Absolutely superb food, one of the best I’ve had

Unfortunately the curry's we ordered where inedible, ordered the chicken tikka masalla and it tasted so sweet that I wasn't able to eat it. The butter chicken was also really sweet but had a added grainy texture to it while the jaipoor chicken had hardly any flavour to it. We will not be ordering g from here again as it was a complete waste of money.

order from here often but not anymore, tastes nothing like a chicken tikka masel, chicken quite rubbery and its a different colour. prices are up and quality is down, poor show. I wont be back.

Excellent food at very reasonable prices. We were the only people in the place early on a Wednesday evening, hence the low Atmosphere rating, but I couldn't fault the food. Will definitely visit again when next in the area.

We gave enough notice an hour for our meal, it took an extra 25 mins later, guy opened boot of car, no warmer, lots of deliveries to do …… food was only luke warm, would think twice about ordering again. Garlic rice too had about 4 slices added in, obviously an afterthought, not up to usual standard ….. shame

Fantastic food, had the Chicken Pakora was lovely fresh, then moved to Butter chicken, that was absolutely tasty, hot, good chilli heat and a good portion, garlic rice was spot on and loads of garlic. I was very impressed. Had a very good coffee to follow. Don't lose this restaurant it is Highly Recommended hopefully when in the area will come back for sure. Back again lovely tasty curry again tried the Mixed kebabs this time nice level of spice and good size starter. Had the Kashmir chicken bit more fruity in flavour but was very tasty and the garlic rice was spot on. Will be back.

We came here for dinner Saturday night. The food was really authentic Indian, much better than you get in restaurants elsewhere. We had chicken chilli masala and prawn naga and they were really nice. The service was good and we will definitely come again.

Disappointing it was an hour late considering we’d pre ordered it in afternoon to arrive at 1755 . Food was reasonable at least

Amazing food with great service. It's our go-to restaurant for a family night out. My daughter loves the papadam there.

Wrong place if you are looking for authentic Indian foods, especially curries. Most of the curries got the similar tomato base and taste. We tried lamb Rogan josh and chicken Balti. There were no difference in the sauce they made. Just tomato paste all over it. We were travelling from England and when compared to some authentic restaurants over there Lasan was poor in authentic taste. Just one piece of advice - know the guests and customize the dishes accordingly.

Been there a few times and I must say it has the best Indian cuisine in Aberdeen. Food quality and service is great. Special mention to the Lamb chops, tadka daal and prawn curry ! I highly recommend this restaurant!

Very fresh tasty food with perfect amount of spice

Outstanding. Vegetable Pakora is universal, but this was quality and suspect it is hand made. Gobi Angarai has lots of great flavours. Lamb Pasanda top marks. Food is far above takeaway quality.

5 of us ate in and everyone enjoyed their meal. Great food.

Our first experience at Lasan was most favourable with excellent food in comfortable surroundings. Service was friendly and efficient too. Will be back.

Het eten is lekker, de sfeer is goed. Afknapper, kennelijk hadden we meer moeten besteden, omdat we een eenvoudige maaltijd namen zonder poespas waren we niet meer interessant en keek men ons bij vertrek niet meer aan. Een volgende keer maar ergens anders naar toe!

The food was good, the chips were cold, popadums were in a sauce spilt from meals, and they didn't come with dips as described in the order.

Food arrived too quickly (as in how long was it ready before we ordered!). Chicken was over cooked and overall food was nowhere near as good as the last time we ordered from here. Unfortunately we won’t be ordering from here again

Limited Vegetarian choice. But the DAL MAKHANI served was not authentic and seemed a bit sweet. Also harayali paneer left quite a bit desired from this good looking restaurant.

On a trip away and this restaurant was right over from the hotel. The food was beautiful and the staff were great. They have a few tables under canopies quite romantic if a couple.

I had the Baingan Bhajee to start followed by the Chicken Passanda with veggie rice and a keema naan. It was all absolutely delicious! Portions didn’t look massive but I was completely stuffed and left loads. Will probably share rice and bread next time. Decor in the restaurant is beautiful. The waiting on staff were all delightful and very professional. Gents could do with a good clean.

I've eaten many times from Lasan and have always been happy with the food quality. This time though we were very disappointed. Chicken was dry and tasteless in both dishes. Will be giving this place a miss for the time being.

Came here on Wednesday with the missus. Food was spot on - I’d recommend the chicken chilli masala. Staff are good. Prices are fair. Place looks clean and tidy. Would recommend.

Really nice meal , great delivery time

We had a party of 7(2 being children) for my birthday. The service was extremely poor. Staff were not chatty or welcoming. I advised the waiter that I had meerkat movies 2 for 1 offer and was not happy about this. The food itself was lovely but like I said the staff and atmosphere of the restaurant wasn’t its normal self. I think the restaurant has been taken over by someone else. On asking the bill, the 2 for 1 meals had not been taken off. And the staff were reluctant to take it off. Even to the point that they lied that it had been taken off and that was the correct bill amount. On leaving the restaurant after paying the bill we were stopped by a very aggressive and unapproachable staff member possibly the manager advising that we hadn’t paid the correct amount and we were due him more money. He was very arrogant and rude. I explained that I come to the restaurant regularly and also order takeaways from them and have never had such an awful experience. As regular visitors we are also usually offered a complimentary drink at the end this was not the case even though we were there and celebrating my birthday. After leaving the restaurant feeling very annoyed and knowing full wel I had been charged more than I should have I noticed in their Facebook page that kids eat free every Sunday, and includes two courses. I was charged for both children’s meals and they were not offered a dessert or ice cream. After many years visiting Lasan I can confirm that they have lost some very loyal and regular customers. We will not be visiting again and I would not recommend going to others.

