KFC in Larne

Got a 10 meals only got 9 prices ordered 8 hot wings got 7. I won't ever get here again. Really greasy and salty. Carrick is a much nicer one....

Apparently, customers can't be trusted to lift their own napkins or condiments, all receptacles empty, like their margins are so thin an extra napkin would put them out of business. Tables are filthy, nothing to clean them with *yourself*. God forbid they employ someone to clean them, one overworked person front of house, only spotted one in the kitchen. This place is either on its knees, or the franchisee is making a mint from sweating this place. Go to any other KFC and save yourself the trouble.

Had to be the worst KFC I've been in,it use to be a great KFC but not now probably due to the staff changing every couple of weeks ,nobody at the counter and waited 10mins while all the staff were at the back one serving the drive through the rest having a yarn,there was no chicken in the heated cupboards and nobody felt like serving so we left and went to McDonald's

Ordered online from here twice. First time it took over an hour to get here and the second time it took our money and didn’t even arrive. We only live 3 minutes walking distance (didn’t collect it myself as i was ill both times) so there is absolutely no reason or excuse as to why they took AN HOUR for a trip that should’ve taken five minutes maximum. I’m beyond outraged right now as both orders were quite high in price. Food was ice cold the first time so wasn’t edible and second time it took our money but wouldn’t give us food, so we had to make do without. Don’t order from here PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

I have to admit, I love a KFC original meal, but, as I've learned, from bitter experience, that the product, the staff, and entire experience of a KFC are no longer what they use to be! I called in here the other evening, and I wish now that I had driven past it and went to the fish and chip shop! My experience from the moment I arrived, till the second I left, was nothing short of a nightmare! It was totally disgusting, and in saying that, I am referring to the staff's disgusting attitude, to the disgusting food, well, what they sold as edible, to the filth and disgusting state of the toilets! Let me start in regard to the staff! When I arrived and opted to 'Dine in', there was no one else in the queue before me, yet I stood for a full thirteen minutes before the young came to take my order. She grunted to me a few times that she would be with me soon! What may you ask what she was doing???? Well, I'll tell you, she was on her mobile phone, then when she did, eventually, come to take my order, it seemed too much to be courteous and pleasant, but I got a response, again in a grunt from a wild animal, I asked for an original meal, with two pieces of chicken and frites. The chicken had greasy fat running out like a torrid river, and in asking for an original meal, I anticipated ordinary fries.All I wanted on them was salt, but I got only fries with spices on them. I only realised after I took a bite, but never once was I informed, and as I am allergic to many of these spices. After saying to the same young woman behind the counter, she says that comes automatically. To me, that is totally wrong, for people should be informed of the change of recipe, and more importantly, that should say there is spices on chips, which some people could be allergic to. The toilets were so disgusting, I just left and waited till I got home! Never again shall I ever be in this establishment again. I'll starve before I give them my custom again!! My advice is to stay well clear!!!

Love a typical kfc well guys this is not a typical kfc. Asked for a chicken burger, doll behind the counter just stared at me. Asked her 4 more times before I got a reply. Had to wait like 30 minutes and didn't even get a flippin chicken burger. Poor service, poor atmosphere, no pints, might as well have been a ferret way no arms or legs taking my order. Won't be back sorry

Food was fine for a KFC. Small delay in order, but service from lovely Filipino lady more than made up for it. Restaurant, however, was freezing cold making it very uncomfortable to dine in!

Ended up waiting over 25 mins for food, ended having to take it away with us as we were now running late. Not fast food! Portions of chips small and food badly prepared in burgers. Three drinks, two straws, go figure. Won't be back.

Drive thru tonight at 8 pm took order said no stuffing for Stacker burger ordered them anyway to then be told at window had no fillets for burgers I was not amused then to be told we do have stuffing by another member of staff . When I got home the chips were not even half filled … disgusted my order was over £40 will not be back used to be one of the best kfc but has gone down badly . Staff not pleasant doesn’t take much to say thanks and enjoy your meal

This is the best kfc i have had in about3 years from LARNE. All belfast stores are disgusting. I would only get from my local In Larne. From previous jobs they do a magnificent job 👏. Thank you 😊

Drive-through order was just as you'd want it to be, hot, fresh, and tasty! Wrap of the day, signature chips, kansas bbq bites, and a club orange. Not diet friendly but a very nice lunch!

