KFC in Ashford

Communication was a little hard but we got our order and it was good.

I ordered my meal, took forever to get here, considering I live maybe 15 minutes away, when I got the food it was like warm, the tin of drink was warmer than the actual meal, very disappointed

Food better here, than over at the cinema, especially if you are ordering online...

Always up to expected KFC standards.

KFC app is linked with Deliveroo and when KFC forgot to add the wings to the order they told me to take up with Deliveroo (even though I ordered through KFC app). Staff was rude and said they will add it to my next order, even though I told them I don't have food now since the rest was for my kids. Deliveroo had no intention to pick up the remainder of the order and will only refund me over the next 5-7 days. Disgusted in KFC Beaver Road and Deliveroo customer service. A restaurant should take ownership where they make a mess of the orders.

Absolutely banging KFC! We always drive over to this one over the others in Ashford. Friendly people too. Boneless banquet and loads of sides etc, family fed for £30. Not oily, hot af. Super quick service too. Bonus!. Update: visited again, still amazing!

Would have been better, had the menu had the same food as the app and Uber eats.

Sold me out of date krushem, smelt and taste so sour , was only offered a normal drink in return and refused to change the mixer for other customers (it’s made from a big mix) until the next day (which they would do anyways)

Just bought a zinger burger on way to station. Fist bite tasted bitter and oily. Zinger fillet looked old and dry inside. Appears the oil it was fried in may need changing..... all in all I did not enjoy it and threw it away...... thats £4.99 I won't see again....... doesn't bode well for the rest of the fried food...... I will suggest not going to this branch........ better to go accross the road for a kebab.

Items where missing but happy to replace and throw in a cookie as an apology. Food was hot and delicious

Mark it as already collected before it’s even prepared. Then leave you waiting because they can’t keep track of what has happened

Best food I ever tried they should get a upgrade and add new stuff of food I will eat all food it there best food!!

I love kfc, the staff there are helpfull and friendly. Food is always fresh.

We went to collect our food rather than pay the extra for delivery, and it was very quick service. The food of course was spot on.

Good place, good service, parking is a bit tricky though.

A six piece bucket for two, included four fries, large bottle of pop, and two large sides, we had coleslaw and gravy. Chicken was well cooked, fresh, and very tasty, the chips were ok, but tasted average.

Order not completed and deliveroo staff on the live chat don't care and are very RUDE

THE CHICKEN WAS UNEDIBLE HARD AS A ROCK. NO REFUND NO APOLOGIES no response to my complaints when I did get through to someone the next day as I live a few miles away I told them unacceptable taking the phone off the hook said i never want to eat there again all they offered was the same meal again. CLEARLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH OR stock meat that is edible Dont get mugged off eat elsewhere

Hoping for a quick visit, but ended up spending longer then I would have liked, due to online orders taking priority, sign on door entry restricts to 2 persons at any one time, this was not the case, 3 drivers were waiting to pick up on line orders, with myself and 1 other customer already in shop it became quite crowded. Will not be going again as was in noway safe. I have tried the online and fine the food is at best warm when it arrives, hence the visit to shop.

Fried chicken is supposed to be crispy this was soggy , no salt, spoons or wipes and I didn't realise till I got back to the park. How you supposed to eat beans and coleslaw without a fork? Won't be going back there.

Not usually a fast food eater but decided to try today. Spent £16 on dry, luke warm chicken and chips. Waited for the ?zinger to be cooked but that too was just warm. Such a disppointed! maybe sitting around in hot cabinets for quites some time. Freshly cooked chips with chicken that is not dried out would be advised.

This is the worst KFC iv ever used, I don't even want to give it 1 star, it was so bad its like a fake KFC, how it's got 4 stars I'll never know, and I do use KFC all over the place but this one is the worst chicken iv ever had it don't taste like anything, do not use this KFC, there is one not to far up the read 1000times better, Food 0/10 Employees 2/10 Prices 2/10 (because its a fake KFC)

ordered TEN piece bucket and received 9 pieces and 1 piece of battered carcass! I returned to the shop to show them the inadequate portion but neither the assistant or manager would take responsibility! Offer replacement or apology? None forthcoming just said nothing to do with them they just cook it! But surely if you are the employee selling chicken pieces there is some responsibility under the trades description act? When asked if the two of them would accept this as a meal neither had the manners to answer! Will not be returning to this branch franchise.

Not the best KFC ive had. Wouldnt go back as its a little prcey to gamble if it will be decent or not.

A bit of an odd location but the food was good and served Ice Tea!

Not impressed at all, KFC with NO chicken of any kind, more likely didn't want to cook because it was about 30mins before closing time.

Lovely friendly staff who are very polite and who prepare tasty food in extremely clean and hygienic conditions!! We enjoyed a Boneless feast for 4 persons and this is served with a bottle of fizzy and two sides of your choice and a choice of 4 dips!! Great value at £14.99.

Only go here cos of kids.I don't really like KFC.very expensive n food not that great. Rather go to McDonald's!

So here's the thing. It's a chain restaurant. You know the food is frozen, you know it's bad for you, but you expect a certain consistency.... Not so at the Beaver Road branch. This is the kind of place that serves up the horror meals featured heavily on Facebook warning videos. I have just purchased the Mediterranean bites meal. On opening the fillet burger I was surprised to see that my burger had very little of the famous coating on, and also looked to be a child's plastic chicken fillet from a toy food set. (Unfortunately that would have been tastier.) the offering of limp, yellow/brown lettuce inside did little to hide the poor excuse for chicken my haphazardly slung together burger offered. But, I'm starving, so are it. I'm now awaiting what surely will present itself as gastroenteritis/salmonella poisoning. It was lukewarm (there was around a 2min wait between me purchasing and eating meal) and the chicken fillet itself had an almost liquid quality? It's repeating on me as we speak. The Mediterranean bites? Also pretty cold, which isn't surprising as the lady who served me picked them straight up from behind the chicken counter, without appearing to heat them through. Do I risk it? Probably not. Also, the chap mopping up some swampy type substance from the drinks machines right in front of me should have given me a good indication of how this lunch would pan out. I feel sick as I type.

I use this one all the time because of its close proximity to where I live. Lately the chicken have been kept in the oven for far too long that they just come apart. They give you the smallest size chicken compare to the one at Eureka park. Its always dirty looking and the worst part is the staff are rude and disinterested in their customers. Need a total revamp of the staffing and the quality of the food. Will definitely be using Eureka park from now on. Please dont waste your time going there

The last 2-3 visits have been more positive as I think their have been staff changes. Often I used to order reluctantly as items would be missing and the food of stale quality. They seemed to have improved the service and I will keep using.

How you can get kfc to taste quite so different between the three kfc takeaways in ashford i do not no but this kfc gets the proper taste of kfc chicken everytime hope this will continue long term
