KFC in Omagh

Just got a c out . Asked for 3 pieces leg chicken and medium popcorn. £9.98. Got home got 2 pieces breast and 1 piece leg. One of breast was totally inedible.

One of the slowest KFC drive throughs I have been to, Outside bins are always full and the place looks as if it could do with a good clean! Especially the underneath the soap dispenser as you look up and through the drive thru hatch! Not impressive!

It is what it is, sorts you out if your hungry.

Dirty and smelly toilets. Very slow service. Drive through not working. Inside restaurant was dirty and messy. Staff came out with a brush and pan but walked over paper and food without sweeping it up. Order kiosk had no receipt paper. Very disappointed.

Service very good but fifteen minutes wait for food.staff very polite and helpfull.

Been here a few times now and the quality always disappoints me, chicken doesn't seem freshly cooked regardless of the time of day and the majority of the time I get ill afterwards. The staff don't look like they enjoy being there so this brings the atmosphere down in the store.

Good tasting food, definitely got a bit of a weird stare when I ordered food(I'm from the south so prob just wondering about the accent)

Standard KFC, you could break your neck on the greasy floor. The coffee machine is always banjack's and your lucky if the ice cream machine but I haven't had food poisoning yet.

KFC is not the same anymore. It tastes different, I have gone right off it.

First time at this KFC and from what I gathered the staff where good, except the manager who put a damper on everything. When enquiring with a staff member about Ice cream, the female manager came over to have a go at the staff member in question. To be honest the manager had a face on her that would turn milk sour just by looking at it. I apologise to the staff member if I got her in trouble. Anyway the manager waddled of in the end. Remember staff quit managers and not jobs. If you have a relatable manager then the staff should be OK.

The Frys in KFC are awfull and the chicken tonight was on the turn

Very tasty food, very slow service.

Service great but to call a thigh cut in 2 seasoned and then served as 2 pieces that make up your main and sell it in a bucket with sides of 2 wings and 2 strips for £10 is laughable. I could.get more for half at petrol station. I couldn't go back due to this lottery of pieces. Sorry I left still hungry. Worth a try.

A place of its own, does not taste the same as normal KFC and is almost never freshly fried

Food was warm, and bland, and it took ages for the drive through service.. my advice.. go to McDonald's.. lightning quick service and piping hot food..

There use to be a brilliant girl working in kfc I think her name was Lauren or something like tht she has black hair I think , her voice kinda sqeaky, anyways she was brilliant would take the orders wouldn't have to repeat she would get it right first time and the food was well cook and all there nothing was ever missing she's brilliant, but now there new comers there's a new girl working in it and she alway get the orders wrong I use to love going to kfc but the new comer girl that's in it now I really don't recommend her at all she has a very bad attitude she always gets the orders wrong and the food some times doesn't be cook properly, bring back the last girl that could do it all brilliantly, I don't like the new comer at all and it has put me off wanting to go to kfc

I like a KFC now an again, so thought I'd try this place as I was working near by. I put my order in from the check-in system then I waited and waited and waited for what seemed like 30 minutes before I got my food. I had thought the drive - thr might be quicker but I'm not so sure.

This was my first time in Omagh KFC, tge staff are friendly and helpful and the speed of service was very good. I was very happy with the box meal and the salad that came with it. Good job folks... Thanks

It's improved, staff were happy to help and clean our table before we ate.

It's a very good KFC in regards to quality, however the waiting times are extremely long (sometimes waiting upto 30 minutes to receive an order) especially the drive thru.

Was hungry and was in a hurry,got good food happy

Like the new ‘ordering stations’ and the ordering process is quick and simple. Meals delivered to table are always hot.

One of the best KFC I must say . They were so busy yet didn't have to wait to long and it was worth it . Delicious.

Went in on a off chance & really dont eat kfc so didnt know what I wanted ,The girl behind the counter was charlene & was very rude & wasnt very helpful as I didnt know what I wanted. Not much of a choice. I will not be back again.

Quick stop off on Mon @330pm our way home. Serviced by the friendliest young chap. He's a credit to this place. Food was hot and tasty the wait was worth it

Purchases a 10 pick bucket and some gravy from Omagh outlet. It contained 10 drumsticks and the gravy was water. Would give zero rating if possible

Service rubbish was waiting far too long for at least 20 minutes and still not served ended up leaving and going to Mcdonalds. Won't ever be back Shane doing counter.

