Amazing food, decor, and atmosphere. Packed on a Tuesday evening. Food came out in good time; looked and tasted amazing. We sat in the bar afterwards and enjoyed some cocktails.

Fantastic food! The ribs were the best we have ever had 👏🏻 Service was brilliant, lovely decor and a warm atmosphere. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend.

A birthday meal this evening which was fantastic, fabulous meal and Thai cuisine excellent customer service, we live local first time visit and will definitely will be back highly recommend anyone to visit - wonderful atmosphere and hospitality, food flavours and texture 100%

Ordered a takeaway for my partner and I, collected the order and and drove the 25 minutes to get home only to find that the dish for my partner was incorrect. Phoned the restaurant to sort out a refund (we were going to split mine) as by the time I drove back for a replacement meal my meal would of went cold. Only to be told they can't offer a refund other than in cash rather than back onto my card. After a bit of a discussion the restaurant offered to replace both meals. So after I drove the 25 minutes back to the restaurant to collect the replacement meals, they were handed to me with a 'sorry about that' comment and then walked away from me whilst I checked the order was correct. I then drove back the 25 minutes back home only to find out that neither meal was edible. Partners belly pork was undercooked and my belly pork was overcooked and too tough. Will not be using the restaurant again!

Probably the best Thai food outside of Thailand. Amazing staff!! A cold and wet October night and we felt like we were there only customers (we weren’t it was busy) but the sections give you a different e ambience each time (we will be back) Starters were ace! Peanut sauce was incredible, green curry fantastic and the Prawn special Panang described as Insane by a middle aged white lady (my wife)

Jumunjy is a must-visit Thai spot with a unique vibe, featuring a stunning waterfall, half an airplane as decor, and live DJs occasionally in the back. The Chicken Satay was outstanding—juicy, perfectly grilled, and paired with a rich peanut sauce that was to die for. The Panyang Curry was equally delicious, with a smooth, flavorful sauce that had just the right amount of spice. Whether you’re there for the food, the atmosphere, or both, Jumunjy is a fantastic choice!

Fab time, We called last minute as we are on holiday and they managed to get us a table at 6pm. The staff were cheerful and friendly. Although busy we did not feel rushed. The food was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and highly recommend them to others.

This is the best Thai food I have ever had . We will make a beeline to come here next year, it is absolutely fabulous. The restaurant itself looks like the inside of a Thai bar in the middle of the jungle, very unusual, the food is epic. We had pork strips and bbq ribs to start and crab fried rice. The meal is finished off with chocolate truffles, everything about it is superb. We went for our evening meal and enjoyed it so much went back for lunch a couple of days later. The staff are friendly especially Karen and Lucy. Need more than five stars to rate it really. A real gem of a place.

Just an incredible dining experience. Visited on a very rainy Monday evening - family of four. Food was amazing, so fresh, beautifully presented & completely delicious. The interior of the restaurant is also wonderful - so much thought and attention to detail. Also genuinely dog friendly.

A real hidden gem in Cornwall. My partner got chatting to the owner who was telling him how he got the motivation to do the restaurant up in lockdown and the interior really does speak for itself. We have never seen anything like it! Plants, mini water features, lighting and even a mini plane! It is great vibes as soon as you walk in, playing chilled music and all the staff are super helpful. The food is incredible, quite pricey but incredible quality. We recommend the chefs special panang. Portion sizes are great and it has loads of chicken in it. They also do lovely cocktails/mocktails. We had the Jumunjy punch! We love going every time we head back to Cornwall

Superbly the best Cornish Thia Restaurant ever. Every time we come down to Cornwall we pay a visit to Jumunjy. From small beginnings to present their quality food has never changed. Excellent staff in every sense. Thank you once again for a wonderful Thia food experience see you next year 😊

I first came across Jumunjy in May 2018 when they were operating a takeaway service and was blown away by the quality, far exceeding that of restaurants at such good value! So ever since they opened their own restaurant, I’ve been itching to return! …just the small details of a global pandemic and it being 300 miles away from home to get past 😄 However, when I decided to return to Lizard for the first time for a birthday roadtrip, I knew exactly where I’d go for my celebration meal, and it honestly blew me away! Firstly, the staff are AMAZING, so so welcoming! Big shout-outs to Izzy, Karen, Roo, Rachel and Harry! This is a solo roadtrip but I felt like I was surrounded by friends! The decor is also incredible, creating an immersive and truly authentic feel of Thailand, and since they've built it all themselves, an incredible passion project! I also loved the fact that they have a separate bar area as well as the restaurant section, to relax in before/after the meal. This would absolutely be my local if I lived anywhere near them! The food was every bit as impressive as the two times I'd used the takeaway, creating masterful dishes that people simply wouldn't have the expertise to produce themselves. The seafood tempura was perfect, and the Hung Lay pork was divine, a fantastic balance of flavours and I'm definitely going to try to find somewhere in London where I can source the tasty roti flatbreads!! The portions were very generous, and the same can be said for the accompanying cocktails! Thank you again for a very special birthday, you've truly created something special!!

