Took refuge here whilst family went shopping and observered outside staff consistently pleasant and friendly . Counter staff very accommodating on a variation of the menu. Flat white coffee, whilst having a dollop of foam rather than velvet pattern tasted good, as did the crispy bacon bap.

Visited here today as my partner had been looking foreward to having breakfast here after seeing this online and recommended by local people. Me my partner and our 7 yes 7 children visited here the gentleman pulled up some tables so we could all sit together. When the food came out my partner started to butter the toast for our two year old child who is severely autistic and has no understanding. A few minutes lates the same person came out shouting at our children who were sitting down due to the fact our 2 year old had threw some toast on the floor and this had attracted 2 or 3 seagulls. We explained to him that our child had the condition and he has no understanding the same as our 3 year old who has the same condition. However his response was I know it's hard my child is the same. Feeling totally embarrassed the fact that the whole cafe were now staring at us and our children we did not eat any of the breakfast we had ordered due to the member of staff who seemed to think it's ok to shout at a 2 year old disabled child. No apologies from the member of staff or any of the team there. My partner left in floods of tears as she felt that it is a disability which will never get better and people will act like this toward the 2 children who have a mental disability. All of this over a seagull which I am sure can be a pain but we paid the cash for our breakfast and to shout and blame a child that has no knowlage of there own name never mind the concept of do not feed seagulls is an absolute joke. I will never ever visit a place like this again I hope nobody has to go through this same experience as we did. On another day I would be up the counter demanding a refund but as I try to show my children the correct way to be a grown up we just walked away total shame the member of staff could not act more grown up than a child.

Visited today with my family and it really was wonderful. Very friendly staff and beautiful, fresh food - freshly baked cakes, spoilt for choice! The only negative element to our visit, was that we were sat next to a large family, who were very rude and stormed off - which was uncalled for!One of the staff went out of his way to help them - moved tables and was so friendly towards them. He VERY POLITELY requested that their child didn't throw bread all over the floor for the seagulls, to prevent them getting attacked, however they had no control over this child at all (who was placed away from the parents, at the other end of the table) and they stormed off in a very abrupt manner! This incident was very uncalled for, as the member of staff had gone above and beyond for them and tried his best to prevent the seagulls becoming an issue!!! Keep up the good work Katie's Team, as you are all wonderful and very popular!!!!

This used to be my favourite place to eat before Covid. Really missed my visits here over the last 15 months. Returned 3 weeks ago for lunch and again today. Still delicious food and a pleasant experience! Great to be back!

Excellent service and food at Katie’s Danny you have an excellent cafe and you and your staff are amazing as well as your pancakes

We called in for a quick pit stop whilst shopping. All of us were pleasantly surprised with the food. The bacon barm was delicious, the barm was really fresh and the cream scone was scrumptious. The cafe was spotlessly clean and the staff were excellent.

This was my first visit to Fleetwood Affinity Outlet Village with my sister. We looked on the Internet at places that we could visit, including somewhere for lunch, and Katie's seemed like a place that we would like. We were really pleased with our visit and will call again before we return home on Friday. We. Decided on 2 Lavatza coffees and the special of the day, which was minty lamb burger with feta and tomato chutney, salad, fries and colslaw. We were able to share the burger as the portions were very generous. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. The waiting on staff and counter staff were all lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We then decided to treat ourselves to a box of 5 cakes for £10 which were not only generous in size, but also delicious and not too sweet. We had afternoon tea with our neighbours later that afternoon and still had enough for the next day.This lovely busy, popular establishment is definitely WORTH A VISIT if you are near the area or on holiday around the Blackpool area. You wont regret it ! A 5+☆ Rating from me. Well deserved.

My husband and I enjoyed a light lunch with a drink yesterday outside Katie's Cafe. This was our third visit to this cafe as we travelled from Whalley for a day out. We found it to be very friendly enjoying a laugh with the waitress who was very helpful and was a bundle of fun.

Thoroughly enjoyed stop here today for morning coffee. Staff friendly and once ordered at the counter the drinks and snack quickly brought to our table.

Visited on sunny Saturday. My Wife and I had a vegetarian breakfast each and coffee. The food was lovely, the service was friendly and tables appeared well spaced out. The staff worked tirelessly, sanitising tables and chairs immediately customers vacated them.Very pleased, I'm delighted to recommend this as a lovely place to eat and a very Covid aware establishment.Well done and thank you.

