Knot Pretzels in Richmond upon Thames

We've got high standards for big, soft pretzels, and these did very well. They don't do a plain, salty one very well, but all the others are great, including a couple of good dessert pretzels. Mine with caramelized onions was very good indeed.

I always make a beeline for this little Pretzel place every time I visit Richmond. The salted pretzels are delicious and there are many varieties of sweet and savoury... the hot drinks are also very good. I tried the Chai Latte and was just perfect. Well done to the lovely staff who are always helpful and polite.

We ate breakfast at Knot, the coffee and the Pretzels were both very good, definitely a good choice if you are looking for a quick snack at the station.

Arrived at Richmond railway station at 0645 expecting to get a coffe and breakfast at Costa but it didn't open till 7 am! However as we entered the station concourse we noticed that Knot Pretzels was open and doing good business. The service was great with our heated pretzels brought to the table. The coffee was excellent and the cinnamon pretzels were to die for. Thank God Costa was closed.

I have to confess to making long detours to get a coffee here, rather than stopping at whatever national chain is nearest. I just prefer the taste and texture of the cappuccino over all others, and don't care that it is a few pence more expensive. On occasions the coffee has been not quite hot enough and I have had to drink it up quickly rather than savour it slowly; but even so, it's worth the five stars.......

Had a chorizo pretzel one morning on the way to a meeting. Will definitely have it again when I’m back next week.

I'm addicted to Knot's soya latte! The staffs are really nice too, so as the guys in Kingston. They always serve with a smile. :-)

Great range of fresh and delicious pretzels. We went every morning on a recent stay and grabbed a pretzel and coffee for an easy breakfast on our trip into the city. We tried lots of varieties - all were gorgeous. Great friendly service, good coffee with non-dairy options. Highly recommend!

Nice little independent coffee kiosk serving warmed up pretzels and nice coffee. A treat instead of toast or a dry croissant. The coffee roast is made especially by Union Coffee for Knot. Definitely worth a try.

I spotted the unusual breakfast offer of the Knot Cafe when leaving Richmond Station. As someone who spends a lot of time in Romania I wondered if it was coffee & covrigi. In fact it was a Hungarian offer of coffee & pretzel served by two delightfully friendly Hungarian women. The hot pretzel was substantial and the coffee excellent. Room to sit & eat but most people just take away their coffee. Very enjoyable

The pretzels look and taste pretty good but getting served is difficult, the person at the counter kept walking away from us every time we tried to order. When we did finally get served it took a long time to prepare and cook our order. You would think that a food kiosk in a busy railway station would be quick but sadly no. I would suggest going somewhere that has food already prepared if you are in a hurry.

Very sorry to say that these are not pretzels in the traditional form. It's also extremely oily and average tasting. You can describe it more like an almost peace shaped deep pan oily pizza.

Delicious! Stopped here for a snack after getting off the train and this was our highlight of Richmond! The pretzels are served hot and freshly seasoned. The service is friendly and the pretzels are soft and delightful to eat-definitely going back!

Cuidado corta pasó esta tienda durante nuestra estancia de fin de semana en Londres... las galletas saladas en la ventana me llamaban para parar y comprar!! Ya estaba decidido cuando nos íbamos (aunque yo no diría que había tiempo de desayuno) estaba comprando uno. Mi marido odia pretzels, pero incluso ha admitido que parecía bueno... sabrosa adora chorizo así a regañadientes dijo que lo pruebe. Opté por el mozzarella, tomate y albahaca... Dios mío... servir calientes son para morirse!!!! Incluso mi marido estuvo de acuerdo... así que revienta porque podía haber terminado felizmente su así!!!!!!

Caminamos desde la estación de Richmond buscando algo para comer en el camino a casa. pretzels de casarse es una adorable cafetería con una increíble selección de pretzels maravillosamente difusa. El camarero era muy amable y profesional. Fui a Nutella y pralinés. .. .. .....

Delicious pretzels, but due to rather bizarre policy of not being able to buy pretzels that are on display, there is a long wait, for a fast food cafe, for a pretzel. However, the lavender sweet pretzel is worth the wait. A bit pricey, but OK for an occasional treat.

Quality coffee from a trained Barista, and super tasty savoury & sweet pretzels. Highly recommend a long black and a lavender sugar pretzel. Get the big one because even if you're not hungry, you're going to want it. The friendly staff warm it up for you to takeaway, but if you have time take a seat and enjoy it :) I'll be back to visit every time I come to London!

Chill atmosphere, nice for hanging out with friends. The sweet pretzels are my favourite, I'd recommend Honey Almond if they have it! It's a bit costly, but one would expect that from a Station cafe in Richmond. The coffee is good quality too.

Just off the main concourse of Richmond Station is a new Knot Pretzel café. The pretzels look attractive and the coffee is good. Décor is attractive and staff were friendly and helpful.This has just opened so we will see how it settles down. It could be another good coffee shop in Richmond!
