KFC in Chichester

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, poor attitude kids serving. No idea at all. The standard of chicken is shocking and tries to mug customers off with a piece of chicken same size as my thumb, you always get a pathetic piece of chicken when you buy an extra piece. They replaced it when complained for a drumstick the same size, complete piss take. No wonder you hardly see a busy KFC and the likes of McDonald's and taco bell busy. Never again

Great service , clean , got the pieces of chicken we asked for, and it was lovely and fresh and not greasy absolutely perfect

Came here last week and brought a chocolate aero ice cream and they charged me a small size not the normal size. Won’t be coming here again

I waited 25 minutes for my order and went to complain and they hadn't even started making it. I am furious and will not be returning. Do not go here. Also forgot my wrap

Hankered after a KFC, nit having had one for some time. Tried the drive in and felt pressured to give the order as we drive up trying to see what dishes were on offer. The last time we had one, a sauce was included. So I was surprised to see nothing was mentioned when ordering. £20 later (for two with drink) I simply couldn’t eat mine. The chips were in a tiny bag and tasted of old oil. The chicken also tasted greasy, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste. So shocked at how much this chain has gone down hill. Seriously, go to the Pass van or the Pass restaurant in town for amazing burgers. Wish I could say something positive about the experience, but I’m struggling.

Requested food via Deliveroo. Promised within 45 min. 2 hours later, with our order being pushed back every 5 mins, still no food. No answer from KFC, Deliveroo Chat also tried to establish contact with them and no response. Absolutely awful service. Unreliable, and to ignore customers trying to find out what is going on is just not acceptable.

Probably the worst meal iv ever had from a fast food chain. All of are chips and chicken were cold, pepsis were flat and gravy was cold,watery and tasteless. For one of the most expensive fast food places around was expecting alot more for the £20 we forked out for two people

I visited here Friday 23rd of October, I came in wearing a mask following the 2m distance guidelines. The worker named Renata asked me to scan the barcode and because I don’t trust the app or have access to the app, I said I could write down my details on the official paper track and trace as an alternative and she said she wouldn’t let me because in her words “only some customers that she can choose are allowed” which made me feel extremely discriminated, she then refused to serve me. And then to my surprise the same worker that gave poor customer service was discussing the issue to her colleagues in front of customers which is very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. She has belittled me and made me feel extremely upset. I do hope someone speaks to Renata about her poor customer service and re trains her so she can reach her full potential, as she is clearly not reaching it.

Pleasant staff our favourite kfc..even though there's one nearer we always drive to chichester for our mighty bucket 😊

Unbelievable. No Customer service whatsoever. Completely ignored for 2 minutes before my order. On the microphone just says hello. Chatting to each each other. Ordered a mighty bucket received in bags two drumsticks no large pieces. Wasn't asked if I wanted condiments. No wipes or tissue. No Thank you or goodbye

Good chips and great chicken - but maybe empty the bins more often, it was so full I had to leave my rubbish on the tray on top of the bin!

Quiet mid afternoon weekday, just a handful of customers, restaurant was untidy, food waste on tables and floor, whilst the staff chatted at the serving hatch.Eventually a young male trainee came out to empty the overflowing bins, he had no disposable apron on or gloves.As he removed overfull liner it’s contents spilled over the floor ,food debri soiled tissues etc so he scooped it all with his bare hands , took the sack to the outside bins and returned.He went straight through the staff door to the serving area and immediately took an order for ice cream without stopping to wash his hands.It made me feel sick , l binned the remainder of my meal and left in disgust, l shall not return.

I always say you can judge a place by its cleanliness. Dirty uncleared tables Loos - Dirty, uncleared, no loo roll, wet floors. Never ever. again.

Not very busy for a Saturday lunchtime but have to say the meals were tasty staff efficient came out quickly and everything was in order

Visited today and was absolutely appalled at the quality of the food. The chips were half full and cold, the mini fillets are now tiny, the soft drinks were flat, and all for the same expensive prices that KFC have set compared to other fast food chains. Everything about the meal was horrible and I will never be visiting this branch again. If I hadn’t already got home I’d have gone back in there and thrown it back!

Drove miles to get a kfc, placed and order, repeated it again at the window as he handed it to me. Got home to realise they’d missed an entire meal. Rang the ‘restaurant’ to the manager saying that he could offer me £1 off my next order there. Told him that wasn’t good enough, literally repeated my order to the staff member on coms- and still was incorrect. Maybe I should have checked the order but I just assumed they knew how to prepare an order... silly me.

My partner and I visited KFC after a film, it was just after lunch time and there was hardly any people in there. The floor was disgusting and at our booth there were ants swarming the window frame. The guy would served us was nice, but the other lady didn’t understand us very well when I asked for our fries to be swapped as they were cold. Chicken was rubbery. Only thing I did enjoy was the corn on the cob. Rest of it not pleasant.

Un bon KFC, meilleur que ceux qu'on retrouve en France. Nous y sommes allés en juillet, peu de monde.

