Kebab Ye in Telford and Wrekin

dropped in whilst on my break at work for a quick bite, had mixed meat and chips and was really good, I recommend if your in the area give it a go 👌

Was in Telford for a couple of weeks and a colleague took me to this place - it has been trading for over 20 years and you can see why! All food is fresh and made daily, the burgers are just THE BEST!

We ordered pizza which came with the wrong toppings, then the chicken burger was rock hard. They didn’t ask us if we wanted sauce or salad. Absolutely disgusting food. Never again will we go there

On a level of 0-5 with 5 being the best, this business has a very poor hygiene rating of 1 which is to totally unacceptable when serving chicken. They do not display this anywhere on the premises. You have been warned.

Visited on the evening of 3rd October 2018. We have used this take away for quite some years and tonight we could not get through on the phone, apparently too busy to answer, only two staff serving and quite busy. One seriously grumpy man in red shirt who did not have the time to be polite to customers - excuse me, we customers are your livelihood! Had two small chicken kebabs, chilli sauce and salad with one portion of chips. Result - cold chips, chicken in kebab was fine as was the salad however, what happened to the peppers and onions in the kebab which we have always had, there was just some pieces of chicken, very disappointing. This was less than satisfactory. Need to up your game guys !

Went to kebab ye at 10.07pm on Wednesday 15th August, ordered chicken burger and chips. The guy asked for the money £4.50 and I presented my debit card he said cash only, I was really disappointed, luckily my wife had some money in the car but in this day and age every restaurant chip shop takeaway I been to takes card payment.The guy said there’s a cash machine down the road and it’s not the answer I expected, I was really disappointed with this, however the food was good but I think the owner needs to reconsider about taking card payments.

I’ve been using this place on and off for over 20 years, the place hasn’t changed , the food still the same and consistently great. Staff are friendly, prices are good. Highly recommend 👍

Ordered three small chicken kebabs by phone and collected 15 minutes later. Lots of grilled chicken meat and delicious fresh crunchy salad. Great value. Only problem is that one of the servers is a little creepy with females. My wife refuses to collect meals on her own as he makes her feel uncomfortable. Today I entered the shop and was closely followed by a young lady. He ignored me and asked her if there was anything he could do for her.

El lugar estaba limpio y presentable, pero parecía un poco confundido. El tío en frente de mi había llamado una orden, y trataron de darle una diferente, y no que su. Pedí 5 kebabs, salsa caliente de ingenio en algunos y suave en los de los niños. El doner seres de carne donde realmente terrible, y yo no lo recomendaría. Además, su versión de salsa suave de poner menos salsa caliente, así que mi pequeña no podía comer sus. El pollo doner kebabs de pollo y donde mucho mejor. Todos servidos en cajas de poliestireno, y que se habían olvidado de poner uno en el pitta, así que era justo en la cima! paquete ! El pan Naan donde bastante pobres.Me costo 5 libras 35 kebabs, que aunque era bastante caro para lo que.Como tal, no volvería allí de nuevo, pero fue recomendado por los lugareños.

This is a great kebab shop. Proper meat (chicken/lamb chunks) freshly grilled to order. I especially like the crisp fresh salad served with the kebab. Shame they do not offer a delivery service as we would then use more often.

Han estado usando este lugar durante años. Ya que ha cambiado de manos que ha ido aumentando ha caído en picado ... Visité última noche y pedimos una pequeña Doner kebab y patatas fritas ... Fue rápidamente preparado y puesto en una bolsa ... Yo Vivimos justo por encima del antiguo banco Lloyds así que 39 segundos de este lugar ... Para viajar a mis 39 segundos planas, me encontré mi carne es de roca dura y helada ... Hasta el punto que era peor de cartón ... No a este lugar de nuevo que están viviendo en el kebab nombre de Ye que fue construida por los dueños anteriores ... Lo que empeora y peor ... Y el personal deja mucho que desear ... aléjate ya que hay sitios mejores kebabs en Wellington

Its losing its sence of taste now. Probabaly becuase the owner has changed. Now it expensive but before it was good value for money. Now it seems bit overprised.

After reading all the reviews on trip advisor about how good this place is and also the negative comments we decided to try it for our first time,we had a chicken kebab and a donner kebab with cheesy chips,order arrived and from there on in it was downhill,the food was cold the chicken kebab had the pitta on top of box which was cold and soggy why wants the food in the pitta as it should be,the donner and salad was with red Babbage which is a first didn't work at all and also cold,cheesy chips were coldand hard so sorry nothing really good to say about the place at all apart from won't be eating there again.also cash only and doesn't take debit card payments!!!!

One of the most consistent and best doner kebabs anywhere, these guys always deliver the goods. Awesome.

Staff smoking then prepared my food without washing their hands, when I asked them to, I was verbally abused!!!!

Siempre un buen kebab desde aquí. Los precios son razonables. Siempre me ha dado una botella gratis de 2 L de pop cuando pidiendo más de £20. Sólo me hubiera gustado que tuvimos mejores patatas fritas, que nunca hacen que para mí! Pero nunca frío.

Used this place several times since moving here - keep going back for more. Never have to wait too long for delivery and the food has always arrived hot, and with a friendly driver.

When we come to wellington after a night out we always stop here before we head home and must say great kebabs great burger's great all round. Staff are very friendly. Will always come to Kebab ye. well done

Been few times,best kebabs around,especially the chicken kebab,as it is chicken breast meat,not mixed chicken like a lot sell.always friendly and kids always come away with lolly pops! Salad fresh and can see them cooking which is always good.

Lovely kebabs, has become our regular haunt. Grilled meats are lovely and moist, can be rest assured it don't be dry or underdone. Staff are friendly and you get what you pay for- quality and filling meal! Enjoy
