Disgraceful service ordered food through Just Eat still not arrived 2 hrs later so if you want food for the evening order the day before service useless take to many orders just greedy

Ordered at 6:30 said it would be here at 7:15. Still not here an hour later. Never again 🤔😡 don't bother asking for delivery

Another disgrace delivery, ordered food 17:45 after numerous phone calls and cancelled they have the audacity to knock out door at 23:15. Absolute disgrace

Would have given zero stars if I could. Three hours late and being told multiple times ‘20 more mins’ is shocking. Just greedy to take so many orders when you are incapable of delivering especially as an established business that knows it’s own limitations surely? This was a pre order made at 4 pm for an 7:45 delivery and it was still 3 hours late! I was told to get my refund via just eat but I’m unable to do this as you have marked my order as delivered! ‘Support Local’ always and especially during the pandemic for sure- but just make sure that establishment has gratitude and respect for your custom because this business certainly does not.

Food is fabulous! Fantastic tastes! Saag paneer is the best ever! They are now our go to curry!!! Can’t fault it!

Its such a shame as the food is normally very good and the meal deal is great value. This is the 3rd attempt on the trot that has taken over 2.5 hours to deliver. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt as the food is good and the meal deal helps with having 4 kids to feed haha! but unfortunately, i dont think I can do it again as I need the kids fed before late.

Their food is absolutely amazing, its just unfortunate that time and time again they deliver abysmally late. They've been over an hour late, sometimes two hours(!) on several occasions, makes us reconsider this place as our regular. Tonight when they were an hour and 10 mins late we called to see how much longer it would be, it was on its way out of the door apparently, 50 mins later we're still here waiting.

Great food, delivered a little late but in perfect condition! Great chutney selection, lots of it too. Pasanda and pathia were delicious. Will definitely order again

Chips were cold and hard reheated and onion bhagees were overcooked burnt rock hard inedible worst ever

Absolute disgrace phoned order through 17:44, they said hour and half rung back 19:30 they said oh sorry going be another 20 minutes, rung back 20:38 going be another 20 minutes so cancelled the order. Why still taking orders if can’t full fill the ones already made. PURE GREED.

In all it took over 2.5 hours since ordering! Totally unacceptable!!!! Won’t be ordering again! Don’t want to eat at 9pm!!!!

Food never came ordered at 6.30 ...delivery time was meant to be at 7.30 then 8.15.. it's now 8.35 and still waiting now... K&J not answering the phone ... WILL NEVER EVER USE K&J SPICE EVER AGAIN

Absolutely disgusting service tonight,waited 3 hours for food,phoned them 28 times with no answer and then an engaged tone,messaged just eat and a guy named lourdes was very helpful and understanding,if the delivery driver who eventually delivered our food gave some sort of explanation as to why it was so late and an apology I would have been satisfied but he just knocked,placed the food on the doorstep and proceeded to walk to the car,when challenged he just grunted "its not my fault" terrible customer service

The delivery was on time and as always the food was exceptional! I highly recommend the chicken tikka masala pizza, absolutely delicious! I will be back soon

Lovely food but it was wrong, couldn’t be bothered to complain so ate it anyway, I ordered a paneer korma but was given a saag paneer. It came very early though.

Terrible service, different excuse every time for why food was late. Driver was five not his fault. Avoid ordering from here if you want food even vaguely on time. Ordered at 18.00 for 19.30 delivery and it was still 70 minutes late!!!!!

Last time I order from K&J. Twice it’s took two hours to be delivered. Three times there’s been missing things from the order. Each time you ring up to complain your welcomed with ‘can we owe it to you next time’. This time there will be no next time.

Food arrived late stewed and luke warm. Usually very good tonight was very poor.

Awful . Mint sauce was sour and curdled. Ordered a lamb dish got a chicken dish which I can't eat. Chicken smelt really awful my partner tasted it and spat it out old and sour. Onions bhajis old couldn't eat any of it. Had to throw in bin. Waste of money . AVOID

When you order really early like half 4 to have your food early ...ring the shop no answer after 50 times trying to get through to be told another 20 mins ...really ...absolutely atrocious never again

Awful experience is an understatement. Food was over 1 hour and a half late. Tried phoning the restaurant but kept being told it had already left (further 40 minutes had past since being told this). No apology for the delay once the food arrived and the food itself was tasteless. The chicken was completely burnt and blackened. Tasted like charcoal!! Had to throw the food in the end after waiting over 2 hours. Absolutely horrendous service, will never order again. Stay away at all costs.

Cold ,tasteless ,nan bread under cooked ,,,, couldn’t eat it all food was bined , ... I rang up and they said they were busy and I get discount next time I wanted full refund , ,, they couldn’t send delivery man back out With another meal .

An hour late is unacceptable. 7.15, expected. then advised 7.50. Eventually delivered at 8.15pm. Found was good quality, although not get warm when it arrived.

Have had food delivered from this takeaway before, and have always been lovely, however on this occasion, the chicken tikka masala, was too salty, otherwise lovely meal again, k7st calm down on the salt please

After placing an order at 19:50, our food arrived at 22:45, almost 3 hours later. The food had also spilt out of the packaging and was all over the bag. Poor communication too. Absolutely not recommended.

We've ordered from here twice now and it has been gorgeous both times, there will definitely be a third! Plus we love the delivery driver, so old school and friendly, just how you want your delivery driver to be!

Food is decent enough but delivery time is disgusting. Over two hours late. Phoned twice and both occasions my food wasn’t even being prepared. Second time I’ve used them. Atrocious delivery time before but thought I’d give them another go. Never again. See other reviews as proof that their delivery times are disgusting.

Two hours late! I understand things are difficult at the moment but obviously when you pre order food 2 hours before opening and food still arrives 2 hours after original given delivery time your taking on more than you can manage. Such a shame as we have never had such bad service. We rang when food was 20 mins late to be told 25 minutes more and waited patiently when another 50 minutes had gone by I requested an update to be told that food would arrive at 7.50 another 10 minutes... when original time was 6.20pm Food finally arrived 8.25pm!!! I have requested a partial refund via just eat and my request seems to have been ignored 9.10pm and nothing Very disappointed ☹️ only saving grace is food was good quality however not worth waiting 2 hours with hungry children who should have eaten and been in bed before it decided to arrive. I’d have appreciated a real time and an offer of cancellation and refund more than dragging us on and on waiting

Ordered food at 6PM delivery time was 7.10pm at 8PM with still no I called the restaurant and I was told that they are waiting on a driver to come back and it would be on the way. I said that's great I know how busy all these takeaways are at this moment in time. But after 8.45pm I still was waiting on my order. So i rang back and the phone line had been discontinued. I just wanted to know what was happening with my order or to get a refund. After making my own food the order arrived at 10.15 with no apologie for being so late. How do I get a refund ??

Ordered 7.30pm 60 minute delivery time came at 11.15pm we were ready for bed lamb was burned. Wont use again 2 1/2 hrs late lol. You cant deliver phone us its that simple

Awful, awful, awful well the food arrived after 4 hours - astonished. Original delivery time given was 1 and half hours, phoned up after 2 and half hours and was told they would have to search for the order and call us back in 5 minutes. No call came through. Then went on just eat to send message they then replied 30 mins later saying it would be delivered by 10:10. It finally arrived at 10:35 some 4 hours after ordering, a spoilt saturday night
