I had a lovely time great stuff always there for you need any thing and the food was nice really enjoyed

Went for bottomless brunch. Nika and her team were amazing. We were really looked after, brilliant service! Food and cocktails were lovely.

We were here on Wednesday 10th for a bottomless brunch there was 3 staff on there was barely anyone in the restaurant and there was 4 of us we only managed to get 6 drinks in the two hours given. We were all ordering the same drink to make it go faster. The server was great and very nice but the bartender was taking a long time and at one point disappeared. When I say there was barely anyone in the restaurant I mean like 10 other people.

Brilliant late afternoon lunch with the hubby after seeing the snooker in Manchester central. We were served by different people. Rosie greeted us and what a fab welcome. Jena looked after us the rest of the meal. She was so attentive. We ordered tapas and it was all delicious.

Me and my friends decided to go for a spontaneous Easter bottomless brunch and we booked las iguanas on deansgate. Awful decision. 1) the quality of the food was ridiculous, I know you’re mainly there for the alcohol but the food is important. Had about 3 scoops of my rice and I looked down it was gone. 2) the drinks were shocking, there’s plenty of the choices however only about 2 or 3 of the cocktails actually taste nice and don’t taste watered down. Also I thought bottomless brunch was about how many drinks you can get down you in 2 hours,not the case here. They’ll refuse to let you order any more drinks unless all the drinks on your table are completely finished. 3) management is a bully, she’s horrible to the bar tenders and they shake in their boots when they see her. The bigger lady with the red hair, passive aggressive. Avoid avoid avoid, go to turtle bay the drinks are amazing.

They don't have Coca-Cola zero, and the coke light is very bad and without bubbles. The place is comfortable with pleasant music. It cost us about 17.25 for the three things. 3.85 pounds for the Coca-Cola and 6.70 each beer!!

My partner and I decided to have our date night here tonight and it was amazing! Our server was Rosie and they were incredibly attentive. Our food and drinks orders were taken quickly and Rosie made sure to check in on us throughout our meal. They were so sweet to us in general!! We had three tapas dishes and two mains with six cocktails (241 on all of them!). The mushroom quesadillas and spicy chicken quesadillas were amazing. The chicken skewers had good portion sizes and the fiesta ensalada was delicious. Would definitely recommend and definitely will be visiting again. Thank you again to Rosie for making our evening even better!

Went for bottomless brunch, it was great. The waiters were attentive and we managed to order drinks very quickly throughout. The food came out very quick and was delicious.

Boon and Dani were so lovely. They went above and beyond, will definitely return! Food was yummy and the cocktails we had were delicious, handles my allergies with great care and consideration!

We were shown to our table then ignored. Eventually flagged a waitress who was polite and friendly , then our food came out before drinks arrived. I could see the lady serving us trying to hurry the bar staff but they seemed preoccupied clearing up the dozens of dirty glasses that were accumulated on the bar . Both of our meals were fine and it was enjoyable eventually, but not the greatest experience we’ve had eating out. Doubt we’ll be back.

The mixed fajitas were stunning my favourite in Manchester so far the taste was so good I’ve been struggling find anywhere as good. Definitely my new go to for Mexican/latin food. Also want to commend our server Rosie who was so nice and dealt with our issue so well. Her attitude was great can’t wait to come back!!

Visited here evening on Thursday 22nd Feb. Was immediately impressed with the service from Juliette and the other young waitress tonight. Also not forgetting the young man behind the bar doing the cocktails. We were shown to my tables and given a good time to browse menu before our order was taken for drinks. After short wait I ordered my main course Mixed fajita stack. Come out in perfect time It come out sizzling and well cooked. Really delicious. Was allowed to use a voucher code on the app for £10 off the bill. Top service received and will visit again

Possibly the worst experience we’ve had here. We regularly book bottomless brunch in las iguanas as it’s often 10/10 service and food. On this occasion we had to wait an hour before we could even order food, and even then we asked several people who ignored us. Staff were very rude and didn’t seem happy to serve anyone, spending their time talking to eachother instead. Struggled to get someone to serve us for anything.After waiting 45 minutes for a drink, I asked if we could check how long it would be and was told our time for bottomless had finished 10 minutes ago. Absolutely awful service!!

