Had my Eid lunch here and absolutely loved their Adana kebabs and lahmahcun!!:)

This is a restaurant that I will never recommend. A Turkish restaurant should not be like this. All the dishes, including appetizers, are terrible, irresponsible and expensive.

I would like to just say I came here last minute with my friends and the restaurant turned my frown upside down. I was so happy with the service I had the best waiters Asya and Flory looking after us and honestly they were the best just because of them I’ll definitely come back again🤍 me and my friends had a blast and we will be back very soon !! Kervan is one of my top 3 favourite Turkish restaurants, hands down. I had a lamb shish meal with rice and once again I wasn’t able to finish it, the meat was tender, moist, juicy and cooked to perfection, let alone the flavours! Overall it was a good experience. We had a waitress called Asya, honestly the BEST waitress I’ve had, she is attentive, funny, and a down to earth woman, she was amazing. Will definitely be coming back for her and that delicious food.

Went there after a long time and they have refurbished the restaurant and looks more on the modern side. They got rid of the rear carpark and created more seating area. Prices have gone up but ordered the Kervan Extra Special platter and the meat pieces definitely looked bigger in size compared to how I remember them to be when I last visited. The different meats on the platter were cooked spot on and tasted very good. The bulger rice and white rice were cooked well and the meat oils moistened and flavoured the rice nicely. Visited yesterday to celebrate my 3 year old nephews birthday and there were several more birthdays being celebrated. The staff brought out the cakes for everyone who were celebrating their birthdays and singing to the birthday person. It was a proper nice and lively atmosphere. Will always be going with the family whenever we want to eat out as it's one of our favourites.

We visited this restaurant for a family meal, and it exceeded our expectations. The food, particularly the dessert, was exceptional. Our waitress, Asya, provided outstanding service - she was not only friendly and attentive but also highly professional. She created a welcoming atmosphere, making us feel at ease and bringing laughter to our table. Additionally, she went above and beyond to accommodate my brother's nut allergy, providing reassurance and support. Overall, I would rate our experience a perfect 10/10 and highly recommend it. It was truly the best service we've experienced in quite some time.She also meticulously explained each step of the service and readily assisted us whenever we needed anything.

Best in the area, been many times. Easy to book table. Had birthday gatherings there few times. All fine, just at the end, rushing you a bit to leave. They haven't brought me my Turkish tea yet but already started collecting cake plates from my family. That's not acceptable. Give people a chance to drink their tea pls. There was plenty tables available so don't understand the rush.

Such a shame because when I was younger it was like incredible to get taken here the fishes they had were so nice and I decided for nostalgia sake I got toogoodtoogo and took a lovely walk over with my partner until we were at the door getting stared at by the waiters without even a smile or a wave just looks felt so uncomfortable it was my first time with toogoodtoogo so I accidentally swiped the man comes up to us and asks what do I want I felt disrespected but thought nothing of it until sarcasm began. He saw that I swiped collected and I told him it was an accident seeing as it was my first time he then proceeded to ask me if I have the food and pointing at my empty hands I know this review is long but I want the owner to understand that if waiters keep scaring customers the way they are then I will keep leaving detailed reviews he went on about how I don’t have the food and I shouldn’t have swiped for a good 5 minutes which felt like forever and I then asked if I can just have my food with no answer he went inside came back out checked my code and went inside to grab my food not even served with a smile or a ‘ have a nice evening’ just handed it to me definetely will not be coming again. If you’d like to know who it is I’m not 100% sure but it was a man who was kinda old with two ladies. I hope you guys fix the issues with your staff because I used to love the place very disappointed.

Came here with my husband a couple of days ago. We had come to London for an event and this place was highly recommended by our AirBnb host. The restaurant is nice. The staff are very friendly and professional. We were seated immediately, attended to immediately as well and our food came out quickly. The portions here are HUGE. We each ordered a starter, a main, and dessert. If we had known how big the portions were, we would have only ordered one dish each. The food is really delicious depending on your taste. For starters I had the lamb and hummus dish. The hummus was so good! The lamb was tender and nice but the dish was huge. My partner ordered spicy sausage and barbecue bread. The bread was so delicious but again the bread basket was overflowing with bread. I've never had bread that good at a restaurant before. They also brought us a huge plate of fresh salad. For main I ordered the grilled lamb(I can't remember what exactly). My partner ordered the chicken skewers. My lamb was so moist and tender and came with grilled veg and rice and bulgur. My husband hates lamb, but surprisingly, his chicken tasted so much like lamb while mine had only a mild taste of lamb. We ended up switching dishes and I had to agree that I didn't like his chicken skewers. For dessert he had the banoffee pie which was really nice. I had the white chocolate cheesecake which was too sweet, cavity inducing, and tasted nothing like cheesecake. Their yogurt sauce was divine. So were the chili and garlic sauces. Overall the food was nice, some more than others. The portions were massive, we had leftovers for two days. The staff was lovely

Great food, which makes up for the slightly over-inflated price tag. Top quality though, so I didn't mind paying the extra. The food is always good, and the service has always been good. It is certainly worth treating yourself to this occasionally. Recommend.

