Terrible staff very rude. Turns out the area manager was in at the time and sorted out my burger that they'd " thrown " together. Hair in food. Chicken under cooked. Staff has no care for customers at all

We ordered from here on just eat it said order delivered but it was not said delivered 6.47pm at6.32pm would never order from here again we are Inna hotel and reception can confirm that no delivery was attempted. Holiday makers beware !!!!!

You get the impression the staff don't listen to you.i asked for a bucket of ten and asked if I could have a couple of legs.was told it was random.uf it's so random how come all I got was breasts .which weren't very hot.and very greasy

wouldn’t even give it a 1 star but had no choice, visited here with 2 family members and it was by far the worst experience ive ever had, staff members were rude, especially a certain boy called kian, ordered our meals, and wanted 2 corn on the cobs to take home with me, the boy came up to us and told us he has a concern and had a complaint by another staff member that we were “misbehaving” although we were sat there eating our food, not a person to name or shame but had to be said, rude customer service, I think he was just looking for an argument, never normally have any issues whilst visiting here, clearly someone just woke up on the wrong side of the bed, other nice restraunts around, best off going elsewhere, also don’t sell mash or rice anymore because they had their oven taken away, strange? oh also not clean at all, picked his nose and still served customers with no washing his hands, avoid at all costs!

What the Eff has happened to this Popular eaterie? I went there with my son as it was a favourite place to stop off after our shopping trips. To enter into a shop Completely Revamped where we cannot go to the counter and speak to the staff, we are ushered to the left hand side and have to order our meal on a Rolling Menu, The receipt comes if machine has enough paper left and we look for our number. Pick up Order and EMPTY Drinks Cup given where we fill with Flat Fizzy Pop and on sitting down find No Utensil in Rice Box given, No Sauces Given even though we asked and you can No Longer Order Crushems. I Hope they DONT Change the last Remaining shops here in North Wales as McDonalds will end up with all my business.

Went in after everywhere was closed and I wish I never did. The place was filthy, rubbish everywhere and the tables were covered in grease. Food was average and the gravy smelt like urine.

Restaurant needed a good clean, bin over flowing dirty trays with food stacking up on table next to bin. Plenty of staff, only me in queue and no one tidying restaurant. Fillet buger not cooked through resulting in tough chicken, and a iffy stomach next day. Staff were very friendly though Would not visit again due to restaurant being untidy an food waste left on tables.

Walked in on 12/2/2023 EVERY table was dirty and had people’s left over food trays/cups etc. The wall bins were overflowing so we couldn’t even clean a table for ourselves. Walked straight back out again! Disgusting

call here for lunch and queued for ten minutes to order the food, when I eventually got to order the person who served me didn't seem to know what he was doing and asked me half a dozen time about my order. I paid and then the main wait for food to be served, 15 minutes in a just eat guy arrived and walked to the food collection point then the four members of staff stopped everything to concentrate on the just eat orders customers in the shop Didn't exist when he arrived they all got put on hold. The staff too most of the chicken from the food area for the order and this meant no chicken ready for people who had already ordered in the shop so a further wait of 15 minutes to cook more chicken . when we eventually got our food and that was not worth the wait, we had cold chip two pieces of chicken wing two hot wings and chicken strips each (we both got the same) just small chicken full of bones. You normally get two different cuts of chicken two hot wings and two chicken strips in a mighty bucket for one " But not here " we spent £20.00 on two disgusting meals so I would avoid this place as it is TERRIBLE

Absolute hovel!! Staff lazy and unkempt. Nothing looks clean and just altogether scruffy. It use to feel warm and welcoming. The place has truly gone down hill. The outside was so well keep and inviting, currently looks like no-one cares.

Ordered on the KFC app to collect. Entered the branch and saw my order number at the top of the collect screen. Waited 15 minutes being totally ignored by the one/two staff at the counter whilst various people came and went. When I finally interrupted and asked for my order it had been sitting there all the while but to make matters worse, there were no hot drinks and when I finally reached where I wanted to eat, the order was one fries short and no corn cob. Couldn't face going back to complain so KFC app now deleted!

