highly enough.

I love Italian good and was so excited to find a halal Italian restaurant. Unfortunately the quality of the food is well below average. The pasta sauces are thin and taste like they've been watered down. Service is good though.

The food is lovely and it's one of those rare non-chainy places left in Harrow. I'm all for supporting an independent local business.It can get busy and a bit loud in there at times, but the food is excellent and the atmosphere quite relaxed. Portion sizes are large. It's an excellent place to meet someone for lunch or in the evening.

Me and my boyfriend came here for his birthday. The food was lovely. My boyfriend ordered steak and it was really lovely, cooked just right. I had chicken ciabatta which was also very nice. Both we served with chips and salad. The staff were really friendly and very kind!Overall we thoroughly enjoyed it.

It's was quite disappointing. Upon arrival we were not greeted by any of the staff. The place was quiet with only two occupied tables. We stood by the front door waiting for a waiter to escort us to our table but we quickly realized that wasn't going to happen. So we decided to use our initiative and settle down at a table near the window. It took roughly around 10mins for a waiter to serve us. Given the level of demand at the time I thought that was a little odd. We gave the waiter our order, only to discover everything we wanted wasn't available. We were shocked by the lack of availability, considering the menu was somewhat limited. We were staying overnight in Harrow to attend the Coldplay concert in Wembley and we were looking for a decent restaurant to have dinner before the concert. Having read the good reviews for Lazeza on Tripadvisor, we elected to eat here.As is was early evening 17:30 the restaurant was virtually empty, which suited us and meant we had a window table. The first impressions give the feel that Lazeza is more of a cafe or bistro rather than a restaurant, there are no tablecloths on the tables and the napkins are paper, but everything is clean. The serving staff were very helpful and attentiveThe menu is quite extensive with a variety of cuisines and plenty for Lisa (not a meat eater) to choose from, although and sadly the lamb dish that I wanted was not available.The Calamri that I ordered arrived perfectly cooked and hot, Lisa had Haloumi, which she enjoyed also.As main courses Lisa had a very tasty vegetable risotto and I had the Gorgonzola steak. Our servers added plenty of fresh Parmesan to Lisa's risotto and for the steak I was offered ground black pepper. Small pots of English mustard and ketchup also came with steak, which is a nice touch, as I usually have to ask for these. The steak was fine if cooked slightly longer than the med-rare that I ordered, but it was perfectly edible and quite large.We had a nice bottle of Chillean Merlot to accompany the meal.At just over £50 excluding tips, I would rate this place as reasonably priced and certainly feel you can eat a decent meal here.

I love Italian food. Rare to find a local halal Italian so was very excited. Quality of the food is poor and sauces seem to be very watered down. Reluctant to go there again.

We all love bargains and vouchers and let's face it the big brands have this to a fine art. The Pizza experience at Lazeza has great, during my last visit they had a Monday £6 pizza offer. I thought this would be a standard Monday offer, unfortunately not and had I checked I would have gone to the big brand restaurant. Lazeza please don't try to follow the big brand offers, just try to keep it simple with your prices and as competitive as possible. Will do my research before my next visit.

Harrow on the hill doesn't have many nice restaurants that you can eat at and the area isn't amazing. This is from someone who lives in Harrow... However, this restaurant has delicious food! It has a great selection ranging from Italian to Turkish and is cooked well with big portion sizes. Don't be put off by seeing the restaurant not full of people, it is an absolute gem if you are looking for good food!

Eaten here several times food and service always great ,we last visited 3 weeks ago the day after Mother's Day which was a Monday we got there early at 12 pm and by 1pm it was full, food was great I had pasta and my daughter had moussaka large portions and both tasted great. Going to book a window table now for Easter Monday. It is also kid friendly.

For a Monday the restaurant was fairly busy. We were a group of three and all choose Pizza, they had a special offer for Monday. Great tasting of £6 each, as the terminator would say 'I'll be back'.