It's hard to describe the depth of flavour and freshness, it's something you just have to experience it's just mind-blowing. Lastnight we couldn't get a booking at the restaurant (no surprises as we left it to the last minute) so I picked up a takeaway. Just as before the taste was out of this world. Food, staff, ambience, you really must go for the whole Thai experience. This place is an absolute gem and I thank you all for having it in Cornwall and not too far from where I live.

Went with a large group for dinner, and had an amazing meal. The food was excellent, and the waiting staff were brilliant. We will be back!

Will definitely be back. Not all the menu was on because the chef was away. However the food was amazing! So will definitely be back to try more dishes. Definitely book! We walked in and the only downside is the barrel seats were particularly uncomfortable… maybe worth a look at ? But food was gorgeous and portions sizes were very good value .

Had an amazing meal. Vast menu, speedy service and really fresh ingredients. Tempura vegetables and Thai crackers were delicious to start and then a beautiful prawn Penang curry with egg fried rice. Lovely friendly staff. Best meal I’ve had in a long time.

This place has the wow factor in every way! Even our dog loved it ❤️ The Thai twist roast dinner was by far the best both myself and friend had ever tasted. Staff were absolutely fantastic and very friendly. I had a black forest cocktail cocktail which was out of this world 😍 and chocolate brownie was second to none. You have to give this place a go… it’s definite worth travelling for.

Had a great night at Jumunjy again with friends. It’s always nice to be greeted by name, and as usual T and the crew knocked it out of the park. Food was superb, lovely friendly banter with the FoH staff - particular shout to Charlotte who handled herself brilliantly, saving an unfortunate situation spreading to the rest of us diners (hope the front door is still working properly after that tantrum). Will be back again as soon as we can all get together.

Dropped into Jumunjy after a day on the Lizard and we were lucky to get a table. I've previously had wondwrful takeaways from here but this was the first time in the restaurant. It did not disappoint. Awesome food from an extensive menu that suggests the best combinations to help guide your choice. Great atmosphere and lovely staff A must visit if you're in the area.

This place is wonderful! The food, atmosphere, staff, service and decor are all spot on. Even the toilets are really nice! Honestly faultless and so pleased to have found a gem nearby where we live. Wine was fantastic too. Will definitely be back again, thank you!

i was dining when i noticed a large chunk of chicken that was stuck to my plate by the sauce i personally didn't like the food but the sauce was quite delectable and the staff where brilliant but the music was a bit too loud and i was not very happy when the older lady i was on a date with left due to the volume i was left to eat 2 subpar and lonely plates by myself.

was in mullion for a few days and fancied something different to eat. came accross this place online booked a table. when i pulled up at the old post office i have to say i wasn't expecting the inside to look like it did. the owners have really captured the feal of a thai shack. right down to the toy lizards poking out of the holes. although at first we found the menu a little confusing, the food was fantastic. the resturant is being extended and although it is a work in progress its in a seperate part so doesn't affect anyone eating there. i had a quick tour of the future part and its awesome. we will deffo be coming back when its all fully open

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jumunjy Thai Cuisine @ The Old Post Office is outstanding in everyway. We are very fortunate to have this amazing restaurant on our door step. It's spotless, cozy and decorated with attention to detail, very beautifully Thia themed. The food is out of this world! They use locally sourced produce and authentic Thai ingredients to ensure that every meal is full of flavour and colour. I really can't think of another meal that can beat the taste of their food, in my opinion its Michelin star quality! Size of the meals are plentyful and presented with a certain elegance. They do take away which also won't diappoint! Highly recommended and will look forward to returning. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Me and my two friends ordered some food to take out from here, whilst staying in Cornwall and we loved it! The food was amazing, with great flavours. I had the Cashew nut chicken and would definitely have it again! We also had pad thai, thai green curry and crispy chicken wontons between us and we loved it all. I would recommend!

