My husband and I went for a quiet meal; the food was amazing, fresh and beautifully cooked. Wine was excellent and not too pricey. We really had a great evening

We’ve been to La Rosetta many times and each and every visit leaves us happy! The food is always good quality and hits the spot. Staff are friendly and service with a smile every time - they make you feel like part of the family. I’d recommend to anyone in the area to get here and enjoy a great night out.

The worst pizza ever , dry , no filings ( in my case cheese), poor service. There are much nicer Italian restaurants just a mile away in Northfields.

I don’t usually write a review but that time I feel like really have to . So I read lots positive reviews about that place and decided to stop by for meal. I choose pizza with Gorgonzola pear and walnuts, did not have to wait too long , that a good thing. It was covered in a bunch of rocket what u love , but it was no Gorgonzola at all , I had feeling chef run out of it , pears and walnuts was ok . As I was hungry I eat it no fuss . Cherry on top of the cake was that manager brought bill straight away after clearing the plate, and in 2 min he just came with cash machine asking to pay . Food tasteless , no service standards, even on nearest tables the dishes didn’t look any promising!

Friendly, welcoming, local independent Italian restaurant. Visited for a work Christmas late lunch in January 2024. Food was good, customer service was excellent, great value for money. Everyone from my work enjoyed their meals and we would go again. It was a lovely atmosphere in there, nicely busy despite being mid week and in the afternoon.

First time here. What a lucky find ! Friendly staff, excellent Italian cuisine, reasonably priced, great atmosphere. There were two birthday parties enjoying themselves while we were there, one was a large family and friend for a 70th birthday, the other was a 90th birthday for an Italian lady and her family - if an Italian family eat there that's recommendation enough for me !

A group of us walked in after work and really enjoyed our meal. We all had 3 courses and everything was delicious. Great service. We love coming here for Italian meal when we are staying in Brentford. Highly recommended.

On the advice our taxi driver, we ate here this evening. The surroundings were busy and lively, but we had a superb meal. The service was quick and efficient. The food was a real delight. And, at the end of the meal, two weary travellers were found a cab to take them back to their hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. Could you start a business in our home town, please! Only 300 miles away!!!

There's a reason this restaurant has been going for decades. Family run with excellent food and service. Still excellent every visit. These guys are at the top of their game and the chef is also top class. Apart from the excellent streaks (always perfectly cooked) and lamb that I ask the chef to cook rare and serve with what he wants, there is a hidden gem on the wine list. If you want a red wine then go for the Susumaniello as it's perfection for the money.

We ordered pizza Funghi, it was delicious! Such a warm and welcoming environment! the service was great. We were very hungry and didn’t have to wait for long. the waiter Elliott is such a lovely young fellow and his boss Dan was very nice as well. The place worths going back to, definitely recommended!

One of the beat authentic Italian Restaurants ever fact! Family run business Danny is absolutely fantastic great customer service willing to help listen and explain every dish totally honest. Mimmo was Phenomenal service as second to none from him simply the best. This restaurant has been here for 35 years plus. Pietro was a gem too. The food was the best I have ever had and I go to many restaurants. Not sure about the below reviews but honestly highly recommend speak to Danny and Mimmo they are SImply the Best! You can feel the home made italian feel brilliant.

Was staying in London for the night and went here for, dinner 2 adults and 2 young children. The food was perfect and the service was great. The only downside is the high chairs weren’t great but they probably don’t get many babys in.

We've been eating regularly here for a couple of years now and really enjoy the food. The regular menu is wide and varied, although some reviews have said that the menu hasn't changed for ages there is always a good "specials" board and they have recently added a particular dessert to the main menu because so many people enjoy it. It's pretty typically Italian in that servings of vegetables with main meals are small but you can always add a side dish. People have mentioned that they could not get a table although the restaurant was not full. We were there on one such occasion and the place filled up fast at 7. It isn't unusual for them to have to turn people away and booking in the evening is recommended as it is in very many popular eating places. Personally we prefer to be there at lunchtime as it is quieter and the menu is identical. We tend to have family celebrations here now, large tables are available and all our relatives love the food.