Not a great experience overall. We weren't affected that much but you could tell it was carnage. We went on Saturday night before the theater. It was packed when we arrived at 17:30 and from where my wife was sitting she could see the kitchen; there was that much food left on the pass not being picked up from the wait staff, some must have been 5 minutes. Not really sure how it was being managed. We could see food being sent back, people complaining about food and the table next to us waited 50 minutes for theirs. Luckily we didn't wait that long but after 20/25 minutes I got worried and asked and explained we had a showing at the theater so I think they bumped ours up. We could see tickets just overflowing the machine and feared ours was lost. I will say, the staff, all of them were fantastic, apologetic and very friendly. The food wasn't anything special sadly, it wasn't awful but we had vouchers and I'm not sure it would have been worth the full price/paying. Our chips were stone cold, worse that McDonald's. The burger was okay and the fajitas had nice flavor and surprisingly not too spicy. However, I would say, it's the same quality as what you'd get at Whetherspoons.

Las Iguanas is a favourite of mine, we went for a lovely bite to eat after a long day walking around Manchester. They managed to get us a table really fast considering it was rammed. Food and service was amazing as usual.

Brazilian curry was a new one on me but tasty with a good kick and a couple it of padron peppers to boot. Busy and therefore noisy but service was good and food was fine.

I came here for a friend's birthday. I am never one to complain. However, this was service that hugely disappointed me. I waited fifty minutes for a pint of Corona. They refused to compensate this wait in any way. After I received my drink I was not asked again if I would like another. This was hugely disappointing service, especially since it was for a 21st birthday. The food was also low quality for the price being charged.

Had a really good customer service experience here several years ago although things have changed for the worse. The staff member allocated to us was very pushy and made us feel rushed.The cocktails weren't worth the exorbitant prices as was the food. I doubt I'll be making a return visit. The place was empty too, which should have rung alarm bells.

We went for the bottomless brunch as a group of 15, the food was lovely however the cocktails were really poor, came in jugs like cheap wetherspoons cocktails, not at all what we were expecting. Then at the end had to query the bill as they were charging double what they should, no apology for the mistake, think they were hoping we wouldnt notice but with cocktails that tasted like juice and with more ice in them than in the artic we weren't drunk enough not to notice, wont be going again, far better places that do bottomless brunch in manchester.

So it's Friday night and you walk in to the busyness of all 2 customers in the place, yet for 2 martinis 25min wait when there is 3 times that in staff working. Las slow.

Prebooked a 2 course Christmas meal with friends. Mainly due to gluten free options available. Food was delicious. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Extensive drinks menu - i tried a few coctails and tye salted caramel martini was amazing! Absolutely will be back in the new year.

Went for a bottomless brunch paid for by work. It was a very limited menu. I opted for chicken tacos. It was hilarious when my food arrived as it was three bite sized tortillas with a spoonful of chicken on top. Would have been nice as a starter. Everyone else said the food was good but portions were tiny. I know times are hard now but just put your prices up so that you can offer a decent meal. The drinks took ages to arrive obviously not to let you have too much. The staff were friendly and the food that wasn't in bottomless brunch looked really nice but I can only judge by my experience.

Restaurant was more than half empty and we were told they don’t take any more people in.

We booked for the Las Iguana’s bottomless brunch and this was the worst bottomless brunch I have been to. We were 5 minutes late and the server informed us that our bottomless time started 5 minutes ago, which we were fine with. However, we waited 20 minutes until anyone bothered to ask us what we wanted for our first drink. We asked if we could put our second drink through to arrive when we have finished - we were rudely told no by a woman with short black hair. When the food arrived, it was barely warm. We had to keep requesting our next drink as the servers kept ignoring us and didn’t bother to check in. They only provided a good service in the last half hour. When they came with the bill, they didn’t even bother to ask if we wanted the service charge to be take off - we only realised after we paid. We were not impressed as this was an extremely poor service. We will not be attending Las Iguanas for a bottomless brunch again - Turtle Bay is 100x better.

Visited here for bottomless brunch on a Saturday afternoon. Our table was booked for 3 but unfortunately due to protests in the town centre and alot of road closures, we didn't arrive until 3:30. We did try ringing however no one answered our calls. The waitress looking after us explained instead of the 2 hours we would only get 1hour and half plus a bottle of prosecco to make up for time lost on cocktails. It was very busy and very loud to the point you couldn't hear conversations being had on your table or the music being played. The bottomless cocktails weren't very bottomless......we got 5 drinks each and the wait in between each drink was a long time. Having been to other bottomless brunches and experiencing a much more positive time this wasn't one of my favourites. The food was gorgeous, I had the baihan chicken curry and would 1 million percent recommend that, however when you go to a boozy bottomless brunch for £35 you definitely hope you are going to get your money's worth on cocktails and drinks and unfortunately I just don't think we did this time.