Best place very fast staff are very friendly will be back again to get sum of there lovely food an good service

Travelling through Omagh after a 3 day bender in Donegal, we were lured in to KFC after seeing the colonel’s big sign. We were excited for some recipe spiced chicken however much to our dismay it was a poor experience. We were standing at the counter waiting to be served for what seemed an eternity. 7 minutes later and we were still waiting while staff were in the kitchen. It’s not like they were rushed off their feet as there were only 2 other couples already eating. To make it worse there was what could only be described as a bird flying about in store. We decided it was best to hit the road and eat elsewhere. On this gloomy drive back to Belfast, we were left very disappointed and will not be returning. Bottom point of an excellent weekend. Sort it out.

Came here with some family, and after ordering, it took about half an hour and food was still not ready. There was literally only one other family in the restaurant, and two or three individuals. The lady behind my family in the queue was standing for a full hour before placing her order. We were given the wrong order and never got our actual order. Staff are clearly not properly trained and manager was extremely abrupt and unwelcoming. On top of the terrible service, this is the most unhygienic place I have visited. Every single table was sticky and covered in sugar or remnants of food, and staff didn't even wipe the tables for customers to sit down at. The floor was absolutely filthy, overed in spilled food and sticky substances. Will never visit again.

I waited half an hour for my food, the floor is dirty, the tables are all dirty, my order was completely wrong, i asked for a fillet burger meal and got a popcorn chicken. I don’t recommend here at all

we called here as i wanted to try a kfc as i had not had one in quite a while the floor was dirty rubbish all over it and the tables were not clean we asked a member of staff to clean the table after quite a while he done it he wiped the crumbs and other rubbish on to the floor food was just ok my wife went to the loo but was not fit to wash her hands as the taps were not working so had to go to the car and use a bottle of water and wipes to wash her hands i would not recommend this place to anyone

I visited this place today and have never been in a more unhigenic place in my life ...... toilets should be marked “ out of order “ as there is no running water !!!!tve tables were disgusting as was the floor .... I cannot help but think .... how can such a place operate ...... needless to say there was no one in it .... dirty filthy place ! We will never be back !!!!

Was in kfc in Omagh last night. It was a disgrace. Tables filthy an rubbish and food all over the floor. Bins were full so people couldn’t empty trays before they left it was terrible. There was only three staff on that I could see and they were flat out One taking orders and serving at the same time and two cooking in kitchen area. No floor staff to be seen. Who ever running this place needs to get there act together. It was a disgrace. But not the fault of the three staff on duty

I like chickens so I don't like this place. Chickens are cuddle so they are. I really like chickens.

Store is filthy. Piles of rubbish on the floors and tables filthy. Also refused to accept American credit cards as they require a signature. Every other place in the country accepts them happily. Manager quite rude.

Worst experience of a KFC. Food ok but cleanliness terrible. Tables unclean and floor covered with spilled food not brushed or moped. Overall terrible KFC!

Strange place. It's rarely crowded, and the service can be a bit patchy..Food's not bad though, although sometimes it can take a while.

Walked in - walked out. What a disgusting place - serving awful food in an awful place. Why do people frequent such establishments?

Waited over 25 minutes to get served! With only one person being on at the till and another girl floating about doing nothing! Absolute disgrace! I would not recommend going here! Esp if you are in a hurry.

I'm a fan of the brand, and finding myself in Omagh, went to the KFC. What can go wrong? My cousin who lives in the town told me it wasn't very good, but I went ahead anyway. I wasn't impressed by the cleanliness, there were bits and pieces all over the floor. The young lady who served me was fine, but not 'sparky' as is usual when visiting a KFC. I made my order and waited, but was surprised to see that she went to pour my diet coke from a two litre bottle, the first time that's ever happened to me, but no matter. When I finished an OK meal, I told her that she didn't put any 'wipes' on the tray, to which she replied "Sorry, we've run out". Two first in my KFC travels, but both negatives - I regretted my choice, and instead ate at the Coach Inn, just alongside the KFC and had several great meals.

Nunca he visitado este lugar con un buen servicio o cosas prepara rápidamente. . . Siempre tarda demasiado en espera, el personal no parecía saber lo que están haciendo. Normalmente tienen aprendices en la caja y los pedidos han sido mezcladas o cosas olvidadas.

El establecimiento está siempre muy sucio y descuidado. Suele ser complicado pedir y suele haber malentendidos. Sirven muy lento y la comida muy mal cocinada. En general el personal destaca por su incompetencia. Esta muy lejos de los mínimos necesarios que debe tener cualquier franquicia de esta cadena. Es una verguenza, Omagh se merece algo mejor.

