Rude staff, they could use some more training, two young guys whispering to each other and giggling like little girls whilst looking at my girlfriend and I. Weird place Fleet. I wouldn’t bother stopping at this place.

Wanting a late night snack, my girlfriend and I ventured to KFC fleet only to discover that they do not adhere to their opening times. What a disappointment! We were left with no option but to go to McDonald’s and buy 20 of their chicken nuggs. 👎

Ordered a 4 piece meal via Deliveroo. Delivery was quick with no issues but the food was absolutely appalling. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog as it was burnt. Hideous! I will be taking it back tomorrow… watch this space 🤬

I ordered a fillet tower box meal and got the most awful burger with no hash brown or cheese and a chicken piece instead of the 2 hot wings I asked for! Complained to Deliveroo and got a refund. This is the second time I’ve had this from the Fleet road branch.

Tasty enough but fed up of ordering a bargain or family bucket and getting 4 chicken legs out of six pieces!!This is not in the rules and the staff must know it!!!!😠😠

I went to kfc in fleet last night to order a takeaway for me and the family. I stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes being ignored by the staff who were getting previous orders wrong and shouting at each other in front of me and other customers (very professional!) In the end I walked out and got some fish and chips instead. Kfc fleet branch is absolutely awful I will not be going there again.

Been to KFC fleet many times even though it's not my nearest and as usual excellent service and great food!

Had an amazing experience the last 5/6 times we have used KFC in Fleet. Last night we got a bucket and the chicken was perfectly cooked, the chips were slightly golden but that's the way we prefer them. Great customer service always polite and have the order ready within 5/10 minutes.

How hard is it to take an order and get it right this is the 3rd time this has happened.get home and it's wrong not only wrong but bloody cold management need sacking if they cant teach there staff how to do there job properly useless.

Oh dear what a horrible meal. Was passing and got a takeaway for two of us. Should have taken it back and asked for money back. The chicken covering was soggy and chicken had a strange sour taste. Both of us felt a bit ill afterwards. Never again

The food is either, cold, burnt or undersized or a combination of all of the issues mentioned above. Your lucky to even one word out of the member of staff who takes the order. It’s just a poor badly run KFC. Not recommended unless your desperate.

The KFC in Fleet was notorious for being terrible and then they had a massive refit! For a while it was the buzz of the town and superb. A little while back KFC had the delivery fiasco which has now well and truly past by and I am sad to say Fleet KFC has never recovered. Every time I visit I see different staff, there does not appear to be any management what so ever, they are always out of stock of lots of items! I often visit at key tines of the day like Saturday lunch times or evenings. McDonald’s down the road is buzzing as are all the eateries in Fleet, but KFC is deserted! All our local social networks on Facebook and Twitter put KFC fleet down with poor experiences and unfortunately word is spreading at how bad it is. I fear this spells the end of our KFC branch, such a shame! I attached some photos of how the zinger twister should look and the sorry looking attempt I was served, I really don’t think anyone actually cares! No tomatoes in stock today, just terrible.

Food was as it says on the box...finger licking good! Situated on the main road. Parking outside during certain hours or a large outdoor pay at the meter car park is situated across the road behind Sainsburys and Marks and Spencer.

We used to go many times until they started delivery cold food, wrong items. Went tonight the first time in ages!!! Ordered meal deal coke, chicken, corn on the cob and beans. Got home no corn on the cob but coleslaw and cold food had to go down to the shop again!!!!! rubbish service again!!!! no wonder we don't like going there, we though we would give them the benefit of the doubt after over a year of not going there! Same old rubbish!!!! terrible terrible terrible

Writing this from the toilet where I have spent most of my day. Ate here last night on way back from holiday. Really wish I hadn't as have been suffering upset tummy all day and can't leave the house. Never again!

The management team are very rude people. Expect your order to be completely messed up however the food does taste better than some restaurants so if you have patience then it's not so bad.

Went for lunch here chicken nice and hot the chips were cold friendly polite service would go again reccomend.

Nos fuimos a la flota de KFC a meal lento el viernes por la noche. Yo tenía una hamburguesa y patatas fritas y zinger mi compañero tenía una caja de pollo. También probé el nuevo patatas fritas zinger. La comida era muy buena y caliente y un buen kick de la hamburguesa de las especias. Las patatas fritas zinger no fueron del todo, para ser honesto. Vale la pena una visita cada vez :).

Pasó por tomar un almuerzo rápido en la flota. Esperando de pie por 3 - 4 minutos mientras 3 personal blanqueado en frente de mí. Cuando finalmente uno de los empleados preguntaron si había sido servido, me sirvió un chico joven. Este chico puede haber sido un "nuevo entrante", pero él tenía un 'yo no te apetece 'actitud y quienes lo rodean no estaban mucho mejor. La mayoría miembro senior del personal probamos y fomentar cierta urgencia de los otros 2 pero no tuvimos suerte. No hay comida rápida aquí.

Ha sido unos meses desde la última visita y vaya este lugar ha tomado el buceo nariz! ! El servicio no es genial, las porciones de comida parecen haber sido gravemente dañada por Brexit mucho más pequeña () pero lo mejor de todo YO estaba despierto desde las 4 de la mañana con cólicos y luego evacuación masiva por gran parte del día siguiente. . . Me he puesto justo al lado volver a deleitarse con el pollo. . . Lástima

Primer KFC para veinte años, raro con ganas de experimentar lo que yo recuerdo como agradable crujiente deliciosa comida casera bien rápido. En vez de eso, estaba cansado y correosos, pollo y papas fritas de recubrimiento tanto. No acabado y ahora poner de kfc. Tampoco han cambiado o mi paladar tienen -o éste en Fleet es un terrible excepción.

