such an awful experience taking advantage of the teenager in the store I was fasting and waited an hour as others entered ordered and got there food never again my family got late getting the food

I LOVE the food and have been a big advocate for this food place... only issue is the delivery, never have the phone on and impossible to contact... today I ordered and I have a missing item... not sure how I can get this resolved as I love the place and don't want to put a low review due to this

Ordered off just eat to get it delivered to our hotel, I was waiting in the hotel lobby, driver didn’t even bother to come in, said he tried to phone but the number wasn’t working (it was an Irish number) so instead of walking up the 3 steps to the hotel lobby he drove off and marked it as delivered, I rang them and they said the driver couldn’t deliver as he couldn’t call me, I had been standing in the lobby for 20mins at this point, finally the food was delivered and it was pure dog food, worst kebab I’ve had, meat was tasteless and the pitta/naan bread was soggy and under cooked, I would avoid at all costs

We love the food from this place. My husband loves the loaded boxes and I love the paneer kebab.

90% of the locals (like me) know, that this place is nothing but a hype job by certain youtube food reviewers , very average at best, and that’s being polite. The donner meat they use is your cheap cash & carry meat. If you want a real home made 100% lamb donner, then try Godfathers kebab house 3 doors away, they have been there since 1983. Im sure these food reviews are given some incentive to hype this awful place.

Lovey food. Best place I've ordered from in msnchester big portions come from 22 mins away and was still roasting paid 3 pound for the poppadoms and about 15 sauces. Not tight with there portions definitely order again

Every time I have ordered from here recently the food has been amazing! Always full of flavour, fresh & piping hot. The delivery guys are always polite & friendly to. Last night unfortunately a note was missed off my order. However I called the restaurant & it was rectified instantly! Thank you 😊

Decent food. Got their calzone pizza, which is what they seem to be popular for, and chicken donner. It's not the best out there, but it's not a bad option.

Looks reasonable from outside, when you go in its small about 3 table, very busy, we went to try Calzone, it was amazing, don't let size and thickness of calzone fool you very filling, definitely worth the price, would definitely go again.

Be more generous with sauces. You give 1 sauce with 3 kebabs

Food arrived nearly hours late. Chips were cold and hard and the pizza was as hard as the box it arrived in. Smash burger was thick and tasteless. A total waste of money.

Nice and tasty food. The food quantity is more than I expected. Busy shop so need to wait for my item. Sizzler calzone was really tasty and highly recommended.

First time here as its been on the list and due to the hype. Mainly a Takeaway setting so best to take out but they have about 3 tables if you want to eat in. Very busy place but amazed at how they kept up with the orders without making any mistakes. Not enough reviews on Google to showcase this place. We ordered the sizzler donner and opted to try the chicken donner aswell cause it looked so good which came with chips and salad. We also ordered naan on the side and a Kashmiri special pizza. I was shocked with the portion size, it was enormous! It was piping hot and the sizzler donner was topped with multiple sauces and salad. The taste was amazing, it was very soft and you could taste all the individual flavours. The naan was very soft and you could tell it was freshly made. The pizza was one of the best I've tasted. As soon as you lift the box open you can smell the fresh dough and the cheese. The cheese they use is very unique and not something I've come across other places. With each bite you can taste the cheese. The tomato sauce was abit tangy and a had a nice taste to it. Pizza was fully loaded with toppings. The staff here are amazing, very polite and helpful even though they are very very busy. They are very hospitable people, we didn't have to ask for sauces, tissues and when they did give it they gave alot. Very bad service the person on phone said 45 mins for delivery I said fine. Called back after 1 hour 20 mins to see were the order was he said order is still getting prepared. Not happy at all

First time, used just eat, spent £50,honestly and truly, food was OK and average not like what I was told and recommend. 1 burger was missing which it's normal, but when I called no apologies or try to make it up. Sent the missing burger in 45 mints, both delivery driver were unfortunately unfriendly and no apologies too, and top of that nothing was offered as free for us spending £50 or as new customer or for the mistake they made. It wasn't nice experience therefore it's last 1,because you can tell from the food quality and the poor customer service they're not good business and u can't trust them.

It's a super busy place so you'd expect the food to be really, really good but sadly the curry is ordinary. I had a few from here a year or two ago and every variety tasted the same and nothing has really changed on that front. The kebabs are tasty, so I'll give a 4* for them as was the chicken tikka starter.

An hour and 45 minutes for my food to be delivered. Gave them the benefit of the doubt an hour and 15 in to waiting to be told the driver has just left. (Again, gave benefit of the doubt due to the videos I’d seen). Not a chance he’d only just left. The pizza could have been frisbee’d back to the shop, rock hard/cold unless he drove with it stuck to the roof of his car. The chips again cold and hard. Just really really disappointing, currently sat waiting for Uber Eats to clear the order but as it’s taken them so long to deliver the food there’s no where to confirm it ever arrived anymore. Avoid like the plague.

