KFC in Leeds

3 piece meal to take away, got home to a tinychicken wing and 2 small legs, and half a bag of scrappy chips, Hardly any meat on the wings . Definitely not what I'm used to for KFC, very disappointed ☹️

Slowest service ever, I’d be the only car in drive thru and it takes a good 15 minutes minimum to get a wrap. The most recent time I was in, 2 staff were arguing and 1 slapped the hat off another in front of me, then closed the window to continue arguing after wards

After a celebratory first visit to the pub for my birthday, the morale was high. However, what dented this was our arrival at an imminently closing KFC. That was until our guardian angel named Aman who was working the close shift on Monday 26th April rallied his KFC troops together for 3 more trilogy box meals. Some would say he was going the extra mile, I would say he went the extra litre. Not only did we clutch a KFC but it was equally the tastiest KFC we all have ever had. I think this was because of Aman's incredible taste for friendship. Thank you Aman, you truly are a hero.

Ordené y recibí mi entrega en 20 minutos. Todo correcto y caliente. Genial, lo tengo y lo usaré nuevamente.

El servicio fue muy lento y el personal seguía cometiendo errores con las órdenes de la gente. La puerta estaba rota y cada vez que alguien intentaba cerrarla, se les volvía a la cara. Con la puerta constantemente abierta, entraba el frío y nadie quería sentarse cerca de la puerta. Una de las máquinas de autoservicio estaba fuera de servicio, pero no decía que estaba fuera de servicio, por lo que la gente seguía intentando usarla. Además, ¿qué sentido tiene tener los marcadores en las cajas, para decir qué hay en la caja, si el personal no los va a usar?

Visited for my birthday on the 15th, all the tables were dirty so I asked for a cloth, a member of staff came over to clean the table and he might as well have just poured a bucket of water on the table. Had to go up 4 times as they'd forgot most of the order. Forgot drinks, chips, hotwings and even the chicken. Will not be visiting any time soon