6 of us went to KFC on Sat night around 9.30.place was a tip,but i can overlook that because just maybe they were very busy before we got there. Employee(Sean,i think) was tuttting and rolling his eyes as i asked questions about the dishes served,he pointed his thumb towards the menu board,muttered something that i couldnt hear and didnt look to tidy himself. Anyway we ordered our food,it didnt take too long to get it but when we did it was lukewarm and the chips were cold and hard.Sean started to clean up and he was banging and slamming at the chairs,i didnt actually see anybody else there only him. I woke at 4am with severe cramps, then the vomiting and diarrohea started,this continued until this evening (mon) which meant i was un able to go to work today and have been informed that i cannot go in on Wed nite to work in the kitchen at the Halloween party incase its a bug i haveas i have to be 72hrs clear. I have now spoken to the others that were with me on Sat night at KFC Omagh and they also have been sick. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!

La lenta y sucia no creérselas mejor para describir este lugar. Los trabajadores están en la puerta para fumadores y Otro cambio contenedores y sacos, y luego caminando directamente detrás de la barra y zona de comida preparación . Un olor que venía de los baños tan mal que incluso lavarse las manos es un "no, no. También permiten que entre 15 a 30 minutos desde que llegas hasta que te dan la comida.

Terrible service, extremely slow at the drive thru. Requested no mayonnaise on my burger 3 times, this was ignored. Chips were also cold, won't be back.

Después de tener que esperar 15 minutos en el coche por, con sólo un coche con antelación, y varios detrás de nosotros, mientras que vimos 4 los demás coches después cambie allí mente y en coche porque la ridículamente mucho tiempo de espera de por lo menos 15 minutos por cada coche que incluso pedir. Cuando finalmente llegar a pedir que nos preguntamos si era ocupado, la persona trabajando y luego fue grosero y dijo "aye rotundamente" y nada más. Después de casi media hora esperando en el paseo en coche por pagamos y nos dieron nuestra comida, entonces verá el restaurante no estaba lleno. Absolutamente terrible, servicio lento y poco profesional.

Queue didn't move, it took 2 staff to operate one till, stood and watched disorganised and disheveled mess then left. Place needs a good clean.

Pulled into the drive through. Ordered food, nothing outrageous, 2piece meal with gravy and a coffee. Car in front had ordered loads so we had to wait a bit but when we pulled up to the window we had to wait at least 5 mins before our food came. I was craving the gravy (which is the sole reason we went to kfc) and low and behold no gravy. I mean seriously, how bloody hard was it to mess up that simple order?!?! Only for the traffic was bad and we had to get home I would have turned the car. Who is training these people? U take orders you serve (the correct) food...not rocket science, I've done it myself! Too long to wait for a simple order also

Si se analiza todo lo que comer o beber, nunca comer o beber. Lo mismo con el KFC en Omagh. Es lo que es. Seco, recocido pollo piezas, sucio, comiendo las estaciones no quitaron, sucio techos ... que siga? El resto de la familia no ver la suciedad, pero no puedo comer allí sin atragantarse. KFC es una marca mundial y sé que conseguir auditada, así que ¿cómo este particular bajada por? Me volvería a cerrar las puertas hasta que limpien su ley. Literalmente.

El servicio de atención al cliente en este lugar era horrible! Tuvimos que repetir nuestra orden 5 veces antes de que lo justo! Por alguna razón, simplemente no podía entender que queríamos un sándwich de pollo adicional además de la oferta de comida que ya habíamos comprado. Pedí una ensalada. No me preguntó qué tipo de vestirse quería, y tuvimos que volver a conseguir algunos una vez nos sentamos a la mesa. Una vez que estaba en el mostrador, me paré allí esperando a ser reconocida por alguien ... y numerosos trabajadores sólo me quedó mirando, pero en su negocio! La mejor parte de nuestra experiencia, fue lanzada la ensalada en un plato en pedazos ... tomates enteros y piezas de grandes de lechuga. Fui a pedir un cuchillo así podía cortar mi comida correctamente y comer con algunos modales- me dijeron que no "hacer" cuchillos. Realmente? Venga a gente! Este lugar es simplemente no merece la frustración, y aunque no es comida rápida, no es barato de ninguna manera! Tómese su tiempo y dinero en otro lugar, y ahórrate la frustración.
