Kfc in Barking and Dagenham

The worst kfc I’ve been to as the staff are rude and the quality of food does not even deserve 1 star! I ordered a variety meal and the chicken was really really dry, I asked for no legs and got 1 piece and a wing which was tiny. The staff are so rude and normally forget to give you the correct order! I have complained many times to them hence why they probably give me bad food! Kfc really need to look at this store…… it’s not even busy but they take ages every time !

The staff members and manager of this KFC are nothing but rude and disrespectful. Despite me paying for my order and arriving to collect it. They refused to give me my food although I had shown confirmation and order summary. Shubo served me and embarrassed me whilst I was at this store He then came and said here is your order with no apology or nothing at all.

Food was against drink bags all split open food was soggy driver refused to return I would not go there again

What can I say the place was disgusting, many staff working at a snails pace, did not clean the tables until we complained. Cold food sent back. Tried to talk to the team leader but she walked away totally not interested

This place is soooooo dirty and the staff need to be trained in customer services .The worst KFC I have ever been to in my whole life .They need to be shut down before someone gets sick from their food

Drive through staff speak very poor English, order was not ready and made to wait in car park, waited approximately 8 minutes and when order arrived it was incorrect so had to go into restaurant to re order. Shocking staff even on tills, For any managers reading this English speaking staff are important and relevant in this country, your restaurant is like a Bengali telephone exchange 👎🏻

Excellent service, food was freshly made. The staff was too helpful. My order number was 3092 . I had Zinger meal box with verity of different things and they very truly tasty. Will recommend everyone to visit there .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have ordered from here twice.. both times have been horrible. First time, the food was cold, over done, dry and looked like it had been out for ages. Tonight I had ordered from here again... half the things i ordered didnt arrive, no beans, no corn, less then half a bag of chips, a burn wrap and on top of that it was cold and dry... absolutely disgusted and fuming by the service of this place. Tried to call the resturant but as suspected no answer. Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT order or eat from this KFC. Its incredibilly disappointing. Never again. Avoid at all costs.

I seldom leave reviews, unless a really positive one but; on this occasion, I feel compelled to leave one - NEGATIVE! For the health & safety of all consumers! So, having slow cooked a lovely leg of lamb today but due to having to stay late at work. I had no choice but to eat out! I made the decision to eat out at this restaurant (this review is not a reflection on any other but; KFC Dagenham!!! Baring in mind, I travelled 4 miles to the closest! I went through the drive through and there was one customer in front. After approximately a 7 minute wait; the server issued the incorrect order to the customer in front.. handed them the food - so they've touched it right? Remeber covid times! It was handed back to her (what she did with food I can't say)... I finally get served and am waiting at the customer window to pay when I see her colleague drop a packet of opened box lids on the floor. He then proceeded to pick them up and place them back onto the shelf for the next unsuspecting customer to have their food placed in contaminated containers... I was genuinely sat there in utter shock and disgust.. this is a floor that the severs walk across in their shoes several times a day! I can't speak for others; but this is beyond acceptable to me very unhygienic. Let alone the cross-contamination! When I proceeded to challenge the female server about what I'd witnessed; she played 'stupid and pretended not to understand what was being said (I'm born & bred fluent English). With that in mind, I told her to keep the food and would be going elsewhere... Again, I'm not one to leave a review, let alone a negative one but on this occasion, it's a must! AVOID at all cost! I will also be notifying environmental health because life is hard enough without food poisoning to boot... Note to self; irrespective of time - home cooked food is BEST!!! On a positive note; I've travelled 11 miles to BECKTON KFC (walked in this time), and can't fault them. Food was freshly cooked. Service was 10 to none and it was worth the extra time and milage... my only fault is; the toilet facilities. Whilst overall, clean.. I chose the one toilet that had womens menstrual leftovers around the rim and, in fairness; that could've been the customer before me so I won't fault them for that! Ordered mini fillet bucket. Seriously over fried. As i was waiting somebody else was complaining about tgmheir chicken...it really is not hard ..the reviews on here and personal expetiences are clear..The manager needs to start doing his/her job