Friendly staff, delicious food 😋 Their starters are lush and filling let alone the mains that consist of succulent kebabs, lehmacun, turkish rice and much more. To top it all off, they offer a complementary tea at the end of the meal. Parking isn't available on site but can be found at nearby side roads. Highly recommend.

Very poor service. We had to ask 3-4 times for our drink order to be taken. The waiters would go to the back and come back out empty handed and avoid us. Once waiter arrived, she said ‘quick quick’ to make us speed up after we had been waiting for a while for our order to be taken? Once we had raised our concern, the main waiter just shrugged it off. On the other hand the food was actually very nice. It’s very unfortunate the service was poor. Personally service goes a long way for me and it was well below standard. Would definitely avoid.

you guys not doing well I writing when I order the food I write the note but you don't do it every time you send in my food very cold and down every time you don't read the note which I write an Uber or any app I live in just next to you, bot bread, and another things very cold, and you use old material this is not good👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

It was fabulous dining experience. Beautiful place with plenty of choices on menu. You will love it if you are nonvegetarian but you won't be disappointed either if you are vegetarian as there are good vegetarian options in both cold and hot food. Must try their freshly made chilli and garlic sauce if you are spice lover. 😋

Brilliant food, great cocktails and other drinks menu. Lovely staff and atmosphere. Edit: 24/5/22 Went there today and had to send back several times after they got the wrong sides and also added bread to gluten-free food about three times in a row it was relatively quiet the middle of the day so in my opinion there was no excuse for them rushing. My party member with severe gluten allergies is now really unwell due to cross contamination.

Food was delicious and lamb chops are to die for.

My mum, 2 sisters and i came here after having a lovely ladies spa day for an early dinner. The interior design is lovely & we were seated to our table very quickly. The complimentry bread we were given was delicious and warm ❤ then we ordered our drinks and our meal. When our meal arrive (along with our servings of fresh chips) the food was piping hot (especially the green peppers, those were my favourite). We left feeling very satisified and would recommend this place to anyone who wants to try Kervan.

Just visit this restaurant very very bad 👎 experience food was very cold and hard staff attitude was very very rude we ask the lady for tea and she start laughing when the waiter came for bill we paid and we asked him for tea and he was very rudely answered thet you have to wait too long for that and gone without acknowledgement is tea coming or not our family decided to leave they were watching us that we r leaving but non of them even came forward and ask that why we leaving...... very bad experience waste of time and money

OVER PRICED & POOR QUALITY. Lamb chops £21, lamb chops had no shape and we're very small. Lamb chops are normally at good Turkish placez£15 a meal and decent size and shape, 1 star for pricing and size. Adana kebab £12 small, wasn't marinated and was quite raw, that's not how the Turkish cook their food. Once again over priced and poor quality. I eat Turkish all the time and this place is about 30% more expensive. If food quality was good I don't mind paying, food portion size is very very small. Food quality is very poor.

If I could, I would rate it 0 stars. The food was poor, the rice was watered down and had absolutely no flavour, ever since the new renovation the food has gone downhill and service was poor. Would not recommend go and save your money and eat somewhere better with better quality

It was a good restaurant, with good food but the service was awful and the management of waiters was very bad.

If your from north London you probably already know this place. But if you haven't been since the 1st lockdown go check it out they have renovated the restaurant and made it look amazing. If you dont know about kervan, well make sure you check them out. They do amazing Turkish food and have amazing service never keep you waiting too long even when busy. The one in Edmonton ( church street ) is the original one and the best one in my opinion. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

Being eating here for years now. Shocked in the price increase. Use to be £14 for a kervan special now it's £50 you don't get the same amount as you use too. Food is so tasty and delicious as always. The service is a little rushed due to the amount of people they seat. Cant believe they have 4 restaurants in North London. They need to set up a restaurant in East London. Will always recommend kervan.

I personally didn't like the food. I ordered chicken shish and it tasted like lamb (I don't like the taste of lamb) Ok, fair enough maybe it was cooked with the same oil. Then i bought 2 rice puddings (take away) and there were literally no rice in it. Really milky with just a couple of rices in it. I will never ever eat there again. I'd rather go to capital. The staff/Senior staff was ok, Restaurant is clean and atmosphere is nice.

First time visiting this restaurant will definitely go back. Lovely atmosphere, food was very good got the chef special which was more than enough for 8 people. Very good customer service.

Most Turkish restaurants serve oily foods and can leave you with a stomach ache. However this was my first time coming here and I was amazed at how much I got for the price, less than £40 fed my whole family of 5. Also the food tasted much better than other restaurants and it had a lot less oil than other restaurants I have eaten at before. Definitely recommend this restaurant and will 100% be going back