Al entrar en flota de KFC estaba muy tranquilo. Pedimos la comida el servidor nos dijeron que sería un par de minutos, lo cual no fue un problema ya que nos dijeron que era para conseguir comida recién preparada. Qué equivocados estábamos! Las patatas fritas estaba sentado bajo las luces cuando llegamos (Dios sabe cómo hace mucho estaban cocinados porque el restaurante estaba vacío) y nos sirvieron las patatas frías. En señalando al personal que tuvimos que esperar otra vez para patatas frescas que luego el resto de nuestra comida frío. asqueroso servicio al cliente. No vamos a volver.

Muy buen restaurante tranquilo y limpio, el personal era normal, pero uno de los buenos KFC es que he estado.

The food is more often than not cold, , the portion sizes are very inconsistent and the background music can make you feel suicidel. If you get a cold drink ask for it without ice as otherwise they fill it up with 50% of ice. Best to ask them to cook fresh and don't get a cold drink with ice in it.

If you love the Chicken at its best you will not be disappointed here. Fast friendly staff and the bird is always cooked to the old chaps secret way..

They asked me 4-5 times after I placed my order if I wanted sides. Won't be going back again. Average meal - drink had ice (which I never asked for).

If you are looking for a quick and easy meal then KFC ticks all boxes. Really liked the self service quick order machines. Only issues is lack of seating. Food was good too.

Do not use the KFC in Fleet high street.The order was wrong and when I got home the chicken was so greasy it had made a hole in the bag and some of the chicken was inedible. This isn't the first time it's happened at the Fleet branch, I've phoned them to complain on several occasions and nothing seems to change.

On the way to London we decided to grab a quick bite and refuel, Dad suggested KFC! As I dont eat meat I was happy to have the fries. Mum ordered two fillet burger meals, 1 coffee, 1 7up free, and one large portion of fries. I dont have a very high standard for fast food, give me greasy, give me soggy McDonalds fries, give me over salted, and I'm good. But this was just rank food. The 'fries' were basically crisps, very dry, very flavourless and very ew. The burgers were filled with stringy, overcooked, and once again flavourless chicken. The coffee machine must have not been cleaned in decades as it tasted like it was made with the dirtiest penny that had been living in someone's shoe for at least a year. The only thing they got right was pressing a button for the fizzy drink. Very unimpressed, will never be returning to this establishment. Burger king all the way.

Fast fresh cooked KFC at it's best... I LOVE CHICKENIf you love chicken, and you get that calling where chicken is the only thing you crave, you will not be disappointed...It's Finger Looking Good

We have been to the KFC in Fleet a few times, but the last time we went was just too bad. When we arrived the restaurant was completely empty. We ordered our food, and the woman behind the till looked completely brain dead. When we took our food to go sit down - we noticed that EVERY SINGLE table was dirty. It was late, and after a hard day at work all we wanted to do was sit down and enjoy our meals. My husband asked the girl whether she could clean one of the tables for us to sit at, and she said she would 'do it in a minute'. We waited a few minutes while she served a customer behind us, and then expected her to clean up. We waited and waited, and soon realised that she had no intention of cleaning up at all, so my husband went an cleaned a table for us! We were in KFC for around 30 minutes, and the entire time she stood behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. We left and the restaurant was still filthy and other customers were also sitting down at dirty tables. On another occasion we went and KFC was shut early - obviously the staff fancied leaving early that day. Every time we went in the toilets were out of order - probably because the staff couldn't be bothered to clean them either. Terrible disgusting filthy restaurant which is a shame as we do like KFC every now and again. Now we go to Fleet Services instead!

The food is delicious but the huge group of teenagers at the front of the restaurant is off putting. It looks like a youth club and is very intimidating. I'll be travelling elsewhere next time.

Clean, quick,efficient service, delicious chicken. What more do you want from a fried chicken shop? Nice spacious restaurant.

My partner and I popped in for quick bite to eat in the middle of the afternoon. There were no other customers but there was a massive amount of food under there hotplate. We even asked the bloke why do you cook so much chicken when you have no customers? He replied in an angry foreign language, we did not know what he said, but did not seem positive!Got home and found the food was cold, tried feeding the chicken to our cat, even she didn’t want it, which left us worried to what we were trying to eat, a cat who didn’t want chicken? Hmmmm worrying.Would not return nor recommend.

The food came very quickly and was great as a meal on the go for a very busy family. We will defiantly go again.

Love KFC for fast food. Newly refurbished place is great. Fast service and good value. Not sure I will ever "eat in" but a great takeaway.

Haven't been to a KFC for a few years, but thought we would try the new restaurant in Fleet after a long day away. My wife had heard about the devious wheel champers and their antics, so we parked outside McDonalds. Not having been for a while I was trying to see what was on offer these days, but the assistant was not very helpful, nor where the menus. When I asked for a family bucket, she looked at me as though I was made, a bucket ! Sorry, this is now called a box. Anyway, finally getting my order completed, the service was quick, something not associated with the previous Fleet KFC. We drove home in 5 mins and it was barely warm, terrible. We blasted it in the microwave, but must say it was not the best food. Very disappointing service and food, we won't be going back anytime soon/ever.

I recently, sadly visted the Fleet "restaurant" and the request of my kids and wish I hadnt botheredIt only took 90 seconds to collect the food but when we got home 4 minutes later we found it was all stone cold and had to be all thrown awayTo add insult to injury KFC employ CPM Car Clampers to operate at this facility so a few days later we got a notice of a £100 fine for 90 seconds parkingOverall I am disgusted and will never vists any KFC anywhere again, I realise I should know better as KFC have had a poor reputation for years but I dont think its too much to ask for the food to be hot and to not have a £100 parking chargeWell done KFC, another lost customer
