KFC in North Ayrshire

Picked up the order and half of it was missing. The shop was closed when I went back to get the missing items. Won't be back.

Food was really good for a change

Chelsea and Jimmy were very helpful and friendly when I was placing my order. Would highly recommend!!!!

I've been isolating due to ill health and this was my first time out the house in 2 weeks and I picked KFC for a treat . I really enjoyed it

I prefer this KFC to the McDonald's across the road, as the food is usually fresh enough and the staff attentive enough to include all items ordered, napkins, dips etc.

I had my usual.the mighty bucket and I know that is good. Thanks.

They need to heat the place so cold ,my food was tasty but portions are getting smaller still hungry when I left 😫 expensive not good value for money

Chicken wasn't greasy this time which was good and the chips were crispy much better improved a lot.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, good fast food. They do have the ordering Kiosks which make the process easier.

Ordered an 8 piece boneless bucket. The box of popcorn was just thrown in upside down, leaving the contents loose. Chips were inedible-cold and saturated in grease, also loose. The corn was stone cold. Three out of 4 dips were sweet chilli. Really disappointed.

Got a delivery via Just Eat and 1 meal was missing from the order. Contacted the store and was advised unprofessionaly to contact Just Eat to get a refund. When asked about the missing meal, was asked to collect it as they had no drivers available!! We use Just Eat because we can't get to the store. The food was cold and very nearly inedible and a waste of money. Will not be using them again. Poor quality, poor service

I went just before it was closing. Staff just wanted to go home & I get that part. Food, 2 star.. The reason is the fries I was given. I didn't know whether to eat them or do my back garden with them..... The chicken is great, but chips let you down on this... sorry

First burgers was a chicken one I really and enjoyed it I am 74 .

First visit to the Irvine KFC. Very clean and tidy. The order points were very slow taking the orders and because of this, customers were tapping the console more than once, which made it skip important parts of ordering, so had to backtrack and this caused frustration. Meal was good and the place had sit in's at the time of my visit, before midday, and wasn't crowded.

KFC that never has chicken on the bone, they trick you into a long que aswell before telling you. Useless staff also. No wonder they only sell boneless in Irvine to accommodate all the junkies and toothless folks of the area

Called in for an ice cream today asked for an empty cup so I could share with dog, the lovely Jimmy gave me a freebie for him, we had walked all the way to the beach and back, Jimmy you made our day, Thank you 10/10

This place has definitely improved since I was last here before COVID 19 anyway well worth a drive through or sit in restaurant was clean and tidy when I was in I will come back

I returned my food chips were cold and size of chicken tiny ,I talked to little guy cold Jimmy in kfc ,he qas not helpfully, I would avoid this kfc as food is very poor

Ordered two meals from the app. Both meals had the tiniest pieces of chicken. Mine in particular was a leg and breast and the meat wasn't the most appetising to look at and little of it, I ate the chips and returned the two pieces of chicken. The staff weren't helpful whatsoever and was told we don't keep chickens out the back to pick the best bits, I explained I'm having to go without a meal now, especially as the manager binned what I returned, he said you would have to come back and see the main manager tomorrow night. Disgusting customer service.

Good store , food served hot and quick service, recomended Was busy on Friday , order was much slower than normal, missing cups for our drinks, dips and the kids popping chicken, they were busy but getting customers orders correct is also importqnt

It's a KFC not much more to say. On a few occasions it has not had what I was ordering as it had ran out. Drive thru can be busy at times and slow

Hi so i am doing a review of kfc here goes i go to kfc quite a few times i always get the deluxe boneless box because you get chicken fillets and popcorn chicken i do not like chicken on the bone so i always get the boneless box the chips could be a little better but apart from that everything is so nice so i will give kfc 4 out of 5.

Stood for ages waiting to get served at the counter while the employees made up orders for delivery and drive through.

Never came away from here with the right order. Have had to go back everytime and complain.

KFB. Kentucky Fried Bones. Too many bones, not enough meat. Staff were great but the Colonel would not be a happy bunny. It was very cold inside as well. I will watch with interest. Customers swearing their heads off and no one said a thing. Once again... the staff were great. They can only use the tools given to them, and they did it well.

Zinger burger and chips, my favorite. Not tonight, no salt ?? Burger freezing cold. Floor and tables a disgrace & gents toilet floor flooded. Never be back, To serve that to anyone is a disgrace, staff had the personality of a brick !.🤮🤢🤮

Could use an automatic door entrance system, all they've got is an assistance button when someone has supposed to come and help you with the door if the botton is pushed, which doesn't appear to work as no one ever comes, the wait times are terrible, I see they've got new touch screen self ordering monitors, personally stupid the way they've done these, they only have three of them and the ques can be big for them to order, perhaps been more thought out and having them double-sided like McDonald's may have been option, or just planed better so more than three could have been installed, the the self ordering system certainly hasn't been thought out that well atall.

Your usual KFC, chicken here is good and staff are all friendly worth a visit for a last minute grab for dinner/ lunch

The 'manager' that served us was rude and dismissive, the coffee machine was switched off so were unable to get the coffee we had paid for, we had to request a refund 🤷🏼‍♀️ worst service ever

They have installed smart touch boards for ordering without having to speak to someone which most of the time has been 100% correct on the orders. It's a bit footery though as you have to touch it just right, not to hard and not too soft to get it to work. The food as always is amazing and the staff are friendly and always aim to please.

