Burger was cold and it hasn't got any Taste

A restaurant with a big name like Gordon Ramsay which lacks the flavour in their burgers. The staff was nice, attentive but I was expecting more from the dishes.

It is amazing! Good service and delicious food. Recommend the hot wings & dessert pudding with ice cream on top. 🍺🍺🍺

I ate here recently with a large group celebrating a birthday and was so disappointed with the food and overall experience. We ordered chicken wings and burgers but were told there were no wings available. After waiting 30 mins wings arrived (we think they must have gone to the corner shop). The burgers came out after but all 6 were cold and undercooked. The patty was small for the size of bun and there was only a single small thin slice of tomato - A McDonald’s burger would have been far superior. Won’t be eating here again!

Vanessa was the star of the evening! General observation - remove the 15% service charge, this is UK, not US.

Great food and great service! We popped in for dinner and Shahid was our waiter, he was fantastic and so friendly! He explained the menu well as we’ve never been before and was very attentive! Would definitely go back just for the service but the food was equally as good

Very disappointing! The wagyu beef burger was a very thin patty, absolutely tasteless and overcooked. It's definitely overpriced for the quality offered in a restaurant with a decent atmosphere but not really different from the Byron that used to be before it. The service was good, and the team was very kind, but unfortunately, the burger was too bad to go back.

Hell’s Kitchen Burger was tasty, Menage a Trois was also good, but nothing special. Fries were perfect. Service was 100%, Raj was really nice and helpful.

Raj as our waiter today was very cheerful and held a very lively atmosphere which we are grateful for. His service was excellent and to anyone who pops by here will have a wonderful meal and enjoyable time!

We went at 9 pm. But they didn't attend us because they closed at 10 when the restaurant's page said they closed at 11 pm. They just didn't want to work.

Burgers way too small and dry - plenty of fantastic burger places to go to I'm unsure how Rambo could have got it so wrong!

WOW, simply WOW, this place was a shambles and shouldn't be a representation of Gordon Ramsay and the legacy he's trying to build. There was a lot wrong with my whole customer experience and nothing new from the other bad reviews have already stated. I highly doubt I will be returning. As a General Manager myself I don't understand how you don't listen to your reviews even more so now in the current climate where every penny counts. You look to be too heavily dependant on using Gordon's name then actually giving service and food to the quality he would like.

Solid burger, good fries. For two burgers, two fries and 2 cokes as well as an ice cream, €75 (around £68) is just way too much. Service was friendly, but didn't point out that you pay a 15% service fee on the bill. This was written down in tiny detail at the bottom of the card, so you can barely see it when reading the card. It's a shame, I expected more or fairer prices.

Amazing food cooked by great chefs

I ordered the chicken curry burger. Very disappointed. The chicken was very small and thin, didn't even covered the whole bun's surface. My wife ordered a beef burger. The waiter didn't ask how she wanted the burger cooked and it came well done and dry. I would expect much more from a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. £18 for a small burger with little amount of chips is very expensive for what you get. Overall it was not a good experience. Average burgers at a price of premium/gourmet ones. Five Guys, which is a fast food place, do better burgers.

Absolute rubbish, disappointed this is a Gordan Ramsey restaurant. Save your coin and go to five guys down the road.

Service was below average, restaurant was filthy, food was disgusting, tasted cheap but cost a fortune really an awful experience all round. I didn’t want to pay for a single thing especially after seeing some type of cockroach in the toilet. Most certainly won’t be visiting here again.

Far too expensive for poor quality food Additionally I saw a rat running around the restaurant and a cockroach in the toilet area during my time there, as well as they were using out of date product. They clearly don’t clear about their customer’s health or cleanliness of their restaurant. I shall be report this to the proper authorities.

So I was on a run through Hyde Park on my way to Kensington High Street to pick up something at an art shop next door to Street Burger. I was delighted to discover that one of Gordon Ramsey's restaurants was next door! So, I popped in to have a bite to eat for dinner. I stood in the entryway for 8 minutes before anyone noticed me to be seated. As the waitress came up to ask me if I wanted to be seated, she looked surprised when I said I only needed a table for one.... The restaurant was not at all full for a Saturday evening, so I'm not sure why she was confused. She gave me two options for tables to be seated... I ordered the Classic burger and fries with a Lager. She did not ask me how I wanted it cooked, but she did ask me if I had any food allergies. After 20 minutes, my food was delivered to my table... It was delicious! It's a good thing I like my burgers well done, since it was indeed well done (see photo). All in all, I greatly enjoyed my experience here. I did however have to ask where the restroom was located as it was not marked and was basically a graffiti covered wall. The decor was well appointed, except for a disco ball hanging from the center of the ceiling in the dinning room. I highly recommend the food! If you find yourself in Kensington, this is a must stop on your itinerary!

Very expensive for the quality of food.

Incredibly overpriced for the quality of service, 15% tip is present in the receipt and it’s very unpleasant to decline. The waiter was nice and kind though. onion rings have been served in a plate to share without plates or cutlery and burger and fries in a tiny and uncomfortable plate. Music very average, lighting very average. Desserts are not up to a restaurant. AVOID

The food is super good, the service leaves a bit to be desired, but everything else is super ok.

