KFC in Ashford

Very nice took in a meal before bowling as just round the corner

Worst ever food. They don't know the word hygiene and food safety. Recently found a long hair in their chicken they served and when i asked about this to the manager he was telling me that " This happens sometimes" and never even apologized for this that's the saddest thing. They are not really care about the food or the customers. Everytime we dined in KFC Ashford each time the taste of food was different. Always there chicken will always be oily and don't even know how to cook. They are serving like it's not there duty we are here for some money broh like that kinda attitude. This is not the way to handle a good franchise. Worst ever.

Annoying teens made atmosphere horrible. Anyone not buying food must be kicked out of the store

The food is superior to MacDonalds ( which isn't saying much ! ) but the KFC vegan burger is very tasty with a diet Pepsi for £6.99.

Chicken as of late tastes really disgusting. Like sodium filled rat carcasses. Even the pop corn chicken is like it’s been dried for space food.

Would like more spices in the coating.would like a choice of normal or herb chips,they only serve the herb chips!!.crushem and ice cream machines have not been working for nearly a year!!

It's always one of my fav in ashford... very spacious and friendly staff.. I always prefer there burgers...

Hands down the worst thing I’ve ever been presented with. A stale inedible bun. Chicken so dry I can’t swallow it and it’s hard? Brown lettuce and some old Mayo. Absolutely shocking

We ordered late at night through Uber and received our items. I ordered a fillet burger meal with an extra of gravy but the gravy was missing. I also got sweet corn which was also missing. To top it off my fries were also missing. Just really irritating, I'm still hungry... It was my cheeky treat. Thanks for that guys!! Avoid. Won't be going here again.

This was a good place for take away in the past, but not any more. My order today was missing some parts and it was unfortunate to know that they don't double check the order before handover.

Going to KFC is excited because there's different offers and foods and they upgraded.

Decent KFC. No long queues and friendly staff. Recommended.

Clean ambience. Friendly staffs but they do tend to forget to put orders in the bag. They have missed mine 3 times so far. Need to pay more attention regarding this but otherwise nice staffs.

I go in many kfcs regularly and swap my fries for another side as the chips are awful. Not here. He wouldn't give me a reason just no. You can even swap them on the app. Had a nice mc ds with edible fries up the road instead.

Nicest KFC I've ever eaten in, quite likely the biggest aswell, loads of room to dunk into your gravy.

Probably one of the best KFC's I've been to. Service is top shelf, the store itself is very clean and the online ordering service is seamless.

Just in the high street and cheekily not too far from macdonalds restaurant. They receive good foot traffic into the restaurant, they is an option for click and collect, delivery at home or ordering to seat in. They have a good colour scheme, some nice but neutral to let the sun in when we have it. Tables are modern and compliment the colours and easier to clean. Food service was of good standard and arrived quite quickly for me to not have worry about anything else. The guy who served me was respectful and pleasant towards myself.

Meal was nice Sweatcorn was small Chicken wings wher small Krushem ice was not krushed Realy load chavs they where shooting water guns They also kept on entering and leaving Bare krackhead outsideof the shop

Order 4 piece chicken MEAL get 4 Hotwings.... Not impressed. Had already got home and didn't have fuel to go back.

Ashford Church Road, KFC I wouldn't have given a no star if I could! NEVER order from them again. Food turned up swimming in grease, pot had split and chicken had fallen through the bottom of the bag! Called Just Eat UK who were less than helpful and told me they weren't sending a new order because KFC said it was complete. Appalling!

If you like KFC then this is the place for you! Great staff and the chicken is finger licking good. Plus it’s a healthy walk from the Edinburgh multi storey car park so you don’t feel so bad after chowing down on a box of chicken! Top tip put your rubbish in the bin once you have finished your meal. Keep Ashford clean.

As much as I like KFC, this particular branch seems to serve fold food on a regular basis, I have had cold food 3 out of 4 visits. Unlikely that I will use this one again m

Chicken was perfect. But omg the chips are terrible to be honest it’s not just the Ashford branch it’s everywhere I go. Now I have to buy chicken from kfc then go to McDonald’s to get chips so I can enjoy a meal

Food is good, standard kfc. But I gave the 5 star for the staff. They were very friendly, what normally you don't get in a fast food restaurant. Great experience.

Taste differs from store to store, sometimes orders are taken wrong, the food sometimes can be more peppery then others but the chips are nice and dips are good, wide selection of food and drink to choose from.

Disappointing! Greasy and tasteless. I also asked for a small cup of tap water to take my meds but was refused as "it's not company policy" so I had to buy a bottle of water!

As its undergoing a refit only drive through open. Staff should be checking the order more. Missing order AGAIN

Order a party bucket £35, worst KFC we’ve ever eaten, my grand children love KFC, we buy this when we’re up in Surrey for them, we brought it for our grand children in ashford last week, very, very very unimpressed, it turned up cold, with what looked like yesterday’s chicken, the chips where old probably left over from the day before. We won’t be ordering from KFC in Ashford again.

Service is okay, however i did get a zinger stacker which the chicken was slightly pink. I believed it to be a blood clot however i came down with food poisoning shortly after. I would think twice before eating again

No wander the seagull is always seen outside this KFC, they are attracted to scraps and you can’t get more scraps from any other eatery than this place. Picked up a takeaway from here the other night. To say the least it was disgusting, the chips were old and shrivelled, made from cheap quality potatoes. The chicken was dry and hard, must have been fried several times, it all went in the bin, pity the seagull was not around. Mind you I think even he would have left it and flown away. If you want something to eat I strongly suggest you go elsewhere, this KFC is disgusting

Only popped in for some chicken as a light snack.. didn't have chips as we do not like the new style ones they use now. Chicken was freshly cooked and tasty. We prefer on the bone and not so keen on the bonless.

Rice box is my favourite, add small chips, a mini cob, and drink, and I'm happy 😊

Quick service, unfortunately the electronic machine wasn't working at the time. Never have a problem with food always great quality. Great value with the app to get discounted meals and loyalty bonuses.

Large KFC shop tucked away. Plenty of seating. Shop was very clean and food tasted good. The self-ordering machines were not working correctly but the staff member serving was very helpful and apologetic.