Just had the most amazing lunch at Katie's, the jacket potato with tuna was amazing, my sister had the bacon on toast which was amazing, the staff are amazing during these difficult times nothing is too much trouble for them at all. They are amazing people who work hard to make sure everybody is safe during this time. Keep up the hard work Katie's staff. You are the best.

Great little cafe, lovely staff.Best pot of tea I’ve had in a cafe for many a while and the cakes, wow, generous slice of Lemon Drizzle and a freshly baked Scone, yummie. Well done to the staff for their attention to the COVID hygiene rules, thank you.

Whilst perusing around the shopping outlet in Fleetwood we decided to have a seat and drink as a reward. As an alternative to Costa we decided to opt for Katie's which despite being busy was noticably adhering to social distancing. We were able to access a table indoors where the menus showed ample selections of hot and cold food and drinks also. We quickly ordered to avoid disappointment and our bill was paid at the same time. Handy technology seeing the little square gadgets. Staff were attentive without being too close and ensured everything was OK. Our teenage daughter can be fussy over drinks but marvelled at the milk shake and cake. We had a wonderful break from the shopping and were ready to go again. Would visit again if in the area.

The title of my review sums it up really. Called in for a coffee while visiting the area and ended up having sandwich, cake and coffee. So reasonably priced and first class. Fresh, hot and very tasty. Will definitely visit again if in the area. Thank you Katie's, keep up the good work.

Discovered this cafe when shopping at Affinity. Had an egg mayo sandwich with crisps,salad and home made coleslaw. To drink I had a gingerbread latte. Brilliant service, lovely food ,good social distancing in place would definitely go again

Katie’s is Amazing, from us turning up, to leaving superb service. We ordered an afternoon tea, & WOW, it was delicious & had to take the lemon drizzle cake away with us, just too much. The manager was so friendly & obviously Fab at his job, nothing was too much, smiles all around. All the staff made our visit an Amazing one, we’ll be back, it was very busy yesterday & still on pointe! Fab guys! Thank you.

Visited today for breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed it.My husband had a sausage and bacon barmcake (wonderful) and I had freshly made pancakes, hot off the griddle and served with a smile!The food really was delicious; you could really tell the high quality.My tea was served in a lovely pot and honestly the nicest latte I have ever tasted.After a lovely wander round the Marina, we headed back for more drinks and speciality desserts, WOW!!!! All of the freshly made cakes looked divine.We spoke to a lovely couple on the next table and they visit every week and love the place.The friendliest place we have visited in a long time. You could tell by the atmosphere how well the visitors were made to feel welcome and how lovely the staff are too!If anybody finds an issue with this place, it is their own problem - they are probably miserable!We can't wait to visit again and grab another bargain whilst we are there.Well done to all @Katie's, you are all doing a wonderful job! :)

Ordered bacon sandwich and bacon barm the barm was charged at an all day bap which included a hash brown and a sausage but no reduction in price! This cafe was pleasant to sit in busy the serving staff brought the sandwich and as I had asked for extra bacon I asked if the barm or bread had the extra bacon she did not know so took the sandwich back to the kitchen to ask. The sandwich was barely warm and the bacon was poor with lots off fat on it. As it’s one of the only food places on there I would not advise eating in it

Came here for lunch haven’t been before we queued outside for a few minutes everything was in place with hand sanitizers we sat inside but there was plenty of seating outside too.Staff were very friendly and helpful.We had Cheese and tomato toasties with crisps and salad with 2 lattes delicious service was great.Would come here again

Costa was full on a rainy Friday afternoon so we headed to Katie’s. Coffee was superb! Great Americano and great service. Brilliant!

This place is a hidden gem ! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left we were treated like royalty. The menu has something to suit every tastebud & the coffee was the best I’ve had in a long time. The staff were friendly & efficient & even tho it was very busy they did not let their standards drop x. Will defonbusit again soon

I’ve been to Katie’s twice now and the first time I found the staff quite abrupt and the second time we were brought our coffees and had to wait for a while for the cakes to arrive, my partner had to go up in the end to ask for them. We never got anyone to check on us and I don’t think we got a single smile. The first time it wasn’t busy and today a little busy so I can’t really put it down to that. Ruins the atmosphere a bit.

