We enjoyed a fabulous 2 course lunch with the best service. I would eat here every week if I lived in Liverpool! My steak was amazing and the Borek starter with salad was so tasty. My friend’s Baklava was incredible. The staff were all so friendly and knowledgeable. A great experience!

Popped in for a late lunch. No booking but were met with a friendly smile and shown to our table. We ordered the mid week special of 2 courses for £16.95 (I think!) The food was absolutely beautiful. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. So juicy, full of flavour. Just enough. Fresh, crispy, fluffy hand cut chips. Lovely, attentive staff. Gorgeous cocktails. Very good espresso martini! Food wasn't bad however the atmosphere was very uncomfortable, all interactions from the staff seemed very forced and fake. Asked for no onions in my burger as a personal preference, this was acknowledged by the waiter and also was on the receipt, however i was presented with a burger full of onion and the same waiter seemed to mock it and say definitely no onion in there when it was visibly all over the burger 🤣 sent it back for another burger with no onion and the exact same burger came out however they had just picked out the onion which is very unprofessional. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

One of those hidden little gems... although on a busy Bold Street but would highly recommend trying this restaurant! Great atmosphere and service and of course great food! Will definitely be going again as soon as possible!

Stopped by for a pre-show dinner. Service was professional and very fast. Staff are chatty and courteous. I was fortune to visit during the early evening so the place was empty aside from me and another couple. Manager told me about some special offers and I went with his second suggestion: a 600g T Bone with a generous amount of chips and a peppercorn sauce. The steak was cooked to perfection and the manager made a show of cutting it at the table. I enjoyed the meal, the service, and left a tip. I can’t comment on the atmosphere as there wasn’t really anyone in, but the music felt a bit out of place, which I’d describe as early 2000’s easy listening. The decor and furniture are very handsome. Meals are served on wooden boards however, a tired trend I’m not very fond of, personally I prefer plates. Was also nice to be able to see the meat for myself before i made my choice. Great value steak dinner in Liverpool city centre. As good as dining at the Ivy, for instance, but for over HALF the price. Please go and see for yourself.

One of the best steaks I've ever had, melt in the mouth and tender as butter. I opted for the Brazilian cut ribeye, which means you get a nice thick cut of beef with a small rib bone still attached. However, they need to knock off the Salt Bae act. I'd already stated tucking into my when they came over took it off me, removed the bone and started slicing up my steak, and then placed the plate back in front of me. There's a great choice of meats and cuts to choose, and I recommend visiting the fridge at the pass if you fancy selecting a specific cut. Really enjoyed the food and will definitely be going again.

Our family of SIX went for an evening meal. The recption and seating were swift and friendly. The artmosphere was very goo. so was the bar. We were shown various steaks available. The choices were great. We had Diana steak, Tbone steak, Lamb and salmon, all cooked to our specifications and were excellent. A great retaurant for steak lovers.

We hadn't made a booking but on arrival we' was shown straight to a table (3pm on a Friday). We had chicken wings and garlic mushrooms to start, they were incredible and better than the local Italian! For mains we had steak and chicken kebab, both were cooked to perfection. Again we absolutely could not fault any of the meal, it was superb. Staff were lovely and a very reasonable price too! The place has lovely decor and a really nice vibe. We will be back.

We went to Kassap last night for my husbands birthday. It was our first visit. The food was cooked perfectly, it was very tasty and generous portion sizes. The wine was really nice and the setting was lovely. We had a minor issue with servers forgetting water a few times but it wasn't a problem. They gave us limoncello at the end of our meal. They also brought out a dessert with a candle and sang happy birthday to my husband which was a really nice touch! We will definitely be back.

Ribeye steak was delicious and cooked perfectly. Backlava was superb Staff were very good, helpful, friendly and efficient. Excellent experience will definitely be going back and would recommend.

Came with family for Son's graduation. Four of us had the 3 course meal: starter, main and dessert for £19.99. The choice for each course is plentiful, with something to suit all tastes. The value is exceptional. We each had a different meal but all agreed it was delicious. My steak was cooked to perfection. The service was excellent and personable. Our server realised we were celebrating and kindly gave us a free shot. A lovely gesture that meant a lot - Thank you!

