Friendly staff,generous portions and tasty food 😋

At this stage i cannot avoid to leave my negative feedback. On the 31st of January 2024 I ordered online a takeaway of the ammount of £27.46 which I never received the food. I phone them back several times asking for my money to be replaced in my account without success. Despite, the previous calls which the staff promised me to inform the manager and to resolve this issue, I did not receive my money back yet. After 10 days?? What is it next?? I have to report it to the police for fraud? Damiano.

Worst experience I've ever had with a takeaway. Ordered food and it never arrived. Waited 2 hours and over a dozen calls to the store, not one of them was answered. Dreadful experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would ordered food waited 2hours and the food didn’t even bother coming they said it was delivered when it wasn’t absolute disgrace won’t be back

My partner and i had ordered 2 mixed kebabs, waited an hour on them and when they came, we only got 1 mixed and 1 doner. Contacted uber eats about the mistake. Food was absolutely horrible we only had a couple of bites and couldnt eat it. Chips are like little pockets of grease as if theyve been fried in dirty oil. I use to get outta this place all the time when i use to live down the road and it was my all time favourite. However the place has went completely downhill. Only nice thing was the house sauce lol. Disappointed.

We waited 2.5+ hours for two doner kebabs which arrived cold. Additionally we attempted to call the restaurant nearly 10 times and when we finally got through the staff were unhelpful and rude. Regardless of the quality of the food which was actually good, I wouldn't order from here again based on their service.

Food is OK when you actually get it ..twice I've ordered delivery's via just eat and it hasn't turned up..luckily just eat refunded me but not good service from restaurant

Waited almost 3 hours for my food... told on the phone plenty of times it was on its way but despite living 3 miles away took an age to come.

The pizza came and it was completely burnt on the bottom definitely ruined the taste and experience absolutely won’t be back

Me with my family was walking one evening and noticed this shop and ordered a mixed kebab. It took 10 minutes for the preparation that is normal. I have tried many kebab from belfast and was disappointed every time. But this one was a surprise. The quantity was amazing to feed two or three people and the taste was brilliant. And it cost only £9. I tried the same menu next day also. Don't know much about the pizza and other things which I don't interested in.

your better off not ordering from here can’t ring through the phone it goes press 1 to go website or continue to speak to shop and it hangs up ,food came a hour cold and no dips

Ordered at 22:30 on uber eats still hasn't arrived and its 01:30 . The place is a total joke. What's the point in lying and saying it's on its way. Total waste of everyone's time. If you're reading this order from somewhere else don't waste your money on this awful place. I'll never order again

Ordered for collection, Got a chicken kebab in pitta chicken with lettuce and onion, big portions, chicken was nice and fresh and staff were friendly!

the pizza was totally wrong i ordered half pepperony half cheese and they send doner pizza , hawian burger with salad and garlic sauce i order and they call me they dont have pineapple so i said its okay but they send just burger with meat and garlic sauce and also i order large coke and send just 2 cans . after i call them they said they will send me the correct food in 15 minutes but i wait another over 1 hour . so all night family dinner its ruined 😞 . Very unprofesional

Been going around trying out different Kebab shops, decided to order the Mixed Kebab on Nan £10.50 that is suppost to have 6 meats plus salad and sauce, they only gave me 3 of the 6 meats and no salad and charged me full price, will never be back.

Friendly people, generous servings, good food. For three men, our only complaint was too much delicious kebab and chips. It was supposed to include salad and didn't, but that seems like a bonus most of the time. We were only in Belfast for one night, but we'd definitely go back.

Order came after 1.30 minutes I am understand can be busy but I told two times on the phone I don't want sauce inside but instead I want two garlic dips . Order came without sauce dips when I called to the shop and explain he start to say I never mentioned about that . Disappointed never order again .

As under new management you can see a difference. No manners or customer service give you wrong order then say its your fault telling them wrong thing. Food was awful aswell burger BURNT and pizza wrong side and under cooked

Please do not order anything from this kebab shop, we ordered at 19:07 and waited for around one hour and forty mins. They cancelled our order without telling us we only found out once we called and they said there was no drivers and the food was cancelled. Ordered my food 52 hours ago and it’s finally turned up. Absolute joke. No surprise - food freezing. Ordered the Beyond Ü Burger meal and rang the store, to which they said it’s on its way. What’s the point of giving me my food days later? Genuinely the worst dining experience of my life. Two words: I’ll definitely not be back! Gluuu

Delivery driver in the red Hyundai added £5 onto the correct price then stated he had no change. Does this regularly. Accused me of being a liar then backtracked. Would avoid.

Food was delicious, ordered a steak wrap with cheese lettuce and garlic sauce. The portion size was huge, steak cooked to perfection perfect amount of salad and sauce... Yummy will definitely get again new favourite 🤤

The worst kebab I have ever had the misfortune to try and eat nearly £20 and even the dog wouldn't touch never again . If you take my advice for you're own saty stay well clear

Got some pizzas for a late night munch and one of them weren't even cooked in the slightest and had a nasty grey colour in the dough. Disappointed as usually Kebab express are nice. Not tonight !

