KFC in Belfast

So I got a box male was a singer Todd male when I got back home I opened it on the burger has been reheated this is not the first time this is the second time on the monitor was on to night he was so rude he said it was not hated up but I told him I know it was hated up I used to work in KFC so I know when it's been hater

We were kept waiting for 10 minutes, placed our order to be told there would be a wait of 15 minutes because there was no chicken. Some waited and eventually we got our meal....but wrong meal and other was short of a piece of chicken. When I went to the counter again I was told I had to wait on chicken?? Meal was cold and a disaster someone needs to sort this place out.

Once again a KFC has messed up a drive thru order and once again all they offer are carelines (really?? I dont neen counselling) and money off vouchers. Drove through Saintfield Rd outlet, ordered paid, 20 min drive home to Comber to find the main part of my meal not there. A phone call was made with totally unsatisfactory conclusion....tod to come back to them which was totally unfeasible. Asked for a refund, not a chance. I dont know what sort of idiots are employed there...who cant simply look at an order and put that order in a bag. The simplest of tasks. No it's not up to me to check before I drive off, that's the service im paying for. Dont go people...save your money and go elsewhere.

Their is only two types of orders you can get from here...cold or not complete. Ordered again tonight on just eat and like majority of the time food missing. I rang to tell them what had happened and they told me to drive down to pick up what was missing. I cannot drive due to disability which is why I get it delivered. No other offer made so had to just cut my losses..this is one of the smallest least busiest kfc on the road so I really do not get it ..they must just not care 😕

I went in through door and I asked the young man cleaning can I get a carry out here. He looked at me and said what? I said a carry out. I asked a couple of times and he was so stupid and said he did but understand. I said carry out,take away,bring food out,what bit of that do you not understand. He said sorry he was tired. I ordered a chicken fillet burger meal. Came very quickly. But the fillet was cold. Chips soggy. The place can be a joke sometimes. But that is most KFC places.

Really I have never been in a fast food place like this in my life. To start with it is just a bunch of inexperienced kids who all look like they are on drugs . The state they serve the food out and the way the handle it. The language out there mouths when there's a restaurant full of families and kids. The chicken is dry and disgusting. Really the owner off this place needs a new management team on board or its just going to take a lost day in day out because there will never be a repeat customer with the way it's being run now. Like it's actually funny now thinking of what I seen in this place you couldn't act a better prank.

I took my grandson down in the car to buy a boneless baquet he handed over the order to one of the staff that i give him on a bit of paper and and we waited for 25mins before he was handed the order, when we got back home we oppened it only to discover it was not the order that we ordered we took it straight down again and my grandson pointed out the staff member who he give the paper to, the young lad stood and argued that my grandson did not hand over any paper until i took it out of the bag that lad from kfc took of him and then put the note back into the bag with the order. The lad got someone else to come and talk to me and he also argued that my grandson had made a mistake when ordering i pointed out that one of the staff had put the note back into the bag along with the order and at that point he snapped the wrong order and took it round behind the wall were the cooking is done and then within 3mins he returned with the correct order as i thought until we got home again and discovered that he had put some of the oringinal order back into the bag along with some new chicken. we live about 3mins up the road from where the kfc is when we got into the house the food was cold simply because he lifted out the old chip's and chicken and threw them back into the bag again inteand of cooking a new batch of food. The staff are not well trained and mess about behind the counter, my advice is stay away.

The staff looked not just depressed but liked stoned out of there skulls. staff kept getting the order wrong to the point where manager had to sort it out and even then there was stuff missing from the meal. Wouldnt sit in either place was a complete mess and the quility itsnt better than other kfc's further in town....

Cold chips the people that work in here honestly,I cant describe it depression comes to mind what they did on there nights out....the chips are black and cold....please I dont know show some professionalism I dont care for your ringtone or your jokes from fryer to fryer.

Took the grand kids here on Saturday 16 march 2019 around 5pm. I was shocked at the mess of the floor and the tables. We were going to sit in but the seat was a bit sticky as well, I refused to sit and said to leave. I asked the girl serving if they ever cleaned up and she said they did but they were short staffed. But the place was not busy, there was 6 other people, some eating and some ready to leave. This has put me off KFC .

Kfc chicken is nice but the new chips r disgusting they taste like they have been reheated and wat i can only discribe as a strong bitter taste they also leave an after taste in the mouth i wont b buying kfc again unless they change the chips.

This is definitely your typical KFC abroad. The chicken is all locally farmed in Ireland and the UK and prepared just like all the other KFC's around the world. We were greeted by a very friendly young woman. Our food was prepared quickly and we received the food we ordered. The restaurant was clean. We were on our way to an appointment and we were able to get in and out quickly.

Just had a meal out of here and I mean it was by far the worst KFC I have had! To start of I would rate customer service a big fat 0 and the food a -2! Besides half the order being wrong and couldn't be bothered driving back, who ever made my burger put it together either in the dark or blindfolded. The chips what we got of them where as hard as nails and the gravy was like dishwater water! The chicken wings where like pigeon wings! If you want a KFC go to Boucher road or park centre! Last time I will eat out of there.

Not great food or service but not much expected really. Staff were not interested but I suppose that's what fast food places are about

After eating unfamiliar foods for a few days, it is a good reminder of home when you see a KFC. Great service and of course, great food.

Mis amigos y yo fuimos allí para una comida rápida. El personal era grosero, no llevando uniformes adecuados (había una mujer detrás del hasta llevar una chaqueta de invierno y un vestido) y habla todo el tiempo entre una y otra.

This is your average KFC, cheeky staff, greasy food and the food also being badly undercooked. This branch should be closed down as when I was in it, it was filthy.

9 Piece Tuesday's should be renamed cant think what with but Our meal was shocking the leg pieces were ok but very small, but the rest were a very precular out of bird cant even think where on the bird they come from, very greasy and very dark meat not a breast piece in Sight! horrible and it will be a long time before I return to a kFC !

Acababa de comprar una taza de té (nada) desde aquí por primera vez. Muy caro comparado con sus rivales ... en este caso "lugar no me encantó". Si su té es tan caro (65% más grande que McD's té) sólo puedo suponer que el resto de su menú es muy caro, no volveré y no se lo recomiendo a nadie. primeras impresiones perduran y todo eso. Kentucky Fried Chicken parada su dinero-agarrando cosas y el precio competitivo de lo contrario su restaurantes será tan vacío como ... um ... bueno ... KFC restaurantes!

Absolutely shocking.... 20 mins for my meal... Manager was so rude.... Never go there.... Kfc bosses you need to have a look at this place

Staff never listen get orders wrong had to back a few times as orders were wrong or something would be missing from the order

Very standards KFC, nice food if you like it, with a few Northern Irish twists to the menu. Clean but not very fast for fast food

Friday night visit ... Drive through was really busy but I chose to sit in and use their facilities.

This is a good KFC, the food was warm and the service was good and quick. And they got my order perfect unlike some other KFC

Very poor drive through service. Quite often food is cold and chips are hard. Gravy warms the food, when they remember to put it into the bag. If you get home and there is no gravy that's just tough. The company don't want to know. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Definitely not recommended. You have to ask for basics like salt, napkins, cups etc. not a good experience and no one to complaint to. Definitely not recommended.

Every enjoyable after travelling to Belfast for short visit the food was up to KFC normal standards the staff were polite and the food came hot and was quick in coming the Resturant was clean and tidy it was situated close to the shops in the main high street a really enjoyable experience
