Ordered poppadoms and chutneys. The chutneys were delivered but no poppadoms. The order was delayed twice although to be fair they messaged to keep us updated. It’s an expensive meal to be missing things.

Delivery was very prompt however tikka masala was watery and tasteless

Have been customers for many years. Last night was the last time. £35 for a starter, tandoori king prawns, naan bread and Popaddoms excessively expensive. This cost included delivery - driver couldn’t find us, so had to walk down road to local landmark to meet them. Chicken tikka starter arrived without any salad & was like eating shoe leather. The Tandoori king prawns were smothered in white pepper & inedible. Attempted to complain via Juboraj app chat, impossible system and was a case of ‘computer says no’. Just dreadful and sorry that after so many ears we won’t be using Juboraj Express again.

Food was delicious; good portion size and arrived on time. Will order from them again.

It is usually spot on but 3 poppadoms were missing from my order and the mint yoghurt was gone off, so disappointed. Everything else was really good

Had to arrange a ‘meeting place’ as driver couldn’t find us, even though we’re regular customers.

We usually order from here. The quality wasn't as good as usual. Paneer was over-coked, and the spices in sauce were not cooked long enough. This made the meal slightly unpleasantly spicy. The chips were not great either. It was slightly all rather disappointing.

Hello Our poppadoms are missing and the chutney tray.

Really disappointed, ordered from here before and it was lovely but this time, we couldn’t even touch it. The food tasted off.

Not my usual Indian but I’m house sitting for friends so ordered from here. Very disappointing. Korma was extremely runny and the chicken was bland and chewy. The pilau rice had no flavour, and the naan was stone cold. Huge waste of money.

10/10 from me. Absolutely delicious food and I'm a fussy person when it comes to food but I really enjoyed the lot. It's true you get what you pay for. This was well worth the money. I would like to add that delivery driver was also very polite and smiley which is nice to see when you open your door.

Meal was very late and one curry had been missed out. It's a real shame as we normally like this restaurant. By the time the food arrived it was too late to wait again for a replacement. so our guest had to share our food.

Order time changed but then came within that time. Food really tasty and good portions .

They forgot my drink (happens everywhere) within minutes they brought me a replacement. Good curry too!

Another tasty meal from the Juboraj. We ordered food as soon as it opened. All good piping hot and delivered on time with a smile.

First time ordering as wanted to try something different and given the reviews this restaurant sounded amazing! I really don't want to leave a negative review but feel I have no choice. The food was late and cold. I ordered chicken Makhani (which I always order and normally thoroughly enjoy). Sadly it was unedible and certainly wasn't what I ordered as it was very very spicy and I hate spicy food. The popadoms were stale. I also was given lamb tikka as a starter, but I ordered chicken (as I don't eat lamb). Very, very disappointed and won't be returning I'm sorry!

Everything was tasty apart from the popadom is was dry and very chewy. Apart from that the chicken shashlik was delicious.

I order from here every time we have an Indian takeaway and always enjoy it , however this time it was far from enjoyable , if I was in a restaurant it would of been sent back 🤦‍♀️ In two minds as to whether I will use here again as previous orders have been enjoyable.

Chips were undercooked and inedible. Chicken in curry and onion bhajis were dry and food turned up half hour late

For some reason our chicken tikka biryani tasted only of an abundance of white pepper. It was inedible. Really disappointing.

Had a message saying our order would be delayed, within 5 minutes I had the courier at the door. Refreshed the website for delivery info and it said we are still preparing the food. Friendly driver though he had a good positive energy. Hope he receives some feedback from the boss.

This has to be the best indian in cardiff, authentic and not overly mild or sweet like most places. If you want an authentic indian dish this is the place.

extremely disappointing! we waited over an hour and a half for the delivery (when it had said it would arrive in 45 minutes). the wait was not worth it. we ordered the chicken tikka masala, it was so extremely watery as you can see by the 2nd photo. there was only about 5 small cubes of chicken and loads of sauce (mostly water). most likely microwaved. the naan bread was so stale and dry. it seemed like it had been heated up multiple times before delivering. the achar y gosh was alright. it was very oily and far too spicy but overall the only decent thing out of what we ordered.

Really disappointed with the quality of chicken in both curries. Difficult to cut and chew. Re-heated at best. Such a shame from a supposedly reputable restaurant. No compensation offered. Will go elsewhere in future and definitely wont be recommending. Awful experience all round from Juboraj Express.

Missing items. Soggy popadoms. Hardly any meat compared to usual and water in the rice. Hardly any taste compared to previous orders. Very disappointed.