It was my first time in llandudno and as I approached on the train I hoped there was a KFC on route to my hotel. I was pleased to find that there was. The lady that served me was really welcoming. There was a bit of moaning going on in the kitchen as I was ordering and she asked her colleagues to be quiet because customers could hear, and she apologised to me. I wasn't at all bothered about the moaning but other customers might have been. The food was just your typical KFC food, it was just what I fancied so it went down a treat.

Well its a KFC, so what else can you expect. The food is KFC, it is what it is. The establishment was tidy when I went in, food was as expected. Staff seem reasonably happy, it does what it says on the tin

Rhe area where you pay for the food can get quite cramped on a bust day, but we managed to get a seat after ordering the food it was ready within 5 minutes which I was shocked about, then when coming to eat it the food was really nice and up to standard

KFC. Not much to say as they are all the same I suppose. Service OK a bit slow as the service counter is small, only one person serving when I was three. Food ok, frys not the skinny ones I expected and a bit bland. The Chicken was good just the same as home as I expected.

Me and my friend were visiting our local kfc where we were just minding our own business and we had ordered food, we sat down eating our food whilst having our own conversation and occasionally laughing, after half an hour one member of staff approached our table who we thought was very rude since she asked us to leave and failed to specify a reason why when we asked her, she was trying to get us to leave by thinking of any excuse to tell us to leave, she also said that we were laughing at her which we weren’t, we were having our own conversation and weren’t being loud at all, she left our table and went to contact another member of staff to come over where we got his name (zak), he came over to our table and was being verbally aggressive towards us both, telling us to leave for no apparent reason and excusing us of things that didn’t even happen, one member of staff (zac) excused us of “pouring a can onto the floor” when there was nothing on the floor whatsover and also said that we were “making their staff feel uncomfortable” which wasn’t true at all as me and my friend didn’t look or pay attention to any members of staff whilst eating our food , once saying all this to us this man threatened to contact the police and we feel we were disrespected and were treated very rude

Excellent service from every staff member I interacted with. Also, witnessed the professionalism of the manager. Portions sizes of food and presentation was brilliant. Nothing too much trouble.

It is what it is. Fast food chicken meal. Used this outlet twice during 7 day stay in Llandidno. Staff helpful with take away. Dining in tables were sticky and not too clean but it was very busy.

The staff seems to be easily overwhelmed, tables aren’t cleaned quickly enough, I received my order within a decent timeframe, there’s need for improvement, considering this is a tourist destination.

Went last night on the 3rd of July 2018. Got my order wrong AGAIN and the chicken was dry. Will not be going here again.

I think this is the best KFC I ve visited my sister and I use the takeaway service when we visit Llandudno. The chicken is usually fresh and hot and not as greasy as some.always found the staff to be polite and friendly.

Went for tea tonight about 5pm and wished we had walked out again. First impressions were bad and didn't get any better. Absolutely every table has rubbish on it. It looked like none of the staff had cleaned anything up for hours. Then there was coke with a wet floor sign over it right in the middle of the main walkway to the kiosk. Which looked again as though it had been spilt hours ago as it was more sticky than wet but still an accident waiting to happen. But none of the staff seemed to care.

Probably the best KFC food ive been served in a long time. And they actually got my order right. No complaints, you probably wont get a better KFC

As far as take aways go, this is one of the worst in Llandudno, needs a complete makeover, and an overall of staff, overall scruffy, and couldn't care less attitude comes to mind

Called in whilst visiting Llandudno, spotlessly clean fast efficient service unlike some other franchises I've visited, the restaurant was constantly being cleaned during our visit, a credit to the manager & staff.

Good fast food, always hot and tastes good. Always busy in the restaurant and staff often busy tidying and keeping it clean.

This is my local and I visit often and have done for years. Never had any problems with the food, staff friendly and restaurant clean. On the weekends you do get groups of young kids just sitting there being a pain that's the only negative !

Sunday lunch time visit and it was busy, the service was good with only an average wait, the food was hot and on a whole very nice. Found a table which was clean, all the staff were polite and looked on their toes carrying out their duties but willing to help. Will call again

Food is always nice never had a bad meal there. Staff are friendly and Service is quick. Restaurant is clean as most of the eaters put there finished meals in the waste bins provided.

