We enjoyed a dinner me and my wife, it was not crowded at all probably because of the low season. The location is fine and the food was really good. It was also cheap, super!!!!! If you are around it’s definitely a good choice

This place is fantastic! We ate here 4 years ago, the last time we were in Inverness, and decided to go again. The best menu items are the berenjenas fritas, the albóndigas and the mushroom madness paella. I would highly recommend.

We visit Spain a lot, and are huge fans of Spanish food, so we were delighted to find this restaurant in Inverness. What a find! Very friendly staff and owner. Two of our party shared the seafood paella, which was very good, a big compliment as my husband loves his paella!! Can thoroughly recommend Pan con Tomate, Patatas Bravas, Calamares Fritos, Pollo Al Ajillo, Berenjenas Fritas. Only criticism, which I hope is taken constructively, was the Gambas Pil Pil; the prawns were lovely but the oil was not the best I have tasted. We are very much looking forward to going back!

Worst Paella I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten many paella’s all over the UK in my long years and this was without questions the worst. I selected Kedgeree Paella an exiting mix (I thought) of local smoked haddock, egg, coriander and curry mayo. How wrong could I be. What was delivered was overcooked, super dry (you could stand a fork on it) and so over salted it could not be eaten, in fact it made me, and others in my party, physically gag. Worse, I complained with care, and said to the waiter relatively quickly that this meal was of very poor quality overly seasoned and returned the dish. Imagine my shock when I was told that the dish must be paid for. This was the decision from the ‘chef’. I explained the situation and this was greeted with an uncaring ‘shrug of so what’ and ‘dismissal’ verging on rudeness. Avoid avoid avoid. Appalling lack of customer care.

Around the corner from our b&b, we'd wanted a casual yet fun dinner with friends. For a Tuesday at a 5:30 pm seating, the service was very good, the wine recommendation was excellent, tapas arrived promptly (bread tapas, chicken in garlic) at the correct temperature and seasoning, chicken /chorizo paella was very good but could have had more meat, and the desserts (almond tart, crema catalena) were reminiscent of what we had in Andalucia.

Food was ok, some highpoints in the salt cod in batter which was light and fluffy, but the toasted bread with tomato and garlic was cold and soggy. Service was friendly and professional throughout, however a massive negative was a very drunk table of 4 close to us who totally spoilt our meal and in my view the restaurant should have dealt with, but in fact tolerated until they decided to leave themselves. Would I go back? Maybe, but I feel they are overly reliant on being the only Spanish tapas show in town.

The seafood paella was superb. Worth the wait (which was quicker than they'd said it'd be)! Great setting too. Thank you

A bit disappointing, very unwelcoming, very expensive overpriced , agree with other review some tapas good and some quite poor. Gambas , very few prawns, other tapas mussels good. No appetizers bread, olives , asked for bread came late , charged for , after all food eaten and very inflexible. We did not eat.
