This was/is the biggest joke of a delivery experience I've ever had. At first the delivery got delayed so I called the restaurant at 7:22pm to check if everything was on track, they said the driver has the food, they mark the food as "out for delivery" straight after and then marked as "delivered". I call at 7:43pm to ask why it says delivered as I dont have it. He assures me that the driver is very close by. Nearly 2 hours on from ordering, at 8:05pm I call again and he gives me the drivers number. I call the driver, who was helpful, and he tells me that he just got to the restaurant and is picking the food up now. The order was eventually delivered at 8:24pm. The driver told me that the manager of the restaurant told him that he was just "managing my expectations and playing the game" deceptively - this level of poor service and dishonesty from the restaurant is horrendous. The driver was extremely courteous and apologetic.

I ordered food at 19:30, it’s now 21.09 and the food hasn’t arrived although the all is saying delivered/enjoy your food.

Meat dishes tender and flavorful, reminds me of authentic Indian cooking. Dall is a must and eat it up with naan or rice with meat curry, you don't want to stop eating. Indian food at its finest.Falling in love with the place every time Never disappoints me.

Food was ok, a bit bland but alright. The delivery was terrible. Marked as delivered when it wasn't. Got items over an hour after the original time. No offer of a part refund or an extra item as good customer service. Seemed to be normal operations to them.

What do you mean enjoy your food, I am still waiting for the food to be delivered. I am trying to call the restaurant but the number is busy all the time. Nobody from the restaurant got in touch too. So what is going on?

Terrible customer service. Order accepted but restaurant clearly can’t cope. After 1.5hr wait I tried calling the restaurant, but they don’t pick up the phone. On going to the restaurant to enquire about the order, they first denied knowledge of the order and then when they found it, told me I would have to wait another half hour. Restaurant owner then told me that he “didn’t care”, it’s a shame but can’t use such an unreliable uncaring restaurant any more.

The takeway restaurant does not disappoint at all.We were starving and the food was awesome. Give this place a shot for the real authentic indian food yeah. The portion was just perfect, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Beats all the restaurants around.Would recommend to u all.Thanks

They did not cook the food to the standard and not authentic at all. It was rather a korma in different colour. I do not understand the owners word by saying European standard curry!! What does that mean? A food should be authentic specifically when calling it a name. If not I suggest they should change the name of the dish itself.

Meat selection starter totally overcooked. Minced lamb rolls even burned. Vegetable curry to go with the biryani was watery and hardly any vegetables present.

The food tasted nice although it was lukewarm. It arrived over 2 hours after I ordered which was over an hour late. When I called to ask where it was I was told 15 minutes and was still waiting 40 minutes later. Disappointing.

Fantastic food, really tasty. Meat was tender and juicy, sauces flavourful and spicy but not too much so. Much better than your average Indian takeaway.

Meat was not cooked properly and the rice was a little hard

The food was very plane, not Flavor at all.

Arguably one of the best - best- best around! We enjoyed every dish, pleasure eating from here, prices are reasonable, delivery executed very quickly. The staffs are very kind and polite, specially you don’t find that nowadays. Purely elegant! Must!!

Food was cold, was not what I thought it would be at all. The chicken tikka was just cooked plain chicken and the curry was like a stew.. best bit was the free papdam. Waited over an hour for it too.

BEST INDIAN IN LDN! Butter chicken and chicken tikka masala were incredible! The saag paneer was so tasty and the naan bread and pappaudoms were amazing! I called the restaurant up after to say how amazing it was! Order arrived fast and the gentleman on the phone was so happy to hear I enjoyed the food. Highly recommend!!!!!

Garlic naan had no garlic. Peshwari naan wasn’t cooked properly. Egg fried rice had loads of black in it?! Came very late. Came with 2 Popadoms & the most vile mango chutney, no yogurt. Curry was nice. Called up and they brought 2 fresh naan and rice. Breads were not eaten as again undercooked and no garlic. Not impressed

Phenomenal experience once again.. Top notch food, atmosphere, and wait staff. Have been here multiple times, and every time is an amazing experience all around. I always take my out of town guests here, as the food is always superb. Definitely a lifetime customer!

Top notch food quality, and fast delivery. Very pleased with the professional level of service.

Unfortunately, the mint sauce and mango chutney tubs were not closed properly, so they had spilled all over everything in the delivery bag. It was really messy and spoiled the taste of the other items, some of which we had throw away. Not happy at all.

Professional packaging & very friendly driver. Great portion sizes. BUT, the tikka masala was not-at-all what one expects a tikka masala to taste like. It was far too sweet, chunky (not blended enough) and nowhere near spiced enough. For that reason, i will not be ordering from here again.

Food was amazing. One of the best I’ve had. App said the food was due to arrive at 20:55 but it rocked up at 20:40. Delivery driver was polite and chatty. Found my new go-to in SW

After being a returning customer for the last 9 years unfortunately this order was my first in a few months and to be honest, the first disappointing order I’ve received from them. Either there’s a new chef in the kitchen or this restaurant has changed owners (I noticed new branded packaging?) but unfortunately none of our usual favourites tasted anything like they have done previously, pilau rice and mint sauce included! Maybe it was an off day in the kitchen but after spending a substantial amount of money, it’s made me hesitant to order again.

I highly recommend the Daal and organic chicken from the new dishes section. We were hesitant to order a organic vegetarian dish at first, but this ended up being our favourite dish - so uniquely flavourful, I still dream about it. Everything on the menu looked good and worth trying. If I come back, I'm definitely making my order again. Wonderful experience and fantastic food. And for good reason! This meal surpassed all our expectations - probably the best Indian food we've had and the best food we've had in London. Thank you!

100% one of the best Indian takeaways in the area. My only moan is the portions a too big 😂 But the food is piping hot and delicious.

The food was delicious and good quality. Great naans and decent bhajis The delivery was 25mins past given time but we did receive some drinks by the driver as an apology. We will use them again.

The sauce is the chicken massala was not smooth, it was grainy and lacked any real taste. The naan bread was nice though

They didn't send my drink, and when that happens it tends to spoil the whole meal.

Food was far too late it didn’t arrive until 9.30pm

in the past they gave us a card cos they knew it was my mums birthday, just now they gave me some gourmet cat food because they had previously noticed i have a cat!! what lovely service and attention to detail, i feel bad for not tipping the driver but i didnt realise they had given me 3 complimentary cans of beer!! sorry!!! i will next time i promise..... great quality food.
