Just Delicious in Highland

Our second visit to the cafe and it was just as good as the first. Messaged on Facebook before we went and received a very quick reply. It was open for takeaway only so the tea room's tables were removed, creating plenty of space to move around in. A wide selection of food available for mid-morning on a Tuesday, including a great selection of cakes. Gluten free cake option available, as well as a range of cakes. We had four different ones between us and each one was, just delicious!

we had a lovely freshly home made lunch yesterday comprising filled rolls and a burger. so fresh the gentleman serving was very attentive and the cheese scone for afters was yummy

Came in for lunch on Friday afternoon. Little quirky place. We both had a panani which we thought were £5 each but an extra pound was added for sitting in. Only noticed this when paying as it it is written in small print on board. No salad or crisps either just the panani. We also had coffee and delicious cake but overpriced for what u get.

Enjoyed a wee lunch here - soup and bread then coffee and cake. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Lovely atmosphere. Spoke to two other patrons who were regulars here whenever they were in Grantown. Would definitely recommend if visiting this town.

Myself and my sister enjoyed delicious parsnip and apple soup with bread. We then indulged with Victoria sponge absolutely delicious. Very friendly staff.

Stopped in for lunch on a very wet day. Staff were friendly and helpful . Service was quick and the food was great. Lovely fresh food made to order followed by tasty cakes . Yum . Highly recommend.

We only had an hour and half in this quaint town, so we started our search for a lunch spot. We were welcomed by the staff, and the delicious smells told us we made the right choice. You place your order at the counter, and then your food is delivered to you at a table. They have a very brisk take out too, and the locals seemed to be their regulars, so that is always a good sign. We enjoyed the best quiche combo lunch, it came with coleslaw, a green, salad and some chips. It was delicious, the crust on the quiche was so good. Their wifi was a nice surprise too. They had such a wonderful menu that it was hard to decide, we saw so many great things come out of their kitchen. It is a quaint place with lots of character. I wish I didn't live so far away, this place was memorable.

Stopped off here for a quick brunch before heading to Landmark. Lovely quaint little tea room with lovely service and good home cooked food and baking. Colouring for kids always a nice touch. :-)

Absolutely love just delicious always clean tidy and very friendly plenty of choices both for sit in or take away and the most wonderful cakes

Looked up TA on arrival in Granton on Spey. Welcoming quirky (in a nice way) friendly helpful staff, food well prepared the parsnip and lentil soup was excellent. Locally sourced ingredients rally well presented and very tasty! Staff full of friendly banter, well worth a visit. Recommend the salmon and cream cheese baguette.

This little tea room is just what I needed on a cold rainy day having just arrived in town and being very peckish! The ladies who own/run the shop are cute as buttons and the ham and cheese quiche was delicious. The cole slaw was beyond delicious too! I recommend them 110%

We stopped off for cake and coffee. I emailed Annette before my arrival to mention my dairy allergy. To our surprise there was a choice of two cakes and I had to have one of each. The dairy free lemon drizzle was so lovely and lemony. The vegan raspberry chocolate torte was so light yet rich and creamy. All made by her son. Great selection of non dairy milks too. Friendly service and amazing cakes, great wee cafe.

Excellent atmosphere, comfortable surroundings, good service and gray coffee and cakes. What more do you need?

We were driving through Grantown when we spotted this with a parking space right outside. The staff were very welcoming, the food fresh and tasty, and the service good. I recommend this highly.

We stopped off in Grantown-on-Spey today, and came across Just Delicious when looking for somewhere to have lunch. An excellent find with lovely homemade soup, sandwiches, panini etc and delicious home baking at very reasonable prices, and very friendly staff. As others have said, it is also very popular for takeaway food. We would thoroughly recommend Just Delicious.

After some disasters in other “cafes” in the area that are unable to serve anything but service station nasty cheap white bread boring sandwiches we stopped eating in the 80’s don’t even get me going on the rarity of fresh salad in them (rant over) this little gem hits the nail right on the head- fresh bread, nice fillings excellently seasoned home cooked fayre...delicious soup and although I am yet to try their extensive selection of fresh cakes I’m sure these hit the nail right on the head. Well done, winning formula!!

Popped in today with family for a very enjoyable lunch. Nice friendly service, fresh food. I enjoyed my Brie and cranberry sandwich and the courgette and pesto soup was absolutely delicious. There were some lovely cakes too, some gluten free. Card payments accepted, so very convenient.

Tasty coffee and sandwiches with lots of comfy seating. Good fast wifi if you need it, and in the High St so you can't miss it.

My last review in October mentioned weaker coffee than we would have liked. I still stand by that. However, on our return in November we were pleased to be served with a really great coffee and I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star rating. Magnificent baking again and we took some home too. Brilliant.

We visit the area several times a year and have always been disappointed with lunches in Grantown for various reasons. Just Delicious, however, provide imaginative, well-presented and delicious lunches. Top quality baking as well and take-away food is also available. The only disappointment was the coffee which seemed a little weak.