Only gave one because I had too definitely a 0 star review. Service was awful, staff were rude, waited at the till for 5 minutes to be serves, only to be told to use the kiosk, I couldn't because the scanner was not working, she shrugged and said hang on, I was served a few minutes later. All standing around chatting while people are waiting to be served, not a single care given The actual restuarant was pure filth, trays left on tables with food on, food and rubbish all over the floor, last time Waited 13 minutes for my food and still got the wrong order, I will not be coming here again. DISGRACEFUL

I’m not eating from here again! I ordered a delivery, however the order arrived wrong and partially missing. When I phoned to complain, they refused to correct the order unless I re-ordered it. I shouldn’t have to! Terrible service! I’ve now got to get a refund from Just Eat (where I placed the order). What are the chances of that being straight forward? 🙄 It’s the third time it’s happened…

Waited half hour in drive-thru hot wings was burnt. Ask for wipes and told there wasn't any chips was cold and the other pieces of chicken was so so so so oily. Will not be going back there anytime soon

This KFC is the best, and this is not in Rainham, this is in Dagenham Dock. The Cherry Tree Branch is in 270 Cherry Tree Lane. The way people discriminate this restaurant is disgusting. Just like the was Cherry Tree Lane is discriminated.

Why is this building allowed to be there when a mcdonalds or burger king or even a dominos pizza would be much better. This KFC is thee worst eating experience i have ever had from a KFC (and i used to eat from dagenham branch), just no, no, no, no.

Visited this place yesterday, the stores filthy constantly, always have hygiene issues and now yesterday was served chicken that was mouldy, i ate 90% of £5.99 popcorn chicken bucket and thought it looked weird so turned the light on to find its mouldy, corner chicken shops have better hygiene, the standard from this multi million pound fast food chain is shocking, i will not be returning and hope nobody does again, to make it worse you report to their head office and first thing they wanna do is get it back, what to then deny i had it? No thanks its been submitted to the Environmental health office for Barking and Dagenham, absolutely shocking. Wish i could rate zero.

I asked to change my order because I saw a better deal they had going on and Usmil and Ireen were very helpful in assisting me. The manager was a bit reluctant to help out but those two were a delight. I work in the service sector also so I know the hassle of order changes. All in all I’m thankful that Usmil and Ireen helped me out.

A bit of a wait for the food to be served but it was fairly busy. The food was good. However all tables were all cluttered with rubbish and the bins were full, so it was a mess, not a very pleasant environment to eat in. Will I return, unsure, maybe for a take out but definitely would not eat in.

I have shopped at this store for years and can saely say I have never come away with what I expect or actually wanted!There is always an issue with items being unavailable (BBQ beans being the main issue ALL the time plus lack of diet drinks).I've now taken to shopping in the local chicken shop because at least I know I'll get what I want and what I ordered.I've even had issues with actually getting Chicken quite recently... and it's supposed to be a chicken shop!???

I love kfc and rarely have anything to complain about the food but as for the service......This used to a terrible kfc which we avoided like the plague due to smelly staff and chairs with no ferrals that made for an ear splitting unpleasant visit. It has since been refitted and the seating area is much better, although the chairs are still noisy, but not as bad. As for the service, place needed tables to be cleared and cleaned, we had to clean our own table, lots of slip hazards on the floor and the bins overflowing. It was not busy at all and there was a period of at least five minutes where there was no one at the counter. Kfc invested lots of money improving this kfc, obviously not a penny of it went on training the staff.

I love a KFC and this place is good. Normally quick service food is always nice and hot and most of the staff are friendly. Sadly the toilets smell most of the time and having kids I normally have to use them. But overall good place good environment

Staff are all miserable! Only one person taking orders. Those preparing seem to be arguing with each other. Those dishing food out seem clueless about the orders. Floor is littered with rubbish. And 15 minutes after ordering I’m still waiting!

The food is a bit hit and miss much like the service. The toilet cleanliness leave a lot to be desired. It is what it is, a fast food chain when it is good it's lovely

I find this KFC the worst in 5 miles radius. The chicken is alway too dry and over cooked we never enjoyed a single meal from here. Don't waste you time and me not at this KFC go to the Beckton Branch so much better.

After eating KFC 2 of us got seriously ill. The chicken was slimy and under cooked I only had a coffee thank god because they were both seriously ill. Would definitely not recommend.