We eat here on a semi-regular basis when in Llandudno. The food and service is generally decent (and better than the KFC in Llandudno Junction).They used to have a problem with kids "squatting" and taking up table space which was a little intimidating, but recently they seem to have stopped this happening.Visiting after about 6:30 in the evening means that you can often park right outside (and it's free at that time of the evening) - during the day however it's a different story as you would expect from a town centre position.

This is a very clean well kept KFC, Nicely decorated and the food was fresh and hot. credit to the staff.

It's in the centre of town so quite handy if you want something quick but the other fast food outlets are a but further out unless you want fish and chips. When I visited it was clean enough but the bins were getting very full and when customers didn't empty their tables then there were no staff about to tidy up. It did seem like it needed another member of staff to keep the place tidy.Foodwise, it's KFC. My zinger burger wasn't great though and I didn't even finish it.

Firstly, restaurant and tables need a thorough cleaning. Came her late September for afternoon meal. The finger licking tasty chicken was the worst we have ever had. Chicken pieces had obviously been cooked hours beforehand and left on heat as they appeared very dark brown and nothing like the photograph, tasteless hard and greasy. Won't be coming to this place again unless they get the mops and brooms out and start cooking decent edible food.

I just fancied a KFC on Saturday lunch time so I dragged my not so young son along with me.What you see is what you get. A quick 2 minute wait in the sue then order in.2 minutes later were sat at the table enjoying a rather tasty KFC Whats not to enjoy!

Went here on 23rd August 2016. I often use a KFC when out on our travels. Never had a problem in any of them until now.1st the young woman who served us got our order wrong, when we pointed this out a male member of staff told us the order she gave us will do us. What we ordered would have been cheaper so I don't see why what we were given would be do us. The male member of staff was not interested in listening and spoke over us. We tried to point out we didn't order what we were given and he just spoke over us 3 times it'll do and pushed it towards us. Very rude and aggressive service. The food didn't have everything with it but by then knew we wouldn't get any where if we tried to sort it. We ordered a malteser crushem and they was hardly any in the cup we were served. I took a photo to show how little was in it. Take note we were charged full price! The food tasted too salty unlike any other KFC we've been to. Over all terrible place to eat in Llandudno. Will not return and I am going to write to head office about this awful service we received

KFC is KFC, but in Llandudno, if you want something quick and cheap, this is the place to find your favorite fried chicken or icecream shake. While it is hard to differentiate one of these from the next, one good thing about this location is that when everything else on Mostyn street closes for something to eat, this one is still open - even over the other fast food joints. So, there is still hope for dinner afterall.

Visited with family, half the restaurant empty, but empty tables were all filthy, and bins overflowing with rubbish out onto the floor. No one interested in cleaning the tables for customers nor interested in emptying the bins. No excuse for the poor state of this restaurant. Food hygiene check would no doubt have a field day here. Simply disgusting is the easiest way to describe our visit. Looking at other reviews we are far from the only ones to experience this. Maybe KFC should be spot checking this place It let's the franchise name down significantly

This place is awful considering it's on the High Street of a holiday town. The floors are revolting, The toilets are disgusting. The queues are beyond a joke they are always out of the door the services is awful. The staff are rude and act like they don't want to serve you.

Visited 19 August 2015 ordered 2. salad boxes with Ceasar dressings and 4hot wings . The young lady asked if I was eating in or out and I said out. She was putting the good into a bag then a man took the bag from her folded it up. The salad boxes, sauces and wings were just put on the surface . I had to ask for a bag which I saw plenty off u had to ask for a bag. The food however did taste good

This KFC used to be my favourite in the area and was much better than the one in Llandudno Junction.Sadly the last 3 times I've been there there's been something wrong with the order. These may have been minor problems, a small drink rather than a large one, missing hot wings etc but it suggests that the staff don't listen to what the customer is ordering.That, coupled with the tables that need cleaning means that I'm beginning to wonder if I need to find another one locally ( or stop eating KFC's).