After many years as a recommended Italan restaurant, lam afraid the standards have dropped. Although the staff haven’t changed .The quality of service has deteriorated. Never the most friendly in the first place ,it’s hit an all time low. Only attentive when the bill arrived. Soup ok. Mixup with the steaks, side dishes arrived lukewarm. And one of the desserts arrived very late. We will not be going back again.

I use this resteraunt on a regular basis and it is One of the best Italian resteraunts I have eaten at ,good varied menu good value for money and most importantly the standard of food is consistently outstanding .if your in Brentford give it a try .

I have very mixed feelings about La Rosetta. It's touted as the best Italian in the neighbourhood and whilst we've had some good meals in there we've also had some very average meals too. We've never had a fantastic meal there - feels like a very average Italian eatery. Most of the waiting staff are absolutely fantastic but there is one particular Italian lady who is incredibly rude and bordering on aggressive which totally puts us off - it's not entertaining, it's just distracting and unnecessary. I remember fondly one time we booked and she refused to seat us as there was no space and without word of an apology. Thankfully, the more friendly waitress lead us to a table and apologised. It is undoubtedly the most authentic Italian in Brentford but I'm not convinced it's the best. The menu doesn't change (at least I've not seen it change in years), the place is tired, needs some work done and the concept of Pasta Bar and Formal dining room (with the same menu and an open passage between the two) makes the idea seem stupid rather than quirky. The owners could and should do a lot better, especially with the increased competition in the area.

After a warm and friendly welcome we enjoyed great food and very good service from Nora and Minmmo. Best Italian I have tasted for a very long time and in a good atmosphere. Our first time but the restaurant is obviously used frequently by regulars. Highly recommended

Excellent food excellent serivce

La Rosetta exceeded our expectations. The calamari & bruschetta was a delightful appetizer, perfectly crispy and flavourful. The pasta dishes were exceptional, with rich and authentic Italian flavours. The tiramisu for dessert was the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. In addition to the delicious food, the service was outstanding. Attentive and the friendly staff enhanced our dining experience. A memorable visit!

Decent Italian restaurant but the portions of vegetables (as a side) were disappointing, bland and expensive. The table service was a little shabby.

It’s a very average Italian restaurant… tomato sauce is out of tins, and Diavola pizza was not the spicy sausage. Sorry, definitely not up to standard.

I recently was persuaded to try La Rosetta again after a not-so-great experience years ago. This time, I was quite impressed with the food, cooked exactly the way I liked and expected, the wine we ordered was very nice, and we had a brilliant dining experience, so La Rosetta you redeemed yourself for me, and we'll definitely be eating there again.

Went in last Monday with my wife and 2 sons and we were showed to our table promptly. The Italian Lady was initially quite pushy especially during order taking. We then proceeded to order our main courses; all of the main courses came together except my son’s Veal Parmigiana. He had to wait for almost 40 mins. The lady was very apologetic and told us she would make it up to us. Her recovery service was superb, she knocked off some items from the check which made us happy. Food was superb and will visit again when we are in London. KS, Malaysia.

My mum and her good friends have been coming here since it opened in '88. Great pasta and pizza - portions are perfect. Lovely ambiance including a special, distinct little celebration for your birthday so that the whole high street knows! 😁

Italian family owned restaurant in the heart of Brentford dock high street on the corner a very Italian style piazza. Daniele and his father run the place, with great, attentive staff. Friendly continental atmosphere, especially eating al fresco on a summers day under the awning. Wonderful service and the food is traditional, very high quality and delicious. My go to meal is veal Milanese, with Spaghetti Napoli style. Perfetto. Multo bene! 😚👌🏼

As a family, we visited the restaurant for the first time to commemorate the seventh anniversary of my mother's death. We couldn't have picked a better restaurant. The atmosphere was bustling but remained intimate. The food and service is authentic as confirmed by my dad who spent a significant time living in Italy during his 30s. Grazie mille! Highly recommended.

We were here with 4 friends. Everyone really enjoyed their meals and the service was friendly, helpful and efficiency. There were olives on the table when we arrived and, once we requested water, it was refilled regularly. My calves' liver with sage was truly delicious and just the right quantity for me. The ice cream selection was more varied than is often the case and I enjoyed the ones I tried. Coffees could be decaff. or regular. The price was fair for the quality, at about £40 per person including some drinks and automatically added service charge.