Good but small burger, good fries and fairly slow service

It was the first time we went there and the burgers were delicious. We had ordered the JFC BURGER. The chicken was juicy with the sauces which all paired up to be a perfect chicken burger .

a few days ago I was at this restaurant with friends and to be honest it was amazing time with amazing food. It was very nice experience to see your chef’s preparing food!! And one of your chef’s- Andrew made a lot of smile on our faces, such a nice guy! All the stuff working in this restaurant is very professional, nice and friendly and that’s the reason I am writing that now, it’s not so easy to find place like that now. Our table was supported by Raj, and one girl I don’t remember name. Really amazing support. I am not from London, but I am 100% sure that I will come back again to this place. I am still thinking about your burger ❤️

I personally didn't like it. The hells hot burger was no way hot, drinks over priced and service was normal, nothing extra ordinary at all but tried to charge service charge for literally bringing the food to the table. Biggest problem was they don't take cashcash, which if I knew I wouldn't of visited.

Some very good food but soooo noisy. Music far too loud each time I come here even when you ask them to lower it so that you can hear the person talk on the other side of your table. No wonder there's always someone there having lunch with a book not another person. Sign language would be useful.

I am really disappointed with the waiting time. I have been here for around 50 minutes and haven’t got my burger. Too much waiting for a burger. And I’m disappointed because this is what Gordan Ramsay would criticize in other restaurants so you don’t expect it to happen in one of his restaurants. Mind you, the restaurant was not busy when we came. It was only 2 other tables in addition to ours. I received the food after 55 minutes of waiting. The burger is delicious (could’ve been served hotter). The fries are delicious as well, but they forgot my appetizer, the street slow, so I had to ask them for it. It wasn’t pleasant to have the appetizer after having the burger and fries. I took 1 star because of the waiting and forgetting the appetizer. But when it comes to the food it was all great. My friend had the butternut squash burger and it was amazing too.

Average tasting burger and expensive. Poor value.

I was not happy this time i ordered, Food was cold, mushy and dry. The burger was over-cooked and tastless, Onion rings were soggy and tasted like mush. Mac n Cheese was not goo either. I have ordered before and it was so much better than this. I am really dissapointed this time and doubt i'll be ordering again.

I ordered the lamp burger it was tasty but too small . There supposed to be a yogurt sauce but there was not just a sample of it. Nice atmosphere and comfortable chairs

Aldo was very attentive and accommodating to all our needs, truly service with a smile (banter included on the side!). Everything we needed to know, he explained clearly and concisely. Food was generally great too, Mac n cheese was one of the best I’ve had in a while if not ever! The only reason it’s 4 stars not 5 is because the burger patty wasn’t as juicy as I’d hoped, and maybe there could have been more of the seasoning on the chips. But the egg was lovely, perfectly runny as I like it (be aware that it will explode everywhere, it’s designed to!), cheese beautifully melted, all the food was as soft and fresh as is meant to be. I would definitely come back to try other items like the wagyu beef, lamb and chicken burgers, as well as enjoy that Mac n cheese again. It is expensive, granted but 100% worth the money if you can afford it

This is a 4.5 plus rating as it is not perfect. Gordon always hates soggy bun but unfortunately his restaurant cannot handle this either sometime. But my spicy burger is very tasty, and tbh the food here is better than Heddon imo. Tried both dine in and take out.

Nettes, modern-gemütlich eingerichtetes Burger-Restaurant. Die Portionen sind klein, aber fein. Für mich war die Menge genau richtig für ein schnelles Mittagessen. Geschmacklich war der Avocado-Chicken-Burger ok - etwas lasch gewürzt. Der Service war sehr gut. Die Preise liegen im höheren Segment und sind meiner Meinung nach nicht ganz gerechtfertigt, da man allgemein geschmacklich mehr erwartet.

Tried the OGR Burger with the Koffman's fries via delivery. The burger was OK, it would have been better if it was a bit more medium rare rather than medium. The fries were unfortunately cold, the place was far away so can't be helped. Not great fries overall to be honest. For the price, I wouldn't say this was entirely worth it. I will give it the benefit of the doubt because it was delivered.

The lamb burger was not the best. Looked like it had come out of a supermarket freezer and was far too well done. The gluten free burger was too hard and heavy. A pity, gluten free burger buns have come a long way now. No excuse to still have bad gluten free options. It was a quiet afternoon when I visited. The fries were very good. Think Gordon needs to come down and try his own food and rate it. Service was fine- very helpful waiter

The burger at this place left me with mixed feelings. While the taste was ordinary and didn’t quite live up to the brand’s reputation, the presentation and service were commendable. The staff was attentive, and the overall experience was pleasant. There’s potential for the taste to match the brand’s excellence with a little refinement.

The food was tasteless, portions are small, prices are high. Fast food restaurants served better tasting food. Waiter was a trainee and he took long time to place the order. The lady in the next table described her meal as rubbish and did not eat it. Will not visit again

First time tried a meat burger there. I used to be vegetarian but I saw it… That was that moment. When I saw so juicy looking huge piece of meat with freshly baked bum on the table near by. I order it. Now I’m half vegetarian and meatlover! Thanks for everyone working there. You doing great work. Also special thanks for chefs so good quality of food!