Hate leaving a bad review... So will start by saying the staff was friendly & was quick to offer a solution when I had ordered ice tea which they had not long ran out of. Staff was excellent so have gave a 5 for service! The food was rotten. Had the zinger stacker meal, chicken in this was fine. The rest of it looked sad. Got a few fillet burgers. The batter on this was rock solid & totally dried out. The dog appreciated it later in the day. Rest of the fillet looked sad aswell but or the price that can be expected but chicken was horrible. Chips weren't up to much either. Overall the service was on point, the manager could be seen(always good to see a manager hands-on & the team seemed motivated. Food on the otherhand would be enough to make me return to this KFC. 🐴

Not a wide range of shops. 2 travel agents. Santander bank. just outside. Clean toilets. Dog friendly if on a lead

They played kpop and had my order out super quickly, KFC is my fabe amongst the fast food restaurants but this one is the best ro go to as its never jam packed inside so you can always sit down, the drive through is usually very busy though.

Nothing beats a bucket of chicken, smothered in gravy! 😋

We chose table service and got shouted up to collect our meal !! Floor under the table we sat at was greasy so your feet slipped as you got up

Just love KFC. Unfortunately the chicken is overcooked at times and too crispy. Most of the time it is all right. I just adore their chicken Tuesdays.

We chose several chicken starter dishes and two chicken wraps which was plenty to fill us up - This is not your “run of the mill” KFC. Everything is cooked fresh and you can taste the difference in comparison to some other restaurants. The chicken was excellent. All in all a very pleasant meal. Absolutely shocking service one member of staff shouting being a drama queen to other members of staff unprofessional also shouting about what happened to him at weekend when your trying to enjoy your meal think you need new staff ASAP

Slow service and the place could do with a good clean wont be back only there as mcdonalds was closed due to a power cut.

Sat outside kfc after going through drive thru still waiting for my zinger tower burger, 10 cars + have been through and I sure one of them has to of ordered the same !!! Dude I'm hangry!!!!🤬 cancelled my chicken wings coz u said they would take 10 mins, I've been sat here 15!!! Still waiting! 20+ mins later food was terrible went to trusty McDonald's - I'm lovin it

Hadn't been to a KFC for years. Sadly, on this occasion, I was unimpressed with the standard of cleanliness of the premises and the food wasn't as I remembered it. Won't be back to this particular restaurant.

Every single time I go for food there is always somthing missing from the order or the chicken is always like chewing a 50 year old flip flop its that tough

Went in here today around 5pm. Asked for a trilogy box meal - no burgers! Asked for 2 boneless banquet meals, no beans or corn. Asked for a cappuccino none of that either....no krushems either. Only one car in front and waited a while. Opened our bag no sauces dips or salt or napkins. This place is diabolical. Won't be back.

While waiting to be served, another customer had gone back up to the counter as part of their order was wrong and when we gout our meal for 2 people, they got part of it wrong too. Some of the staff seemed more interested in having a laugh and joke with each other rather than serving. It was not busy by any means, but they still took a while to serve us. I don't know how they did it, but the food tasted burnt, even though it didn't look it. It had been a while since I last use this particular KFC, but it'll be a while before I go back, if ever.

Order was wrong and burger frozen in the middle and no real apology

Service is simply terrible. People who work there seem to have better things to do but not work. During a busy period one guy is running around and is trying to clean tables and 4 others were watching. One star for this guy. Order: Out of two meals and a plain sandwich only one was writing. Yes this was a plain sandwich. . Here we come to the second star. The hood was really nice. Check your orders people.

Half my order was missing and by time it got to me it was cold ! I asked for a replacement and they said it's the drivers problem and if I want to get the missing items I'd have to collect them in store which is in the next town over !

Absolute worst fast food service anywhere. From constantly trying to upsell after you say no, incorrect orders, no consistency to food, always forget sauce etc. Today's was the worst, went to the drive through to take home, lids not fitted to juice, ended up with the drinks all over the car and gave me the wrong order, noticed it was wrong straight away then they started arguing with me when I queried it. Sort yersel out kfc, kfc is our favourite but the irvine restaurant is a disgrace.

Ordered mine, husband and toddlers daughters food. Server kept walking off and having personal chats with his colleagues, in between me stating each item. Leaving me very confused. I then paid for the order (tapped debit card) he walked off again, leaving me stood there like Piffy on a rock bun. As he didn’t say anything I went to join my family at our table. My daughter in a high chair. 20 mins goes by and my daughter is becoming restless. I ask a server to find out what is going on. He returns to say the card payment didn’t authorise. Like what? Why did nobody say anything? Why were we left to sit at a table?? Went back to the counter and tapped the card again, with it going through this time. Completely bizarre behaviour from the server. Won’t be returning

I don't know who keeps doing it, I keep changing the name to KFC Irvine on Google maps, and some tool keeps changing it back to KFC Ayreshire. Whoever it is, stop it you absolute spoon! That's not even how you spell Ayrshire! And there's more than 1 KFC in Ayrshire.