Visited Saturday 13th January lunchtime. Absolutely loved it, There were 5 of us for my Husbands birthday. My ribeye steak was cooked to perfection! One of the best steaks I've had in a long time. I rarely have a steak as I am often disappointed, I wasn't here! The lunchtime offer menu was amazing value. We had spectacular service and it was a birthday treat to remember! Looking forward to returning.

It was our 5th wedding anniversary and we were excited to find a place without the reservations hazard and a place serving halal food. The food, staff and everything was on point. We ordered king platter and it was amazing, so tender and juicy. They treated us cake with candles to make it more memorable on the house. Wll defo. Visit again.

Excellent restaurant, professional and outstanding service- very welcoming and friendly asked which table we would like rather than being led ( experience recently of other half empty restaurants placing us in unpleasant table locations) , excellent food and a classy,stylish and comfortable ambience. Reasonable prices for the quality level and to their credit no hidden service charges on the bill which are now too common and often after a questionable experience . Wine excellent and the house draught beer recommended. Will definitely be visiting again.

We came across this place by chance on a Saturday lunch time. The lunch time menu is so reasonably priced by today’s standards. The service and the food were outstanding. Really nice atmosphere as well. When we return to Liverpool we will definitely be eating here again.

We came to Liverpool to watch a match at Anfield. We headed to Bold Street liked the look of their premises and their menu. We were not disappointed! The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Their steaks are amazing and very good value for money. We would definitely come back again, and recommend this restaurant.

The atmosphere is nice, the service is fine as is the wine... but for a steak restaurant you'd think they'd serve quality steaks. It was cooked well enough but was clearly lower quality meat - it didn't hold together as a good steak does, the cuts were remarkably thin and my friend who ordered a fillet mignon was served a steak about 4 by 6 inches but only 1 cm thick... that's not fillet mignon despite what they say (it should be 2/3 inches diameter round and served thick). It's a typically poor experience of a restaurant steak in Britain, best to do it yourself instead.

Had the Texan steak which was very tasty and an excellent prawn cocktail to start with a little serving of caviar on the side.

If I could give a 0 star I would, this is the most appalling restaurant I’ve ever been to. We had a table booked for 8pm, we turned up at 7:55pm and stood at the door waiting to be seen too. First impressions were that it was very unorganised with the backlog of people stood at the bar and door area with no one on the front of house desk. We stood for 15minutes at the door, there was no recognition or even eye contact from any members of staff. They completely ignored the queue of customers who had reservations and were waiting to be seen too. We got plonked at the bar and didn’t even get offered a drink or anything, there was no acknowledgement from the bar staff either. When 8:25pm came around someone came over, he didn’t apologise for the delay, we told them we didn’t mind the wait, however the lack of recognition was unacceptable, the employee started to very rudely interrupt and wouldn’t even let us speak, waving his hands in our face shouting “no, no, no, no”. We ended up leaving after not being seated and spoken to like dirt. Absolutely ridiculous service, none of the employees should work in customer service, the place needs shut down.

Had a disappointing experience at Kasap. Despite having a table booked for 8pm, we waited half an hour past this and were still not seated. I understand things can get busy, but the staff didn't even attempt to acknowledge us. Even after engaging staff to speak to them about our booking we were left at the door and avoided. Why have a booking system if you’re not going to stick to it? Went down the road to Toros steakhouse (10/10, highly recommend and much better service).

Excellent restaurant. If you like steak! There was plenty choice and different styles. I had back to back. A good sized pair of steaks one beef, one lamb with a mushroom sauce and potatoes. I also opted for the mixed vegetables a quite reasonable £3.50 more and a good size. Beer, I'm cheap and went for the house Beer which was enjoyable. Only real downside was while there were vegetarian options, they were a little limited and one of our party could not enjoy it. But I guess the name suggests. However, he enjoyed the House White. Overall an excellent place to stay. For the kind of venue and style, prices were very fair and service was excellent albeit spoke a little quietly. Would fully recommend and there are vegetarian options too.

My husband and I came over from lreland to Liverpool for few days. We were recommended this restaurant for good steaks and served alcohol also. The food was good, though in my eyes a little pricey with sauces and veg additional. The problem I had was I asked for a glass of sauvignon blanc without chosing 1 directly from the menu (it was lovely!) But when our bill came we realised I had been given the most expensive sauvignon blanc on the menu at £13.50 per glass!! I felt this was very mean and purposely didn't leave a tip-which we always do. Don't treat you customers like that-we're spending alot of money already-dont fleece us.