Drive thru on Friday lunchtime. Chose KFC because the queue was a third of that of McDonalds. Took 20 mins to place order despite only 3 cars in front of me! The person taking order spoke too fast and for some odd reason tried to preempt what I would order before I said it?! Like guessing my drink?! Which he got wrong. Finally got round to pay and he had done 2 meals instead of the individuals items I had specifically ordered. I tried to explain I hadn't ordered meals but he just couldn't understand the concept and due to the queue of people behind me I gave up! No apology for the wait, no apology for the mistake. The food was fine, but it's KFC so it's pretty much the same everywhere and the staff have little to no control of it.

The food was standard KFC fare and was tasty. I appreciate young people have to go somewhere is this day and age, but most of the young Ladies and Gentlemen that were taking up a large area of seating at the KFC on Saturday early evening were not there to eat and seemed to prefer to use the tables and chairs like a soft play area. They seemed to be exercising free reign and the KFC staff are obviously used to the behaviour and were letting things slide.

175 of 188 restaurants in Chichester. Honestly, I can't imagine anything worse in the town then this place.

Sun 3rd Dec 2017 lunch time took 30 mins to serve me and only 4 orders in front of me. Staff having no clue as to the order been ate in or to go although it says so on the order. Bad service by clueless staff avoid imo

Popped in here on a Monday evening. Ordered 2 fillet burgers and a wrap with chips. Came instantly and I could have guessed by how quick it arrived as to how long it may have been sitting there for! Although the chicken was still ok (average) the crumb coating and main flavour was over cooked, dry and had no flavour what so ever.

A quiet Tuesday mid afternoon visit.only two other customers, we were there 30 minutes and four more customers came in so not busy at all.Had to wait whilst the server finished chatting to a colleague.whilsy waiting a female staff member emptied the bins from front of house then returned , hands unwashed to do our order.the floor was not good , covered in food debris and packaging and table tops in need of wiping.No excuse as it was very quiet.Will never go back there again, a terrible example for such a good chain.

It just a quick walk from the car as a big car park right the front door and cheap I been loads of time and most of the time I would say good but I have had two bad times where food was cold and chuck together

Yo no soy de los que frecuentan restaurantes de comida rápida como una regla, pero en tiempos de necesidad.

Paramos aquí para una comida tarde después de viajar desde Berkshire. Puesto orden en 21:55 a comer después de esperar diez minutos para la comida, me dijeron que tenía que comer fuera como zona de estar cerrado en restaurante 22:00 hrs. Esto no importa (tiene una noche muy caliente) por cierto nos dijeron que era muy desagradable por el gerente o supervisor (una chica joven) No la sirve una que tomó el dinero, pero el que estaba haciendo con el pedido. Cuando nos dieron la comida en bolsas de papel como yo me mi esposa preguntó por nuestras bebidas dijeron esperar, ellos cuando su estamos listos! Si este era mi negocio esta chica sería conseguir su P45 o al menos como yo seguro que ella debe ser perder negocios kfc. Ella debe haber estado en el campo de la gestión defectuosa. albahaca Esta izquierda dos jóvenes de mente 50 años muy descontento de verdad.

Tonight at 22:04pm - I went to the KFC drive thru, after a 13 hour shift to get myself and my friend ice creams. I ordered my friend the cream ball, and I ordered myself my usual, oreo krushem, after one sip I knew it was not to the standard I was used to and of what it usually is. I drove back round, and simply asked if I could swap it for a cream ball as I did not feel it was satisfactory. The so called "manager" just gave a blunt "no" as her reply, after a bit of an awkward silence, I simply said why is it not possible to exchange, the monetary value is slightly different, but I even offered her to keep the change so it didn't cause to many issues and I just wanted something nice to eat. She insisted that I was wrong and the krushem tasted fine, to which I replied "you should taste it yourself then" she said "no" and kept saying she would not exchange it, after back and forth negotiation and her being extremely sarcastic and rude - I asked for my money back as I was disgusted by the service. A colleague then interrupted and told me to "f** off". I am absolutely outraged that the can call this customer service. I have been in customer service for many years and would never dream of speaking to a customer the way I was spoken to tonight.

Long wait fast food that took over half hour from taking your order staff couldn't apologise enough but fast food should be fast food

Better than any Plymouth one. Not eaten a KFC in Plymouth for over a year. Only issue was, difficult to get the man serving us to understand what we wanted. We appeared to understand the menu better than him

This KFC is ok without being the best. Normally quick service, food always hot. Staff normally friendly and service quick - at busy times it can be a bit stressful!

I moved to Chichester 7 months ago and I have been eating KFC on average once every 4-5 weeks. I've given up on this one now, they got the order wrong every time even though I've had to repeat it to them two or three times.The chicken was always greasy so if we need a family hit of KFC then we hike it 6 miles in the car to the Bognor KFC. Sorry but had to be said as that's what TripAdvisor is all about.

Food is absolutely awful, always cold and always seem to get the order wrong! Would not recommend to anyone!Worst possible fast food restaurant around! Absolutely vile!!

I come here when ever I can, whether that be with friends or by myself. I always enjoy their food here and will continue to eat here with friends etc. We normally eat here quite often because its mainly our favourite place to have lunch. Just a great fast food chain and nothing to really fault in my opinion.
