Jenny's Cafe in Eastleigh

Only picked up once at this location. I didn't wait too long to receive my order to deliver. Not easy to get their attention though.

Very good food, owner is always there she really cares about her small business.

Chicken and waffles were on point! This place is always a nice chill place to have a nice qulaity breakfast at a really good price. You won't leave hungry or dissatisfied! Well at least I never have. Ten out of ten recommend!

Food was cold snd bland when we got it. Our waitress spent most of her time talking and joking with the table behind us. And the food was way too expensive for what we recieved

Whoops! Won't make that mistake again. Service was slow, but I can live with that. I ordered the Cali Benny and I was expecting bacon like it described, but it was bacon bits. They were mostly fatty, gnarly bits that I couldn't eat. Never got another visit from the server after I got my food, either. Big time bummer.

Jenny is a wonderful person, and her coffee makes my mornings happier. I love Jenny's Cafe.

Jenny's Cafe is a homey restaurant with great service and great food! They serve drinks in mason jars, which makes me feel just like I'm at home!! The place is clean and filled with some things that are no longer around (you'll have to check it out to see what I'm talking about)! Prices are good for what you pay for! On the weekends, you may have to wait a little bit for a table because they are usually packed. The wait isn't long though, as the turnover is rather quick! I guarantee that if you give this place a try, you will enjoy the experience!

My kids and I love this place! The service is always great and the food is craveable. There are so many options everyone is sure to find something they will enjoy. (Don't forget the sprinkles on the hot chocolate with whipped cream!)

I ordered breakfast from here through Uber. Portion size was good, and everything tasted fine. The reason I’m giving it a one star is because I got food poisoning. Within 5-10 minutes after I was done eating my stomach hurt so bad, I had to throw up and was having multiple bathroom trips. This is to the restaurant to please double check the food handling precautions.

It's totally worth going to! Good food, great service, and awesome atmosphere. Feels like eating and my grandparents when I was a child!

It was awesome food wait time was like 15 minutes with instant hot cocoa 😋 I had a great time talking to my mom and we were there for like 3 hours and I love the music it's like the perfect it was not to quiet or too loud and infinite refills on hot cocoa I'd give it 6 stars

Anytime I come to Jenny's I know it's going to be good. That's why I keep coming back haha. Love their food! Love the eggs Benedict! Some Home fries and crepes! 😋😋 No matter what you choose I'm sure it will be great! Plus the Interior decor really is nostalgic.

Pretty bad first impression, I was going to go eat here because the food looked great. I waited at the seating area for 20 minutes without being talk to by a host/hostess, even though they saw me. Three groups of people went ahead of me after I arrived, 2 different couples and a group of 7. They asked everyone if their names were put on a list, then they proceeded to put all the other groups first on the list before mine, I left right after that since they definitely saw me before anyone else arrived.

Delicious place to eat. I ordered an omelette called The Original. I picked sausage, tomato, and spinach with sourdough toast and hash browns. I also added hollandaise sauce on the side. Highly recommend.

I loved “Jade’s Cinnamon Roll Waffle” at Jenny’s Cafe in Spokane, WA. The toppings were great (cream cheese frosting, praline pecans, dollop of soft butter, dollop of whipped cream, caramel drizzle). The waffle itself tasted like a cinnamon roll. I happily ate several bites without adding any maple syrup. (I eventually poured a little maple syrup on, out of habit. Delicious both ways). Too often restaurant waffles are all about the toppings, treating the waffle itself as a placeholder. This waffle worked in harmony with the toppings and was spectacular. Fun ambience and friendly service.

Its VALENTINE'S day and my daughter 35 birthday we ordered breakfast it was terrible toast cold so butter not melted all the food was ice cold the hash browns were just a pile of crunchy pieces of potato and we were very disappointed ate there once before it was great but today it was terrible 😕🤨we won't return. .we dined in so it should have been hot !!!only good thing was my pepsi .waitress was nice 🙂

This was my first time here. The food was all so tasty and reasonably priced. The owner appears to have a huge presence in the day to day which I respect. Would recommend 10/10.

Restaurant is clean, staff is friendly, service is quick and attentive. The food is nothing to write home about. The sausage gravy was thin and flavorless. Scrambled eggs were dry.

Wonderful place for a grandmother's style breakfast with all you can eat hash browns.

Cracker Barrel wish it could be this good. Classic diner food, great service, clean spaces, and tons of seating. Felt very homey, like everyone knew each other. I ordered the BB&G with eggs sunny side up. Very basic biscuits and gravy, amazing hash browns, and perfectly cooked eggs. Regular ol’ diner coffee is $4.25 so stay awhile to get your worth.

Took forever to get cold food. What they called endless hash browns is burnt potato crumbles

We always love an 'excuse' to visit Jenny's. Their jam can be eaten by the spoonful and the hash browns never end. Staff is always friendly and in good spirits. Great parking as well!

