I’m sorry but the courier experience was poor. The food arrived cold. The courier was not able to understand a simple task of opening the front door to my block of flats after I buzzed him in 4 times. There is nothing wrong with the door he just could not fathom that you had to open the right hand door instead of the left on multiple occasions. I am between night shifts so in my pj’s I ordered a takeaway so I didn’t have to go outside between sleeps for my night shifts. Worst courier experience.

Excellent order & delivery Food quality as expected

Some of the order was missing, a portion of fries and a bottle of drink were missing. Order took longer to arrive than stated and delivery time kept jumping backwards and forwards.

Didn't been delivered and they took the money out of my bank account

The staff at this kfc are remarkably friendly and sociable, they are always open to hear my requests and never make me feel awkward, malik was extremely helpful and nice

food has got vastly better and the delivery driver this time and previous times have all been awesome, on time and really polite. we're quite close to Sutton and not had delivery issues or problems with extended delivery times...

I've ordered 10 chicken wings but they have sent 3 chicken wings 2 very small breasts and one bit that I can't identify what it is. It is appalling these guys send what they want and not what we order. If I wanted other parts of the chicken I would have ordered. If they didn't have enough chicken wings they would refuse the order that's the proper procedure and not replace with some other parts and also I've order 10 bits of chicken and received 6. I have no words to describe how unhappy I am.

Expected a quick delivery but time changed twice. Finally delivered almost 1 and half hours after I ordered. Food was ok but could’ve been hotter.

taste of food was amazing and service was top priority by team , got my meal in less thn a 2 minute and it was fresh . highly recomended

Failed to bring the correct order and there is no way of corrected the order. The restaurant could not be contacted and all you provide is an automated response which is not help at all. You take my money and did not provide a satisfactory service!

Received spicy wings instead of original chicken so not great as don’t like spice !!

Very dry old pieces of chicken served at this location. Won't be going back. Hopefully popeyes chicken will force KFC to close.

Food was lovely! We came late, around 7 after poor service in the rosehill location and was met with lovely and kind service by Ava who served us, and was very kind overall. Restaurant was clean, can't fault them.

Food was amazing, very well cooked, fresh and freshly cooked, we always go there with my parents even thou we live a bit far from Sutton, but the food is really good.

Incredibly Delicious! Thay are exceeding at taste, customer service and relaxing surrounding. Always enjoyed having meals here. One thing I would like to metion is, I usually enjoy eating at KFC once a week, but thanks to cook who is cooking on evenings of Sundays and Mondays at KFC Sutton, as the food ( chicken🤤 and boneless) these days has always been something different as compared to other week days. That cook has made me to visit KFC Sutton twice a week. Thankful to all the team and especially that cook.

Haven't had KFC for a little while and though I found it quite delectable, I was told about a few pieces that tasted strange. I don't know what they meant but they didn't enjoy it as much. All food was delivered, though the map if it did follow the driver must have given them a weird route. The food arrived on time it's just the route that appeared was a strange one.

The order is never right from here. No fries on any of the meals delivered again. Surely it’s not that hard?!

The food was fresh, and I ordered a Zinger Box meal along with popcorn chicken. The burger was absolutely delicious, and I loved it. The wings were just okay; they seemed to be lacking in quality. The fries were hot and crispy. The only downside was that the restaurant was messy, and the tables weren’t cleaned. However, I would definitely try their burger again.

Definitely deserves 5 ⭐️ I was great with smile and best customer service. Food hot and fresh, tastes amazing, staff does great work from food to atmosphere. Enough space for eat in and always clean toilet. Located on high street so any time after shopping can get great food 🍗

Absolutely excellent service. Staff was very quick and friendly and i highly enjoyed dining here. Compared to other KFC’s this place really stood out for its cleanliness. I believe the workers who helped me were names Suraj and Rea, they really went above and beyond with their service.

I had been craving KFC for a while and ordered home for lunch. I got the fillet burger meal . As always they just put really small portions of fries and the chicken inside the burger for takeaway because they probably think I won’t complain. The meal wasn’t filling and for that price it should have been.

Delivery driver clearly done another deliver before mine. My address is 4 minutes away and it took more than 16 minutes to deliver and my food was very cold. Never again will I order from Just Eat.
