How can KFC get things so badly wrong ??? Soggy COLD chicken burgers, COLD fries and COLD original chicken ! If I wanted COLD FOOD I’d have ordered a salad !!!! Absolutely overpriced disgusting food at this KFC and when this was brought to the attention of the staff , a shrug of the shoulders was the reply !

Last time I was here I had to return as had the wrong order. This time, I returned and was given “my” order. When I got back and checked, turns out yet again it was the wrong order. I did not go back in as I have no interest in this dungheap of a place

Would give zero stars if I could. Absolute time wasters always closing early. Multiple times have arrived from Newry well before 9:30pm to find them closed. Thank heavens for McDonald's around the corner always being reliable.

Probably the most disgusting KFC I've ever eaten. 8 chips for 1.99 and chicken that was more breaded than a loaf. Made me quite ill. Shouldn't be open.

Ate here last night and was up all night with diarrhoea and vomiting. It’s 10am the following morning and I’m still on the toilet and still feel very ill. Won’t be returning.

Better than Belfast kfc, but service could be improved

It's annoying when you promise your kids kfc and when you get home always someone's meal missing even though you pay for it. Staff unhelpful and no policy in place to rectify this even tho it happens quite often. Blaming trainee staff as usual. Are supervisors not meant to be supervising the staff in training making sure the customer gets what they pay for???

Lunchtime saturday, was extremely busy & not enough staff on. Not the fault of the staff though they were all flat out filling ordwrs. Dining area was spotless & my phobia of public toilets was eased in here as I have never actually seen a cleaner public toilet in my life! Absolutely spotless & wvwn smelled immaculate.

I would like to commend your staff. I was in kfc tonight and the staff were absolutely flat out, there seemed to be very few of them but they handled themselves very well. We'll done to all.

I'm not big fan of KFC but this one in Banbridge has lovely and friendly staffs. They look after the customer very well. For this reason I like this place and 5* to them all the way.

Place is very dirty, they should really improve on hygene here. Food was ok, standard KFC quality, but we didn't get sauces that should be included in the meal, no ketchup as well.

Ordered ten wings got six in bag. The other four were replaced quickly. Wings had been left too long and we're of substandard quality

Great location heading back down south or sopping to shop on the Boulevard.staff are friendly and plenty of car spaces too.

Foods nice, the food you actually get that is. Make sure you double check, even triple check your order before leaving. Every time I've been to this KFC something has been forgot. And not just a dip or a side, full box meals. Those packing the meals would probably forget their name if hey didn't have to wear a badge saying it

I am only giving 3 Stars because this review covers the drive thru and the restaurant. Remember this place is effectively brand new, a brand new restaurant in a brand new building and from a distance that is obvious. It looks great. 1. Drive-Thru : This is easy, its great. Every time I have went the staff on the intercom are friendly and helpful. If there is a queue they move through it quickly and the food is good. I personally never get chicken on the bone, but the burgers, fillets, popcorn chicken etc have always been pretty decent. No complaints and would get a high 4/5 2. Restaurant : This is also easy, go to the drive through. I have been inside 3 times, each time I question why, but I suppose I secretly hope it has got better. How could it get better? Clean it, Each time I have been in the bins have been full to over flowing, the tables (which are already massively limited) have been disgusting, it is more like find the least dirty one to eat it. The floors are horrid with food remnants everywhere. I can only assume they are working on skeleton staff and every is busy in the kitchen and drive thru but the restaurant is horrible - especially given the Covid-19 environment. On a plus the staff have always been pleasant and helpful and the food still int bad, you just wouldn't or shouldn't choose to eat in until they sort that manky mess out. It gets 1 Star, that is only because the staff are still good and the food is decent enough. For the restaurant experience though there should be a negative scoring system!

Went to the KFC in the boulevard sayed on the website and on the door of the KFC that it was opened till 11 we went to the drive through and they had cones up at it so we went to the door it was closed so a worker came to the door and said it was closed at half 9. We drove out of our way to get it talk about ridiculous they need to sort there times out.

Visited recently, girl on drive through missed out part of my order completely, had to go back in get it. Food wasn't anything special, McDonald's just around the corner and much better. Won't be back.

Called into this kfc on Tuesday and we are so glad we did ,we used the drive through and it was so nice to see such a modern clean restaurant, served by a pleasant guy and when I asked could he please make sure the burgers were plain , he answered with don't worry I am putting your order together, food was perfect (apart from the fries ) but that's because we aren't fans of fries with skin on

Walked in with the family, walked out after 5 minutes. Didn't order food. The place is fairly new, but needs a good clean. At least have a member of staff out trying to clean. I had to clear a table myself, noticed the floors and table were to dirty to eat at. Not for me. Went to the McDonald's around the bend, much better!

Worst KFC in Ireland possibly?! They forgot to put a bun top on a burger, wings were burned, drink was 60% ice and portions were half that of other KFC's

Lovely newly built KFC. Went here last week, we sat in, the place was grubby and the floors needed brushed and mopped badly. Girl who served us didn’t look very happy, food was okay. Disappointing.

Got the £5.99 chicken bucket and it was amazing.A+++++++

A big black women came out the door and spat on the ground then went into her car and then when she went back in side she didn’t even wash her hands and I ordered a large meal and a small this is an awful place would not recommend

Im Glad the Colonel isant around to see this.... Attrocious portion sizes, tasteless gravy....and luke warm food....Fabulous looking restaurant which had unreal queues when it opened. Those queues wont last long if it doesnt buck up its ideas.

First and last visit. Chicken was very greasy and chips although overcooked were limp and soggy. In the bin it went!

Customer service is a disgrace, got food from yous and half of my order was not included, Tryed ringing yous and you wont answer wont the phone, Payed 27 pound for food and never even got the half of it, And what ever i got it was luke warm