Very poor service and the chicken was not cooked properly plus I had to wait for over 15 minutes and was not busy at all

Ordered on the app called to collect said they only had drumsticks, it would be 15 mins said I would wait over 20 mins later I got my food. Second time this has happened

The food is never hot if you go when the meal time rush is over everything is just warmed up, the chips are not very nice always bits of over cooked left warming and tiny bits of left burnt chips. Wouldn't recommend KFC at present it had been better in the past.

Waited for over half an hour for a 10 piece mini fillet box, tub of gravy and a portion of chicken bites. Watched my order remain on the screen at no 1 as the timer went down twice before stopping. I seen a least one car going through the drive through and getting mini fillets. People also came into the shop ordered carry outs, substantially bigger than my order and got it before me. In fact I could still be standing there waiting for it if I had not asked for my money back. This is far from fast food, not the first time I had to wait excessively, but it will be the last. So if in Larne avoid, get a MCDONALD'S

Ordered a 10 Piece Bucket at the drive-through, when I got home discovered that 8 of the ten pieces were drumsticks! It's a 20 minute drive so could not be bothered going back to complain

As it was a bit late -8.40pm we where told that eating in wouldn't be a good idea ad the restaurant closed at 9pm This seems very early to me. The gravy was like jelly and I asked to have it exchanged for fresh and the exchanged item was just the same this is because its being left to long in the store when it should be replaced with fresh gravy. Overall not a pleasant experience 😕

Not once has this place EVER got a order right that's more than 2 meals, so if your going and placing a family order double check before you leave cause I guarantee you a meal will be missing

They have a barefaced cheek to call this fast food. It's the slowest takeaway I've ever ordered. To make matters worse the food was cold and the order was incorrect. Would score a zero if the option was available. Avoid Avoid Avoid. A painful experience.

Best KFC I've been in for a long time. Food was hot and tasty. Service was fast and no issues. Only 2 star for atmosphere as we were the only ones in it. Everyone e else seemed to be using either the drive through or delivery apps.

Waiting in the drive through, there was 5 cars in front of us and we were there waiting for over 30 minutes, Staff was ok pleasant guy who served us, had to ask for dip but other than that we had everything we asked for, honestly service couldn’t be faulted too much, reading these reviews before hand tho had me thinking I had made a huge mistake by coming here, would recommend this place at the end of the day it is fried chicken and fried chicken is delicious

Queue was very slow to get served (yet only 4 cars including mine) When I eventually got to the kiosk I was told I would have to wait 5 minutes in the carpark. This is never happened before in any KFC. Other local KFC's I use often are punctual with their orders, are so much busier and I never have to wait Given that they are much busier I can only come to the conclusion that this is a management problem as they are unable to use their resources more efficiently. P.S the little guy who served me was most apologetic and very polite and I do not hold him in any way responsible. PS. It's the same when you compare McDonalds Ballymena and McDonalds Larne. Ballymena offers a very fast service yet they are so much busier.

Never been in one before, a clinical sort of place but quite surprised to get a reasonable vegetarian meal with chips, or should I say slightly larger 'fries'.

Me and my family ordered through Uber eats and the order arrived missing some mini fillets, we rang the store and not only did the manager send us are full order again but he delivered it himself because there was no uber drivers about. We will definitely be ordering again especially after the good will gesture.

Got 4 piece chicken strip meal and got 11 small chips in bag and the chicken was very thick coating on it with thin chicken under coating,the chicken had blood in it and it wasnt even on the bone,very tasteless,no dips,I would give this place a miss!!!

If KFC did fast food they certainly didn’t do it in Larne. Slow, cold and usually with mistakes, Larne KFC is in serious need of decent staff and new management.

i didnt get the correct order, only realised after driving home. Besides that, with McD openning in Larne, the food in KFC is now not fresh. It taste like it was sitting on the shelves far too long, does not taste fresh. Overall, quite dissappointed for getting less than what i paid for and food were not fresh. giving 3 stars because it is usually good. Today's bad experience, Im putting it as a one off. Fingers crossed.