Excellent restaurant Burgers are fantastic, not too big and not too little. Wings with JFC and Umami sauce were fantastic. JFC sauce itself is really nice not too spicy.

No estoy seguro de que voy a luchar para volver al futuro, pero disfruté mi día.Era un sábado por la mañana, y la cola de entradas era larga. Probablemente esperamos 15-20 minutos para llegar a la ventanilla de boletos. Estoy intrigado por el concepto de cotizar un precio que incluye una donación voluntaria, con la idea de que la donación se puede omitir por una tarifa de inscripción más baja. Parece más difícil decir no gracias a algo que ya está en la factura que a algo que se agregará. Los restaurantes aquí en Londres hacen lo mismo con un voluntario 12. 5% añadido a las facturas de servicios - - pero estoy divagando. Supongo que es así como se hace, pero como norteamericana, no tengo habilidades ni instintos para trabajar en ello.Cuatro secciones de un Palacio de Kensington: Dos exhibiciones de la Reina Victoria, una dedicada a su reinado y otra dedicada a su infancia; los apartamentos de la Reina y los apartamentos del Rey De estos, encontré los apartamentos / exhibiciones de la infancia de Victoria. Esta tenía sus casas de muñecas y algunas interesantes piezas mecánicas, de títeres, de tipo teatro. También la decoración me pareció muy sencilla y atractiva. Los apartamentos de la reina estaban bellamente revestidos con paneles de madera, y de nuevo bastante simples. Los apartamentos del rey eran más exagerados, si no también con pocos muebles.La nueva exhibición, que podría haber inaugurado hoy, en la planta baja del reinado de Victoria estaba llena de gente, caliente y de una manera unidireccional, sin lugar para sentarse o salir de la fila de espectadores. Este fue un problema para nosotros con los desafíos de movilidad. La experiencia fue tan abrumadora que se quedó fuera del resto de la gira por el Palacio. Sería útil contar con menos personas en la exhibición al mismo tiempo. Los vestidos y demás eran interesantes, pero no hay tiempo para tomar en los contextos de roader sin también detener a la multitud detrás.

We were there for almost three hours because the service was so slow. We witnessed other diners leave because they had not been served. Not a good experience.

This is my favourite fish and chips in the Kensington area. Highly recommended and looking forward to visiting again soon!!

A very pleasant dinner. My only comment is that for a restaurant in 2019 not to have sweetener or Stevia for those who don’t want sugar in their coffee strikes me as an indication of a sign of lack of concern for its customers

Saumon, oeuf mollet très bon en entrée.Fish & chips bon et copieux. Sauce tartare très bonne.Crumble délicieux.Nous avons pris 2 courses chacun et avons partagé l’entrée et le dessert. 2 courses est largement suffisant!

Brilliant value resto in the middle of residential Notting HIll. Excellent fresh ingredients on a small but perfectly formed set menu at less than £20 which includes a sparkling aperitif. These people are on form and serve customers excellently.

Having visited for valentines evening I had the special. The service was very slow, understaffed. Poor attention to the small details. 2 glasses of champagne never arrived. Overall an overpriced and disappointing evening.

The food was nice (fresh oysters, tasty sea bass) but not very interesting. They should work a bit harder on their vegetables. One waiter didn’t know anything about wine but the Maître d’ was kind enough to change a mediocre bottle. Very charming gesture, very much appreciated.

A good restaurant, but not the first I would recommend when visiting London. There are much better places in and around Kensington. The service was a little pushy. Also the restaurant smelled very strongly of fish.

Great lunch. Place was busy, but service still stayed very quick and friendly.

Booked late table for dinner on Thursday. Menus are great value for money and food is great and freshly cooked. We opted to have their evening standard menu with glass of wine. Food was delicious and simple, perfect for cold evening. Service superb and not intrusive, but always felt they there is waiter around if we would need anything. We will be back soon for more.

We dropped in for lunch without a reservation. Once we got past the abrupt maître de we enjoyed our lunch. The salt & pepper squid was excellent and the fish and hand cut chips were also delicious. Washed down with a beer and a glass of wine. Prices are quite reasonable.The restaurant atmosphere was relaxing and the overall service very good.

The place is nice, I would say would prefer a little bit darker for an atmosphere. The food is delicious, but the service was poor. The waiter was unfriendly with rude behaviour.

I have been going to KP longer than I care to remember and seen it in many incarnations from the heyday with Rowley Leigh and through all the ups and downs. Our latest visit was very enjoyable. The food was good the atmosphere pleasant and the service was fine. The menu offers something for everyone and has a great selection for fish lovers. Wine mark ups are the usual 3+ and whilst our Bordeaux red was good at c£60 quite expensive. For 3 people x 2 courses + wine and water came in at £150 - £50 each. KP is an institution of the London dining scene and the planned redevelopment of the area may see it disappear. I for one will miss it.

Fish and chips was lovely , child’s menu also came with juice and ice-cream - great value for quality food!
