Nice espresso, and a nice polite man behind the counter. Much better then the coffee you get downstairs 👌

I was so surprised at the variety of hot food available as well as the usual sandwiches and crisps and sweets. Spoilt for choice.

I love popping in to Lavazza en route to Dublin. I arrived on Tuesday at 07.15 to be told that it opens at 07.30 - even though I always have been served before this time, and it says here that Lavazza opens at 07.00. Confused.

Always seems to have this thing going on with the cakes, rarely put out in the display cabinet, or put away far far in advance of any closing time. Staff always polite enough and coffee much better than the vended stuff in the main shop, but yeah just that one rather odd practice with the cakes, bet loads of people intending to get one never actually enquire or ask for one if none are visible

Terrible coffee. Even worse service

Very good service and perfect flat white coffee. It is very important who is making the coffee. Today I went to the South Bound Service. The barista was nice and friendly.

Patronising, rude, impatient service

Vacant of staff at 9pm. No coffee to fuel late night driving. Very disappointing

We had two coffees and a scone for about 7 euros.. ok. But then got 39£ as change, of which the 10£ note was outdated currency (and have been for over a year) that no one would accept the whole day. Of course as non-uk citizens we didn't know this. Since we were in northern Ireland only for a one day tour (which the staff knew about), we couldn't change this money and we basically wasted 12€. This was extremely rude of them.
