Pensamos que la comida falsa de Kelly todavía, pero aparentemente no. Sin embargo, se nos permitió pedir una comida para llevar y recibirla. Buenas pintas / bebidas, buen ambiente. Pero lo que realmente lo hizo tan bueno fue el excelente servicio de todo el personal. Nada fue un problema, las mesas se atendieron con prontitud y se despejaron regularmente. Estábamos sentados afuera bajo enormes marquesinas. Llegó la lluvia y sólo nos dimos cuenta cuando vimos al personal con chubasqueros y todavía sirviendo sin problemas. Buena seguridad de Covid por parte del personal y los clientes.Una vez más, un servicio absolutamente fantástico, un mérito real para todos ustedes.

Kelly’s is one of the oldest pubs in Belfast. It’s typical and nothing fancy but wonderful if you are looking for a traditional, Irish pub experience. There are drinks, food and music. A pub not to miss in the heart of Belfast.

It has been close to a decade tat I first visited Kellys Cellar. I remember clearly it was June 2011 and I was on a business trip to Belfast. On our way back to Hilton hotel I thought of visiting the pub for a local experience. It was electic rit from the word go. Guiness is the flavor of the city / country and hence there was no escaping it for sure. I also had some chicken wings and enjoyed my time here. It was lovely indeed. Needless to say the pride of dining in Belfast's oldest pub was a plus point oo.

The perfect glass of Guinness with the most loveliest friendliest staff. Gorgeous old authentic pub. Was lines of Guinness pints waiting to be topped up after settling which was a sight to see! Loved it!

We dropped in for a pint, got chatting to locals, stayed for a few more., always happens in Kellys. Lovely staff, tasty stew, creamy pints. How good can it get? Always a pleasure when in Belfast.

Recommended by the guy on the hop on hop off bus. Best Guinness in Belfast he said. He was right and 5 mins from hotel.

First visit to Belfast but had the benefit of local hosts. Went to Kelly's Cellars and it did not disappoint. Drink was great and the atmosphere exactly as you would hope for. Three lads playing banjo, guitar and fiddle in the corner with everybody gently bobbing to the beat. There was no doubt you,were in the heart of Ireland. Friendly and safe, a great advert for the City.

Visited on a Saturday night, great vibe, really friendly staff and fab live music. Really enjoyed our visit to this pub and would definitely go back.

First time here as tourists to the city, was greeted with warmth and happiness by the bar staff (lovely woman with short blonde/coloured hair) . Had a lovely bowl of Irish stew with a pint of cold Guinness and took in the atmosphere of the live music. Would absolutely return!

Great fun any time of day but particularly on a summer afternoon, into the evening with live music. The beers are great. The food is Irish Stew with bread, great if that is want you are looking for. The staff are fantastic, very helpful, kind. The location is very good as well. The only reason I don't give a 5th star is hygiene. If hygiene is not that important to you, then you will want to check this place out for sure.

Spent all afternoon is this busy, small and atmospheric pub on my first visit to Belfast. Thoroughly enjoyed the stew and the craic.

I my view it captures the mood of the warm hospitality of the Belfast population. It mostly serves Irish beer, but also have drinks and liquor. Really cozy place and the locals are welcoming and very friendly.

Went to this great pub during our visit to Belfast. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Best of all, lovely pint of Sharp. Will definitely visit again when I’m back in Belfast.

Sunday afternoon acoustic session was the best craic with friends on their first visit to Belfast. Great Guinness friendly staff brilliant Armand a good ole singalong. Definitely worth a visit

off the beaten track but well worth the hunt. real old feel about this pub. we visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was in full swing. great Guinness and prompt friendly service. very crowded, but there was a large drinking area outside.

Well worth the hunt to find this place. The food is amazing and the Guinness is not bad too! Great for a pint during the day and the outside area is a great addition

After being served in here for my first pint when I was 15, (yes I looked older for my age) this is my first return at 61, the place has barely changed a bit which is amazing.Sat out front in the sun at midday and the crack was brilliant. Must go if you are in the area.