After eating KFC I became extremely ill. I only ate a little of the chicken because it wasn’t completely cooked and was very greasy and slimy. It is absolutely disgusting that they serve undercooked chicken to there customers. I will never eat KFC again! Avoid at all cost!

Most people will say once you’ve been to one KFC, you’ve been to them all. Well, that pretty much does some it up, but all restaurants have different service levels, and this particular restaurant, the staff are really nice, friendly, and was very quick being served and receiving the food. Would recommend

It was my birthday and the plan was to grab something nice in Asda to cook when we got home. Time escaped and I got too hungry to be bothered. So parked at aldis and went to order in kfc .

Again tried it purely out of convenience and after my first bite regretted my decision, chicken was dripping oil and I didn’t enjoy it.

Después de numerosos intentos aquí finalmente he dicho basta. Personal no tienen una buena comprensión del inglés como mi comida es de nuevo mal. Ambiente aquí es dudoso en el mejor.

Compré 2 comidas burger y fueron asqueroso! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Las patatas fritas eran como de goma y la hamburguesa era literalmente un pedazo de pollo y un rollo, NO HAY LECHUGA o mayonesa. Llamé para quejarme y me dijeron que llame a la tienda. Llamamos a la tienda y me dijeron que se y el anillo conmigo. Sorpresa, sorpresa, no llegó llamada. 3 días más tarde me llamó otra vez y dijo que necesitaba para brindar servicio al cliente! ! ! El director chef también era extremadamente grosero! ! Pregunté por qué no me habían llamado como prometió y el hombre dijo que no es problema nuestro servicio de atención al cliente de circunvalación. Comida horrible y el servicio al cliente. El restaurante también está sucio. Una pequeña niña delante de nosotros en la misma cola húmeda en el mostrador. El padre dijo la persona en la que él se encogió y hasta y ignorado. Vimos como cada cliente delante de nosotros caminamos a través de ella y después caminamos alrededor del restaurante. Asqueroso! !

No flavour, just bare chicken skin, cold and chicken was so bad, greasy, and tasted real bad, we had to throw it,I will never eat there again,it is not always bad but I have had missing chick and chips,never again.....rip off.

On 3 occasions I have walked out of this restaurant the staff are so incredibly rude. The last occasion there was a queue and 3 members of staff were eating the chicken and gravy whilst customers waited. When one customer called over and asked if one of them was willing to help the lady on tills. They laughed and carried on eating. Surely staff should not be eating in the good preparation areas! Also if you go past 9pm the staff will not cook anything fresh. I wanted a tower burger and I was willing to wait but they refused to make one and told me and quote 'we have only chicken, no burgers so that's what you can have'. Customer service is something this shop clearly forgot. I will never go back here again and I suggest you avoid also.

Visited this kfc for a birthday celebration. Staff were very rude and didnt assist in helping with birthday cake for our child. Made it awkward for family to enjoy meal together. Toilets were disgusting and manger was VERY RUDE! WONT BE RETURNING!!

Went to eating in at this newly opened KFC.The food was dreadful some of the chicken must have been cooked many times extremely dry.The staff need to be trained to a relatively good standard and look the part.getting a drink wasn't easy at an earlier visit asked for expresso coffee no one knew how to work equipment.standards not good let's down the KFC reputation.Hopefully things may improve not sure if we as a family would eat there again.

I have visited the KFC shop twice in the last 2 days and have walked straight out without being served. I have been on Sun 3rd Apr 2016 at 6:30pm approx and Mon 4th Apr 2016 at 3:00pm approx and both times there were at least 3 staff members who completely ignored me, even though they looked right at me with no acknowledgement. I like KFC's food but will never be going back due to the poor service. I work as a manager in the retail field so understand the importance of customer service and I would NEVER stand for the service I recieved in the KFC at Dagenham from my staff members.Even a simple acknowledgement would have sufficed, but when it was my turn to order on the Mon, the staff member served another customer as if I wasn't even standing there first. I will not be returning there and will spend my money in one of your competitors instead.There is a McDonalds near to my house but I go to KFC because I prefered the food, but will now be going there instead. If I could put a rating of 0, I would.Please give your staff customer service training and make sure the manager is doing their job properly, otherwise other people might do the same as me. I also have noticed that I am not the only one who has rated this KFC as poor.I will be deleting the KFC app from my phone.

