Claudia was our server. She was all by her self for most of our meal but she single handedly held down the fort with a smile on her face. Great service, great drinks and great food!!

It's a shame there are comments about slow service already but nothing seems to be done. Food hot and delicious, drinks also great. But we were seated for 15-20 minutes before someone took our order for even drinks (and that was after we called them over). Nobody checked our food was ok or asked if we needed anything else. When we raised this the waiter showed as a QR code we could use instead...this was not pointed out when we arrived. We asked for the service charge to be removed and this was done. Would have happily paid if service had been better (12.5%).

It was my fist time visit to Las Iguanas and I was really pleased with place . The staff were very friendly and polite service and very attentive. Food was ok but not great .

Wembley was busy because of an event and we were told there would be a 10minute wait for a table which was fine and indeed we were sat down within 10 minutes. Unfortunately no one came to take our order for 20 minutes. It was over an hour before our food arrived. It was almost impossible to find any staff to speak to ask and when we finally managed to speak to someone they were very dismissive despite the restaurant being almost empty by then. The enchiladas were warm but not hot. The chicken curry and burger were the same. Won’t bother again and removed the 15% service charge as it was non existent.

The general manager was amazing! The food was beautiful! Since I’m having a dry month I got their ginger mocktail which was exactly what I needed! I have been going to this place a lot and it never dissapoints!

Absolutely amazing!! Service and food without any fault!! Will definitely come back!! Probably the best branch that I have visited so far.