This popped up first on a search of "the oldest pub in Belfast". Certainly feels like it's been around a long time. Fairly quiet with no music or TV screens. Nice place to meet locals and have a drink. Don't expect food though. They make 2 kettles of Irish Stew per day and that was gone by 5 PM on a Monday. We would have stayed longer but were hungry and needed to make an evening train.

Oldest pub in Belfast I do believe. Dates back to 1710. It looks like it dates back tot those times. The staff was awesome. Very welcoming and very helpful not only in ordering drinks but gave solid advice, to us as travelers,on places to go and thing to see in Belfast. It is a cool place with a big outdoor area. I would recommend if your are looking for a pint and a freindly environment.

Was enjoying the music and craic on a sunny Saturday when they started serving beer in plastic glasses for no apparent reason, that was my last round as between plastic glasses and stinky toilets there are better bars in the area

A bar which has live Irish / Folk music. Whilst it says it serves food it only has Stew which is the only dish.

Via een wandeling door Belfast kwamen we uit bij Kelly's Cellar in het centrum van Belfast. We besloten een wijntje te nemen. Bij het bestellen van onze drankjes bleek de bediening leuk en vrolijk te zijn. De glazen wijn waren ook nog eens een stuk goedkoper dan we inmiddels gewend waren in Ierland. Een glas witte wijn en een glas rode wijn Rioja waren samen Gbp 8,40. We hadden ook snel contact met een paar mensen uit Belfast dus een geslaagd drankje in een leuke bar in Belfast. called in for an after dinner drink last Friday evening. The bar was buzzing with a mix of regulars, locals and tourists. stood by the fire at the side door as it was chilly outside and got chatting to a really nice member of staff who was on his break and helping to move tables for the musician who was setting up. Also got chatting to some very friendly random people. Overall a great pub.

Lovely little pub with lots of quirky & funky history, we spent a rainy afternoon, drinking Guinness & sampling a great Irish stew.

My fiancee wanted an authentic irish bar. I took her here as had been once before. It really is a great place. Great atmosphere, decent selection of beer(that was good quality) and good live music. Staff very friendly, the security guard in particular who showed us the upstairs area. The place has loads of character and made for an enjoyable evening.

Very good bar with a great selection of beers. Dark and characterful interior and lovely area in the square for a drink/food surrounded by murals. Great atmosphere to enjoy.

This was a real Irish cellar bar, it was quirky and there was also some music on whilst we were visiting, would recommend.

It has hard seating, is untidy, offers very limited food (Irish stew or Irish stew with brown sauce), could do with a good clean, attracts all kinds of people (some strange) and is in the pokiest part of the city centre. I love it! This really is the genuine article, and if you are a 'pub person', expect it to be in your top ten UK pubs. It's also a great place for sampling Guinness if you are one of those people (like me) who wouldn't touch the stuff in Britain, but want to pay it its due respect across the water.

This was our first meal of the plane in Ireland, and the hearty, delicious beef stew and cozy ambience was perfect. Great value for the meal and nice service. Well worth tracking it down off-the-beaten-path

Called here for a drink as someone told us its a great bar, they were not wrong!! The "craic" was fantastic!! I will be calling in again!

Had heard about Kelly's but nothing prepares you for the experience of an 'Acoustastic Sunday'. While the Guiness flows you're treated to a mix of traditional and more up to date acoustic numbers performed by a genius bunch of guys with guest appearances from invited / coerced members of the audience! If you don't enjoy the music & craic at Kelly's on a Sunday pm; get someone to check your pulse.

Visited here with my son's this week. Fab quirky venue, warm coal fire, amazing Irish stew, quick and really good customer service. Definitely recommend as a must visit. Great beer too !!

