Excellent customer service very friendly. Food was delicious

It was unexpectedly quiet on a Sunday afternoon. The environment is fairly clean. The salad has a little stale flavour. In a hot summer, the coleslaw might have been left outside for longer than it should. For five persons, the seating is not comfy. The table cannot be moved in order to accommodate the fifth person. Consequently, it wasn't particularly cosy place for groups. The other down point is the restricted parking. KFC is not a suitable venue if you are having a party of people coming at different times.

Half the tables were cordoned off and stacked with a bin in the middle, possible roof leak? Tables that were left were covered in food, (as we left a member of staff did start clearing up but there were plenty of staff doing nothing prior to that and didn't seem bothered). This place used to be our go to because we live less than a mile away but this is the 3rd strike. Large popcorn was filled to approximately an inch and a half down the boxes, large fries was the equivalent of a small fries in McDonald's, barely reached the top of the paper bag and when tipped out looked a pitiful amount. Hot wings again used to be a favourite of mine but these were soo greasy they were difficult to hold. 2 of the 3 were 95% bone with barely enough meat to pick off, they never were big but the quality control has gone out of the window. The third looked 3 times the size but a third of it was clumped coating full of grease with a normal amount of chicken in the middle. Had the chicken popcorn and chips been the portion size I paid for they would have been ok in fairness. On our previous visit to the Wisbech branch we had the mini fillets which were soo salty they went straight in the bin, (I complained but the manager simply shrugged and said that's how they are), and my parents had the same experience of salty coating on them in March, (town), 5 days ago so we simply don't risk the hassle of ordering them now, sad because we loved them. Top tip McDonald's strips are tasty, bigger and consistent.

Just been to order food at the drive-through got served by someone with no manners and watching the big guy (obese) frying Food chewing gum with his mouth wide open. Working with Food, you thought they would have to wear a hair net, but not at this KFC they want you to have their hair in their food.

I'm not a KFC fan but sometimes I try it !!!

Got your deal or 20 spice wings £7.99 and the six piece £11.99 Spicy things were dry which made it tasteless Waste of money Not what you want to find out when you've driven all the way home plus ordered to go she brings it out on a tray it says you ordered to eat the receipt tells me different

I had been to this restaurant about two years ago and the food was great, but this time the chicken was cooked well but the coating was very thin and not nice. I had been to the one in Spalding a month ago and they have got the coating just right, but of a shame.

Used the drive through and my food wasnt hot. This has happened before. Couldnt be bothered to waste petrol going back.

Went to the drive thru as they are offering 2 x zinger burgers and chips for £10 but apparently only on delivery find it hard to believe they don't offer it when I turned up BAD BUSINESS

Food was excellent, but it was very cold in the restaurant. The self service screen was missing several items, so ordered from the counter, and all was good.

New review. Ordered a Filler Box Meal. Chips were nice and hot. Fillet burger was cold. No idea why I came back again. Mashed potato should have gravy in it like they do in other countries. Long queues, seemed to be short staffed, untidy, tables not wiped, bins full, couldn't throw rubbish in bin. The food was hot though, which is to be expected if the staff are rushed off their feet

One of the worst experiences dealing with the most rude and abnoxtiious member of staff at this place. They are supposed to close at 11pm, we come at 10:20 they see us come in and look at us with annoyance and clearly not happy. They wait for me to do the payment and 5 min. Later the lady at the till says to me " sorry but we run out of chicken you will have to wait another 30 min. which doesn't make sense. So she says I'll give you your money back to your card, but is only going to be effective in 5 days. I procede to tell her how irresponsible, rude and embarrassing she is.. She couldn't care less. They obviously don't give a crap about their costumers. I will never set a foot there ever again.

First time in a couple of years been to KFC. Was very surprised. 4 pieces of chicken and what seemed like large chips for £5.49. Very tasty and very filling. Restaurant nice and clean with plenty of parking.

Chicken coating greasy and one piece of chicķen inedible. Doesnt taste like the real KFC. coating. Tried this KFC again and though the staff excelled themselves the boneless bucket and fries was terrible. The coating on the chicken tasted nothing like a KFC renound coating, the chips were just warm, soggy and tastless. The beans were OK but then I expect they were just decanted from a tin and warmed up. Very very disappointed 😥

Customer service is terrible, girl who served us through the drive through didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. Couldn’t even say thank you or have a nice day. Didn’t give us napkins or salt either.

Coz now I was ordering from the delightful Irina … wow , her smile and politeness was infectious …. What a lovely lady , if anything is likely to make me hungry for a return then it’s her !! 😋 …. Absolutely Disgraceful customer service and incompetent management.! Items missing from order, called Paston KFC direct to discuss but they wasn't interested. Blamed delivery company for missing items and quite simply were not interested in helping to resolve the issue, to top it off the manager showed futher disregard for me, the customer and HUNG UP the phone mid conversation.! This is clearly the fault of KFC staff, I accept we all make mistakes but any suitably trained competent manager would put the customer first and help resolve the issue..especially when it's their mistake.! My advice is, use another KFC as the manager here doesn't care about you, the customer! A company thives on exemplary management and customer service...clearly a serious shout-fall here.! Terrible Service. Ordered online. Food took over a hour to come from the top of my road and half of it was missing. Called them and was told to contact the delivery service. For what reason I don't know because the bag was sealed so obviously someone in there forgot to pack the rest. Will never use this kfc again

Normally the best kfc around but tonight 28.12.23 terrible unfortunately order was wrong, chicken was cold a very greasy, hopefully a manager will see this and get on top of what went wrong tonight!! . Family's treat in the bin!!