YUM! My husband and I went for breakfast. This spot is legit! I got an omelette and crepe with barvarian cream. These people know how to make crepes and that is hard to find. Get the full omlelette if you're hungry, the half is a little small. Great service, LOVE the decor. It's like walking into Grandma's house. Wil be back again and again.

We came to Jenny’s to try something new. The atmosphere was nice. Loved the decor. It took almost 30 min to get our food and it wasn’t busy. When we got our food, the hashbrowns were under cooked. My husband ordered the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were cold as well as the gravy. He had ordered an extra side of gravy and it took 20 min to get that and it was Luke warm, not even hot!! Needless to say, we were very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Food was prepared frozen food from a wholesale food store. It was cold and hard as a rock. Very poor quality. I expected homemade food. Service was slow and never checked on us. When I complained about the food the waitress offered nothing. Food was very expensive. Don’t waste your money and go somewhere else.

2nd time here and the food was terrible. Our first dine-in experience was good, but the 2nd time around wasn’t great. It’s a shame the food was that bad because the service and atmosphere is good here for WA standards. The texture and taste of their stale hashbrowns were so bland that it was not edible. Even the French toast was a miss. It’s a commute from this diner, but I’d recommend Chomper Cafe, The Breakfast Nook, The Laughing Cow, or Honey in downtown CDA. I doubt I will ever return to Jenny’s Cafe. For the people who love this place, continue to eat there!

Love it! Good’ol classic American Cafe vibes with delicious food. I couldn’t choose from the chicken fried steak or biscuits n gravy… they have a chicken fried steak on top of biscuits with 2 eggs smothered in gravy! 🤯 It took me out I couldn’t finish it, worth every second. And my server was amazing! I just needed a place to go while getting my snow tires put on, now i found my new favorite breakfast joint.

Best of the best here folks. From the staff to the decor Jenny's Cafe is one of my new favorites. You could almost spend the entire time just rubbernecking all of the stuff they have decorating the walls, but then they bring food! The breakfast for me was near perfection, from the chicken fried steak (hand cuttable by fork!!), to the home fries and browns this cook was hitting everyone of my target's center mass! Even better was the first name greeting from all the staff to certain folks you know frequent the place. Wish it was closer to home, they'd know my name as well!! A definite must for breakfast!!

We love Jennys but this will be our last time. Our server told us a cook broke a glass over the grill and they had to start over on our meal. After waiting close to an hour for an omelet and an order of biscuits and gravy, our food came with no silverware. We asked the gal who delivered it if we could get silverware, she said "sure be right back." Well the silverware never came, waited another 5 min and went up to the counter to see the gal who was supposed to be getting our silverware, cashing out customers. Our server saw us up at the counter and initially didn't even say anything to us. Then said "you didnt tell me you needed silverware" Then the gal who dropped off our order said she had told the server. They both blamed instead of just apologizing and it was very uncomfortable. I've been a server for 10 years and never seen anything so unprofessional.

The food was delicious! However, we arrived at lunch time, and they were training new cooks. Somehow, our orders got out of order and we ended up waiting over an hour for our food. Our server was very apologetic. She made things right with us and asked that we come back again another day. And we will.

Lovely little cafe which does what you would expect for Breakfast lunch but with some nice touches. Coffee nice; all the food was fresh, well cooked. Plenty of seating and happy staff.

The buried biscuit is phenomenal. The Chicken fried steak breading is applied in house, and is crispy and delicious. So satisfied!

So, the last time i went the service was slow and they messed up my pancakes. It was super busy, so i blew it off. I recommended them to my friend and today: His eggs were OVER cooked and hot. His waffle was overcooked and room temperature (cold) His sausage was actually COLD inside (refrigerator temperature)!!!! I mean come on, Jenny!? I know times are hard, but service and quality cant start to be the worst in town!!!!!

I have been to this restaurant a few times before and the food is always so good! The service is always very efficient and friendly. They have old fashioned decor that I love and the prices are not bad at all. If you're in the Spokane Valley, you should definitely try it out!!

Went in with my 18 month old after getting home from a late flight, Our sever brought us water, never asked if we wanted anything else to drink and treated us pretty weird the entire time we were there. After eating, I waited for a box for about 10 minutes as she greeted and had long convos with other tables until I just grabbed my check and paid and left without our leftovers. I’m This was easily the worst customer service I think I’ve ever had.

Don’t recommend little seating pancakes from a packet with frozen fruit only ok for a pop in coffee or ice cream!

Not good at all. Run by young adults who swear all the time which you can hear when eating. Food is lovely, just the atmospheret isn't pleasant.