Absolutely disgusted with this eatery I think the public need to know. Unfortunately I had to give 1 star to even write this review. Every single order we have been charged too much, since the previous proprietor left. Once or twice maybe be being charged by £1 - £1.50 more is appalling. But to charge a pensioner £7 extra for an order which was completely wrong, is pure vile and Dean knows he is taking people on. He is so ignorant as it is folk's don't expect an apology from him my advice is steer clear and don't give him your custom. God help anybody who is looking a refund. He is so ignorant to be working in hospitality full stop.

Omg the most awful kebab on nann ever the meat so hard almost broke my tooth nann bread burnt and really overpriced. Used to be nice a succulent meat and now just disgusting whoever over took this place is doing a terrible job and just lost one of ther good customers I would just rate a zero don’t waste your money you’ll be throwing it in bin will never return to this place

In shop 1900 on Wednesday 12th May 2020 ordered chicken kebab with chips arrived home no chicken kebab just an ordinary kebab . Chips cold . Service below average . Tried ringing but who ever took the call could hardly understand English. Will never set foot over the door again

Absolute disgusting from the moment I ordered food from here i got given a time for it to be delivered then my order got delayed by 20 minutes , almost an hour after the delayed time the order turned up and it was the wrong order so I mentioned this to the driver and he said he would be back and he never turned back up so I rang the restraunt and there was no answer , then I rang the next day and was spoken to like a piece of rubbish because I left my review on just eat about my experience he was shouting down the phone saying he doesn't care about the customer and because I left my review he wouldn't do anything about my order and put the phone down I will not be ordering from here again

Possibly one of the better takeaways I've tried in this country. Their chicken never leaves me dissapointed and somehow they manage to even make their fries reheatable. I usually get the chicken boxes and the portion sizes are reasonable (the sauces could definitely be bigger, and depending on the day the requests for extra are actually taken into account). The donner is pretty nice too. Reasonable place with reasonable prices. Delivery is pretty fast and well priced too.

Great food from this small shop. Good variety of food served from this shop which is nice to see. Deals are really good and well worth the money, especially the pizza and kebab deal which can feed two for a low price. Delivery is quick considering the distance we are away from the shop itself. I would recommend this place happily, just won't be ordering as often since everything on the menu was increased by £1.

Do lovely pizzas! Nice kebabs too. 1 tiny issue is the large amount of cheese on the pizza but other than that would recommend this takeaway!

Waited 2 and a half hours for delivery, pizza was cold when it arrived told the driver I wasnt paying full price and he grabbed the food back from me and was very cheeky as him and his friend drove off.

Its ok but I still recommend it.

Don't get me wronf, their food is awesome and tastes delicious but if the owner isn't working, the other guy doesn't put steak or tikka in your mixed kebab even though you pay extra for it. 3 times this has happened now and always when the owner is off that day. I now avoid getting food from there unless he is on as his workers clearly don't like the extra time needed to cook steak

Disgraceful Ordered 1 kebab and chips and 10.20 Was told would be half hour wait Phoned at 11.04 to be told it left shop 5 mins ago. Rang again and 11.15 to be told he had left and would be 5 mins Delivery came and believe me it was not even to temperature. It was 55°c which is well under what it should be. I rang back at 11.21 to tell them that I wasn't paying for a meal that I could get food poisoning from. I work in catering and all food cooked must be above 65°c and reheated at 82°c Well no harm but by hell was I eating food that wasn't to a temperature. Environmental health has been informed I have photo graphic evidence to support my case. Enough said noone should eat out of this place

Hemos probado este lugar varias veces y ahora simplemente tengo los mejores kebabs en Belfast. Estos chicos nunca cortar las esquinas y la cantidad y calidad es excelente. El tamaño de las porciones es posible. El pollo y carnes siempre es suculento y tierno con la cantidad correcta de los especias preciosas oriental. Allí también hay pizzas celestial y no demasiado caro. Encima de todo, un personal muy cortés y servicio. Qué más se puede pedir. Altamente recomendado.

Great food! Commutation in regards to delay would have been better as I waiting for an hour and a half, half an hour after it had updated as delivered on the App.

Never again. Waited 2 hours from time of order. Phoned 3 times and kept saying its on its way, arrived cold and without a dip. Called again and guy says what u want me to do, I'll send u a free dip up next time 😂😂😂😂, no thanks. This place can't cope when they are busy

First time using Just Eat & very impressed. Food arrived as ordered. Took about an hour but I was warned before ordering so this wasn't an issue. Lovely kebab, good portions and even a friendly delivery driver. Can't complain, so far so good.

Took nearly two hours from the time of order until arrival. When I rang the shop the employee was very rude and unhelpful as to where my food was. When the food did arrive it was Luke warm at best. Won't be ordering again.
