Kfc in Tunbridge Wells

Always missing food in the order. Food are nice BUT staff was so unprofessional. Sometime chicken very smell

Once in a blue moon I have a fast food takeaway and every time i'm finished I wonder why I bothered. Bad food bad smell bad service !

Did not have the things I wanted and the man was so quiet I could not hear him. Also had no gravy and no milky bar Krushems and in my head a very bad place to eat. Do not go here

Visited kfc tonight, will be the last time. Food was disgusting. Chicken was covered in what I can only describe as covered cornflakes. Tables were dirty and uncleared. Had to clear myself a table. Menu was limited. Would not recommend Tunbridge Wells kfc to anyone.

Popped in for Friday night tea. No queue so thought would be effortless. Service was appalling and person serving struggled to understand order or help with deals. Asked to check chips before left as had been sat on shelving and was cold! Chicken was overheated and dry. Poor overall

Good alternative to a hamburger. I'm afraid it does no good for the waistline, though ! You can go cheap or not as the case maybe.

I’m not normally one to complain, but after my experience in this KFC I have no choice but to! Turned up to KFC at 13:30- huge queue! Stood in said queue for 20 minutes until being served. One till out of action bring worked on (fair enough) two members of staff on the other tills. Whilst standing in the queue I saw a member of staff in his own clothes come into the back with a child, let the child stand around by the hot ovens and then proceed to walk around the back collecting food and drink for himself and his child! He pushed in front of paying customers to collect his own food, pushing the orders even further back! Cut back to the growing line, we are about to be served and one member of staff disappears into the back for 10 minutes! Dirty front of house and one hard working but very stressed member of staff doing everything! Completely ludicrous, especially at the busiest time of the day- there didn’t seem to be any management on site which could explain the chaos!

Esta es la tienda más asqueroso y atroz en el que he estado. No había papel higiénico en el resto de los cuartos y las mujeres, en nuestro grupo, nos dijeron que usar servilletas! ! De los hombres, realmente apestaba a orina aseo; y rancio Dios sabe qué charcos estaban en el suelo. La cola para la comida fue respaldado a la puerta, solo con una persona. La actitud del personal apestaba más que el inodoro, con todo tener que pedir dos veces y la respuesta tener que ser dados dos veces, debido a respuestas farfulló. incoherenteNadie parecía dar un monos por el cliente o SU REPUTACIÓN KFC.Conseguir una empuñadura de esta tienda y parada en constante footfall releying.Seriamente impresionado.Además, la comida era muy grasosa y patatas fritas estaban cocidas.En resumen, un evento muy pobre que sólo agrega a un día ya estresante.

A good branch because they open early at 11 am. The service is very fast and efficient. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Una buena que es la calidad de KFC que cabe esperar de la comida rápida lugar. Con algunos competidores cerca con capacidad bien, la comida es siempre caliente y de buena calidad.

Acabo de terminar una comida zinger de esta KFC y la experiencia no fue estupenda para decir lo menos. No espero una enorme cantidad de restaurantes de comida rápida, pero, por lo menos esperas amabilidad y comida fresca. Cuando llegué hasta el mostrador nadie estaba allí y tuve que esperar para ser servido. Una vez que alguien finalmente y unenthusiastically llegó a servirme comenzando con "sí" me las arreglé para hacer mi pedido. Me dieron mi comida y nos dirigimos a casa como yo vivo por la carretera (a menos de 5 minutos a pie) Por el tiempo que llegué a casa las patatas fritas eran frías y obviamente ha de estar fuera de la freidora por un tiempo ya que sabía viejo y no frito. La hamburguesa en sí estaba caliente, pero era un poco decepcionante, ya que era bastante pequeña y casi nada de llenado o de salsa. Al menos el trozo de pollo era buena. No he comido en KFC durante años y recuerdo que siendo mucho mejor que este! No hace falta decir que no volveré en una prisa. Un montón de espacio para mejorar.

Buena disponibilidad de aparcamiento, cerca de otras opciones de comida rápida para aquellos que no quieren (Mcdonald's, KFC Greggs y Metro). Largas colas durante períodos de mucho, pero nos las arreglamos. La comida estaba caliente y fresco. Inodoros en buen orden.

Experiencia horrible desde el momento en que se puso en la cola. Miré el menú y podía decir qué es en cada comida, así que cuando fue nuestro turno para obtener sirve pregunté él joven lo que había en la caja de arroz y él decidió me imita. Yo creo que él estaba tratando de hacer una broma, pero no era divertido, y él ni siquiera contestar a mi pregunta. Así que pedí la comida tiras de pollo ya no sabía qué más había. Mi marido tenía la original comida. Nos sentamos en la mesa y mi marido fue el primer pensamiento parecía bastante pequeño pollo y mi pensamiento fue "me pareció que era "mi pollo crujiente con significaba tiras de pollo parecía pasada. No pude terminar mi comida, ya que el pollo era simplemente pasada y ligeramente en la parte templada en lugar de caliente, mi Pepsi max probado plana pero las patatas fritas estaban bien. Después mi marido termina su dijo que había casi cualquier carne en el pollo y no el sabor tan bien como debería. La única razón por la que se merece 1 estrellas es por la cantidad de heinz Ketchup, el hombre nos dio (normalmente en otras ramas son bastante escasas en este!) aparte de eso, sería un cero.