If you are ordering a large order then avoid as they will always get something wrong. The chicken is always watery and the chips are always undercooked. The staff lack customer service skills and they never want to help you once they have your money.If however your ordering for one, then 9/10 your order is spot on. It seems they can't cope under pressure.

Hubby took his Boys to this restaurant for one of their Birthday's recently and all 4 of them were extremely disappointed with their meals! The restaurant was dirty, the toilets were absolutely filthy and the service was POOR!! He only took them to KFC as a treat, and when you are paying almost double for what is essentially just 'chicken', you expect a decent meal!! In future will stick to the cheaper chicken shops which they are NEVER disappointed with.

No customer service in this store. They have the filthiest smelliest toilet ever. Always messing up my order in one way or another-ask for corn, but get chips. Or ask for zinger and get original. So slow. Always more staff walking around than serving. Once someone dropped the metal thing that picks up the chicken, onto the floor, then picked it up and carried on using it for the chicken! Disgusting.

The staff at this KFC have a serious attitude problem! There is one particular woman who throws your food down on the counter as if to say your order is ready! I understand that KFC is franchise, this branch doesn't always have the new things that you see advertised. If you want a krushem milkshake you can't get them from this branch. You will have to go Hornchurch. Me and my husband will never eat at this one again as he was served raw chicken! We took a picture of it and emailed KFC directly. We never got no response. I will upload a picture when I can locate it.

Just got back from KFC. Manager and staff were both rude. Tried to not give us our food we paid for. Absolutely will not be going back.

After shopping last Friday night, we stopped at KFC Dagenham hoping to get something quick to take home the family. Firstly we got served by a young man who couldn't understand English - we had to repeat the order 3 times. We then got 3 medium meals which had top be replaced at extra cost (although we had asked for large in the first place), then given 1 less drink & gravy with our meals which we had asked for corn. A bad experience all round & which put me off eating by the time I had got home.

Called in for a quick meal and found the outside tables covered in waste food and the pidgeons having great fun with all the food on the floor.The floor on the inside was better but not upto the normal, expected standard. One member of staff started to clear the inside floor while I was queuing for my food.Service was very slow, waiting nearly 10 minutes to get served. There was a young female who appeared to be the Manager/Supervisor. Would suggest she needs some management skills training.A poor messy outlet. Would not recommend.

I know it's a fast food "restaurant" and food for a quick pit stop when you're in a hurry BUT...What a cess pit! The staff look filthy, dirty uniforms, dirt underneath fingernails and coughing and sneezing and NOT WASHING HANDS AFTERWARDS! The food tasted like it had been on hot hold for a fortnight when I eventually got it (they got my order wrong 3 times). Was glad to get out. Next time I'll drive to Beckton. Absolutely rancid. Needless to say, only ate the chips. No point in complaining to staff that couldn't have cared less.

I knew from the moment I walked into this place it was a bad idea. The guy who served me hadn't washed his uniform in God knows how long! The food was disgusting, the chicken was grey. No really it was grey. The taste that it has left in my mouth is haunting me, I'm even considering sticking two fingers down my throat as some sort of remedy to ease the unpleasantness of it all. This place should be shut down and the manager sacked for negligence of both hygiene and product quality.I urge anyone to drive past this place without stopping, your better off at your local Dixy or Favourite or anything!

Most disgusting KFC I've ever been in! Filthy rude staff who couldn't even understand my order. Chicken smelt alwful and gone off. Couldn't let my daughter go to the toilet as it was so dirty. Left our food and got the hell out of there. My partner is now as I'm typing this throwing up! Told the staff the issues, to just be laughed at! Disgraceful customer service.I have just reported to KFC head office -0345 753 2532.

Slow service, miserable staff. I don't understand a word they say & they don't understand customers. Always get my orders wrong.

Went here a couple of weeks ago never again it was filthy dirty floors tables filthy and to top it the staff were useless getting all the orders wrong having to re do them gentleman in front of me was getting really annoyed to say the least I would not go here ever again not up to kfc standard at all needs closing down I think health and safety must have definitely missed this one