Ordered 4 meals, 3 plain, only to be charged for 7 when at the till, corrected that issue and refunded the incorrect amount of money. Person on the till couldn't get the order up nor did she give a receipt. Pulled up in the car park only to see we were given 3 meals in the bags, all dressed and 2 of them wrong. Had to go back inside and wait another 20- 30 minutes on the order being remade. Larne has indeed confirmed itself as a Black Hole. Won't be back.

Its just really really REALLY bad, Ive been in many KFC's round the globe and many in My home country Norther Ireland. But with the exception of London or Birmingham this one takes the Number 1 spot on the minus 1 star review. The new baked chips are just revolting tasteless rubbish. Is this the worst KFC in Northern Ireland? I think so. I've only visited probably 10 times or fewer over a number of years, but have had issues on at least 3 visits, most recently today. I ordered through the new app (order no 5018, if KFC are interested enough to check). When I arrived to collect, I was told there would be a 25 minute wait for meat on the bone. I didn't have time to wait, so although frustrated I got that portion of the order refunded no problem. I was then handed a bag with the rest of my order (or so I thought) and two cups of Pepsi Max. I asked for a cup holder - none available. I ended up handing them back and taking fruit shoots instead as my car has no cup holders built in. I drove back out to Carnfunnock to find that the sundaes I'd ordered for my grandsons were missing from the order. I was in no mood to go back for them. As I say, this is the third time I've had issues with wrong orders etc. at this KFC out of only about 10 visits - a 30% failure rate. Woeful. Young, disinterested staff with inadequate supervision seems to me to be a big part of the problem.

Really disappointed! Waited for over 30 minutes for drive through, asked for a trilogy meal and bbq sauce! Got home to find missing popcorn chicken and no bbq sauce! Called branch, had to leave a message and no callback! I know they were busy but I just wanted what I paid for!

Quick service and recent referbishment is first class, smart clean and bright. New outside signage is modern and gives a welcoming appearance.

After 6 long years I drop by KFCLARNE just to buy 20pcs Hotwings, Large Popcorn and Large Gravy... So disappointed when I got home with only 10pcs of Hotwings. The worst part, the Supervisor on Duty doesn't know how to handle a simple complaint... Come on, you will write my name in the book and get the remaining Hotwings whenever I will go there again????? When???? After 6 years... Lol... The Supervisor is telling me it is an accident.... The reviews speak for it self... Not once or twice....

They took ages to get my ready well about 15 minutes in the drive through and the order was not the right food so I had to come back down again we ordered 3 meals and all where large and when we went back they said for the inconvenience they made are meals all large.. I definitely will not be back there again they take far to long. I thought I was going to get a parking ticket for the length of time I was there....

2 staff inside. We tried Tea and hot chocolate. Hot Chocolate was three quarters full, lukewarm, not stirred, rotten taste. No stirrer stick offered, no milk offered, no receipt offered. Ignorant, indifferent staff, millennials! Worst service I've had ever. Staff should be sacked! Big pity KFC are ignoring this store and the rotten service this depot is known for! What an inditement. Obviously KFC don't care about customer service or who they hire as Staff.

Got a Boneless Banquet it was tasteless and they forgot the garlic mayo. Was a very young assistant on the drive through. My partner got the Trilogy Meal and it was kiddies portion size of chips and no gravy.

Terrible KFC branch, probably the worst! In all the years I've been getting takeaway from here my order has never been correct. I've actually got in the habit of checking the bag each and every time they give it me now so I can sort before I leave, tonight I forgot and payed the ultimate price. Missing items again!! Staff are polite and friendly but God help them if they can't match an order to the screen they are reading from, I promise I'm not exaggerating . . . they will get your order wrong. Worst KFC I've ever been to, can guarantee your order will have something wrong with it every time. Most of the staff act as if you've just pished in their cornflakes everytime they have to go through the ordeal of taking an order.

Ordered 6 piece variety meal in drive through..usual shambles got it home to waiting family..grandkids daughter etc and surprise surprise no hot wings and chicken strips ,,,,,honestly this is typical from this establishment I am not joking but in the last 6 weeks this is the third time something is missing...I am absolutely sick of it...will not be back.