A beautiful and clearly cared-for cafe. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Lots of choice for light meals, snacks and drinks. Plenty of options for vegetarians, and those with intolerances (dairy, gluten, nuts, etc.).

Delighted to discover this wee coffee shop! Delicious sandwiches and the best cinnamon swirl I’ve ever had!

My husband, baby boy and myself visited here in passing today after a walk with the dog. We both ordered a panini (Cajun melt and chicken mayo melt) and hot chocolate (white hot choc for hubby, regular for myself). The food was lovely and arrived promptly. Although we never had any, the tray bakes looked equally tempting!

After having a long walk in the Grantown-on-Spey hills we chose here for a light lunch. We had cheese & pickle quiche served with side salad and crisps, also had the broccoli and blue cheese soup with a half baguette. The cafe is well named as everything we had was truly delicious.

We stopped by today for coffee & cake ,Victoria sponge was lush ,Staff friendly and welcoming ,toilets very clean . We will return next time we are in the area .

We were looking for somewhere for lunch that each of our 3 grandchildren was happy with. We tried here and were very pleased that we had. Every one of us was very satisfied.

We had lunch at Just Delicious as part of a cycle club trip. Firstly Annette was super helpful arranging tables for us and bike storage. The cafe itself is really cosy and the staff were very welcoming. Service was also really fast considering the size of our group.

Fantastic place all round. Wonderful “home style” service. Fantastic soup. Beautiful fresh bread - divine! Team so sweet. Must do!

As a frequent flyer here I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are friendly and the food is just delicious! I am a huge fan of their cakes and I tried a sundae today and it was amazing. Worth a visit when you're in the area.

Delightful stop on our tour. Coffee as good as any in-town places. Fresh cakes. SOUP a nd bread YUM. Perfect place to rest a while going east west across the highlands

Stopped in here with a couple of friends for a late lunch last week. The service was efficient and friendly and the food excellent. Good value for money too.

Not many options in Grantown - especially on a Sunday. We stopped in for lunch and had a really nice meal.

I visited Just Delicious with my cat on 14 May 2018. I was very hungry after a long trip.

Lunched here on Thursday having discovered this gem last year whilst on holiday - excellent soups; brownie to die for and the two quiches which we took away with us went down a treat. Just wish you were in Aberdeenshire, not Moray!

Un petit salon tout mignon, des gâteaux délicieux, un bien grand chocolat chaud excellent, rien que du bon pour une charmante halte l'après midi ! J'ai adoré retrouver le vrai gout des scones.

On our way to touring the Scottish Highlands. Parked in the town & visited this cafe. Very friendly, helpful staff. The sandwiches were ‘Just Deli......cious’!! Seriously they were. Would definitely recommend.

Just stopped in here for takeaway coffees and came out with two delicious chicken wraps, lovely coffee and an amazing peanut butter brownie. Place was closing just as I arrived but staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend if visiting Grantown. Pity we hadn't been a bit earlier ( and kids weren't sleeping) or we would have had something sitting in. Cute decor.

I would highly recommend this little Teashop plus the Victoria Sponge. We came across this place while we dropped our car into a local garage. If your passing this way just pop in & try it for yourself. Reasonably priced.

Popped in for a coffee and was tempted by the cheese scones just out of the oven. Amazing! Service was great with very friendly staff.

Fuimos para llevar Arte en Limpar paninis mientras al otro lado de la calle. Muy sabroso y de buena calidad. Eran tan buenas, que volvimos de Aviemore, al recoger la cerámica y tomó un hogar para comer más tarde. El ambiente era muy acogedor y hogareño, y la decoración era bastante bueno también. Las camareras eran muy agradables y serviciales. El café era excelente, y había una buena selección de tés. La casa de horno era tentador, así que pedimos 3 rebanadas de pastel de chocolate de naranja. Por desgracia tengo una alergia grave y decidí no contaminación cruzada, pero la casa de oportunidad quebradiza y coffee cake parecía increíble. Había un poco de espera, como pedimos 4 paninis y sólo tienen una sandwichera máquina que puede cocinar 2 paninis en un momento, pero estaban recién hechos y bien vale la pena la espera.

Acabamos de pasar una semana en de whisky y así como comer aquí también tuvimos cajas ensalada, ensaladeras y casa de quingombó para llevar. La comida es buenísima, como son el personal y todo fresco y limpio.

Buscó este café altas antes de que nos fuéramos, lo que ofrecía era una delicia. Mi marido y yo acabamos de parado para una taza de café y tarta y lo que obtuvimos fue delicioso. El personal era muy servicial y la decoración es lindo....

Nos detuvimos en un café rápido y tarta. Había un montón de pasteles, y otros traybakes pero nada que realmente tomó mi lujoso, así que nos fuimos para un pan de té. Fue muy agradable! Él tenía una cosa de chocolate que era enorme (y yo probamos! ) también muy bonito. Fuimos para cafés grandes, y deseado no tenía ya que eran inmensos! Pero sabía muy bien.

