Koon Wah Chinese Take Away in Daventry

The Food is fantastic worth the wait but my only gripe is it’s cash only but if I’m honest it’s worth getting cash out. The Best Chinese food in Daventry hands down but not only is it good it’s consistent. The Chips them selfs are a good enough reason to go back they actually cook the chips they are never soggy.

Family was enjoying it, kids to adults very nice fresh and fast! Easy to order staff speaks well English. Top quality!

Ordered food for at 6.10pm this evening for a delivery at 7.30pm. When I phoned them at 7.55pm they told me it would be another 20 minutes or so. Awful service and will NOT be using them again.

Always welcomed with lovely smiles from the family. I pop in every time I come into Daventry and they have been the same family running the business as far as I can remember. They make lovely food that is hard to beat. Remember they are cash only so no card machine. They also do fish and chips if you fancy that!

Food was bland, I also asked for chicken satay skewers and got pieces of slimy tasteless chicken in a horrible watery, so called sauce. Absolutely horrendous & to top it all off Ive got food poisoning.

Lovely family run business always polite and well attentive to their customers needs. Best prawn crackers around. Can’t recommend them enough. Keep up the good work!

We always visit this takeaway and they are always happy and friendly. Good selection of dishes. Best Chinese around here. Nice fish and chips as well. Recommend to anyone.

I normally get food from this place but no more, my partner ordered chicken chalmaine got home to find a tub of rice, went back for them them to give us what we paid for, got home to find a tub of noodles and not one bit of chicken, absolute joke what a unreliable takeaway you are, if you cant do your job properly please quit, or if youve ran out of chicken why not just tell us rather than scamming people.

Thought i would have chilled night in with the family and ordered some food from here. Great customer service with decent priced food, delivered with in 30 minutes hot. Great food would definitely recommend

Love this take away, food delivered hot, fresh and so tasty! This has got to be one of the best takeaways ever! Love the set meals and Prawn Toast is amazing.

Have been eating from here for at least 30 years. Food is cheap, delivery is amazingly fast and it always tastes great. Never had a bad meal yet and I must have ordered at least a 1000 times over the years. Have even got my crew mates hooked and we often have a cheeky curry when on a night shift

I needed a delivery of Chinese food after 14 hours of flying and driving to get to Daventry (a smallish community north of London). Checked some recommendations, and decided to try Koon Wah Chinese. The person on the phone was super helpful, even going through menu items with me (there was no online menu ANYWHERE).Food arrived quickly, and was delicious. I ordered duck with vegetables, and was among the best I have ever tried.I am uploading a copy of the menu as well! Very inexpensive, but you would never tell based on food quality.

Looking for a Chinese take away we decided to try Koon Wah! Unable to find an online menu, I rang and had was told they would have a menu delivered.

The food is highly recommended and prices are very reasonable. If the order is more than £10, they will deliver.

We ordered by phone a king prawn curry with fried rice, chicken and mushroom chow mien, pancake roll, b-b-q spare ribs this was very tasty and the food was large helpings. Delivered to our door FREE

We have been having take away's for many years and the food is always hot and tasty, we had a take away at the weekend and again the service was very good and the food was tasty in fact it was excellent.

Have been frequenting the Koon-Wah take away for at least the last 10 years, and I can day without any doubt that it is the best in Daventry.

Yo estaba en daventry para negocios y buscó comida china barata. Este lugar totalmente satisfizo mis necesidades. El personal es amable, cocineros chinos preparados gran parte de crujientes carne y huevo frito arroz. Tanto el olor y sabor era precioso. Salsa era noce y no tan picante. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Aunque el menú es limitado y no ofrecer pedidos en línea (como de 2014 Noviembre), la Koon Wah es una pizzería chino de calidad.

Utilizar esta llevar regularmente, para la recogida o entrega. He utilizado durante años. La comida siempre es primera clase, entrega es rápido. Recientemente tuve que preguntar sobre sin gluten comidas gratuitas y nos dieron información obligatoria sin ningún problema. El personal es siempre muy amable y servicial. La mejor comida china en daventry! Lo recomiendo encarecidamente :)

Have been getting take away from here for 25 years. Excellent food and always very fast. Never had a bad meal in the thousands I have eaten

A small takeaway in the middle of southbrook estate,usually busy but with speedy service,have never had a bad meal from here ,and they do english chippy food too. place is clean and staff friendly and efficient,the portions are very generous too for the price