Chefs need to be complimented for fresh and tasty food served - service is always prompt and very friendly. If someone want to enjoy good food and good services then surely they sis the most recommendable eat out.

I was visiting harrow high street during lunch hour and thought of trying something different. Found Lazeza near the town hall. The service provided by Hussin (Working there) was amazing. He was so polite. It was a new menu for us but he explained the dishes very well in fact he suggested few dishes to us that came out very well. We were accompanied by our young son who really enjoyed the atmosphere and friendliness of staff. I would like to recommend this restaurant to everyone who visits harrow to at least try once. I would love to go there again and again. Food and service both were excellent.

This place has been here a while in a street that doesn't do well for Restaurants but it seems to. The place is bright and open and has a nice clean look, open kitchen etc. The best thing is how kid friendly they are, it's unbelievable. We had about 6 couple and at least 12 kids of 4-6, all running around, getting in the way and making a lot of noise and the staff didn't bet an eye lid and the other customers were really cool and kid friendly too, I was amazed, it's even more family friendly than Dubai. The food is typically Italian, not great but not bad, Italian food is generally blandishments anyway, although the deserts were nice. The customers are quite diverse and you don't get many English lads or girls groups either so no fools getting drunk and annoying and disturbing everyone. Would def go again with kids, staff were very nice and patient and friendly.

I have been going to lazeza for 2 years and was never dissapointed by the food. Service is always nice and polite.

The best place to eat in Harrow food is always amazing and service is excellent! Manager is very helpful - always will make sure everything is just perfect.

Came here for the first time on Saturday night, restaurant was half full but service was still prompt and efficient. I had the sirloin steak with chips and peppercorn sauce and my steak was cooked to perfection! Loved the chunky chips and the sauce too. My friend had the grilled Sea Bass and really enjoyed it. Didn't have room for desert but definitely will want to try on my next visit!!

I'm going at LaZeza every Sunday night. With my friends Atmospher is perfect Staff is very friendly and helpfullFood is excellent I recommend Chicken filled Steak. The best Keep up the good work !

Looked this place up on TA before deciding to book and it was a great choice. Atmosphere was really nice, it felt very chilled out and it wasn't too loud so you could enjoy a good meal, some drinks and good conversation. Service was very good, the restaurant wasn't mad busy so I would have expected that anyway.Most importantly the food was great! Everything was prepared and seasoned very well, wife loved the Rose they had on offer and price of the meal was very reasonable too so we'll definitely be back and may well make it one of our regulars.

I go here a lot, and im always happy with the sevice, the staff and the food. My favourite is the chicken and mushroom pasta along with the calamari :)

Excellent food, excellent service,excellent. Staff are friendly and every time i have visited this resturant the food has been excellent every time. Highly recomend this to anyone as the menue is very diverse.

Came here last week on friday night, first time for me but definitely not the last. Had the best sirloin steak ive tasted for years. The calamari was also delicious. My friend had the pepperoni pizza and really liked it. Great food great service too see you soon

Came with the wife and we had an amazing lamb kofte and seabass. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the pizza looked amazing see you soon lazeza!

Came for Late lunch,opposite harrow on the hill station. Had a fantastic chicken caeser salad along with a slice of honeycomb cheesecake. The service was as good as the food too,cant wait to come back in the Evening sometime in the very near future

They serve everything from steak,pizza,pasta,fish and more we came in as a table of four and all ordered a diffeent dish and they were all delicious. Next time will have to try the honeycomb cheesecake! Great service too

Wonderful restaurant with a great choice on the menu, i will have to go back to try out more dishes! Very tasty food and welcoming, helpful staff with great service. Also a lovely touch being offered tea and coffee on the house to end a lovely evening! We will definitely return!

Happy, friendly staff that go the extra mile serving a great variety menu of halal food for the whole family, especially when you can't decide with a mix of Mediterranean, Italian, grills, burgers and can't forget dad's favourite cod and chips.
