Jilly Beans Cafe in Castle Point

Had a large English breakfast, enjoyed the food very much, staff we're very friendly, would highly recommend if you are passing by and want value for money breakfast

Cold food after an 1 hr delivery breakfast and a baguette ordered Baguette was not cooked Breakfast was thrown in box with cold beans and sausage with toast only toasted on 1 side Very un happy

The BEST cafe on Canvey. Couldn't ask for a better cafe. The food is amazing The staff are very friendly. Look forward to my Saturday trip her with my family

I ordered my mum an afternoon tea box for delivery over the phone and the service was amazing from ordering to delivery. The lovely lady I spoke to on the phone was amazing and cheerful. According to my mum, the man that delivered the box was very kind, telling her to ‘get well soon’ (as I mentioned to the lady on the phone that she had just come out of hospital). My mum said that the treats in the box were delicious and plentiful. I’ll definitely visit in person next time I’m in the area!

Such a great cafe. Food was amazing and the staff are friendly and helpful. Took my wife and son there and will definitely be going back.

We are currently all recovering from covid and fancied a bacon sarnie and a fry up ..rang jilly beans to have our cooked breakfasts delivered...friendly staff ...great food..the milkshakes were amazing..really enjoyed our food .....lady left food on step to avoid any contact...will def use again 5star service...

Great service, real fun place to visit

This little Cafe on Furtherwick Road Canvey is so well run by Jilly and her team. Has a few tables outside and some tables inside too. Does a lovely variety of Meals, Sandwiches and Beautiful Afternoon Teas. I haven’t actually sampled the latter but they do look lovely. Jilly and her team are always friendly, polite and 100% Customer Focussed.

Jilly beans by far have the best milkshakes on Canvey island, especially the biscoff Shake! Service was fab and really quick and the cake is delicious! Definitely visiting again soon

2 beautiful boxes of afternoon tea delivered for Mother's day today. An absolute delight of gorgeous goodies which i would highly recommend as a present. It also came with a bottle of prosecco. Perfect.

I have just been to a funeral and in these awful times wakes are not permitted. On leaving the service we were all handed a lunch box. It was lovely thought and the box was delicious with everything cater for. Sandwiches, pork pie, scotch eggs, quiche, chicken nugget, sandwiches, fruit, chocolate , biscuit and cake. Well done jillybeans all nice and fresh and delivered covid friendly

What an amazing afternoon tea today. My husband 'door dropped' boxes to our children and grandchildren. We then ate together over a zoom meeting. A lovely surprise for my 60th birthday weekend. Such a good variety of delicious goodies.Perfectly fresh and beautifully presented. Cannot recommend Jillybeans Cafe enough.

Thank you so much for the delivery to my mum of afternoon tea for her birthday it made her day. Especially as you sang happy birthday to her at the door. Excellent quality, beautiful sandwich, quiche, sausage roll, cakes and scone with lovely pot of clotted cream and jam and sweets. Would highly recommend.

We popped in yesterday for lunch and sat outside on one of the pavement tables. We were made to feel really welcome and both found food we liked on the menu. We couldn’t resist sampling the cakes on display after our main lunch items. Relaxing in the sunshine, it was a great first lunch out following lockdown. It amazed me how adaptable this little cafe has become during the recent crisis delivering all around the island. A great find x

This Cafe is one of the best on Canvey island. A warm welcome is given as soon as you walk in. Service is great and the food is fantastic. Highly recommended.

Really nice and friendly little restaurant, nice and homely feel to it, all clean and tidy. Lovely big breakfast fry-ups, wonderful coffee and cake, good afternoon teas, especially the special high tea that you can order in advance. Also do home delivery in local area.

First time visit today. We had the establishment to ourselves as we had a large party,celebrating a 40th birthday. Afternoon tea for £15 per head and the food was outstanding. Staff were exceptionally polite and couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend.

Small cafe limited facility ok for a quick sandwich and a hot drink very good prices,cosy.

Great little cafe.. does specials as well and they deliver anywhere on the Island. The cakes are fantastic and they even do afternoon teas for that special occasion... Been to a couple of medium nights there as well. And they do buffets as well.

A lovely relaxing place to go sit and sip a cappuccino - indulge in a slice of homemade cake (naughty) or grab a panini if feeling more peckish. We are always made to feel so welcome. Their Afternoon Teas days are especially fun - and over the top good value for money - first time, ever, both of us failed to finished all the sandwiches and cake and "little treats" provided. So nice to eat and drink of fancy bone china too- so many places offering afternoon tea use them these days.

We had the most delicious afternoon tea at Jilly Beans Cafe. I would go as far as to say it was the best cream tea I've had and I've had my fair share. Jilly was so attentive and really wanted to do whatever she could to ensure we had a wonderful afternoon. The sandwiches were really delicious, the cakes are homemade by Jillys husband who is an incredible Baker, they are to die for. Just when we thought it couldn't get any better, Jilly bought us freshly baked, warm scones with jam and cream. Our pots of tea were topped up before we even asked, the service we received was impeccable. My sister is not a tea drinker so she had two big pots of coffee, no extra charge. We will definitely be going back, as often as we can, any excuse for a yummy cream tea. Thanks for such a lovely afternoon Jilly see you again soon! X

Nice little place with really good food, great service. The staff are very welcoming, and really proud of the food they serve. Their breakfasts are terrific value for money, very well presented. Their tea and cakes are scrumptious. A bit crowded with mums and babies at times, but always worth a visit.

Have just been to Jilly Beans for Christmas Afternoon Tea with family and friends.The food was lovely and fresh and the tea/coffee kept coming. We were offered a seemingly endless supply of sandwiches and were also offered mince pies after being given warm scones with jam and cream.The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed and we will definitely be going back.

I went with my family to Jilly Beans cafe today and we were very impressed. We were great Ed with a friendly welcome and the cafe is lovely and clean with a varied menu. Both my daughter and I had a salad which arrived really fast, was huge and lovely and fresh. My son had a panini which also arrived fast. All of our food was delicious. This is a gem of a café and we we definitely recommend and will definitely be back

My friend and I gave this new cafe a try today. It appears tiny from the outside but opens up into a nice, cosy, relaxed setting. Food was lovely, the staff couldn't have been friendlier. Best of all, it's right near the shops and just across the road from Rio Bingo. Will definitely go again!