As I live fairly local I frequently visit Affinity ( better known as Freeport ) and today as I had time to spare, decided to try this little known gem, order and pay at the counter, and your order is delivered to your table. Great Chocolate cake and good coffee. Will be back again

We had been at the Affinity Shopping centre for a couple of hours and were in desperate need of substance! We called in @Katie's to find a lovely selection of sandwiches and cakes (unfortunately too cold to try their ice cream selection). The staff were pleasant and polite as well as being helpful. Very clean establishment. Would certainly recommend.

My grandson requested a strawberry 🍓 milkshake,and a cup cake. I had a slice of victory sponge. My grandson enjoyed his milk shake and his cupcake,I enjoyed my Victoria sponge cake. Very friendly staff and pleasant surroundings. I will visit again.

Everything about this was quality and value. Busy cafe where we waited to be seated and were glad we did. The service was excellent, considerate and polite, going the extra mile to make our visit a positive one. The range and variety on the menu was good and very good value.The ciabatta and the baked potatoes were good portions and very tasty and the ice cream and pancakes excellent.A pleasure to visit and it is easy to see why reviews are so positive and the cafe was very busy mid-afternoon.

We went in for the first time for a coffee and cake. We chose the fabulous mince pie which was served with brandy sauce. The coffee was nice and the service was very friendly. The best place to eat/drink at Freeport.

We called in here for coffee and cake, which was excellent. The coffee was hot and the scone were excellent.

What a lovely afternoon tea we had all freshly made served in a friendly relaxed atmosphere and a doggy bag as well we just couldn't manage that last piece of cake!!! Will defo be back

Called in for coffee and cake during a visit to the outlet village. Staff were all very friendly and gave high quality service. Food and drinks were also high quality and great tasting. Will certainly visit again when i am in the area and thoroughly recommend this place to anyone. One waiter even went above and beyond by holding doors open for me to get my mother's wheel chair through as we left. Many thanks.

Popped in for lunch and delighted that they have gluten free bread and cakes. Service was very pleasant, helpful and quick (despite being fairly busy). My wife's gluten free tuna sandwich and my ham and tomato sandwiches were generous, well filled and very fresh, whilst the garnish was equally fresh. Good coffee and reasonable prices, we will certainly visit again.

Came to Freeport with my grandma and walked passed to see lovely sandwiches being served outside to tables outside- we thought we would give it a try... well safe to say I’m glad we did! What a fantastic little place - food was delicious and even my grandma was loving it ( which always means it’s a 5*)

We try to support local businesses, but if you are closed at 9:50am and Costa is open a few yards away, customers can't contribute to the local economy by buying your services. .

We enjoyed a stop off here while browsing in the outlet shops. I was impressed by the quality of the beverages and the variety of cakes, all of which looked delicious!

This café is located in Fleetwood outlet centre. It is pleasantly decorated and has some outside space. We had two flat whites which cost £2.50 each. We didn't eat but there appeared to be a good range of cakes also breakfasts and light lunches. It was very busy on the morning that we visited.

Called in here for a spot to eat, the other places at the old Freeport looked naf. A nice suprise, Very clean, and staff very pleasant and helpful. The place is bright and has about a dozen tables with outside tables if the weather is ok. We opted for the soup and sarnie with a drink, it was great I had the blt and the soup was hot and of great quallity, very tasty and at a reasonable price, tables were cleared quickly and were cleaned. Not your typical fast food greasy spoon well worth a visit.

First time visit but will not be the last. Soup and a sandwich reasonably priced and very tasty. Shame about the thieving seagull.

Was at the outlet with my husband and became a bit peckish. We decided to try Katie’s. Tables inside and outlet. Nicely decorated inside and clean. Plenty of staff. Good menu with also plenty of choice. Had two soft drinks and two slices of cake which were delicious and was only £8.40 would definitely recommend and return.

We only seem to visit Affinity (the poseur newish name for the Former Fleetwood Freeport) once in a new shoe search so hadn't come across Katie's before. We didn't fancy Costa or Subway so went with a friend's recommendation and were very pleased we did. The uniformed staff are friendly and efficient, there's outdoor seating for sunny days (watch out for seagulls), and everything is spotlessly clean.

My wife and I popped into Katie's Cafe & Cake Parlour on Affinity Fleetwood. We received a very warm welcome from Dan and Lindsay. I ordered @Katie's all day nap and fruit juice, my wife had some very scrumptious chocolate cake and a hot chocolate with all the trimmings. The food and service was excellent and will be returning soon. Highly recommend this establishment.