Mi ci ha portato un amico italiano che vive lì, dice che è uno dei pub più famoso di Belfast e capisco subito il perchè ancora prima di entrare, aria di festa, gente di tutte le etá che si riuniscono per verso una birra, l’interno è ancora più accogliente, gli avventori del pub davvero simpatici e a volte servono a tutte le ore una specie di zuppa molto invitante.

La temperatura y ritmo de Belfast están en el Kelly s. La mejor cerveza tirada en la ciudad y un ambiente auténtico. Lo único para comer que ofrecen es la sopa que es otro imperdible. No se puede dejar de estar.

E' un pub da battaglia, in tutti i sensi. Qui si trovavano gli Irishmen United alla fine del Settecento, qui hanno suonato i Dubliners, qui si beve Guinness o Bushmills trovando sempre qualcosa da ascoltare a livello musicale.

El pub está muy ocupado incluso entre semana. Es un edificio antiguo muy interesante y vale la pena verlo. A menudo tiene música acústica.

Das "Kelly's Cellars" gilt als ältestes Pub der Stadt. Als wir während eines Streifzugs durch die Altstadt daran vorbeikamen, setzten wir uns spontan für ein Pint Bier. Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und gemütlich, die Bedienung sympathisch und freundlich. Als wir wieder gingen, war der Laden gut besucht und die Stimmung war sehr gut.

Found this place on the recommendation of friends in the area, a bit out of the way but definitely worth the effort. As soon as you walk in, it feels like stepping back in time. Fantastic atmosphere, live music, good food, what more can you ask for?

Our hotel staff told us is was a must visit pub said to be the oldest in Belfast , we found it to be great fun , local beers and Guiness with a friendly staff team , there is a smoking area outside and its next door to the famous seafood restaurant MOURNE which we also found excellent , The pub appears to have a local following plus visitors to the city , on our visit the fire kept us warm.

This was a great find. Mostly locals, all friendly. Selection of food very limited but the beef stew was delicious. You have to try to find this place but it's well worth it.

We had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the pub Lilly. She's just lovely. If you want to go to an authentic Irish pub with live music this is your place. Get there early to get a seat.

I visited together with some work collegues on a busness trip to have a drink and talk together. It had it all: workers hanging out in the bar, atmosphere, a fine selection of whiskey and beers. Highly recommended. And outside the pub young people sat playing guitar and enjoying the evening.

Stopped here several times as if was near our hotel and on the way to everywhere. Busy, inviting, cozy, and comfortable. Both staff and other imbibers were open and friendly. One evening we got free pints of Harp due to a visit from a world champion boxer. Nice fire on a cold afternoon if you need a warm up. Don’t expect fancy - just fun!

Thanks for an unforgettable show last night. Bobby and the Breakaways were lifting the roof with their astonishing music. Bobbys voice is one in a million and the band played like gods. Kelly’s Cellars offered an unbeatable atmosphere even on a Sunday night. Best regards from the Norwegian guys on their 4th Degeneration tour.

I loved the history of this establishment. It was a little hard to find because of some road closures.Great place and nice outside seating. Lot's of "regulars" so it had a great vibe.

I read the reviews of this pub thinking I was going to have a great stew. The stew was average. The beer was better so maybe that is why this pub rated higher than any score I would provide for our average meal??

A very nice pub. Simple, just what we wanted! Impromptu entertainment was provided by patrons with their fiddles and guitars.

Atmosphere to spare and (unusually for Belfast) beer also available. An eclectic mix of clientele made this a thoroughly absorbing venue. Visit - see for yourself. Also, next to an excellent seafood restaurant.

A very cool, rustic pub that only serves beef stew. The stew smelled lovely but we didn't have it, we had a few drinks here and it's a lovely bar to stop off at while wandering the city. It's small but very cosy, there is also an area outside that seats quite a few.

We were on our way to another part of town and found this place with a good crowd outside and a free table in. Great small bar with plenty of history and atmosphere. The band playing were brilliant too. Would recommend you stop even if just for one as there was a great crowd of locals and visitors.