Have order from Lasan many times and each and every time the food has been amazing. They're vegetarian dishes are delicious and they're is great variety to choose from. Our favourite place to order from.

Delivered the wrong dish. Wouldn't normally complain but this isn't the first time this has happened. Sent out the right dish but asked from the wrong dish back. Not even an extra rice or naan with the replacement considering it had been over half an hour since we received the initial order

Do your self a favour curry fans - when in Aberdeen hunt this place out. Very clean, warm and welcoming, but the good is authentic and outstanding. We ate as a family and each dish was so good.

From the clay oven Lasan’s special platter it was enormous couldn’t eat half of it in one sitting perfectly cooked wonderful flavour. Peshwari Naan is one of the best I’ve had full of sweetness soft and moreish. Service was very good, attentive staff and friendly. I hope to visit Aberdeen again and if I’m in this area I will return

We haven’t managed to visit Lasan for a while (but have enjoyed takeouts). Thoroughly enjoyed everything about our night. Excellent service from staff. Food was so so good, definitely the best chicken bhuna I’ve ever had. It was so nice to see this restaurant buzzing, with happy customers and happy staff. Can’t wait to go back.

I'd ordered vegetable rogan josh but got home,15 miles away, to find chicken rogan josh in my bag. Not much good for a vegetarian... I'm not doing a 30 mile round trip again to return the incorrect item.

disappointed tonight. called lasan 30 minutes after requested delivery time to be told food was ready but waiting for driver. not sure how long food had been ready for but starter and chips were stone cold when eventually delivered

It was a delight to visit Lasan while I was staying near aberdeen for work. The outside is unsuspecting as it is played next to a supermarket, but when you enter you are transported to sleek modern Indian restaurant. I visited twice, the first time I had a chicken Jalfrezi (pictured) which was quite spicy, with some extra chillies and the second was a chicken karahi which was also very good, I chose to try Saffron rice and it accompanied the curry very well. If I do visit the area again I will be returning to Lasan :) Staff were very friendly and the good service has definitely been a focus for the restaurant.

Watery sauces tonight. Very little chicken. No poppadoms despite asking for them. This has happened before. I think it is good customer service to offer this when customers are paying £65 for food. Will go elsewhere from now on. Clearly no attempt to provide service to loyal customers who spend a lot of money each time they order.

Visited the place on last week, soft lights gave the environment a dreamy touch alongside the cozy interiors. Foods were incredibly flavorous and tasty. Foods came really quick and perfectly cooked. Staffs were so friendly with flawless service manners. Highly recommended to others to visit or order for here.

First time here. Staff made you feel really welcome. Food great . Recommend the Chicken tikka and the Salmon tikka. Definitely will be back.

Really sad! Have been a supporter (and promoter) of this place for a long time. Ordered a delivery on their online app. Have to say it was my most disappointing food experience possibly to date! No condiments with popadums (false advertising) dopiaza arrived cold and consisted of chicken (to be fair it could be turkey it was so dry) and onions with two little pieces of pepper in the runniest curry sauce (read as soup) I have ever seen. Blindfolded I would never have guessed it was curry - zero flavour and zero heat. Also ordered was a korma, again very wet runny sauce although the flavour was fairly reasonable, vegetable pilau rice was good. Was left feeling extremely disappointed but all the wiser - I won’t be back. I’d say give it a body swerve but you may want to make your own mind up! May not sound fair to let one bad experience here spoil my review but neither is it fair to charge the same price for a bad meal as a good meal!

The food was good... However over an hour late (over two hours after placing the order). Restaurant very rude when I called for an update.

Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery. Food arrived and starters were cold. Chicken in the curry was like rubber. Very disappointed as was recommended from a friend. Safe to say I won’t be back in a hurry.

Food did not turn up - do not order food from Lasan in Westhill. Take your money, say it’s delivered and no food is actually sent.

If you are in Westhill and like Indian food I personally recommend this place , the ambience is simply amazing and I can only say good thing about everything. I'd give 6* if it was possible. Please go and check it out for yourself.

An unassuming for place that seems popular with locals & visitors to the area. I was staying just across the road at the holiday inn and arranged to meet a colleague here. Trudging towards the door through the snow, I was a tad dubious. The industrial type building doesn’t look great from the outside but was well furnished internally and the staff gave a great welcome. Service was swift and food was flavoursome and nicely spiced. Chose a nice spicy lamb dish with rice and pint of beer. Enjoyed & would return!

Usual good selection from the menu ,food arrived before the estimated arrival time and still hot , pakoras were delicious , the poppadoms were nice and crispy and the curry was delicious and spicy

I came here Sunday 18:00. Food was perfect - I would recommend the chicken chilli masala. Service was good. Prices very reasonable. Easily one of the best Indians in the North East.

First time ordering, fantastic!

We were told 35 - 50 mins for delivery - it took 1hr 45 mins. Food was cold on arrival which is a shame because it was delicious. Will definitely collect next time.
