Take my son and brother with son for ice cream in hot day to Julianos as not been there before. Cleannles and help from staff was acceptable and pleasent. Prices acceptable. But that was all. Ice cream is situated on other end as cashier and they not hear you through. But real dissapoitment for us was taste of ice creams. No flavours. Not come back again probably.

Waited for 40 minutes on two tubs of ice cream and 1 crepe, after initially waiting for about 10 minutes to be served and pay! Ridiculous waiting times for a fast food dessert bar, especially on take away. Staff didn’t seem to care there was a massive queue of people waiting on their orders, instead chatted amongst themselves, making the wait longer. Poor management of staff, as just 1 member of the team was dealing with take out orders. Such an off putting experience, as waiting 45 minutes on ice cream and a crepe is just ridiculous and customers shouldn’t be expected to wait that long- not even an apology for the wait when my order was eventually ready. Bad service all round, definitely will never be back!

Great place for a group great. I don’t have much of a sweet tooth and admittedly can eat chocolate but they even have options that cater to me. I’d recommend the crepes or the fruits salads. The waffles are quite sweet. They have an impressive selection of hot and cold beverages; ice creams and Sundays

I arrived back to see if things have improved. they had not. they were late with my dessert, a waitress with blonde hair gave me a dirty look for no reason at all, they didn’t bother to turn on the air conditioning, and I stilled smelt that stitch I smelled last time, I am furious that this business is still running. they HAVE to up their game immediately. I won’t be coming back here for good this time!!!

2 banana and nutella crepes with a rotten banana when contacted was told only use fresh produce and the manager sliced fruit herself and it was perfect basically I have lied so I brought the said banana back to the shop to be told that it has obviously been sitting a long time this was not what she had sold me I produced the receipt and a full 40 minutes had passed since payment . Got my money back and wont be back ruined a lovely evening and suggested I am a liar not good customer service

I waited longer for my dessert than I usually should, staff were rude, my dessert was cold when it should’ve been cold, terrible surroundings, should be shut down and replaced by a greggs!!!

Really enjoyed our visit to Juliano’s for coffee and lunch. Panini’s and pancakes are really yum. Great food and really lovely staff who couldn’t be more helpful -especially Tamara !! We will definitely be back

I have been here a few times and everytime i have been it has been excellent. The staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. Everytime i have been i have ordered a sundae. The sundaes and £5.95 but you could share them because there that big

Great food, but staff really need to work on their bedside manners! Simple things such as looking at the customer rather than looking everywhere else, taking note of who's next in line etc. Also management really need to consider acoustic treatment especially around the till area - noise levels make it almost impossible to communicate with server when placing order. It really wouldn't take a fortune to make major improvements!

Desserts are fabulous, can be hard to get a seat but thats because its so good and worth the wait.

What a good evening's craic we had as we chatted over our icecream desserts or apple crumbles. Out men's Bible Study thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Onle problem is lack of space.

Stopped in this busy icecream cafe for icecreams. Busy indoors and outdoor seating occupied. Young, efficient pleasant staff with personality. Happy to let you try new flavours. Portion size great and reasonably priced. Excellent. Love this place.

Lovely place. Not so good for savoury food as options are limited to paninis and soups but the sweet options are lovely ans extensive. They offer a variety of cakes, crepes and waffles as well as sundaes. Responably priced, most items cost around £5 or £6.

Here I had the best pavlova ever. I'll come back

I like this coffe restaurant because they have very nice decaff coffe one of my favourite and they also have lots of tasty cake you could choose whatever you like.

We had purchased our desserts and drinks when we came in and enjoyed them the food is lovely I have always came here for white hot chocolate. But today left me with a bitter taste in my mouth when I was totally horrified and embarrassed in the middle of the cafe when we were leaving asking if I had payed for one of my items and Which I had presented at the till point the first time around ! Horrified being confronted about something like this in front of customers and staff left me feeling very uneasy and payed for the item as it was a misunderstanding and a mistake made by a staff member but the way it was handled by staff and the embarrassment I received because of the awful way the situation was handled was terrible and I wouldn’t feel comfortable returning to this cafe

This was my first time here and l found the staff pleasant and friendly and the food was delicious and my grandsons loved their ice creams will be back. Plenty of room for the buggies and the place was spotless

Kids love it, great for a relaxing coffee

Cake selection is ridiculous, a real must try for a treat now and again, not cheap but the size of the cakes you get is very large.

Excellent venue with street parking. Popular night and day. Excellent variety of ice cream and sundae dishes. Staff young, pleasant and efficient. Look forward to going here as always good.

Fab range of desserts ...waffles crepes cheesecakes gateaux crumbles and pies..all served with fresh or ice cream...perfect with tea coffee or one of their great selection of cold drinks. Expensive but a great treat.