I went for breakfast at the café earlier today and the actual food was really nice. However .. The professionalism of the staff was absolutely dreadful. I am all for having a laugh whilst you work, but the language was atrocious from the staff serving. I don't particular like eating my breakfast hearing the staff say the F word and S*** various times. Everyone in the café could hear it too. I also noticed one of the staff had a really bad cough and was carrying plates to customers coughing without putting her hand over her mouth. Would I go there again, unfortunately NO. Would I recommend people to visit .. NO!

I visited this cafe with my daughter because I usually get friendly service and delicious sandwiches. However, the member of staff that served us today was a little abrupt and didn’t want to wait for us to choose from the board ( we were the only people in the queue ). My daughter ordered a bacon, Brie and cranberry panini and I ordered and chicken and mayo sandwich. When our food arrived my daughter received a sandwich and I got a chicken, bacon and mayo sandwich. We decided not to make a fuss but when we started eating then we noticed that the bacon was barely cooked and had huge amounts of uncooked fat on it . It was very off-putting. The chicken wasn’t very tasty either ! We decided to leave our sandwiches and go to the cafe opposite. We won’t be going there again .

Was dying to take my boyfriend here for a croque monsieur as I had one a couple of years ago here & it was delicious. Today was a completely different story, my boyfriend ordered a croque madam which came out with a hard egg & burnt . He then asked for a fresh egg and his plate was thrown into the bin. He then had to wait 15 minutes for a fresh one. I say fresh lightly as when it arrived the bread had green hairy mould. The chef didn’t even apologise but in fact said ‘there’s only a little bit’ when a member of staff asked the chef to check the bread he then realised the whole loaf was mouldy which means I had already eaten a mouldy croque monsieur which you can imagine is quite traumatising for me. Very disappointed as was so looking forward to coming here. I must say the 3 ladies who are doing the serving are lovely & very professional.

The friendliness of the staff cannot be faulted and there was a good diverse menu to choose from. On a personal level, however, we did feel that the two sandwiches we ordered , both with bacon, arrived with as much fat as bacon which was quite off putting.

Lovely friendly staff who are always happy to help. Been in a few times for a breakfast before work on the weekend. I can’t fault the staff. The food is wonderful to match. The full English feels made fresh to order. If that’s too big, they do a cracking breakfast sandwich. Will definitely be back, again and again and again

Lovley cafe friendly great food nice setting what more can i say we normally get a coffee and a bacon roll walk a short distance down to the river and sit in one of the many seats and enjoy. We have hand a full english breakfast inside the cafe that is very nice. If your in hamble give it a try you wont be disappointed

We visited this cafe on a sunny Saturday morning. It was not a particularly busy day, however we waited over 50 minutes for our food to arrive. When we asked the waitresses about the status of our food, they were extremely abrupt and rude towards us. They suggested that the reason our food was late was because one of our party had ordered a sandwich from the "lunch menu", which does not start until 12pm. We placed our order at 11:45am, and this was not mentioned or explained to us when ordering, and regardless, it still does not account for the extensive delay nor the fact that everyone else's food arrived late. All of the party order simple dishes, which would not have taken long to prepare. As for the food, it was very greasy and tasteless. Whilst the cafe boasts a scenic outside garden, inside it is very much a greasy spoon. The coffee was substandard and tasted as though it had come from an instant coffee machine.

Food was cold and way over cooked. Told them about it only and they did nothing about it charged us full menu price. Will never eat there again.. horrible food

This place is amazing! People are super friendly, lots of locals seem to come here. Many of the guests know the servers by name meaning they have a large repeat customer base. Portions are generous for a reasonable price and service is fast. My chicken fried steak was wonderfully made!

Great food, best crêpes I've ever had! Endless golden hashbrowns, and fantastic(10🌟) corned beef hash!! The staff are super friendly, and attentive. The wall art is kewl as well! Jenny's won't empty your wallet either!!! They are open on Independance Day, for my woman's birthday breakfast, thank you!!!!

Just brilliant.... Could never leave hungry. Sometime I only manage a coffee to go but we always try to take visiting friends here at least once during their stay..... They cater for gluten free and we've never had a single cross contamination issue.. And that's not easy in a busy kitchen. The food is awesome.

Home cooking and you feel at home!

We had breakfast there today. We ordered the chicken fried steak and was very disappointed. It was tough, dry and dark by overcooking it. Could only eat a portion of it, we mentioned it and was told it had to be cooked to a specific temp which we understood but the cook went way past that point. We even took the chicken fried steak home and the Dog would NOT even eat it and that's never happened before. The other food, including the hashbrowns( very disappointing) was very bland. No discounts offered either for the disappointing food. The waitresses were awesome and very nice.

Most expensive coffee ☕ in the Pacific Northwest! $4/cup!?!? Nice homey antique atmosphere, waitresses are very nice, military 🎖️ discount for my fellow veterans, the food is reasonably priced, and the best touch of all is that they love their customers enough to serve ketchup that doesn't have high fructose corn syrup in it. For me, it lessens the blow of $4/cup of coffee ☕! 😎
