Service super slow, and not really busy, after waitress delivered food, never ame back to refill drink or anything

Very friendly, courteous staff. Gravy was a bit runny and not alot of flavor. All other food was good.

Locals place, loved the food and atmosphere! We had a wonderful time!

Had a chilli cheese burger....the chilli was homemade....not too spicy...just needed a little more chilli powder...I cook ..for myself...not the same as cooking for the public... Service was exacalent...let me taste the chilli before I ordered...😃.

Kady's was a wonderful place to stop and eat. Family dining at its finest. The service was excellent. Atmosphere was family, and food was superb. Love the place.

Nothing special about this place. The service is not great, there is a lack of warmth. It took a long time to get acknowledged and even after seating it felt like we'd been forgotten. The food was mediocre at best and overpriced. This is just an honest review. No hate but also I don't lie about the reality of my experiences. This place just didn't evoke "I'll be back". It all tasted like something I could have made at home.

We went for breakfast it was ok. The food tasted good, . The orange shoes was like a children’s plastic cup and that was $4.50 too expensive. Our waitress was very nice. Won’t be going back.

Went in on a Thursday around 11am. A larger man stood by the door with a blank expression. He didn’t greet anyone and later it was brought to my attention that he was management by the way he treated the waitress’s. A friendly woman greeted us and sat us at a booth. She asked our drinks and gave us menus. She was moving around the whole room offering coffee refills and cleaning tables immediately. The two other waitresses acted like the weren't able to keep up with the customers . It was apparent when the lady that got our drinks for us wasn’t out waitress, when 15 minutes later a sour looking an slightly annoyed woman came and took our order. I wanted to leave at that point, but my husband was hungry. So we ordered lunch. Was disappointed that the plates sit up on the ledge for 5+ minutes and when they were brought out, the fries were so overcooked and tasteless, that I didn’t even eat them. My husband ordered a sandwich with chips. A restaurant is suppose to give small sealed bag of chips , not chips from a bag opened and dumped on plate. I had heard mixed reviews on this restaurant and thought I would try. I would never recommend it to anyone. The management man had a chip on his shoulder that projected non-approachable and two of the three waitresses can not multitask nor be pleasant to paying customers. The only one I seen that appreciated the customers was the short dark hair older lady. She was great to everyone and every table. The food was mediocre to say the least.

Cute place better than Dennys. And they put in the effort to supply the cutest changing table in their restroom. As a parent I can’t tell you how amazing this is when most places don’t bother! Also the prices are great

Delicious and staff was friendly

On a Friday. Servers seemed rushed. Breakfast sausage was stone cold / frozen in the middle. Gravy was good, tho.

Delicious swedish pancakes, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and sausage patties..... I NEED to try their French Toast because I love French Toast, so I would love to try theirs. I have eaten outside in patio, and also inside. Service is nice and they have been attentive when I have visited. Sweet atmosphere.

Staff is very nice. Have been there before and food was good. Went in recently ordered fish and chips. Fish was terrible 😕

I really love the atmosphere of this place it’s really warm and welcoming. Our waiter was very nice and our food came out quickly. I look forward to coming back soon and trying out more items from their menu. Not to mention everything is really affordable! The French toast and biscuits and gravy where my favorite.

Haven't been here for quite some time, decided to try again. Seems like nobody cooks anymore, since the pandemic. The place was busy and very noisy. Appears to be quite the hangout for locals and tourists. The waitresses were friendly and as attentive as possible. Noticed the guy behind the counter...stood and took the money. He did pickup a bit. He could have helped the ladies a bit by assisting in asking if you might want more coffee...water...anything else you might need? Anyways, our food came and was prepared as ordered. Left a good tip for our waitress. We will check before entering next time, so it may not be as noisy.

It's local....it's busy...the pancakes are light and fluffy..the servers are all great...no complaints ...

Hard to say what I liked most about Kady's Kitchen: the fantastic food or the old-fashioned family-style friendly service. The Swedish pancakes with lingonberry jam are heavenly, and the rest of my breakfast was downright awesome comfort food. A gem of a place right off the 99 in Kingsburg that is worth stopping for.

We thought we would have to wait long. We didn't the food is so delicious and homemade. U won't leave hungry. If you do it's your fault. Try the swedish pancakes.

Had a good breakfast with my friends. Ordered eggs, sausages,hash browns,and toast. Everything was good. Service was very good as well. Enjoyed my meal. Will go back again for breakfast.

I luv luv luv their Swedish pancakes either in a combo with sausage, bacon or ham or just eating them by themselves....with butter, fresh Loganberry Jam & powdered sugar!

Best pancakes EVER, hands down. It's a cute place, patio seating was perfect. Super nice and very sweet staff. Just off the freeway, you can hop right back on the 99 after you have a great breakfast. 10/10 , you won't be disappointed.

Awesome swedish pancake breakfast! A must try in the Kingsburg area

If you don't mind a gross place to eat then this place is right up your alley! The fries were obviously from a frozen bag. The utensils were not washed well. Guacamole store bought. Since we arrive at 11:30am and the place closed at 12pm the waitress was rushing us to order so she could go home. Obviously nothing is more ANNOYING than a rushing waitress. Go somewhere else unless you don't mind one star diners.

My first time going to Kady's Kitchen. The food was absolutely wonderful!! I had their famous Swedish pancakes with Logan Berry jam, my friend had Swedish pancakes and eggs with Logan Berry jam. We were both very pleased with our food. The staff and service were all Great!! A patio for dining outside was nice as well. We both will be back soon!!!

Great breakfast..I had biscuits n gravy it was delicious..also had pancakes very good.. pancakes are large size won't be disappointed..plenty of parking..In/Outside dining..I personally think the inside is a lil small but it's nice The lady who took my order on the phone was very pleasant..but when I picked up my order the big male working the register I did not care for his personality at all..small 12oz orange juice is $3.50 lil to much for the size But all in all I really enjoyed what I had and will eat here again 😊

Amazing food so consistent chili cheese omelet is my favorite my whole family loves to go to kadys

My hubby and I liked this place. I had a turkey melt and it came with a HUGE plate of fries. The turkey melt was tasty. Although, it maybe could have used a little more turkey. My hubby had oatmeal. It was not instant, but old fashioned. It was a good size bowl and wheat toast was good quality bread. We would come here again.

This place is delicious, fast and friendly. Personally I love their bisquetts and gravy. They have much to choose from on their menu. I highly recommend Kadys Kitchen.

Service is way to slow! Good is good however but the last trip there was over 30 minutes for our order to be taken.

Thursday breakfast. First place we could find. Really good omelet and hash browns. Just a clean flavor, no greasy spoon taste. Just your classic favorites on the menu. For a decent price. Next time I'll have to try their gravy. Everyone was getting it on biskets or chicken fried steak. And the service was quick and pleasant. Thank you.

Food 9.5 Service 9 Atmosphere 8 One of a kind. It's great service all the time, however I prefer to come during the week when it's slower. The sausage is exquisite, the swedish pancakes are amazing and they know how to do eggs overeasy.

Great breakfast menu, specials nearly every day. Fantastic servers, prompt and accurate. Very popular, so it can be crowded. Kids are welcome.

One of our favorite spots. Food is great and love their Swidish Pancakes. We over paid once, not realizing that we left two twenties hooked together. Months later the waitress gave it back to us and told us what had happened. Ever drive to Fresno I suggest you stop. Turn off to Kinsburg, you can see it from the freeway on your right.
