Amazing food and menu but hate always having to wait at least 45 minutes to be seated!! Great system though where they text you with a ten min warning. Just be aware you’ll have to wait on weekends. Bug worth the wait as I keep returning.

Came here Saturday AM for breakfast. Service was fast and friendly.. Food was excellent, we both had breakfast burrito and I still think about it 🌯🤤. So many good flavours and textures. Coffee was great too.

You can't really go wrong with Josie's. The food is consistently of high quality and the staff are always really welcoming and attentive. There's no booking, but if there are no tables when you arrive they give you a rough estimate of the wait and can text you when you're table is available. Recommend the biscoff milkshake and breakfast taco with crispy chicken as long as you're feeling hungry that is.

The earliest breakfast I found in Winchester and it proved to be a really great find. The pancakes are excellent, the green smoothie surprised me too, really nice.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Josie's in Southampton, and I must say it was a delightful experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the scones. They were absolutely delicious - perfectly baked, with a light and flaky texture. The scones were served warm with a generous dollop of clotted cream and the most delectable strawberry jam. Each bite was a heavenly delight. But it wasn't just the scones that impressed me. The cakes at Josie's were a sight to behold. They looked absolutely stunning, like little works of art. From the intricate designs to the vibrant colors, it was clear that a lot of care and attention to detail went into creating these beautiful treats. Overall, my experience at Josie's was wonderful. The combination of delicious scones and visually stunning cakes made for a truly memorable visit. I highly recommend stopping by Josie's if you're ever in Southampton.

To start off with, I’m American that just recently moved back to the UK, and I was impressed with how much of a proper diner Josie’s is. There was a wait of about 15 minutes (I arrived at 12:30), which was certainly not bad considering how packed the place was. I heard the pancakes were delicious but I opted for the Chicken Benedict. Not an exaggeration — OMG, it was so good! I usually end up feeling a little hungry still after eating a regular Benny, so I ordered some bacon alongside, but the Benny was enough by itself. It was so filling and totally worth the price (£10.50, I believe, which is very reasonable for the area). Service was also very lovely and efficient, both the hostess and the waitress were very friendly and asked several times if everything was OK. All in all, a great experience and I will definitely be back. It’s right across the street from The Arc & the theatre, so perfect for any tourists coming into town for the day.

Came with friends in the afternoon. Had an oat milk hot chocolate, which was nice. However, the menu and waitress said there were no vegan snacks available, so I couldn't eat - this was disappointing, and surprising that nothing could be provided.

The coffee is nice and strong. The brunch burrito is delicious. Staff are friendly and service is quick. Everything you want from a brunch place.

Please open one in Ocean Village, Southampton!

Always fantastic food, great vibes in general, and friendly staff. Best breakfast place around. You can't beat it. (At one time the eggs were a bit bland but this seems to be a blip because it's right back to being amazing now.) The staff are always so accommodating, can't fault them. Cannot recommend Josie's Winchester enough!

Loved this place and will definitely come back. I camped out here with colleagues to work for the day and had amazing food, the milkshakes were awesome and the service has been great and friendly all day.

I had the breakfast tacos with buttermilk chicken- Really nice. Perfect level of heat. Guac and chipotle sauce drizzled complimented the chicken well. Chicken batter seasoning was exceptional. Would recommend going out of your way to have this. It’s worth noting that they’re soft taco shells not hard shells.

Busy nice place for breakfast. Nice bright decor. Friendly staff. Extensive selection for breakfast. My husband had the classic full English and I chose the Mexican Benedict which was tasty and original combination. Very very big portions. Didn’t need lunch afterwards… On the downside, the espresso was far too bitter borderline unpleasant to drink. Otherwise, I’ll recommend the place.

Had a wonderful visit at Josie’s! Came inside to escape a little drizzle and it was perfect! The food was tasty, the service was excellent (shoutout to our server Josie who took very good care of us) and it’s a very pleasant place for a break! Definitely recommend!

Busy Josie's compared to others, food was ok but service was slow. Spicy Tuna melt was ok at best and the milk shakes weren't as good as in other Josie's stores. Only a few staff members seemed to be pulling their weight.....well done to them.

Delicious food, we had the chicken burger and chicken club and they were both amazing. If you are two people, I would recommend one portion of the tots as they are quite generous. Very reasonably priced. I would go again!

Always delish - eggs Benedict and bacon's pancakes (which are like and inch thick). Usually busy but you can have them message you when a table is available, so you can do a bit of window shopping.

The Breakfast burrito was amazing!

My wife took me for breakfast telling me I'd love it. She was right. The biggest pancakes I've ever eaten, and now I know what tots are! Great service with a nice touch if getting a text when a table becomes free. A very nice library across the road where you can have a coffee while you wait. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Perfect! Came to Winch for a night away with my fiancé and came here for breakfast as our nearest one is miles away, and we couldn’t have asked for a better brekkie. Bang on! Thanks again!

The place is quite busy at peak, but they use a pretty convenient service that texts you when your table is ready. The food is really nice, with loads of delicious-sounding sugary options, and the service is lovely.

Fantastic range of all day breakfasts and the staff are all so nice. Very busy but text queuing system is genius and stress free.

Food and drinks were DELICIOUS. Great portion sizes. The only downside is they're very busy throughout. Very family friendly which is obviously great for families but less-so for a friendly brunch.

Terrible experience. I don't mind waiting in a queue at all but staff just give away tables to anyone despite your position in the queue. After patiently waiting two hours and being told our table would be ready in 5 minutes we arrived to find the staff tell us they're just giving our table away to someone who waited 40 minutes and we would have to wait longer. They then said they didn't have enough tables and would still be seating yet another group first. What's the point of having a queuing system if you are just giving going to do your own thing. How about train your staff to understand numbers so they work out that 1st in line is actually first. Terrible place, if you've got four hours to kill maybe swing by for the tater tots or instead save yourself the pain and go literally anywhere else. Completely unacceptable.

The boxing day tots were incredible! Highly reccomend, food always delicious and staff lovely.