Been awhile since I had a KFC but felt would try it out as I made my way home and used the Paston Parkway Peterborough KFC ...and what a disappointing experience it wasn't busy going though the drive though as only one and the person who took order was pleasant but whoever served up my lunch needs lessons in presentation ordered 3 pieces of chicken 1 boneless piece and 2 hot wings (wicked verity) I believe and for the hefty price of £10:49 and got 1 wing 2 legs 1 boneless slither of chicken with a thick coating and 1 hot wing (missing 1) with a portion of chips (some in the little bag as well) all mixed in a KFC bag (no box) and a few sauces ... oh and my drink to wash it down .... will not be going there again in the near future or even again ... a disappointing meal and shows how far KFC has dropped down the food ladder .... rather try street food now or just cook chicken myself... 1/10 at best.

Wow, it has been a while since I've been to a KFC and only went because my child wanted it. I won't be rushing back. Food portions have shrunk and prices have inflated. I thought I was looking at the meal from far away it was so small. There is no service, self order, wait around for your order number to be shouted out by disinterested staff, then find a table that looks like it might have been wiped clean. Atmosphere, it's a KFC, it's not designed for you to hang about and is not run by staff looking for a career in fast food. Will be finding a 'chicken shop' if my child wants fried chicken again.

Just got home after using the drive through to collect a family feast to find I’ve been done out of 4 pieces of chicken! Trying to call the phone number provided but no answer!! Fuming 😡

Just ordered through Deliveroo took almost an hour to get here when I got here the food was cold. Do not use the shop. It’s a waste of time and thoroughly disappointing if you order anything for delivery, do not use the paston kfc

I have been in kfc in: Poland Dubaj Holland Czech and in England. In all those pleases apart from England chicken was the same and delicious 😋. In England chicken palace is much better and cheaper.

Just drove down from spalding to peterborough to get some KFC when me and my family got home sat down ready to eat we found fluff/hair on the pop corn chicken to far to drive back over that tho so we lost out. After a year I still haven't heard anything from anyone at KFC

This store never gets an order right and if your disabled like myself and have to order online, don't order from the place as the staff can't read or care about the customers, I was verbally abuse over the phone and told to drop dead before the phone was hung up on me.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Would give 0 if possible. This is our local kfc and they’re normally okay. NOT TODAY! My partner and I were on our way to our week away and we stopped for lunch. Food is ok however... it is cold inside... we do have 7°c outside and it would be good to switch heating on. We decided to take worth £29.99 share bucket back home and instead of 6 regular 🍟 we had only 3. There was not ketchup or mayo souse at all. Will try again but currently I'm not happy 🙃

Yeah agree with other reviewers, it's not great. Sullen looking lad serving at drive thru never spoke a word (at least try hello and thank you) and my boneless banquet was far from a banquet, a couple of tiny anaemic looking pieces of chicken... won't bother again and suggest you don't.

Zero stars if i could. Everytime I order from this restaurant there is always something wrong, but today takes the pi$$. I ordered 4 box meals with extras. What I actually received was a single box meal that i didn't order which was was also incomplete. Is a prerequisite when applying for a job at KFC to be completely incompetent?

I think KFC actively employ people who can't put a order together i have lost count how many times they screw up an order that i now check through the whole bag before leaving so they can give me the bits they have missed from the order, utterly useless shame i really like the food.

Absolutely shocking, second time we’ve ordered from this KFC and they’ve forgotten something. Spoke to the manager and wasn’t interested, just told me to take it up with Just Eat. My 7 year old boy went hungry.

Really quick service, but this one member of staff needs to chill out. She was yelling and swearing at her colleagues while customers were still eating there. Was also making so much noise around (slamming cupboards). RUDE.

This franchise is awful. The whole car park and drive through does not have the lights working so the whole place looks abandoned. You have to drive though a massive milky puddle when going through the drive thru, there were rats playing near the window and they didn't even give the right order.

In all the time we were inside no cleaning ir clearing took place. Table tops were just left with no attempt to clean and sanitise. Floor was not swept to clean food and general debris. Tha staff need organising and training in basic hygiene. It'll be some time before we return.

The way one of the tellers served us and talked back at us to me saw it as being racist towards me and my wife.The guy denied my wife tomato sauce and was very rude.Dont deserve any star

Very quick service, staff friendly and polite. I'm not really a fan of fast food, but the rice box meal is definitely a winner. Lovely fresh salad, rice that's tasty and a nice chicken fillet, had some fries to go with it, yummy. Cookie's for afters, they were delicious. Thought the portions of fries were smaller than they used to be.

Like warm chicken wrong food and no spoons for sides , just 20 sachets of sauce !! Disappointing