Okay. So 20yrs ago me and my friends used to go to Kashmiri spice on Wilmslow Road, Rusholme. I have fond memories of their super flavourful BRIGHT RED chicken donner. They suddenly closed and I never heard from them again. That was until I saw a familiar face on a IG post. Apparently these guys moved to kingsway and have been here since!! As you can imagine I had to pay them a visit, relive old memories. What a massive mistake! These guys no longer take the same pride in their food. See pics, chicken donner was pale and had no flavour and was rubbery. Also how can you get lamb donner wrong? I think I paid £8.50 for this donner mix! Cost more than their curries! It was so bad. Here’s the crazy part, I said that I’ve come a long way and I’m happy to wait 30mins for the fresh new cut of chicken donner (it needed to be perfect), but he insisted that he had fresh already in a pot. He basically lied and used me to get rid of his yesterdays old scraps. My cat wouldn’t even eat it so it’s going in the bin. Waste of food, money, journey, and a childhood memory lost. I miss the old guy, I believe his name was Shiraz in Rusholme, one of the most nicest guys out there who always took good care of us. Such a shame.

about an hour wait for food that was cold, soggy and disgusting. woman delivery driver claiming she got lost on a 17 minute drive. man at the restaurant was so unhelpful. said he would call driver and they’d call back, we were ringing so often it was embarrassing. drinks came warm. would never order from this place again. fillet burger was the worst i’ve ever had. only star is for the coke and the mint sauce..wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. do not get the fillet burger - regular and spicy or the pizza. absolutely disgusting.

After seeing a lot of hype on social media from various wanna be food reviewers, i decided to give this place a shot. I went for chicken donner on nan and pepperoni pizza. The chicken donner was bright red but lacked flavour or taste. The naan was a little dry and rubbery. The pizza was a slight disappointment as the dough was thick, thicker than a deep pan and so chewy but again lacked any taste from cheese and pepperoni. Overall, staff were polite but food was of a unsatisfactory standard, therefore, i score this 3 out of 5 ❤️. PS. I would like to point out that honestly these overhyped social media videos from so called influencers / reviewers are rubbish because idiots like munchbox, heyman, halal munchies review these places and state they are amazing but turn out to be rubbish; honestly thry must be getting paid to do positive review for places that do poor quality food, which is wrong.

We got there for 1.15am and they were closed, when they advertised closing at 2am. Bossman then proceeds to watch us from the store whilst we look for another spot. Absolutely appalled. TikTok hype job. Don’t listen to heyman

After seeing a few videos of this place online, I thought I would try it out. It was about a 25 minute drive from Oldham. First of all, there's no parking outside the place but about 2-3 minutes walk on the side from the take away, there's parking spots. The take away sign has been updated because when we looked online, it showed pictures of the old sign so I was a little confused if it was the same place. The place isn't great for dining in as there are only 3-4 small tables because the place is small so you feel kind of cramped up but the place otherwise is clean. The place was busy with a lot of deliveries going. The service was very good, I saw a few reviews on Google saying the service was terrible so I tested them asking them a few questions and they were genuinely nice and helpful. When I asked for 1 extra sauce, they instead gave me 4 different sauces in small trays. I wanted a meat donner kebab but they ran out and only had enough to put in the calzone which we ordered and they said the new kebab would take 20 minutes but offered chicken donner instead, however instead of that, we got 2 smash burgers, a chicken fillet burger and a special calzone. Spent about £27. The calzone was really filling that had a mix of 2 different types of donner, and would say it was like a puffed up pizza. We enjoyed it and had to bring some home as it was too much for 3 people. We enjoyed the burgers too and at the end asked to take some food home and so they gave me a take away box. They asked if we enjoyed the food to which we said we did. On another table, there were six guys who had the calzone but overhead them saying they were disappointed with it. So i guess it's a mixed review as for some people who like the place and some who don't. But I would say, give it a try because it might be something you enjoy and I would say the food was 8/10 giving that extra for their service. They have videos of a man promoting the place which many reviewers mention, so I guess that's why some people expect it to be on another level.