If your on a lunch hour then DONT visit this place .they are slow disorganised and don't seen at all bothered customers are waiting for long periods .... As for stock control they did even have any Pepsi and was serving it from bottles !!!!! Useless ...

There was no queue, which was great. That was about all that was great.The lady who served me spoke very poor english and struggled with my order, whilst the other staff looked more than miserable to be there. One of them was leaning over the counter talking to his girlfriend whilst the rush hour began and a huge queue formed.Too poor young men started to package up everyone's food which took a shockingly long time despite all the food already cooked and ready to go. I was handed a bag with virtually cold chicken strewn all over it. I know it is fast food but it was a mess and everyone's meals were messed up. Chips were soggy and cold as well. I was told that was my order done but I had to ask them to make my drinks because no one had bothered and parts of our meal was missing.Overall, a pretty long and poor lunch for a fast food joint.

My wife ordered a normal 3 piece meal and when she opened it up there was virtually no chicken meat. The pieces were all bone and crumb. She took it straight back and was basically told tough luck, that's what you get. But we know that isn't what you should get since other KFC's provide a standard you expect from this brand name. Don't bother with this KFC.....go to another one.

Oh dear, I admit to it being many years since I had a KFC, now I remember why I have avoided it for so long! This is cheap food. £4.99 for 3 pieces of chicken, frys and a drink. So far so good. However the amazing amount of grease dripping out of the chicken was the first, and major, put off, the over salted ‘batter’ the next and the frys tasting like cardboard the final straw. Your £4.99 would be much better spent at M&S for a sandwich etc or at Sainsbury’s where £3 will buy you a great sandwich, crisps and a coke. Perhaps, judging by the success of the chain, I was there on a bad day. Not going back though.

At a very good location inside the main food hall of the royal Victoria shopping center in Tunbridge Wells.The service is very good and very quick.An added advantage, there are many tables, and chairs in the area for you to sit and eat .

So about a week ago I went in there to order quick lunch before starting work, where I was greeted by the rudest staff I have ever met. She had a face words can not even describe so she took my order ( where I already had the impression she didn't want to be there) then when she asked if I wanted my receipt and I replied no she crunched it up and threw it behind her almost making me uncomfortable for giving her that obviously challenging task of putting a piece of paper in the bin. then she got my order (while of course huffing and puffing) and no thanks no bye put it in front of me.I normally get KFC with my family but if this is the service I am going to receive from your staff then I will not be returning.I would suggest some more training or hiring people with a bit of personality and less attitude .

Good fast food, enjoyed the crispy chicken, French fried and ice cream, fast service and clean looking restaurant

I used a voucher from Kentucky Fried Chicken(Yum!) for “Big Daddy Meal” i.e. 1 piece of original recipe chicken(breast piece),large fries ,large drink,(Pepsi )the daddy burger & coleslaw .It was very tasty but the service a bit unfriendly/impersonal & slow .Nevertheless, overall a very good experience

What you would expect from KFC, but not fast food quiet slow. Drinks machine was not working properly so was warm.

Located within the food hall of the royal victoria place in tunbridge wells.Friendly and highly efficient staff, but the food is same as any kfc shop in the country, in other words, nothing special.

It's not listed on here but we had a Bargain Bucket from the KFC up at the retail park north of Tunbridge Wells. It was the best we've ever had, freshest chicken, biggest pieces, hottest chips, superb. It's a total lottery I suspect but I felt moved to tell you this was my best KFC ever!

This is the slowest kfc I have ever been in, it was not exactly busy, staff were on a go slow, so slow in fact that the girl who served us thought we had gone to sit doen whildt she was making our two coffees, she then wandered around trying to look for us, to find we were still standing at the counter. What a depressing restaurant will not be going there again.

Coffee is actually really nice, for a fast food Resturant.

Interesting visit to this place today never known a KFC to play load rock music before while open and serving customers . As for the food it was disgusting chip cold probably because the girl serving gathered all the old chips up laying around the outside of the chip area and kindly gave them to me !!! As for the burger the lettuce was warmer than the chicken !!!To top all this a tattooed male also behind the counter was standing around picking his finger nails and putting his hands in his mouth NICE !! Probably the worst KFC I have visited and I have been to quite a few .. My advice would be AVOID...

if you want soft and tender tasty chicken, go here, cheap and tasty baby. Better than previous mentioned rubbish chicken."don" take note, go to KFC and learn how to cook tender chicken

Non sapevo dell'esistenza di questa catena. Nel centro commerciale è di fianco al mac donald peró ho deciso di provare il, per me, ignoto kfc. Panino eccellente caldo abbondante e saporito. Ho preso il più grande in lista.
