Wonderful baking, interesting view out of the windows. Very chatty, warm staff and other customer's were fun too. Didn't take any photos thinking their might be be image rights issues !!

Food taste was good, friendly customer service. The place is good for regular customers and quick coffee. Quantity for the price its more expensive. Than london city restaurants price. 😀

Excellent food and coffee here, plus the owner is awesome and likes to chat and make sure everyone is having a nice time. Had a masala cheese toastie for breakfast here last weekend and it was extraordinary - will definitely be back many times

You couldn’t ask for a better place to chill out, share laughter, recite stories and indulge in memorable food. The Kitchen Table is an utter delight; the food exciting and tasty, the coffee as it should be and the atmosphere enriching. The staff clearly care and go out of their way and the host is well safe!

The owner at Kitchen Table is incredibly welcoming and friendly and with the rustic style decor, makes for a relaxing lunch with amazing food. There’s also loads of seating outside. I believe it’s been closed for most of this year but is opened weekends again. Food was excellent quality and big portions. The lamb kofte sandwich with hummus was so tasty and perfectly spiced. Prices were reasonable. I definitely recommend!

Rather expensive for what you get compared with other local cafes, but interesting menu and mostly friendly service. However, very unreliable opening hours. I went the other weekend with some guests to find it was closed.

This is my local cafe. It’s a small independent cafe with a friendly bohemian vibe. And much to my shame, I’ve only visited it a handful of times. Something I really need to rectify because it’s at the end of my street! But quite simply, this is the best place in the area to get breakfast! The food is all fresh and made with real ingredients, and the staff are all extremely polite and courteous. The service is quick too. Absolutely highly recommended

Have been here twice for breakfast with my partner. Both times we sat outside and had the full english, which was delicious. Prices are reasonable, with the full english coming to £7.50 - including beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, eggs, two slices of bacon, two slices of toast, spicy potatoes and a sausage. The staff are sweet and accommodating, so much so that it feels like you're at home being fed by your Mum. It's great for locals but even if you live further away I would strongly recommend making the journey to have brunch, chat with your friends, and enjoy the homely dynamic of this place.

Nice venue and very friendly owner. Food was good, but not as nice as some of the other restaurants in the area. Good value for money though and good coffee.

Quirky cafe, brilliant service, superb food! I had “Spicy Rose” (see attached photo for menu), so good. My wife had “83Mash” (see photo) which looked amazing & she said it was lovely. Great to see a local, independent cafe serving great food & thriving! Next time we are in Tooting we will be back...

Finally went to this place 18 months after moving to Tooting. A great neighbourhood place, it's authentic and original and the service is friendly. The food was gorgeous, spicy scrambled eggs with tomatoes, red onion, and avocado was a winner and it's not expensive. Will definitely be back.

I really can't big this place up enough. It's a real asset to the area. Raf is the heart and soul of this place and I really enjoy EVERY visit - regardless of how hungover I am!

Stumbled across this cute little cafe round the corner from my house - and what a lucky find! Lovely homely little cafe with a friendly family feel to it. The food was amazing, really tasty spicy eggs with bacon and avo and good value. Great service. Would highly recommend.

So fresh and tasty. Delicious selection on the menu. Manager was brilliant as I'm veganish/veggie and he was extremely accommodating. 100% recommend and would return !

This is an informal friendly spot in the residential streets of Tooting near Tooting Common. We had scrambled egg with spinach, tomato, mushrooms and curry spices which came with toast. They were happy to provide an avocado side. Pay with cash. The shop next door has a cashpoint.

Home from home, great coffee really great coffee, people say off the beaten track but it's perfect for before or after a trip to the common, after you get off the tube great to pick up something for lunch or dinner. The breakfast are the best too. Great to go on your own or with a group, all our friends and parents love it. Lovely to sit with a lovely mix of people in a comfy cosy place while enjoying wonderful food. No wonder this place is such a success through word of mouth, a weekend must a weekday must ... just a must full stop

Do your self a favour and check this place out! The service was out standing! Would say the best service I have had. And the food was incredible! Will be going back more than once!! :-)

Este lugar es obviamente popular como siempre parece ser una cola, especialmente para el brunch de fin de semana. Nos las arreglamos para llegar temprano un fin de semana y conseguir una mesa. El desayuno opciones tienen un toque interesante con curry, pero realmente me gusta eso. El entorno es bastante rústico y acogedor, y el personal fue muy amable.

Really good coffee and interesting options for breakfast. The avocado and feta smashed on toast with bacon and egg is awesome. Perfect spot for breakfast. Nice friendly atmosphere too.

Vivimos en la zona y aquí bastante regularmente. Tienen excelentes desayunos y muy buenas comidas. He ido a cenar tapas te permite traer tu pripia bedida alcohólica un par de veces. Otra vez muy buena comida y un ambiente muy agradable. Zaf, el propietario, es muy acogedora y amable. Una pequeña cafetería, uno de mis lugares favoritos para ir.

I love having Kitchen Table just around the corner. Hot drinks come in proper mugs. Last time I got a Top Banana Jelly Belly Mug. Zaf, the owner, is an absolute gem. He has created a sense of community that just wasn't there before. It really is like being at his own kitchen table. The food is always lovely - and often has an unexpected twist to it. Like curried potatoes with the full English. And it always seems to work!He knows a lot of his customers by name, and is often full to overflowing.

I can't praise this place enough - we live just down the road and have had breakfasts and lunches from there - really high quality produce, generous portions and good value for money. The highlight is the BYO tapas on Thursday, Friday & Saturday evenings - menu is incredible - from chorizo, patatas bravas, to die for calamari, grilled prawns, croquettes, etc etc. We always over-order as we can't decide..! The owner Zaf is just brilliant - welcoming and entertaining and really makes the place feel like it's the centre of the community. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Zaf the owner opens Thurs-Sat evenings for tapas and BYOB (no corkage) - you can book in advance via text. Excellent value and good, rustic Spanish food - we particularly enjoyed the calamari with aioli, the cider chorizo and the patatas bravas. In fact, everything got demolished except for the flaming chorizo in brandy which wasn't to our taste! What makes this little neighbourhood cafe-restaurant wonderful, however, is Zaf's friendly welcome, chatter and charm. A very fun evening, costing less than £20 a head for as much as we foodies could eat - we will be back!

A nice cafe but fairly pricey however the atmosphere makes this less of a problem and the place is always busy. The cafe isn't open on Mondays but is now open some evenings however it seems the opening times vary!

Really pleasant local independent restaurant owned and operated by a thoroughly decent guy. Apparently one of the takeaway chicken franchises almost got their hands on this premises - thank goodness they didn't!So good I even had my 40th there!

I have been here for breakfast and lunch (both faultless!) but the dinner is just amazing. It's bring your own, so it keeps the costs down which is great, and we came here last Friday and were so impressed by the menu. We had little tapas dishes, from pork belly, chorizo, deep fried camembert, sardines and spicy prawns. I wanted to eat the whole menu!!!!It's such a great place, with a lovely chilled out vibe, and as I'm only literally up the road, I will be returning again, and again, and again!!!!