I have looked forward to ordering a takeaway from here, as always the food is outstanding. We had a fabulous prawn tempura starter and the tastiest curries for mains. The flavours and the cooking are just outstanding. May the Jumunji keep prospering and hopefully I’ll manage to get to the restaurant for a sit in meal next time. Our meal last night was amazing.

We found this place a little difficult to find, but well worth the effort. They have an extensive takeaway menu and the food is great! The service is quick and efficient and there is plenty of parking space either nearby or in the hotel car park next door.Enjoy....

The thai food here is as close to the fabulous food I've eaten in Thailand as you can get. Well priced and good takeaway set up. We enjoyed it so much that we had planned to order again on the last night of our holiday but unfortunately they were closed at short notice. I wish they were closer to where I live :(If you are in the area on holiday, make sure you eat here!

Thank you Jumunjy! We have had yet another great take-out meal from them. We have had a small gathering at our house, family and friends. So 8 meals ordered, from different variety on the menu. Chicken Wontons as a starter choice are great, as is the Satay Chicken. Excellent Chicken Panang, Thai Green Prawn Curry, Massaman Curry and also the Hhao Soi Chicken. One of our group doesn't like to experiment too much foodwise - the Tempura Fish is an excellent alternative. We collected, so from premises to plate, about 10 minutes, perfectly hot in all the packaging. Best advice - book a collection time slot ahead, maybe a day or so ahead and then call back in the morning to place the order for evening collection. These guys are very popular and well deserved too, so plan ahead. This is quality food, that is prepared to order, so allow for that. Excellent service, under difficult Covid times, well done and thank you.

Recommended by our airbnb hosts and what a recommendation! 7 minute drive from where we are staying. We read on their website to order in advance if possible so we phoned mid afternoon and were able to get a 6:30pm pick up slot. Easy payment over phone and told to arrive and food would be delivered to our car. Bang on time and piping hot, the smell emanating from the bag meant we were in for a treat! Possibly the best vegetable spring rolls we've ever had. My wife had a vegetable dish which she said was spectacular and I had a basil & chilli chicken dish. Very generous with the chicken and a lovely mix of vegetables with it. Absolutely top class. Only sad we are just here on holiday and can't make it a regular occasion!!

Probably the best Thai food we have ever eaten. We are staying locally and had a recommendation from our hosts at Bochym Manor. Friendly staff, great service and amazing food! Let’s hope you can get the dine in restaurant open before our next visit.🙏

We drove all the way there just to find that there isn’t any dine in, not even outdoor seating. Then we rang the doorbell to see if we could order the food from then and eat it in the car. They completely ignored us and continuing on with what they were doing while we were outside burning in the heat. Next we got back into the car to call the restaurant from outside the restaurant. The service was bad since this was in the middle of nowhere. They answered and after a while of order half of what we wanted they hung up and when we called back they were apparently already occupied. This huge journey to get there was a massive waste of time that could be spent at restaurants who don’t ignore people on purpose.

Amazing food and amazing service! The food was piping hot and so tasty! We both had pad Thai and chicken satay side it tasted so fresh! Didn’t need to add any seasoning! We are camping nearby and thought we’d try Jumunjy out as heard so many good things about it. We loved it! So much so we’ve ordered again tonight haha! The staff were very welcoming, polite and our delivery was prompt, so I was impressed to start, however I was very disappointed with the squid and ribs starters, both were very dry and the squid was a ridiculously small portion, the chicken red Thai curry and chicken pad Thai were very flavoursome and we did enjoy these (again though the curry was a half portion) we also had a chicken cashew dish which was very tasty but the chicken was so thin it was too dry fried and had no consistency, the flavours were lovely but I must say for the price we paid I was left upset and disappointed. Would definitely recommend the moon bay Chinese instead. (Sorry)

After hearing from friends about this Thai restaurant /takeaway, we put in a large order for 6 people. The service was excellent and the food piping hot and delicious dispite the 20 min journey back home. This was the first time we have had Thai, but will definitely not be the last. I found the red and the green Thai curries the best but everything tasted fresh and delicious.

After months of my boyfriend telling me how wonderful the food here is I finally got the chance to try it when he brought me to Mullion and wow. The food was delicious! It took us a while to get through on the phone but the collection time was reasonable. Looking forward to having more meals from here when I get the chance to visit Mullion again!