Fuera de temporada la ciudad todavía tiene un abrir y cerrar de ojos y hay una gran variedad de lugares para tomar el té y el café, pero no nos decepcionó por nuestra elección.

Visited here late morning on a Monday. No breakfast items. It's more a lunch/afternoon venue. Panini's, jacket potatoes with a good selection of cakes. We had ham and cheese panini (delicious home made coleslaw) and banana and orange cake. Both very good. Toilet facilities spotlessly clean and, although I don't have any young children anymore, I noticed good baby change facility with nappy bags and wipes available.

On a saturday trip to Grantown, my mum and I visited for lunch. It was really tasty and so nice inside. I ordered a panini and my mum ordered the soup - both were delicious. The coleslaw was homemade and really good! Service was quick, staff were friendly and food was very reasonably priced so can't complain. I bought a cake to take away which I very much enjoyed at home. All cakes are marked with their allergens which was very handy. A great find for someone with a dairy allergy! Highly recommend. Cannot wait to return.

We popped in for a snack following biking at Glenlivet as the cafe there was closed. A good range of choices for both sweet and savoury tastes but the best by far was the enormous cheeses scone that came with the soup - fresh and very tasty! Good value and enjoyed by all.

On holiday in the area, popped in for a light lunch. Two choices of Soup, hot Panini, quiche, coffee, tray bakes and scones. Everything fresh and home made.We both chose soup with either crusty bread or Cheese scone, asked for scone to be warmed, absolutely no problem, it was large and very tasty. Husband very happy with his bread, he then chose a tray bake, declared delicious. Everything served on lovely matching China which just added a wee touch of class.Busy with Take-aways, passing trade and locals. Advise to get there early for a table at lunch time as even in February tables busy. Spotlessly clean, friendly obliging staff.Will certainly return if in the area again which I'm sure we will be as this is a lovely town

My hubby and I went here for a bite of lunch. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. The soup was scrumpy and so were the homemade cakes. If ur in this lovely town I would urge you to have lunch here or just a cuppa and a cake as you won't be disappointed!

nice small cafe', decor is a bit hit and miss with a deli shop feel and clutter around the walls (green fake ivy wrapped around everything... bit 1970's!had a panini and coffee which was nice! pleasant staff.this cafe would boost with coming this side of the decade! it could be a real great place to chill and eat.

Whatever you're looking for - hot sandwiches, soup, cakes or just a coffee - this place has some great options. I'm always impressed with the tastiness of the food and even better yet the lovely ladies who run it are always smiling. Lovely place for lunch or just a coffee and some delicious cake.

Arrived here for some lunch with the family. We ordered to takeaway as all the seats where full. We where ready to leave when table became vacant. The polite staff where happy to let us sit in and serve our food to our table. Very good service and food/drink was fantastic. Will visit again and recommend to family and friends.

For a small place this has an excellent selection of take away food and drinks, and will probably become a regular stop for picnic food when on holiday in the area.Glad I found it, as I really don't rate the chain bakeries in the town.

Our favourite cakes from here are Macaroons. Whilst on holiday again in the area we found out that they didn't make them regularly. However they got the baker to make some especially for us before we went back home. Such a good service. Many of the other cakes look delcious too.

All food is so fresh, very delicious food with friendly staff - nothing is anything to Much to ask for. BEST paninis I have ever tasted! Also soup is def 5*

We dropped in for cakes and coffee before setting off on the walk through the woods and along the River Spey (highly recommended, most enjoyable). A bit cramped so hard to take in all the things they have but it's the usual stuff you would hope to find in a good deli.Delicious cakes, good coffee but we had to give up sitting on the high stools because our legs were just dangling (none of us is particularly small) and just stood by the window.

Fresh cakes and quiches that are amazing. And the coffee is great to. It's just a shame it takes so long to get your order even when quite. But staff very friendly and the place is spotless.

Me and my husband love this little family - run deli. Freshly brewed coffee, home bakes, fresh soups, quiche and paninis. We enjoy grabbing some tasty treats before finding a quiet spot along the banks of the Spey River. Quick and friendly service too...can't fault that!

We stopped off here to get some sandwiches to take away for our lunch. The lovely lady who worked there made them up on the spot for us. They were very fresh, well filled, and really tasty! The cakes looked superb, but we didn't buy any because we had just eaten an enormous breakfast!

It is always a pleasure to go into Just Delicious. The staff are friendly, and the menu range is fabulous. The cakes are absolutely tasty, you always have to buy one more. They also make cakes for occasions birthdays etc, and from past experience, I would give them 12/10.

Piccolo ma molto grazioso ed ordinato locale. Si ha la possibilità di farsi fare i panini al momento con ingredienti freschi e variegati. Inoltre fanno anche ottime zuppe. Fuori ci sono un paio di tavolini per potersi sedere o, se preferite, poco distante ci sono le panchine dei giardini pubblici. Servizio rapido e cortese, prezzi corretti.

Wow a lot of work has gone into this Deli. You can see it's all home baked & fresh not frozen. So many lovely things and so little time to try everything Well Done