Lovely clean cafe with very efficient fast service despite being quite busy. Order inside at the counter and by the time you are seated outdoors the drinks have arrived followed shortly after with the food. Friendly staff too. Would recommend.

Chose this rather than Costa or Subway at Freeport for a coffee and a sandwich. Lovely sandwich with quality ingredients, side salad and crisps. Excellent value. Would highly recommend.

Having recently visited the area I decided that I would have lunch at Katies`s and I am so glad I did. The place was spotless and the staff very friendly. I opted for a BLT sandwich with salad and crisps. I can honestly say that they could not have got any more in between the bread if they had tried. This was served with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, coleslaw and peppers. All this was only £5.00. If in the area again my first stop will be Katie`s. Thank you.

This place advertised itself as doing coffee and cake - but it also provides very tasty healthy options. We both had salad bowls with tortilla on the side, which were delicious. The place was full of glam ladies out shopping.

Very clean cafe with great staff. We had the homemade soup which came with half sandwich filled with tuna which I must say everything was very tasty. An excellent pleasant experience which we hope to repeat in the near future

Lovely cafe, my sister loves coming to this cafe and so do I, lovely customer service, the staff are super helpful and friendly, the Phantom of the mocha is mine and my sister’s favourite coffee to drink, the choices of cakes that they had on sale it was so hard not to buy a rocky road to go with our coffee’s, the rocky roads were amazing. Well done to all the staff at Katie’s keep up the good work.

Katie’s is a lovely little cafe that I would certainly recommend. Myself and my partner popped in for brunch and both enjoyed a BLT. All the food was fresh and delicious, as were the beverages. What really sets Katie’s apart is the theme of Musicals, that is present but not over done. The decoration is lovely and the whole place is very clean. Definitely worth a visit.

Came to Freeport at Fleetwood and found this very nice coffee shop nice and friendly staff and a brilliant hot chocolate well worth the visit

Visited when on holiday in the area and saw that our usual coffee shop had closed so opted to try Katie's instead. Very good Americano and light scones - ignore the tempting home made cake slices.

First visit to Katie's café, which is within the Village Outlet. All the staff were cheerful and welcoming. They dress very smartly and clearly enjoy serving their customers. Every table was full and the atmosphere was buzzing. The owner chatted to us and told us they had only been open 5 months. The theme is movie musicals with each table given the name of a musical. Everything is exceptionally clean, the prices very reasonable, and best of all, tea is served in traditional little teapots, and good quality crockery. As a new business they deserve to do well, so pay them a visit if you visit the shopping outlet.

Called here whilst visiting Freeport and absolutely loved it. Apart from superb food loved the decor and the waitresses outfits!

Easy to order at the counter. Good choice of cakes which have all been good so far. Doesn’t take long for order to arrive at your table. Tables are cleared quickly and efficiently ready for next customers. Think word has already got round because it’s usually busy....but we haven’t had to wait for a table- just take the last one,perhaps. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for such a lovely atmosphere too.

Stopped by for a quick brew on a cold windy day.excellent choice of homemade cake .freshly made tea and coffee stayed nice and hot.The cold drinks served with a ice cold glass preferable to glass filled with ice waters down your drink!

We called in Katies whilst visiting the Outlet Village at Fleetwood on Monday. A really cold and windy day, but it was lovely and warm inside with cheerful staff and quick service. Drinks came straightaway, followed by one of the best cheese toasties I've ever had. Large toilet with disabled facilities (but no mirror that I could see). Constant flow of people coming in and I'm sure as a cafe with a good choice of food and drinks it does very well.

Visited here for a snack...originally, to get out of the rain. Very clean Prompt, friendly service.Made to feel most welcome. The array of cakes were so tempting...so we succumbed. So spoilt for choice. No complaints.

Called in to try this place and was not disappointed. Bright, very clean, smart and the staff are very friendly. We ordered toasties and they were delicious.

Had lunch here for the second time today. Had a bacon, brie and cranberry panini with a side salad and crisps and it was delicious. Mum had a cheese and bacon toastie and this was also delicious. The cakes looked good too, although I didn't try one. Staff are extremely friendly and the place is spotlessly clean. I can thoroughly recommend this cafe and I shall be eating here many more times in the future.

Here is a new little gem of a place just opened in Freeport shopping area and it is WELL WORTH a visit.