We opted to have a family takeaway what with the current covid situation, and what a fine meal this was, I opted for one of the speciallity dishes which went down a treat. The rest of the family all loved their meals, with not a bite left over. Highly recommended, the food and service really were top class.

Discovered this place on our last night staying in Mullion after googling for somewhere local to pick some food up. I believe they do delivery but as we were out and about already we opted to phone our order in and collect kerbside. Food was ready in about 30-40 minutes and pickup was super quick and easy as payment was taken in advance on the phone. Staff were great both on the phone and in person and the food was amazing! It reminded us of all the lovely food we had whilst travelling in Thailand.Highly recommend this place if you are in the area, hope to revisit in a post covid world and be able to dine in the restaurant which looks lovely in all the photos.

After a long days walk along the coastal foot path this was just what we needed and am so glad I googled local takeaways to where we were camping. I can honestly say the food was delicious and very well portioned and turned up bang on time. We’ve never been to Thailand but feel that this was real traditional cooked food and would highly recommend. Next time we’re in Cornwall We’d definately come again.

Unfortunately the restaurant is closed so they only provide take away and delivery at the moment. But, undeterred we rocked up this evening in our motorhome, parked up outside, ordered a take away and enjoyed some amazing food. Everyone is allowed an opinion but I can honestly say we were not disappointed and the food brought back fond memories of our stay near Chaing Mai. Whilst we are only passing by on holiday in Cornwall we will certainly come back to try some more dishes. Highly recommended...certainly 5* plus

Had a delivery today Sat 05 Sep for takeaway food. Ordered for 6.30 & was told it may be a little later. Well it arrived on the dot, food and delivery service was excellent. Polite delivery driver. Have not had such excellent quality in a long time. Every dish was enjoyed by all. We were fairly new to Thai food, but this will not be our last. Will certainly recommend to all. Thanks again for such quality food.

We had heard that this place was good. It didn't disappoint. Incredible food and great service. Also quite a handy "Drive Thru" option to pick up your orders. (The Tom Yum soup is still causing me daily cravings scince) Bravo

Ordered food at 6:15pm for collection, was told food would be ready by 7:45pm, arrived and food was not ready to collect. Was kept waiting in my car a further 40minutes!! Absolutely disgusting service. No offer of a partial refund. Will not be ordering from here again. Don’t order from here if you want to wait a total of 2 hours and 40 minutes for food!

We live about ten minutes from jumunji and for some reason never tried it until last weekend. What a mistake it was leaving it this long! the food was incredible, the best around by far, really decent portion size, still hot when we got it home super fresh and full of flavour this is our new favourite! Very very highly recommend!

Trust me when I say I'm not one for leaving reviews to the point where I don't think I ever have actually written one! The food was outstanding. We had pork belly massaman and chicken panang and the flavours were sensational. The pork belly fell apart beautifully. Our tempura seafood starter was also delish. So fresh and light, no grease. We are only marking down as we had to wait 2 hours. 45 mins after our original eta. BUT it was absolutely worth the wait!

Food is amazing, although we had a fully fitted kitchen, we had takeaway most nights as it was so dam good, the JFC - Jumunjy fried chicken you have to taste, i had a different dish each time and enjoyed every one.Amazing food and such a lovely family run business, 5 stars all day.

We ordered a take away to be delivered to us at Mullion. It was an absolute delight. We had a selection of starters and different mains. We were all blown away with the food. Everything was delicious 😋 would highly recommend

I love my food, no word of a lie last night I had the best Thai food ever! For starters we had the honey roasted ribs, the meat just fell of the bone and tempura king prawns perfectly cooked.My 12 yo had JFC, she said it was better than well you can guess and loved the jasmine rice.I was greedy and had Vegetable Tom KA soup, you could taste the coconut and spices. Then for my main Cashew Nut Pad MeD with white rice mmmmmm My partner had the Beef Green Curry with rice and Sweet & Sour PadPrio Wann ... did not hear him talk during the whole meal :) loved it!Bonus the staff are professional and friendly.Definitely worth a visit or takeaway if you are near the area pity it is so far from home.

Really tasty food, excellent flavour and spice and a good portion size. Was on time even when busy as we picked up.

Had a take away, Pad Thai and Green Chicken Curry and Veg. It was all delicious - but the chicken curry was absolutely first class. Highly recommend it.

Had a takeaway on last night of stay in the area so wanted it to be special. It was. Mixture of starters and mains all delicious - lovely flavours. Will definitely try again next time we're here!