I went yesterday with my friend, we both ordered seekh kebab. Probably one of the worst kebab I ever had. Naan bread wasn't fresh at all. the kebab tasted like turmeric(visually looked bright yellow color)😂

1st tike trying this place after a youtube review it was better than average but not brilliant ordered kashmir spice pizza 7/10 Topping were delicious however the base/ dough tasted like nan , I feel they didn't use pizza flour which ruined it for me Spicy grilled donner 8.5/10 Ive had better grilled donner but it was a good effort, however there nan was probably one of the best (non tandoori) nan you can get but please don't use it in a pizza if that's what your doing

Honestly these tiktok videos are rubbish because whoever reviews this place as being amazing must be paid to do so. I really did want to like this place but honestly was a big shame. This is an honest review and take it from me, it truly doesn’t beat three brothers for their donner. It was dry and chewy and the only flavour that was unique compared to other takeaway shops for donner was their charcoal flavour and it was a bit spicy. The pizza was god awful, a thick uneven base with no flavour at all, just really gluggy and groggy, so never planning to order the pizza again (that’s if i ever go again.) I ordered the mixed donner with chicken and honestly nothing special. I do want to go back and give it another go for the wings but honestly for £30 you can get a better and more worthwhile meal. I believe this place does absolutely everything possible on their menu, which is the only reason as to why it’s gone viral rather than their food quality. Much more better takeaway shops out there.

After watching several viral video's by food vloggers, travelled pretty far to try out this place. Went with high hopes but soon as we tried the food, that high hope & excitement went down faster than a inflated balloon when you let the air out. The pizza was recommended by a member of staff, it lacked that much flavour & was so bland which to the point the word's, tasty or flavour should be deleted from the dictionary. The grilled donner was nothing special, hard greasy grizzly donner which all we tasted was chilli seeds and nothing else. The mix donner, pretty much the same as above but with teeny weeny bits of rock hard chicken donner with lamb donner. The donner standards are nowhere near as Three brother's down the road. I did also ask if i could purchase a tub of chilli sauce which they use for dipping chicken wings so i can have it with my pizza, unfortunately they refused. Don't understand why though. It's only a tub of sauce. Well all i can say is, I tried the place after all the hypes & reviews. My Conclusion is, i think all these video vloggers get some sort of incentives to promote this place, because the food is nowhere near how they are reviewing. Another way you can tell these promoter's are brought in, is they have a massive TV screen playing all those reviewers video's constantly in a loop. For my liking, it didn't do well. I guess everyone has their own opinions.

Ibby was like a celebrity in there really nice and he made me feel welcomed i was surprised in a good way when he offered me a free calzone really good customer service and the review is beyond what Google can take best place I have ever eaten at.

The food there was amazing my good friend famous Ibi ate it and was about to buy the shop because of how good it was must say best place in the game would love for everyone to try it if not you are all missing out believe me when I say it’s nice it’s nice try it before you die

Avoid this TikTok hype job, not only they’re stingy with their portions (must be rationing to pay for them to advertise), the food is beyond bland. The cash and carry bucket donner taste 100x better. The pizza tasted like cardboard mush, 99p farmfood pizza taste better, will never go to this place again.

My first time trying Kashmiri Spice and I Ordered a Kashmiri special pizza with extra cheese after seeing the cheese pull videos on insta but unfortunately was the normal amount of cheese but the pizza was delicious… Next time I visit I may have to tell them 3 x extra cheese

Please do not buy from Kashmiri spice, their food is so inconsistent, we got a donner on naan and another tray of donner on its own and it’s not edible. It’s definitely been reheated as it tastes so dry I can hardly chew it. There’s hardly any sauce on the donner, the sauce pots they give (which you have to pay for) are tiny, they aren’t worth it at all. The ‘salad’ consisted of lettuce and 3 singular pieces of onion. Disgusting to say the least

Keema rice - was not lamb but but tiny piece of chicken mince looked like egg friend rice and bland.Lamb chops - EXTREMELY SALTY!! Burnt and poor quality one chop actually had no meat on!! Keema Paratha - surprisingly contained lamb and was edible!!As a customer of 5 years I am disgusted at when contacted and requesting a refund to be told that is what you ordered so eat it!!WHAT I ORDERED IS WHAT I NORMALLY ORDER!! You have obviously changed hands or chef but you are A DISGRACE!!!

Purchased a chicken Biryani and the chicken was very hard. I suspect the chicken was from the night before and heated in the microwave. Didn’t seem fresh at all.

Over 1 hour and 15mins late. Called twice and kept being told 10-15mins. Everything arrived cold. So many orders from here and won’t be ordering again. Don’t mind if it’s late, just say and make sure the food arrives warm at least. This was cold. Everything ended up wasted and thrown out.

I ordered from this restaurant over a month ago and I am still waiting on my refund from Just Eat. I’ve ordered from this restaurant many times before as the food is generally quite good. However this particular visit was all around poor quality. The food was lukewarm and flavourless, the meat dishes had more fat/grizzle than meat and the samosas looked and tasted as though they were days old! My assumption is that the restaurant has changed chefs… in any case, I don’t think I’ll be risking it again. It CERTAINLY was not worth the money.
