Great for a group of friends heading out to start the night out or for families having a slow brunch. Connor looked after us so well - he explained the menu to us and made sure that even those of us with a delicate palate got the best dish to eat. Connor also explained the cocktails to us and his personal recommendations went down a storm with all of us. Great times in a great setting.

We visited for bottomless brunch on Sunday 31st March and had the best bottomless brunch experience we have ever had. From start to finish Connor couldn’t do enough for us, he was so lovely and attentive. Usually when you do bottomless brunch you are waiting inbetween rounds for drinks but Connor made sure this was not the case and even recommended a few cocktails for us which we loved. He definitely made the experience for us and deserves recognition for his hard work. Thank you!

Possibly the worst eating experience in Liverpool I have had during my many visits. The person serving us basically couldn’t be bothered. We had to chase our drinks order, get our own cutlery and when wanting the bill had to go to the desk rather than do at the table. The food basically was microwaved and doubt anything was fresh. You could tell the rice was microwaved just by taste and texture. The only decent part of the meal was the Churros. The toilets were disgusting. I doubt if they had been cleaned all day and absolutely smelt awful. Very rare I don’t leave a tip but given the service I had to manually enter 0 even though the server was prompting me to add a tip. Won’t be going back or to any Las Iguanas. And yes I have provide feedback direct to the company.

Paula was an excellent server she gave us whatever we needed and the service overall was amazing. We had an amazing time and constantly had drinks. 10/10.

Drinks & food with friends…..service was good, cocktails lovely, 2 out of 3 meals were ok but my enchilada was really disappointing & sitting in a pool of watery, gravy-like refried beans, looked disgusting. I wish I’d visited the toilet before we’d eaten though, omg the overpowering smell of urine that hits you at the top of the stairs 🤢 Was expensive too despite blue light discount. Won’t return any time soon, you live & learn.

Had a lovely time here with my girlfriend - the taco share board was nice and the Mocktails were beautiful. Although, it was empty when we arrived but then when the next couple came in, they were seated right beside us. The waitress was also unclear and wasn’t the most welcoming. Had a good time but would choose somewhere else for next time.

A soulless place. A total lack of atmosphere when other local restaurants had queues. Vegetarian chilli was nice. Loaded Chicken (breast in jerk sauce) was overcooked making it tough and stringy. Rice (greasy) and fries on same dish (as per menu) was a bit of a carb overload.

AVOID the so called bottomless brunch, it's appalling!!! £35 for the plate of food pictured and 5 watered down cocktails. That's what constitutes a 2 hour bottomless brunch at this 'restaurant', which is pretty appalling. It was such a disappointment for my daughters 18 birthday meal and an all round bizarre experience. Our party of 12 only had 4 drinks each, served during the actual 2 hour bottomless brunch, and the 5th drink came 30 mins after we'd ordered it (we ordered it 20 mins before the 2 hours ended), as it just sat on the bar, waiting to be served...there's lots of waiting at this restaurant. Cocktails were very watery (tasted of fruit juice and soda water) and our itemised bill was doctored. The 4 glasses + a bottle + 4 glasses of proseco = 14 glasses, are down as 78 glasses on the bill, which is very odd, and we left sober as we'd been clearly been served mocktails for 2 hours. People moved onto Corona and prosecco because the cocktails are so bad here. We went, as a pre booked group of 12 people for a bottomless brunch £35 pound per head. The food you get is a low end starter type dish and we sat for long periods with bottomless, empty glasses, trying to get another drink. With 20 mins of our two hours left we ordered one last drink, which took 30 minutes to arrive and we only got that because I refused to pay the bill until we got that drink each. They then took my bill away and added a 40 pound service charge. I always pay 10% tip, so they’d have got that anyway. Poor effort, and place I’d avoid. Possibly the most disappointing £420 bill plus £40 service charge I’ve ever paid. We've emailed the restaurant to complain and have so far been completely ignored, which sums up our terrible Las Iguanas experience.

I've been to this place few times. We really like their Happy hour cocktails 🍸 But the service in this place is just playing ultra major difference! On occasion, we would have shift that would just not be very enthusiastic at all, very slow and not friendly. On other days, we'd have the most lovely staff who'd be clearly happy to be there, quick and efficient and very nice. So I guess it balances itself out 🥗 Food didn't blow our mind but that's not to say that it's bad. Location is good, well accessible from the bus or train. 🚻 Toilets clean but have to walk some stairs to get there 😁 But toilets for those unable to walk stairs are also there

Visited on a Saturday afternoon, so extremely busy - very noisy, but that's just me - I like to be able to have a conversation. I felt like there should have been more staff on as it was so busy.

Bottomless brunch in Liverpool. Absolute joke! Only served 4 drinks and a tiny portion of food not worth £40 at all would have been better paying for 4 drinks and a full-size meal. Not good value for money at all! Very slow on serving drinks and had to ask to order, took over 40 minutes for a round of drinks. It was also stifling hot with no air con upstairs. The atmosphere was good due to people in large parties on Christmas nights out.

Whoever is in charge of your customer experience/service needs to take a long hard look at the fact you obviously prioritise profit over your customers. Far too many tables cramped into the space, as well as the fact you put 4 people on a table...

Good atmosphere. The main meal good, but had to ask for it to be served after a very long wait. Shared large nacho starter miniscule. Cocktail spoilt by excess ice. Toilets need upgrading. Poor value for money.
