Disgraceful. Looked up menu on website to discuss what we were having for that nights dinner. Went to shop without ordering. Prices are completely different! Lots of scored out prices on wall menu inside shop, with no rectified ones. Is it false advertising? Maybe not, but is it my job to renew the prices? Obviously not. Heard this is a bit of a reputation with that shop. Not happy. Feel like I've been ripped off and wont be returning.

Arrived on time, fantastic Chicken Madras with Basmati Saffron Rice. Always my go-to for Indian food. Been eating here since I was a kid, love the flavour. Five stars from me.

Got to say this was one of the worst waiting times ever 2 amd a half hours cause they had to do a buffet well shouldn’t take orders if use can’t get people dinner out to them wen use day on the app was a joke

Order from here regularly but food quality has went down hill big time!! chicken in curry last night you could've made good soles on your shoes and lamb well there was only about 5 bits in that curry. Gave the Kismet one last chance last night and standard was poor again. The last couple of times we ordered donner meat it was burnt so thought we will try curry this time. The delivery drivers are all great but the shop has went down hill rapid.

Absolutely rank. Freezing cold. Not even warm. Freezing cold. Pakora was re heated so much it shrank! Disgusting it all went in the bin. Even the pizza box for the munchy box was soggy and floppy it had obviously sat soo long !

Second time av ordered from hear and second time been over 2 hours not great service.

When receiver chips bag was soaking and chips where soggy and pizza was ok but cold would like new order or money back atleast

I wouldn't order again as the poori was awful....soggy and the bread was way too thick...garlic sauce was just korma sauce. Kebab just a small was a diy kit ..... load of meat undeneath a cold pitta ,with sauce and salad given separately....not the way I want my kebab delivered. The chips were frozen. Pakora was good and dopiaza was quite nice ,but definitely wouldn't order again I'm afraid.

Amazing as usual! Perfect amount of veg and chicken pakora, and when I had asked them to change it to a large they did it with no problems ☺️ only place we’ll get kebab from as it’s always so so good!

Don't order from here they don't send you your full order and when you phone and complain about it all you get is attitude on the phone.

Order was awful. Pizza box was mush as the pizza had been sitting in it too long. The pizza was gooey as a result. I order from here every week and never received food as bad, it has been going downhill recently. Really disappointed!

The king chicken Bhuna wasn’t nice I thought it was a curry well was meant to be a curry as I got boiled rice with it. I’m going to be honest the Bhuna didn’t look like a curry at all. It looked like a dogs dinner on a man bread.

2hrs 10 minutes still with a order for a mix kebab , tried calling shop but constantly on answerphone , terrible service and over a 2hr wait is nothing short of disgraceful - will never use the new kismet again…and want my money back

I placed my order at 7 and just received it at 8.45. I asked for the chasni extra mild and it wasn’t. Waiting that time has put my off ordering from yous again

Spicy mince Pizza was not of a good quality. Pizza was only half covered in filling compared to the previous pizzas we’ve had from here. Very dry because of this and the Spicy mince had no flavour.

Order arrived over 2 hours from ordering and an hour after I called the restaurant One of the items was wrong when it finally arrived

Said food was with the driver for over 25 mins and it seemed like it as the chips were freezing along with the rest of the munchie box. I normally get a collection from here and it’s amazing. But feel let down with delivery service. Also missing my can of juice. Won’t be using the delivery option again. Chasni sauce was very good

Delivery was fast, and the food was lovely.

Staff are absolutely disgusting, ordered food at 9pm phoned at 11.15pm to ask where food was, when asking this they said they were at the door twice which they weren’t then proceeded to call my sister ‘a fat ride’ and hurl abuse over the phone, absolutely disgraceful to speak to customers this way, disgusting

Ordered a mix kebab order came on time but the kebab was like a box of grease phoned up as I couldn't eat that to be told they'd send out another one as the guy on the phone couldn't garentee a refund so waiting for another one for it to be not much better waste of money won't be ordering again

Tried chicken bhuna pizza & can honestly say was the best pizza I’ve ever tasted! Also fast delivery! Defo my new first choice in area for pizza!! Have already recommended to family and friends! And can’t wait for my next order!!! Thanks again! 10/10

The food was good but my chapati was missing. It'll not the first time my order has been short of an item.

I got a text at 19.31 to say on its way the app said at 19.52 enjoy your food wasn't here had to call restaurant who said it should be with me any minute its 20.03 still not here even as typing this no food I ordered it at 18.46 I understand places are busy but just eat shouldn't say its on its way and arrived when it's not left restaurant yet I know its kismet fault

Food was cold when it got delivered had to goto shop an they said it still had heat pizza an chips were cold but bottom of the box had slight heat

Very disappointed in order. Munchie box, chicken chaat was Luke warm, chips were soft and not crispy as usually are. I have been getting food from here for years and never had what we had lastnight. If we weren’t so hungry would have taken back to shop!!

Start on a good note, spicy chicken pizza was nice. However, this is clouded by the late delivery time and the freezing temperature it was delivered at. I ordered this on a Sunday night and it was due by 23:30 (no takeaway should be late for this time on a SUNDAY night) it was just over 20 minutes late. Again, it was nice when I finally got it, but I recommend you brace yourself to receive it late if ordering and probably cold.

Best place out ! Usually eat from here every week can’t fault in anything , kind guys and food is always delicious and always hot !
